I have enquired regarding packers and movers on jd. After that i received some quotation from jd. Among them one vendor named interem packers and movers hyderabad have called me and i made booking with them. Once packing is done.in the night one of the employee of the interem packers and movers who came for packing was pinging to my wife and sharing unwelcomable vidoes. He got her number because she shared house location from where the goods has to be packaged. After that i called jd customer care twice. But got response that our complaint team will call back to you. Its almost 4th day today but i have not received single call. Such pathetic service from jd on women issues. What kind of vendors are associated with you people.

This is to bring to your attention that i nirmal kumar jain r/o ghaziabad have been looking for a job for which i asked for contact information of placement agencies from just dial. After that i received a call from a placement agency named arize international having an office in preet vihar saying that they are conducting interviews for havells for the position of supervisor, so i went to their office they asked for a fee of rs 2000 for a telephonic interview which will be refunded if i don't get selected. I obviously didn't had the whole amount so i gave rs 500 and later on after the telephonic interview they said that i got selected for the position of supervisor in havells sector 62 branch, noida and have to submit the balance rs 1500 to get the appointment letter. Later on i get to know about the fact that there is no such office of havells in noida sector 62 & i have been duped for the sum of rs 500. I am mentally harsassed about the fact that gow can a company like justdial provide numbers of such fake placement agencies or they getting a commission for duping the customers as well.

I had purchased one year services as per sales person of justdial. But please beware of this fraud company. Just dial is very big company but big fraud. They told me we will get 20 to 25 leads (Enquiry) for my business. But they provide only 2 to 3 enquiry per month and they wont stop your ecs for 1 year and now i called them to stop ecs now they say they will take extra 2 month to stop. How in this world this is possible to start service in one minute and to closed it we have to wait for 2 months. They cheated me for 12 months and the want extra 2 months payments also which service i dont want also they are very fraud company.

Complaint against mr. Rupesh ghadge shree samarth logistics, kalamboli

I mr. Aditya pawaskar from virar west, complaints against mr. Rupesh ghadge from shree samarth logistics, kalamboli regarding cheating and mis commitment and misguiding me for the requirement of odc open lorry for one day on 12.09.2019. 15 days ago i had called just dial for odc lorry vendors, immediately within 10 to 15 minutes i received call from mr. Rupesh ghadge regarding the same. He committed that he will give me services and sealed the deal.

He assured me on phone that he will give me odc lorry for one day on 12.09.2019 from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm for 7000 /-. He quoted rs.7500 but then negotiated and confirmed for 7000/-. I am continuously asking him for his account number to transfer advance amount, but from 15 days he is just fooling me and not giving me any account details. Yesterday he called me on my mobile and denied to give services. Also he shouted and screamed on me and talked in very bad manner. Now i am in need of odc lorry for 12.09.2019 and not able to book it yet.

I request just dial to kindly black list this type of vendors immediately who is fooling consumers and misguiding and mis committing and remove them from your client list forever.

Also i request just dial to kindly provide me with reliable and believable vendor immediately so that i can book odc lorry for 12.09.2019 at the earliest.

Also i am trying to call just dial complaint department from yesterday but no revert, please call me on below mentioned number immediately

And work done by him was not good so i have given bad reviews to "hrushees's modular kitchen and interiors" (Pune, wakad). But he has solved my issues. Just dail big fraud
If any one find a blank cheque on a road just dail accept it and credit any one account with out there concent.the person whose cheque it is the call and ask money to us .what the hell is this happening in just dail .our register mobile is [protected].
It's a totally fraud company, we have kept mail to [protected]@justdail.com, [protected]@justdail.com and many other no bothers to listen the complain .we want money to back to mandadi's laser and beauty back from this fraud company were they credit in Fascino body care account along with compansation and harresment gotten

Our business is not shown on just dial while searching with title of our firm name. We have no benefit for paying you the amount. Your service is very bad. Please reimburse our amount as soon as possible. Otherwise, we make a complaint against your company at consumer court. We are not getting any information regarding the client who searches for services. We tried to contact so many time but we have no getting any response from your side.

I have attended for an interview in hyderabad just dial branch for bde position i have waited in the ofc from 11am to 3 pm because manager is not available that's not a problem i have to wait because i need job.. What the problem is manager called for interview while manager was talking to me he asked that you have customer service experience why you wanna join in sales better to join as customer support executive then i said on sir i'm good to go and the manager informed hr that took him customer support team while we came out from cabin she started arguing that you said you are ok with sales now you wanna join as customer support executive then i replied madam manager sir suggested me about that even i don't know that we have vacancies for that role. At that point her ego hurted and she asked me to leave what the hell is that her personal ego problem will impact on my job... Is this the kind of behaviour should hr consists of?

Hello i am vijay from creative imaginations photography i have been with just dial from last 1 year i just recharged my account on 16 july and from that i didn't received any query. I have called 10 times but u didn't responding not from 16 july but today i called 10 times they are saying we are transferring ur call and after that no response come. I am feeling very bad this is not a professional work. This is very cheap kind of work i will not prefer anyone to join just dial if i don't get right work

As i activated my new credit card from sbi card. Somebody called from just dial anf deducted money from credit card. Its totally fraud. Plz give me my money back otherwise i will complaint against u in consumer forum. My credit card last four numbers are 1887. Transaction date 15 march 2019. Take necessary steps as early as possible. The person telling his name is pratik patel. I m very disappointed as the big name just dial doing this type of fraud activities

We have paid for an annual package of just dial to get project leads from navi mumbai. It has been three months now, we have not had a single genuine project enquiry from navi mumbai. All the leads we receive are from mira-bhayender, vasai, goregaon, borivali etc. Also, 90% of the these calls are from vendors or for job searches.

We have been raising our concern with just dial for the past one month. But just dial is raising their hands saying that the system is sending the leads randomly!! In that case, the system seems to be a big failure as we are not getting the services we paid for!! All our money is being wasted!!

I had 1 business listed on justdial under a paid contract for which i was being charged a single ecs amount every month around the 10th. As of november 2018, i had been contact by marketing executive mr. Srinivas (+91 [protected]) for renewal of said contract. At this point, i also decided to put my second branch under a paid contract with justdial. He and mr. Varma (+91 [protected]) made me sign two new contracts and ecs debit forms for both of these branches in november. The original contract has been running since then and a third ecs charge has been debited every month for the last 8 months. There are only two businesses of mine registered on justdial. Upon calling justdial, they have said that they did not receive a stop contract notice from us. The marketing executive mr. Srinivas contacted us in pretence of renewal of a contract, but instead, he activated a new contract and an extra monthly ecs charge. Both contracts running for one branch have no difference whatsoever. Same keywords. Same information. This does not double the amount of leads or provide any extra features. It has simply been created because just dial marketing execs are paid on a commission basis for bringing in new businesses. I have been trying to reach mr. Srinivas and mr. Varma for the past month. They have proceeded to ignore my calls. So i was forced to contact justdial customer care and file a complaint (Complaint number csnjul19x4y6q3). This content of said complaint has not been acknowledged up till date. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks. No information about why there are two same exact contracts running side-by-side for the same business, no information on escalating a complaint against these two employees, no information on refund of around 50, 000 rupees that has been wrongfully stolen from our account on pretence of ecs amounts. Only thing we get is a new person calling us everyday and us having to explain the situation over and over again for the 15th or 16th time. The only reason how we realised about this cheating is because we were examining our bank statements for end of year tax filing. If we had not noticed, justdial would have kept stealing in excess of 5, 000 rupees every month. There is absolutely no reason there should be that third debit every month from our account. There is no difference in the new contract and existing contract. It was just to add another contract and get an extra amount of commission. We will be blocking all three ecs debits from our bank's side and because no update has been given about this matter, we are being forced to seek legal criminal action against justdial and it's employees.

The two businesses registered are :

2) taraporewallas montessori and high school (Banjara hills)

The second name is the business that is being charged twice separately every month since december 2018. I repeat, there is absolutely no difference in the features of both the contracts. No difference in key words, no difference in leads, no added benefits of a second contract, no added features etc. It is just there to add to the charges and commission.

I have my business listed on just dial. (Villas on rent in goa) under the name churchill luxury villas mapusa. The registered mobile number is [protected]. I have taken gold platinum diamond plan which was told to me that is the highest paid plan. It's been three years since my business is listed on just dial. Now it's been more than a week i have stopped getting any leads. I have been putting enquires for villas in goa through random numbers and my listing is not to be seen and i am not getting these leads. When i had taken the plan i was told by mr vikas mishra that i would be getting each and every lead for entire goa as it was a part of my plan. Also i have stopped getting messages on my registered number. I have listed another business in lonavala, i have zero leads for that as well. I have been trying to call vikas since a week he does not answer my calls does not reply to my what's app messages. Today he finally answered and told me he would come. I waited all day he stopped replying to my messages again and calls and hasn't turned up. I want strict action against vikas and i want a new property manager. Also i have been calling your customer care and spoke to mr dhanraj who had told me a new customer executive would visit me soon as he could not help me on the phone. No one turned up. Today i again called i was told by someone called neeta that a call back would be arranged and it dint happen. I want strict action against vikas and also immideate help regarding my listing. Also please tell me who would pay for all this loss. Would i be getting a refund? If action is not taken at the earliest i would be forced to take a legal action against just dial.

Just dial has taken money of rs 11800 from me to show my company at top position. But none of company executive is meeting me after taking a cheque of whole amount 11800. My company has now come to second position as just dial company has taken amount from other client. They have broken agreement as for top position i have paid amount for whole year. I need justification.

Yesterday, we called just dial and seek for some tailor to visit our place and stitch some clothes. Just dial shared our number to someone and he asked rs 1500 in advance and rest 1500 later once work will complete.

He put a condition, that we have to pay 1500 in advance. Which we had paid over paytm.

Once the money transferred. The person switched off the phone and since than we keep calling justdial support.

At first, justdial didn't support and later one guy prashant sinha attended the call and said it is not just dial responsibility.

Even after multiple request that guy didn't ready to accept my request.

Afraid to say, this is something just dial hiding or 100% involved in this scam.

We need our money back and some action against prashant sinha.

I called at the helpline no. Of adhaar kendra which is registered in just dial app for adhaar related issue. They told me they they will charge rs9 from my a/c and will send me a form for further detail. They somehow managed to make me install anydesk app with the help of which they took the amount of rs 9, 997 from my bank account.. Please help to get my money back as the organisation is registered in just dial app.

We are from ISAN computer education Kakinada (Registered Mobile No: [protected]). We are having three account contracts in just dial namely,
1. Position contract
2. VFL contract and
3. Banner contract
1) In the position contract, we have 22 keywords along with AutoCAD but now AutoCAD keyword is not functioning in the position.
2) In VFL contract, “Computer training institutes” keyboard is missing. We have more than hundred keywords in that contract. Now it is changed to another category.
If we try to edit the options from our account, it is not getting updated.

From 22nd of July we are facing the problem, and we intimate the customer care executive and emailed the same.
On 23rd July we got a call from Ms. Keerthi from customer care support and inquire our problem. The local customer care executive Mr. Satish and Ms. kusuma customer care executive also interacted with us but we did not find any solution till now.
We have been trying for customer care executive but cannot find any solution
So we request you to please update our details as soon as possible.
