I would like to say that I was cheated by M/S Just Dial Limited. ECS was activated without my knowledge. It was not informed to me that they are taking my signature on Mandate Form as well.

I, Sumitkar Suman, listed my business "Harsh Enterprises" on Just Dial Limited few months ago and issued a cheque of Rs. 7080/- (seven thousand eighty only) in the favour of Just Dial Limited to a Just Dial Executive, Mr. Bhati. Somehow, I could not start my business and made a stop payment for the cheque issued by me. Months later, I received a message about mandate issue and the amount of Rs. 2360/- (two thousand three hundred sixty rupees) got debited from my HDFC bank. I contacted Just Dial Customer Care Executive and he said that there was an ECS activated in my account in the favour of Just Dial Limited. I requested to customer care executive to immediately deactivate the ECS payment and the customer care executive told me that they will update me within 2-3 working days about the ECS deactivation, but I did not get any response yet. I again received a mandate massage recently that the ECS amount of Rs. 2360/- will be deducted from my HDFC bank.

I again again contacted to just dial ECS department and they told me that they will update me if they receive any update from management.

      I am Ramakrishnan, proprietor of M/s. KS Interiors. I have paid to Just dial for Rs. 10620/-, dated 17th June 2019 for my interior works lead generation purpose. Its validity tenor is 3 months. Your sales executive Mr. GOWRI Shankar came and collect cheque leaf. As of now, no work order receive from ur side. Given lead generation client no's - already work was done / low square feet area alongwith out of chennai location. At the time of applied i required leads from within 5kms ratio. I contacted Mr. GOWRI Shankar at your just dial office for refund my amount. But, he said refund is not possible at the same time we are given additional 3months for lead service. Please considered my request and do the needful. Kindly refund my amount. Payment proof attached for your reference.

        As i have sold out my business to one of my friend due to heavy losses in my business i would kindly request you to stop my ecs and contract
        I have made a request to just dail to cancel my ecs as iam no longer the owner of that firm
        They are stating that this request to be made 3 months prior as i have losed my business how it will be use full for me there r not understanding the they r just focusing on their terms its wrong they should see there customers problems as well
        When ever iam calling the customer care they r acting like they cannot hear my voice and sending an sms stating that no ecs cancellation request recived so we r closing they r not even listing the problem i have called more than 10 times
        So sad to know while we r trusting on them and they r trapping us

          I prop shree ram electricals kathghariya haldwani took your service for only one month but the ecs clearing was continued for months and then i revised the ecs and changed the account which was attached for ecs namel kotak mahindra account on the name of prahlad singh karki to puneet chawlas account for one time charges for one year service but still you are cutting ecs from kotak mahindra account no [protected] rudrapur uttarakhand branch this is a fraud towards me i will file a case to penalize mob[protected]

            It has been more than a year and just dial is not cancelling my subscription as there ecs hits my account every month we dont want to continue whenever there representative visits our office we urge to cancell this but all in vain they just flush out with false commitments, when i aproach my bank for cancelling ecs i came to know that it cant be done either by me or by my bank it has to be done by just dial so we had been locked with this ecs hitting every month in our bank account, i request to stop this ecs at once and refund our amount beyond our agreement with just dial

                  On 30 may 2018 we paid 23600/- to justdial on an agreement that justdial will provide service for 10 years.. We know that the package value is 29500/- and we bargained with the staffs and they reduced it to 23, 600/-. I also asked them to send a confirmation and they sent a confirmation mail saying that for this amount 23600/- the listing will be provided for 10 years and i have the mail as a evidence.. But now the service has been stopped from june 2019.. I went to the justdial office and said them about this issue, now they are asking me to pay an extra 5900/- so i request you to take action and make them republish our company listing as soon as possible and extend the time of 5 months as a compensation.

                    I have taken just dial service for my car rental business i took 6000 package i got leads only for 1 month then no leads i call to customer car they said to upgrade my package to 8260 every month i change my plan to 8260 same thing repeated 1 month i god leads then no leads i call customer car for this they said they will solve my issue in month of may i taken 8260 package from 4 months very less leads that to waste i call to customer care to stop my service they saiying same issue 9 months i have to continue then my service will stop. wen there executive come for documents collection and for signature and for cheque he said i[censored] want to stop service u can stop in 1 month. now they are saying i have to pay 9 months i went to bank they said to bring ecknowledgement from just dial to stop ecs i did not maintain balance two time in a day ecs hitted in my account i got ecs bounce charges for 647 rupees wen i call to just dial ecs dept i spoke to reshma she said 7 times in month ecs will hit in account this will be done 3 months i said i will take legal action on just dial she was saying go and take legal action just dial becoming fraud day by day and looting people i will put this in consumer forum court and take action on just dial

                      I registered in just dial for their services,
                      As i was starting a new business, so i thought it will be great to promote and register my company on just dial.
                      And i thought i can trust it because u see mr. Amitabh bacchan is promoting it.

                      Mr. Wahed from just dial came to me & informed and told me about their
                      Services
                      3 months contract & 1 year contract.

                      I was interested and i signed in 1 year contract, he also took the sign in ecs form as well.

                      In 1 year contract every month they provided services.
                      And after 1 year was completed the next month even without asking me,
                      Do you want to continue the services?

                      The amount was deducted.

                      I called just dial to stop my services as the contract was over.
                      They told me, you should inform us 3 months before to stop the ecs, it's not stopped automatically.

                      1 year 3 months extra my money is getting deducted.
                      Now i registered a complaint, they said till 3 months the services will continue, after 3 months the service will be stopped.

                      I called them after 3 months,
                      They said our team will call u to ask whether u want to continue the services or not.
                      If you don't receive the call the services will continue, as we need call recording.
                      I'm not satisfied with the services of just dial and i don't want to continue
                      But they are not stopping services and its mental harassment to customers.
                      No clear instructions fraud company fake services.
                      Please let me know, how to stop ecs? Even bank is not responding they are asking to talk to just dial.
                      And just dial is just finding reasons so that they can earn money.

                        I can see many victims of justdial fraud. Even i am victim of this. Just dial telecallar called me on my mobile and ask to add my car hire business on their portal and in return they will give me business. For this he charged me rs.2360 permonth of which he collected cheque of rs.4720 as 2months installment and asked me to sign ecs mandate of monthly rs.2360. He told me if i want to stop ecs, i can give 1 month notice and stop. I was getting all fake leads and not even a single lead converted into business. I earned rs.0 from using this service. When i called customer care they told as per contract you cant stop ecs before 9months and after paying ecs of rs.2360, i need to give 1 months notice. I went to my hdfc bank they told me they need approval from just dial to stop ecs. When i then i will bounce ecs by not maintaining balance, but then i will be ecs bouncing charge. I decided to close my bank account, but they told this will affect my cibil score and will not get any loan in future. Just dial is using wrong way to make money by fooling customer. This should be treated as online fraud. I find many such victims here, we should come together and fight against this wrongfull way to make business.                             I have taken a basic plan of just dial last year and i was happy the result i got that is the reason when one of your executive called me, i was ready to upgrade my plan again, and i have informed my friends who is doing the tour and taxi related business good words about just dial, but after upgrading my plan now i am totally unsatisfied, i lost the faith just dial made within 6 months within few minutes, the executive who came to upgrade my plan mr. Samuel told me pay the initial payment through credit card and i did it, without my approval your team leader mr. Sanu taken loan from my credit card for just dial full payment and asked to me for otp then i understand he is taking full amount from credit card without my approval, then i asked to your executive mr. Samuel then he told it is the mutual agreement between the just dial and bank only emi amount will be deducted from my account each month no any interest will be deducted, as per the faith i have in just dial and he is the representative of the just dial that is the reason i gave otp number to mr. Sanu.

                            But now each month instead of 2300 around 2800 deducting from my account each month including interest deduction that means around 6000rs loss for me one year, i have called mr sanu and samuel for this complaints many times but not got proper solution or reply.

                            Because this issue i decide never i will take any plan from just dial and this bad experience i have informed to my friends also and my tour association also.

                            If you can please do the needful from your side and understand my concern..

                              I feel cheated. Harresrd by two man
                              Amanpreet and sonu alam. Last wednesday i made an online payment of 18001. Through imps to take the services. From thursday only once amanpreet called me to make a miss call on some number. Then and there after. Amanpreet did no rely on phone. On sms. On whatapp till today. And his team member sonu alam from the day one is harrasing and befuling.
                              Today also he made call saying that i have asked ashutosh has called me and i in reply said i do not want to meet ashutosh. Total lie

                              I will send. The audio phone recording on email. One is not giving service. Amanpreet

                              One is a total fraud. He lies. He has cheated me

                              If they are doing this type of mischief. Then pls take an action

                                I have a contract with justdail in the name of connecting india - pune. Since last 25 days i am trying to get the details updated in my contract but justdail team is not responding properly. Infact they have changed all other non required details of my listing. For payment they are very prompt and give reminders of ecs which never has bounced by us till date but for that service is not given and they are not bothered to revert. Infact to cut short my communication they have changed my registered email id so that i cannot connect to the support team.

                                We from NSA solar would like to state that one of your employee "Ms. Hemlata Kadam" misbehaved with our Director and Employee. She was being very rude and arrogant, which is not at all appreciated. We expect your employees to maintain some decorum since it disturbs the whole organization's ambiance.

This is highly troublesome to me as it disrupts hundreds of times everyday. Please look into the matter and give justdial.com an order to correct the mistake.

                                  I am based in mumbai and signed up for a 12 month agreement (Ecs) with just dial in sep 2018 to market my services.

                                  After few weeks of signing up the services, when i did not get a single call/lead, i called up the sales rep who sold me this contract. He mentioned economy is down and there will be no leads because of that. He should have told me this when i signed up just 2 weeks back. He said nothing can be done and dont expect any leads but now you have 12 month agreement and will have to pay full 36, 000 / year.

                                  Few months passed by and i asked just dial to help since i wasn't getting any leads. They said the guy sold you the wrong contract and you can switch from iso certification services to recruitment services (For employers). I did that and even then i would only get calls from candidates but not from employers. I called them again and said my services are for employers and not to candidates. They said they cannot change the filters as it is company policy and you cant do anything about this.

                                  12 month commitment is now over and i don't want to sign up or extend their services again. To my horror, they are saying i cannot cancel as i signed up for ecs services. Agreement was only for a year and if i am wrong then show me the agreement which says i signed up for lifetime services. They said yes its a 12 month agreement only but you will have to pay further also as we wont give you noc to stop ecs. I have the right to renew my contract which i don't want to. They are saying we will give you the leads as economy is doing great and pay us 40, 000 rupees again which i flatly told them i never will work with just dial as all through the year you guys didn't bother about it in spite of fair and repeated requests from my side.

                                  Since i refused the extension as its of no use to me, they are aggressively telling me they wont give me noc for stopping ecs and i have to pay for lifetime and if i dont then they will take legal action against me. I have asked them to do so and let me share this with media channels & courts as to how can a publicly listed company blackmail me and take money for services that aren't legal or i am bound to.

                                  Just because i gave them ecs approval for 12 months doesn't mean i should pay them all my life. Every service has a validity and if it is not good then customer has a right to cancel and not renew it. I served my 12 month contract which i was bound to but they cannot blackmail me for beyond the commitment period.

                                  Just dial is fraudulently taking advantage of ecs approval beyond the stipulated agreement. Being a publicly listed company, they cannot flout rbi norms and perform illegal services or blackmail customers.

                                  It is unfortunate that rbi doesn't have rules for these corporations who abuse the legal rules and customers like us have to suffer for this.

                                      I am taking services of just dial for a long time where we were provided business leads/inquiries according to our choice of keywords and amount paid. The service was provided through 2 ways - 1. An sms sent by just dial to 2 mobile numbers given by us 2. Customers use to call us directly and the call is forwarded by just dial again to 2 mobile numbers given by us.in august, we noticed that suddenly we stopped receiving leads sms on one of our numbers and when we contacted just dial then we received a very simple communication that they have stopped that service without even informing us once causing us massive losses as all our staff members carry basic mobile phones for getting smses from just dial to call their respective leads. For approximately a month, we did not receive any sms of prospective leads on one of our numbers which caused us a loss of more than rs.5 lakh. My question is how can just dial stop a particularly important service to their customers without even informing them once and without taking their approval for the same. I have paid lakhs to just dial for their services and now i want just dial to compensate me for the same. P. S. - they claim that they sent us emails and smses on 31st july informing us of this change. I have more than 10 mobile numbers registered with them and same number of email ids but i did not get a single communication from them regarding the same.

                                      I have ordered 2 mannequins from goa mannequins 3 mths back. first he sent wrong order. i resent it back, called mr. mitul shah multiple times still after 3 mths i have not received my mannequins which i was supposed to keep in my opening ceremony.

                                        Last february 2019 i was registered my company as right way builders in just dial.com
                                        When they offered 6 month service for rs.10500/- but after three month they started to take the amount in my account, i just know their cheating.,,
