I have for the last 4 to 5 years been receiving nuisance calls from justdial.com call centre employees on my phone asking me to join their paid service. I have on multiple occasions asked for my phone number to be removed from their calling list but have been ignored. I get calls at different hours of the day and night. The staff are very rude and arrogant and speak rudely with impunity. I really want justdial.com to stop calling me and harassing...

This is very frustrating to chase justdail time and again with no solutions at all.

How worst company is this?

Justdial representative says, have no refund policy, but the representative of justdail walk around just for the sake of self benefits and commission they really don't bother and cares about the business owner needs.

My name is rajendra patil i have a complaint against employee of justdail who has mis guided me about advertisement and started advertisement with monthly charge of rs 1770 through ecs mode from my current a/c shreeji earthmovers equipment. Till date 8850 rs deducted from my a/c.

Just dail is the worst service provider, i have been ever experienced. Fake commitment, lack of information, no proper knowledge.

Justdail has commission based guy who gives fake information and commitment regarding the business proposal just for sake of own benefits, they don't bother about the business owners.

I have already called & told you about this FloristXpress guys. These people are a fraudster. Why they are still in your search engine? Please remove all the FloristXpress contact numbers, website & other information from Justdial page. Please keep verified & genuine business pages & information. Per day i am facing some many unknown calls like loan dept, tele dept, marketing & etc.,. So please don't give my number to anybody without my knowledge. Very unprofessional company - do not get listed with them - they will violate your trademark and if you have free profile on justdial, they will send your clients to your competitors who have taken premium membership.

They provide me a number and after discussing with the transporter he agreed to take 50%advance and remaining after unloading.
After receiving more he switched off the number.
Now everyone silence.
I have his account details with address and truck number including driving license.

I am regular paid customer of just dial from 2014. But in feb/2019, due to some reason i could not pay ecs. So just dial deposited my ecs for seven time, for which i have charged thrice around rs. 2800 of actual ecs amount which is just rs.525. They are not showing their ecs rules and regulations, which they follow, they supposed to show this contract of ecs bounce terms and condition to the customer but they are saying...

I recently renewed my paid membership because of what i was promised. However, after observing no fulfilment of those promises, i decided to revoke the subscription. We have an account in just dial as a name of dangi engineering shop / dangi e shop and the mobile no is [protected].
I am so afraid from just dial...1stly they provide me wrong information and take sign on ecs. Here i have none of my account on justdial but they deduct an ecs of 1572 to my acount without any information and service. Whenever my account is close in just dial.
Now they cant receive my call and...

On 24th february, 2019 rs.6952/- was deducted on my kotak credit card. I had not shared my credit card details or the otp received with anyone. However, within a mere few seconds my a/c was debited with the said amount. I have not applied for any offers neither have undergone any transactions with justdial.

Hence, i would like to claim full refund of the said amount at the earliest. Please look into the matter immediately...
