My registered business is dr desai's multi speciality dental clinic and implant centre indore, i have taken 1 yr contract, but not getting any response, and the comitted position by your service man mr ravindra.
Your executive is not attending my call, and there is pathetic response from just dial, i want to cancel contract and want my money refunded, otherwise have to report consumer services and social media.

N 1st april i received payments of 14000 (Order id bpd3p7k7) and 9000 (Order id bpp6b5j3) via jd pay but both these payments were not credited into my account. I also uploaded invoices of both payments as per whatsapp message of just dial. Beside this amount was not credited into my account. Please take necessary action. Please credit the amount or cancel both transaction and refund amount back to the customers

Danish tour booking and Karla tourism is a fraud company, mr danish offered me 4 night package and asked me to pay full payment, i done full payment. but when we reach at goa airport[protected], w e called him, he denied, and told us you have managed your self i will not do anything i will refund your payment. i have not received any refund till yet. we called him he didn't picked up our phone and he blocked our mobile no. They call me and give very lucrative promises for business marketing and later they not provide 10% of business leads as per their agent (salesman) promise. Now they are charging me ECS every month. I am trying to stop from last two month but no response from them.

I had purchased Tue, Sep 18, 2018, and till date, they charging ECS but not a single service call about their service.

I will request all new business to do not fall in this fraud company trap.

I had justdial registration sines 2014 in the name of yashraj elevators address sanas plaza bajirao shukrawar peth pune 1st ecs based 7/9/2016 to 22/11/2017 and than prepaid plan 22/11/2017 to 21/11/2018 but i have never received the deposit amount back which have paid during ecs agreement and not evan got service for last 6 months for which i had paid full amount in advance 21, 240 rupees need justification for same
I had been told that the security amount from 1st agreement 7/9/2016 will be adjuste in 2nd agreement 22/11/2017 and the remaining amount which is 21, 240 rupees that much only i have to pay for next contract for yearly
It has also returned on the given receipt by mehul padhe and shuhas patil
I have both the agreement copies and i also tried to launch complaints so many times with your service provider but never got any response from them
I am raising concern from last so many months after my service has been deactivated but not getting any solution on this
Pls look in to this matter very seriously as i am suffering mentally so badly and my business is getting hammered as well
After trying by all possible way to communicate with justdial every time they told me it is not in their hands and i have to tell them everything from the very beginning they don't have any records regarding this nor about my pervious communication with justdial executive for the same
Pls get back to me on this as early as you can

I am receiving the calls for some pratiksha bagwe or samartha rubber. I am no way connected to the said unit. Quick action needed! I have been getting wrong number calls every now and then which is harassing me badly, so please this is a huge request to do some immediate actions on this and delete the phone number from that shree samartha justdial page.

Would like to inform you that i have purchased a female mannequin from one of your trusted mannequin dealer named goa mannequin, ahmadabad. I have paid the full amount with courier service inr 8, 000/- on 08.03.2019 through neft/imps to mr. Mitul shah's account. He told me that i'll received the product within 7-8 days, but still i have not received it. I had a final discussion with mitul shah 2 days ago and he said i'll get the mannequin on monday (01.04.2019) before 2.00 p. M. Otherwise he will refund the amount on the same day. Today i have called and asked him for a confirmation that "shall i get it by today?" now he is saying i am trying to deliver by today evening and if you want refund than you will get it by 2-3 days. I just want to that how can i trust on him anymore?

I need your help to get refund the amount. Please take it on a serious basis. I also found the same complaints from consumer complaints forum. He has done the same thing with a person.

I have sent my household goods from mumbai to lucknow through agency aakruti packers & movers on 27/03/2019. The agency has taken full payment and took the goods but not providing the bill for the same and neither providing any information of the current location of my household goods. I have called the agency around 30-40 times for providing the bill but the concert person has not provided the same so far. Everytime he says that he will send the bill and current location in 1 or 2 hours. When i call him he says that he will provide it in 1 hour. When i call him after 3, 4 hours, he again says the same thing. 4 days have passed and the agency has not given me the bill and not told me the current location of my household items.

Request you to help me in this matter and arrange to provide the bill and the current location of my goods.

Its been few weeks i took just dial 1 year contract for my business.

First issue i m getting fake enquiries
Secondly, i want to cancel my contract and give me my money back i dont trust just dial anymore i want refund

I called just dial 2 - 3 times and they say that "we will make a call arranged for you regarding your issue" and there is no call so please i want my money back and unlink my bank account because you guys are fraud i paid 3 months advanced and i recieved msg within few weeks that my money is getting detected.
Make it refund fast and cancel my contract as soon as possible.

Dear consumer complain department i am really very frustrated and mentally harreshed by justdail.com. I take service in 2013 and it's 2019.. I received more then 1000 call and i told them to remove my all detailed from just dial and don't call me i shut down my business still they are calling me frquntly and inform me about packgate and service... This is from skin craft clinic, we are trying to open the feedback page, when it opens its opens with our old clinc name that is nu image and does not currently show the customer details, also it ask us to upgrade to premium but presently don't want to upgrade. And i click on skin craft option then it is showing verify and afterwards it does not open the feedback back page and i have posted some screenshot which i went through

I was already a paid customer with justdial for an year. Justdial sales representative called me to arrange an appointment with his team member to upgrade my plan for next year which i did. He explained me about the first position which i’ll get in 8-10 small cities and 3rd position in ganganagar for selected keywords for approx 10, 000 which i agreed. Then he explains me about lifetime justdial program for about 42000 with the same position n keywords. I paid him. Now keywords is not there which i was informed and position i am getting is third. When i made a complaint to him. He is saying for more than 40 days that he has done the email to bombay team. He will get this sorted. Now he is saying i need to pay 1 lakh more to get that position. Now he is not answering the calls and not delivering what is being promised. I can be reached on[protected]

This is a fraud company. I have taken a cab from them and the owner rajat banerjee (Phone [protected]) had asked me to transfer rs 6500 which i transferred. Since then this person never picked up the call and when i reached airport - they have not arranged the car - calling from a different telephone number - the person picked up the call and mentioned he will not provide cab and will not refund. After asking some other tour companies in nearby area - it was understood that the person is fraud and doing this through justdial for almost a year. All the company reviews are fake in justdial (Posted by owner and his wife tania banerjee).

I request justdial to remove this advertisement. A police fir is also launched in bagdogra airport police station (Ref ibgd - 74765)

Jd team, evolve is part of jd, we were happy about your service for first couple of months, but nowadays.. Worst service and we are not listed on your ad.. Its not acceptable for business. Earlier we registered complaint but not solved up to the mark. Pls look in to this on top priority.. We are not listed at all about our fitness center in our radius but it was there in top 3...

Justdial does not promotes ethical way of doing business.

We own a flower retail store in gorakhpur and we paid jd for its paid campaigns in 2016-17. Shop has valid gstn and pan registered and few documents were given as proof to jd.

Today jd as renamed by retail store listing to something funny on request of a person who does not work in our outlet anymore. It gave away my hard earned reviews like freebies.

Even more funny is that renaming a store is a ongoing event. Sometime is becomes malika, sometime it becomes 'new lotus' and we are like # watching jd doing it.

Jd has a courage to not only rename a business listing, its also promoted the business for few bucks even without verifying the business listing.

Now jd is telling to make a new listing. Amazing. It also has a courage to call me again and again to take a package to promote.

My original question: why did i give my documents in first place to jd in 2016, promoted by business with them and encouraged people to post reviews.

My self rahees kp. From hyderabad, i have got one pan card agent contact from just dial and i gave him all my details to him for applying pan card. He said me pan card will come in 10 days. And i waited 45 days till now i didn't pan card. When ever i call him he saying some excuse and now he is not responding at all. He has taken my id proof with passport size photo also and money. And i am providing his mobile number here = [protected]

I have used justdial to advertise my business from february 2018. Till this month, i have been paying every month.

They asked me to pay a cheque with an amount equal to subscription of two months.

When asked, they told that it would be used in case when your bank has no sufficient balance for ecs.

When i called justdial to cancel my ecs, they told me that you would be receiving call from the ecs support team. But i didn't receive any such call.

Later, i called again and asked to transfer my call to the said ecs team, they asked me to send mail to [protected]@justdial.com and [protected]@justdial.com and i would be contacted by their marketing executives.

I don't know how long will it take to stop my ecs; but when you want to subscribe just dial, you will be approached by executives within an hour.

Actually your company JUST DIAL SERVICES.
Hold my some payments that why i am going to register this complaint

We are providing some services to our customer and he made payment for
our company.
Same total 13 customer taken package from our side and Just Dial hold
this payment .
Date of hold payment from[protected] to[protected] But yet
there is no response from Just Dial fro these payment.

Feedback:-As i know that Just Dial is a good service provider but yet my
experience is very bad with your Company Just Dial .That why i want
share my problem to your company Head.

Problem is that our payment hold from last 12 days and i am calling to
your Customer Care every day .For the status of our account. Then first
i talked with Ramesh someone who was coordinate with me .But suddenly he
transferred that profile to someone called name of Saumya in your
Department.Now days we are calling everyday. First she told me that your
account in review Status . But now i want to talk with Saumya for status
so your company representative told me that she is on leave and she
wont be able to join this week .So i ask to him that who will revert for
same so only saumya will tell you .I am doing work with company not
with Saumya i know about JUST DIAL only .
My concern is that if you have 11547 number of employee working so
another one cant help me out ?

There is no any valid reason .
And we dispatched our all services to our customer and all customer is
happy with services.So why your company is not ready to release my
account.Kindly confirm me by today status of my account .We already talk
with all my customer .

Today i called to Just Dial so overthere no one is giving any response
.And you guys asking me take Credit card front image want to send Just
Dial .So my concern is that IS THIS VALID ? We can provide address proof
and email confirmation from customer side direct to you.Now i am totally

Our firm plumbrix builtron had a contract with just dial which expired recently. Since a month before expiry we started getting calls from there representatives regarding contract renewal. We have clearly stated in calls and to there area representative nitin nimbalkar at nashik, we do not want to renew the contract and we do not need calls from there representatives. The same also informed via emails and calls to there ccc. But still the issue remains

Please advise
