I have used justdial to advertise my business from february 2018. Till this month, i have been paying every month.
They asked me to pay a cheque with an amount equal to subscription of two months.
When asked, they told that it would be used in case when your bank has no sufficient balance for ecs.
When i called justdial to cancel my ecs, they told me that you would be receiving call from the ecs support team. But i didn't receive any such call.
Later, i called again and asked to transfer my call to the said ecs team, they asked me to send mail to [protected]@justdial.com and [protected]@justdial.com and i would be contacted by their marketing executives.
I don't know how long will it take to stop my ecs; but when you want to subscribe just dial, you will be approached by executives within an hour.
