We have taken 1year of package from Justdial for leads but we are receiving only fake enquires and leads which is no use that type of enquires we are getting from justdial at the time of deal they have told us you will get a good enquires and our members are very helpfull you can call any time if you found any problem then call us will give our hundred percent but when we are facing problem that time they are just transfering our call and we are not getting any solutions. At the time of deal they have told us to take lifetime package when we have taken that package after that we are not receiving any leads from justdial then we have called them so they are telling sir the package which you have taken you will received a this type of enquiry only bcz life time package is not good go for a yearly package!!! Worst experience with just dial

Your marketing person mr gurkirat singh and his seniour mr harman miss communicate us regarding the j. D product. They provide us irrelevant information of the plan. They represent very poor face of your company. Now they are not picking my phone. I hope your support team contact me soon, and solve my issue.

I had requested for pest control service in my area. The vendor whom i contacted having number [protected] named vishal. He has done his service but it was very poor. No single cockroach is died. Even he offer warranty period of 6 month. After calling him he has ignored me and not coming for service.
I am very disappointed with his services and indirectly with just diel. These kinds of service provider you should never suggest to anyone.

Subject: complaints against just-dial who is advertising the doctors in dermatologists section without actual verification/ or not knowing who can call them as dermatologists or official council registration.

Dear sir/madam

This is an official complaint from iadvl taskforce against quackery (Itaq), where iadvl (Indian association of dermatologists, venereologists and leprologists) is the only official association, which represents 14000+ dermatologists in india, who are having mci or state medical council recognized degree in the field of dermatology, venereology, and leprology. And their curriculum is such that they are well trained in the field of different cosmetic procedures also.

I am attaching the list of some clinics or doctors whom just dial is labeling as skin specialists or dermatologists.
This is just to draw your attention that these doctors or clinics are not having mci or state medical council. This is in a small area of surat city only. As an official task-force against quackery, we have received many complaints from all over india and we intend to take legal actions for such fake labeling them as dermatologists, which amounts to quackery itself.

I hope that just-dial company will take appropriate action and will remove such advertisements from the site immediately.
Just-dial, a big brand in india will give immediate response and help us to abolish quackery in dermatology, which in turn will give health-related information in the right way.

On 23rd march 2019 i paid rs. 500/- to unique world for one tata sumo gold car, to be reported at my residence on sunday, the 25th march 2019, at 9.30 a. M., accordingly on the night of 23/03/2019 i got a sms from them for drivers' mobile no with car no.
But actually on the day of journey (24/03/2019) with my family, neither such car was reported to me nor my phone calls are attended by the unique world.
On making calls to the driver i came to know that the driver will not work for sunday and advised me to contact with the unique world.
In such circumstances i faced a very very ocquard situation and arranged for alternative small cars with huge amounts, for kolkata to ranaghat & back.
In the evening when unique world picks up my calls then question comes to refund of such rs. 500/- which they have promised to pay me on next day, and before that regarding the booking and services of car i faced various wrong excuses from them.

Hi this is suman and i am the manager for sunrise enterprises where we sell printer & printer accessories and do cartridge refilling. For increasing my business i have tied up an agreement with justdial.com from last 2 years and i am happy with there services. But in the last year mr. Sharat - sr. Executive & mr. Bolloju sravan came and informed me that there is an offer for 10 years where i need to pay 17700/- where i can get leads as same agreement. So i have trusted there words and paid rs. 17700/- on 30-may-18. And my old contract was closed on december 2018 and i am not getting leads. I have made many follow-up’s with mr. Sharat & mr. Bolloju sravan they say that the contract had made only for one category so i am not getting leads and they are asking to pay me extra amount for getting more leads where my amount is not sufficient to get more leads.in my old rate contract i am getting daily 5-10 leads now i am getting only 1-2 leads so then i realized that they have cheated me by providing wrong information. As on today i am making followup but they both says that we are in long leave and i lost my business from past 1month along with my 17700/-. So i got vexed and i am submitting this complaint.

Please note that i have paid subscription (Supreme pack) of rs 2050 + gst per month and paid initial subscription for 3 months 6150 + gst.

I surprised one of your marketing executive came to my office & offered me the same pack with 50% of the amount as he informed me as this is offer now.in turn i confirmed with my friend also who subscribed in offer pack.

But your senior executives mr. Anbarasu & mr. Jagadeshwaran not disclosed this offer.

Why justdial wands to srew up emerging business / professional people,

Resolve this issue to have further connection or else i can take further action.

I took justdial package of 885/- pm for my business as they were non stop irritating me for starting the service hence i took at that time i clearly warned the executive that i will not continue the service after a month if i find it unhelpful. If its worth then i ll buy a yearly package. After a month i find it unhelpful and i want to stop the ecs as i m getting no earning from justdial customer why would i continue to pay. So justdial please discontinue my ecs and your service.[protected] my no. If failure to do so i will shell money to pay lawyers to stop you from fooling innocent people there are 1000s of complaint here on customer forum regarding the same. Kindly request you to stop ecs and my package. Or there will be bizzare consequences.

I had put complaint on justdial regarding cheating done by mumbai maid services agency which had promised to either provide a maid in 3 days or refund my 1500 advance money, even after giving them more than 10 days when they failed. To provide me. Any maid i asked for refund after which they have started harassing me like anything and jd is. Not supporting citing frivolous reasons, mr prasad from jd. Is just unapologetically stating excuses
I trusted jd for everything and all of my. Needs but it seems. It wishes to. Lose. It's loyal. Customers

Meanwhile i got a call form justdial on 4th of march. It was decided it will be resolved in 10-12days. As discussed i sent the required document. But it not resolved yet. '

My contact number is provided on a company named mycrofine appliances, though i am not connected with the company. I receive many calls for that company and i informed many times to justdial to remove my number from company details, even company informed justdial, still there is no response. Pathetic experience with justdial. I am taking all this non sense to social media if my issue is not resolved within 48 hours and i will not be responsible for any damage to company reputation.

This is regarding the advertisement on just dial by rao motors delhi road rewari. This person anil has taken this plot on rent from me for a period of 6 years. But after 2 years he has stopped giving the rent to me. Hence, contract has been revoked. I have lodged the complaint against this person in the court/model town police station rewari. And judicial case is in progress against this person. As this person is not paying any rent he doesn't have any right to advertise this property on internet.

Hence, i request just dial team to verify on this case and take appropriate action against this complaint.

Sir, this is lazar. K from vijayawada a. P. On 5th of this month i paid rs.727 rupees to madhava enterprises vijayawada towards gas refill bill by using creditcard (Rbl bank) on justdial app. But still that amount is not yet forwarded as there is no bank details of the company. But company is reluctent to give details. So i sent a mail to refund the money to my credit account. I did the same even in the january but that is also not meterialised. I am doing business at erode, last year i took a package, that i felt no use of it. So i decided to withdraw the service. I am not renewed it for the second year. From just dial started calling me from new new number's and different person i got irritated a lot. There aim is to collect our money that's it. One girl jayalakshi followed she convinced me and second time i paid on 15th march 2019 for fixed key word position she promised a lot. After paid money no responses still last five days they are not activated the service. At last she sent a message contact mr. Yuvaraj. He answered me within 5 minutes will reply after that no response. I called justdial customer care[protected] there was no response on third time they connected to bangalore office, they told to contact chennai or coimbatore office. I called coimbatore office they told me to send a mail and you can't talk to any person. They gave [protected]@justdial.com. I sent a mail no response.

Don't believe these guys it's wasting of money and our time. Last 3 days my mind occupied and trying i different medium to contact the concern person no use. For business n number of times they called after collecting money no one takes the responsibility. It's a mega cheating.

We have frequently contacted you from the past few weeks to remove the company account from the just dial portal, but we have not received any response from your side on the same.

I am shaddam sikander and i registered my business on just dial in mid dec 2017. As per the executive that visited me (Named ashish bhaiya), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 10, 350/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in dec 2017 end. I started getting leads.

Later in april 2018, a deduction of 3, 450/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 10, 350/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.
They are still deducting some 295 every week for no reason. Now on 19/03/2019

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

Just dial has listed my personal mobile number as buisness number.
I am a Graphic Designer and I don't run any "Khushi Massage Parlour" Business in Chattarpur, Delhi.
After complaining and trying many times these people did nothing.
Please remove my name and personal contact immediately or let me know what could be done in this case.

In just dial problem ECS amount when split ECS drawn in bank account Last 4 month my account will detect 11, 000 and 7000 and this month also consolidated charges Rs.5650 This is worst case in my life so please stop Ecs immediately. And also My business was closed so that only iam asking you.

I had booked a tour of bhutan from sikkim cab service mr rajat banerjee listed on jd by the name sikkim cab service east sikkim near pani house gangtok. As he said i transferred advance amount to his account (Rs 50000/-) for booking air ticket. But since than he is just giving vague answers and not booking our tickets. Later i realised that he has cheated many people in past also. This creates very bad repo of jd also and jd should take stern action against this. I have already launched a police complaint against this fraud agent and also expect the same from jd. This is also necessary to maintain your credibility. I am committed to escalate this to the maximum level and need the same support from jd.
