I have called them so many times to deactivate the ecs that is every month happening but they refuse to do. There is no mou signed to do the following. They do not now answer to the topic neither do they reply to the mail.
There services are stupid and i have no clue about how did they activate this ecs. They aint taking the requests seriously and now expect a strict action taken against them. Since i have read the other complaints a lot of people have suffered the same.

I am the owner of a coaching institution named ideal english medium tutorial barasat. Few months ago representative of just dial came to me for paid advertising and we agreed for banner but the represtative did not told me that the banner is only visible in the website of justdial only through computer. Therefore it is now less visible and the advertisement is irresponsive. Now i want my money back. Because as a start up we have very less fund and every bit matters please cooperate. This is the most unprofessional photographer as he took around 60k for my wedding photography and it's been a year, i have only received the wedding photos. Still haven't received any traditional videos from him and more over he has the audacity to give a reason that he lost our data as it got corrupted. Now he says he is recovering past one year? How come just dial has hired such frauds? I want this man to be removed from just dial and also help me recover the promised data. Just dial has to take some serious action here.

Just dial is the worst service provider, i have been ever experienced. Fake commitment, lack of information, no proper knowledge.

Justdail has commission based guy who gives fake information and commitment regarding the business proposal just for sake of own benefits, they don't bother about the business owners.

I personally have a just dial service and made an upfront payment for fixed position services having said that we will have two sets of keywords and three different locations but unfortunately this couldn't happen after making payment and not getting any leads.

After several discussion with justdial executives and customer service, my bank account is still deducted with the monthly ecs.
As per my discussion with the justdial executive, i was told that ecs is only applicable for three months and after that, i can cancel as per my convenience.

An executive from justdial visited our shop few months back for advertising my shop details online by saying that you ahve to pay rs700 one time. If anyone makes any enquiry online regarding cycles, my shop address will be displayed firts automatically. But now every month rs 708 is being deducted twice every month. Kindly deactivate the ecs facility, call me on mb [protected] for query

I have for the last 4 to 5 years been receiving nuisance calls from justdial.com call centre employees on my phone asking me to join their paid service. I have on multiple occasions asked for my phone number to be removed from their calling list but have been ignored. I get calls at different hours of the day and night. The staff are very rude and arrogant and speak rudely with impunity. I really want justdial.com to stop calling me and harassing me through their staff.

I am sure similar calls are being made to many indian citizens. There needs to be a stop to this practice and heavy penalties should be imposed on such companies. They call from different phone numbers and therefore avoid being blocked.

This is very frustrating to chase justdail time and again with no solutions at all.

How worst company is this?

Justdial representative says, have no refund policy, but the representative of justdail walk around just for the sake of self benefits and commission they really don't bother and cares about the business owner needs.

We have really been frustrated talking on [protected] and address the same concern every time, they listen carefully but doesn't provide at certain solutions.

We have already escalating our justdial account concern to [protected]@justdial.com but getting auto mail without at solutions,
A fraud has been done on our justdial account by the representative of justdail having said and provide the fake information about the business proposal with fake promises, and commitment.

Even we are not getting any leads and queries since we avail the justdail services and that representative is also not attainting our phone calls.

We want either a positive solutions on an immediate basis or else appeal for the refund of our amount which has been done.

My complaint against of your agent rahul monga, mujhe best service nahi mili he aur amount bhi jyada liya he, lekin ab vo mera phone tak nahi utha raha he. I will try is not dealing in your company justdial, bed behavior of your agent, than now my ecs stop now. Iqm not working with just dial. This is fraud. My request is stop my ecs and rahul monga is not good agent.

My name is rajendra patil i have a complaint against employee of justdail who has mis guided me about advertisement and started advertisement with monthly charge of rs 1770 through ecs mode from my current a/c shreeji earthmovers equipment. Till date 8850 rs deducted from my a/c.

From last 5months i am doing complaint in just dail but they are not stoping it and saying that it will be stop after 1year only.

I have taken package of rs36000 last year, i have given initial payment of rs 12000 and monthly installment of 2950 rs. After the completion of my whole sum of 38000rs just dial have charged me extra 9000rs and now they are saying we cant do anything regarding your extra money deduction. I had registered a monthly plan with just dial date 2 march wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service. I want to cancel some not related my product. I conduct with mumbai customer care all department they not provide proper response. I am not get my company related inquiry last seven days mental anxiety for their service

I have already called & told you about this FloristXpress guys. These people are a fraudster. Why they are still in your search engine? Please remove all the FloristXpress contact numbers, website & other information from Justdial page. Please keep verified & genuine business pages & information. These people are ruining precious moments of people. They have cheated me for 2000rs. I never received anything from them. No bouquet or chocolates nothing. Which I have ordered on 14th Feb 2019. They have so many pages on Justdial. Please look into this. This is a serious matter.
