Justdial has not removed my profile despite of 8 emails on their delhi email and delhidata email and 6 phone calls

Very unprofessional company - do not get listed with them - they will violate your trademark and if you have free profile on justdial, they will send your clients to your competitors who have taken premium membership.

Be cautious - protect yourself from these cheats

I have made a quiry on just dial for transportation.
They provide me a number and after discussing with the transporter he agreed to take 50%advance and remaining after unloading.
After receiving more he switched off the number.
Now everyone silence.
I have his account details with address and truck number including driving license.
Any help plz.

I am regular paid customer of just dial from 2014. But in feb/2019, due to some reason i could not pay ecs. So just dial deposited my ecs for seven time, for which i have charged thrice around rs. 2800 of actual ecs amount which is just rs.525. They are not showing their ecs rules and regulations, which they follow, they supposed to show this contract of ecs bounce terms and condition to the customer but they are saying that they do not have any contract in written. Please solve my problem.

I recently renewed my paid membership because of what i was promised. However, after observing no fulfilment of those promises, i decided to revoke the subscription. To my dismay, the customer representative were rude to the point that i lost all faith in the company. Their exact phrase was, 'ye mazak nahi hai ki kuch bhi kar lo'.
I was to end all ties with justdial.

Dear sir, on 21/02/19, we search a query for Delhi to deoria up transport.. & we found 10 best transporter in justdial for above route.. Then I call one by one transport, then suddenly my phone ringing & a person said to me that I may calling in justdial u have a query for transport, I said yes I have.. Then he told me I m calling from Balaji Transport Company, Sahibabad Ghazibad.. But he is a fraud person. So plz help me.. So please help me for my return advance payment wroth rs. 4000/-

We have an account in just dial as a name of dangi engineering shop / dangi e shop and the mobile no is [protected].
I am so afraid from just dial...1stly they provide me wrong information and take sign on ecs. Here i have none of my account on justdial but they deduct an ecs of 1572 to my acount without any information and service. Whenever my account is close in just dial.
Now they cant receive my call and force me to give cash payment for closing this ecs.
Dear team when i have not any running service and none of my buseness resistered on jd in present than why they deduct any amount.

Please stop the ecs or any deduction through my account attached to [protected]

I also send this message to the bank please help me and disclose this deduction and stop the fraud.

On 24th february, 2019 rs.6952/- was deducted on my kotak credit card. I had not shared my credit card details or the otp received with anyone. However, within a mere few seconds my a/c was debited with the said amount. I have not applied for any offers neither have undergone any transactions with justdial.

Hence, i would like to claim full refund of the said amount at the earliest. Please look into the matter immediately and resolve it as early as possible.

Our money got debited for 1st position service for 1 year,
But our position has dropped from 6 to 9.
We had tried reaching customer care to report the issue. They had promised that it will be updated in 24 hr, however, even after 100 hr, there is no change and we are still receiving mail that we need to purchase premium plans to get a lead.

Even justdial representative ramakanth reddy, not lifting our call. Such an irresponsible fraud he is.

In case you dont resolve the issue immediately, kindly refund our money.

I'm here to bring your attention on your mistaken action on ecs cut off monthly basis from my account

I am owner of vishwakrma enterprises satara here for register complaint against your service and direct cut off of ecs. I never sign any kind of contract that gave you any permission to cut ecs direct from my bank account on monthly basis. Even i am never happy with your services after registered i never got any enquiries or customers. I want to end up my renewal or any type of registration with your company. I am not interested to be with you anymore.

Special attention that stop ecs cutting with immadiate effect and refund my all amount otherwise unfortunately i have to take very strong action against your inappropriate actions.

Dear sir your company provide primium packers n movers at hyderabad for my house hold items sifted from hyderabad to jaipur. But it’s contact person not pick my call last 15 days not a proper response from him side. I take a policy from him rs.150000/- that primimum was 4500/- extra paid
Plzz take big action for him n give to details to police and provide to claim for me
Him person was satpal singh, ganesh singh, vikas singh
And sir plz do action on insurance company because he was saying no to give me claim amount

I had started my business on nov 2018 seeing that justdial guys approached me, explaining me all kind of schemes, i was already having some problems with partner due to which i was not sure about continuing about the business. But the justdial guy continuously irritated me visiting my shop every two days. Continuously for 15 times, finally unable to cope his harrasment i gave him my credit card, and he never told me about monthly package nd forced me to take whole year package, but unfortunately i had to shut d business with my partner's problem in just a month. Now they are not returning the amount, i have made number of calls asking them to cancel my account and pls refunds my amount, they are treating me sooooo badly. Now that i have already faced business losses and upon this just dial loss of 30000, and upon that to add oil to the fire iam getting customer calls from justdial. Seriously this the way they treat b2b clients, only care upto a point that we give them money. After that they are not bothered at all. Very troubled by justdial.

When ever i forward mail to [protected]@justdail.com, to cancel my contract always the mail will not get delivered.

So kindly help me take this as a request and cancel my contract.

Fir bolte hai 499 k ecs hai aur rating milti rhegi aur yh har mahine rating k according return ho jaega fir message aata hai 1572 ka ecs hai... Fir koi risponce bhi nhi diya... Baat krne par dhmki aur dete hai ki account se pese udane ka

They provide wrong detail and generate ecs... And no one responce now...
They tell us 10000 plus gst one time payment for vip plan but now they also generate by cheating a ecs without any information.

No one help me neither bank neither just dial.
When i called just dial care.. They misbehave with me and say we increase your ecs payment and they done this 499 to 1572.

I posted on just dail site for trsin tickets on 15th feb noon
Immediately i got call from an agent ali who said he'll book in vip quota n will charge 1600 rs for 2tickets general sleeper class
I requested him to deliver tickets at my residence for which he said extra taxi fair will be charged. I agreed to pay that too

On 16th noon one boy came gave me ticket print out bill n took d money rs.1600/- for tickets and 30/- for taxi fare.

After sometime i tried to get pnr sms by sending pnr sms to 139 but it showed invalid pnr

I called this guy ali n told him pnr showing invalid. He sed it will take some time to upgrade in system
He sed he is traveling to ajmer n his phone is off most of d time due to no network but this issue will resolve by night when systems upgrade.

At night i checked n checked but it kept saying invalid pnr number. I called him smsed him but he was unreachable. After that all numbers i. E. Two numbers of ali [protected] & [protected] and one number of the delivery boy[protected] went unreachable..

I called just dail but they have not served me any help.

Pls advice me on this matter. I have lost 1630/- rs for using just dial.

Since last 5 years, we have been holding top position in justdial. Since 2014, every year justdial has been charging us for 12 months and gave us service for only 10 months and then they would asked us to renew the position saying they have a rule of 45 days early renewal otherwise our they will remove our top positing listing. At the time of renewal they never settled the amount in the next subscription.

When we complaint justdial team then they agreed that they haven't given us credits till now. But when i asked them for this credit, they said if we pay premium for 10 years then only they will give us this credit otherwise they will remove our listing.

I have registered in just dial 3 years back and now i want to close my business account as i have shifted in new delhi and my business has been closed i have talked to the customer service regarding this they told me to drop an email regarding this and they will close within 7 days but till now they are not closing my account and charging the amount however i am not in the condition to pay the amount pls help me. I have choose one mover and packer from justdial for shifting my household from baroda to bangalore. This mover and packer has tpromised promised me to unload my household items at destination in 2 days and picked up my household items. When i asked for the packaging of my household he told he will pack all the items at his godown (As it was late in evening around 7pm).in morning, he called me to pay the amount in advance. I tried to convince him for the half payment now and half payment post-delivery then he start abusing that luggage will not be transported until i'll received the full payment and told my truck is about to leave in 2-3 hrs. So, make the payment immediately. Under pressure amd to get my household luggage on time, i made the full payment immediately. Post that, i asked for the delivery date he changed it from 2 days to 3 days, now its more then 8 days. This packer and mover is neither picking up phone and nor responding to my phone. I think i lost my luggage what should be point of action. Need immediate assistance.

I am consumer who requested for someone to be sent so that my refrigerator can be fixed. They passed on my number to a person called anish and he leaked my gas. Later he refused to come over and fix it stating that he can't fix it and i will need to call service center. I am depressed and feels cheated. I have also paid him 500 rupees with which he has vanished. This is fraud and i am looking at possible option to register fir if i have to.
