I have taken a year service from you and paid upfront for Himesh Saraf Photography. Little did I know that once the money is received, Justdial doesn't really care of the deliver what they had promised or not.

Irrespective of many reminders, you fail to resolve my issue. In spite of many complaints, instead of resolving my complaints, you enlist me in C grade localities where I will never get a good response.

This is pathetic. If you can not hold up to your promise then refund me my money and be done with it.

In oct 2018 i had registered with a marketing agency named "just dial" for providing me telephonic queries or mails. I had registered a yearly plan with just dial which is approx. 1 lac above. But till now they have not provided any satisfactory leads. After completing the full payment of the package (Including ecs amount), justdial deduct amount from my account. After talking to sales executive (Name : brijom shukla | [protected]) who meet me, ready to refund my deducted money. But after that the sales executive (Name : brijom shukla | [protected]) not ready to pick my call and executive - brijom shukla has refused to return/refund my wrong deducted amount from account.

Mene mere startup ke liye justdial me paid listing karvaya aur vo bhi top package leke, but sari fake enquiry de rahe hai, mene kai bar complaint ki unko but koi positive response nahi diya, aur mene bola service band kardo meri to vo bhi nahi kar rahe hai, please help me, mere startup ke pas itne paise bhi nahi hai ki survive karpaye aage aur ye dadagiri kar rahe hai ecs bandh nahi karege bol kar, please help me

After payment no response. Called customer service for call back and fixed time for training which doesn't happen at the specify time. Instead get a text. Spoke many times to web development team for a call back. Made a mistake paying and trusting just dial. After sales is pathetic. I do not carry a laptop, so i gave my wife's phone for the call back which they agreed but a futile exercise. Ms deepa who made the sale does not pick call right from the next day.

Different representatives of just dial keep on calling every 4-5 days at our office and in the garb of verification call, they try to sell their useless products to us. We fail to understand why this keep on happening again and again... Is their no one to monitor the calls and the complaints that we put across. We have categorically stated and told them not to call us again as we are not interested in buying any of their products, but still they keep on harassing.

A girl from just dail called me today for varification. She said her name as sonam.
After completing her verification she strted forcing me for paid promotion. When i denied. She stared threatening that she will call my dad. Inspite of saying that i manage everything on my father business.
When started shouting at her she kept the phone. This is not the way to talk to clients please teach you representive.

I am registered with dnd. I had the misfortune o[censored]sing just dial's service in chennai a few years back. Now, my number is circulated and sold to any filth, by this shameless company with no ethics, decency, value or culture.
I am disturbed by telemarketing calls for everything under the sun. Wonder, what kind of business, selling customer's data without the customer's knowledge and consent. There are better ways to make money. Hope the educated uncouth # who runs the company is made aware of this. They are no less than pimps.

Myself dr. Keyur parmar, psychiatrist in bhavnagar, gujarat, had taken 1st position in category 'neuropsychiatrist ' and another 12 category on[protected] for 4 pin code for 1 year. On[protected], i purchased 12 category for 44 pin code again, in which i was on 1st position for the same above mentioned category 'neuropsychiatrist'.
I renewed contract for another 3 years,.
Meanwhile, the company had removed this category of 'neuropsychiatrist' and added a new category 'neuropsychiatrist doctors ' and gave first position to another doctor without informing me.. N even though my contract was going on.
I talked to mr. Jay patel at ahmadabad office, but no help from your side..

How can any customers rely on you??
Please do the needful..

I got reference for dh pest control through justdial. The service is very bad. I pest is cockroach. I man came and sprayed some pesticide. He said will come for 2nd visit next week only then it will be completely eradicated. I payed the full amount of 2000. He said warranty is for 2 years. But he didn't give me the receipt or warranty card he said he will give it when he come for the 2nd visit. After a week i am continuesly calling him for past 3 days. He is not picking up the call. If he pick also he is telling i am not well so i can't come yesterday i will come for sure today. Or he s telling someone will come today. I fed up calling him every day i called for more than 10times but no proper response. We have kept all the things out from kitchen and waiting for him. Due to this we can't do anything. All our work are stuck. This is bad experience will just dial. I want immediate response pls do help me.

I am saloni gala (Royal foods owner mukesh gala's daughter).

In 2013, my father had signed a contract for advertising 'royal foods' name in just dial page on the contract that amount will be paid on ecs basis.
Later on by 22 dec 2016, a new contract was signed for which another 11, 500 was paid by the owner of royal foods, assuming that old contract of ecs of 399 + tax was stopped. Since then he was not aware that the old ecs mandate of 408 (Inclusive of taxes) is still debited from his current account. After this continual debit from there till 30 jun 2018 this debit amounted to somewhere around 80000 plus. After that the same thing was conversed with aarti tandelkar of just dial. After several conversations with her some how she stopped the ecs and assured us that she would be highlighting the same to her higher management but since the last conversation on 30june 2018, there is no response from her nor the sales person jay from justdial.

Kindly reverse the additional amount taken plus interest which is due from june 2018 till date.

I have enrolled myself with justdial membership plan for 2 year, name of firm – m/s rajesh ranjit & co. (Maruti estate, shahganj, agra - 282010), registered mobile no. [protected].

I was promised by your representative to be a 2 years contract and i enrolled myself by paying an amount of aprox 16k, after 2 months i received a call stating, there is a top up on my plan by which i can get top position in few keywords by paying around 9k, which is an add on plan – by which i can use the features of old package as well as new package.

After 1 year, my positioning package got lapsed, and also my old package got expired, which was promised for 2 years. On further reminders and calls i am not getting any responses.

No ticket id is raised, if you want to track your concern, and on every call customer representative is like, we have raised your concern you will receive call from relevant department - but no call is received.

Such fraud tactics used by justdial to gain revenue

We are in banking entrance training classes in pune. We are listed with justdial with prmie package we had paid rs 76000/-. Justdail had promised us if we activate prime package we will get 7-8 leads per day, but after activation prime package we are getting only 1 lead per day. After following justdial regarding this issue, justdial is asking us for more money so they can provide us lead.
We are start-up business justdail had given us all fault commitment and they cheated us. Justdial is fraud, justdial is worst.
We kindly request for more leads as per justdail commitment

I am availed a just dial cintract in november 2017, by name of parth placement services, just dial signed by me a contract for a year, now i am receiveing a various fake calls and irrelevent calls, i requested just dial to close my contract i wilk pay damages but they said it is a annual contract and you can not close this before a year, i want to close my agreement but just dial people said it will not close before a year, i have requested various time but just dial people not helping me plz help me

This is with respect to our justdial merchant account humidair (India) (Registered mobile no.: [protected]), we are unhappy with the just dial inquiries pool that we are receiving from your just dial portal. Our business has affected immensely due to these poor inquiries from just dial. This all begins after september 2018 month. Before september, we had a supreme package which was very fruitful to the business.in the august month, we received a call from one of just dial executive for the feedback in which we provided good reviews of their service. The same executive then suggested us to go for a better plan where we will be receiving more no. Of mitsubishi electric inquiries. The amount told to us for the same was of 35000/- tax inclusive. We were told that the new plan will be in addition to the current plan and it is given to us at the discounted mentioned as above. However, this was not the case instead the current plan was converted to the new plan and its amount was adjusted in the new plane. We got this information after having the conversation with mr. Shivam (Justdial employee) in october month 2018 when we saw a sudden drop in no. Of inquiries. Mr. Shivam told us that the plan that we have now opted will only provide mitsubishi electric inquiries. When we ask him to change this plan to earlier plan, then he asked us to again pay for minimum change amount.
We denied his request as we have already paid a handsome amount for the new plan and not ready to bare more.
Till now, we didn't raise the issue regarding misinformation and misconduct in hope that we might get good no. Of inquiries in the new plan. But the numbers haven't improved and eventually affected our sales. We conveyed the same to just dial feedback team to change our plan back to the supreme package but instead of admitting their mistake and compensate, they asked us to either pay them more amount to change or else keep continuing with the same package. They are not ready to listen or accept their mistake. Kindly help us and take strict action against just dial

My business is listed in justdail in the name of rainbow marble and acrylics,
Since 6 months inquires are not upto the mark which is not beneficial for my business.
So its my humble request to discontinue my services as i dont want to continue any more.
Stop my ecs clearing of dena bank as further i would not be able to pay anymore.
In the time of contract your manger had told me if you dont want to continue you just have to mail to stop ecs.
Hope you will take my request in priority and take immediate action.

Company k exicutive plan galat batakar shop keepers se connection lete hey or baad main vo executive vo job chod deta hey fir humne company ko call lagakar plan ki details mangete hey to company bolte hey ye plan hey he nahi aasa kuch. Maine ye experience liye hey. Dont belive this company bohot ghatiya hey. Wo bhadva rakesh bhatt madarchod mil gaya na to gaand main saliya ghusadunga. Ye just dail wale aapna reviewor client aaisa badha te hey galat service dekar. Fraud saale company wale choor.

I had registered my business by name pratibha dental clinic from nagpur for which i'm constantly calling the customer care service for the termination of contract since last 6-8 months. First nobody registered the request and after that nobody is taking action upon it. The ecs is cut on from my account monthly. Im constantly hearing the same sentence that we will get back to you and we will send our executive and things but your company is just charging me money and not registering my right for the termination. I expect the termination today itself. If not done i'll feel free to complaint in the consumer forum and drag your company to court.

i feel tired to complaint again and again against just dial" ( [ID: 2204629])" but i have no any conclusion my complaint i follow just dial helpline number [protected] & [protected] and [protected] (saksham) he said daily your complaint login just dial make call within 24 hours but can't receive call {between 09.01.2019-16.01.2019)but interesting point of this company sales executive offer me new products and no any executive make call concern my complaint i make call to [protected] everyday he/she listen my issues then ignore or disconnect call i have proof all calls recordings and detail. he has only loss my time and money (14160) and my amount use justdial i want ask a question for justdial who permit to utilise my amount and behalf of hold my amount in just dial account..
