Dear sir,
My business is listed in justdail in the name of rainbow marble and acrylics,
Since 6 months inquires are not upto the mark which is not beneficial for my business.
So its my humble request to discontinue my services as i dont want to continue any more.
Stop my ecs clearing of dena bank as further i would not be able to pay anymore.
In the time of contract your manger had told me if you dont want to continue you just have to mail to stop ecs.
Hope you will take my request in priority and take immediate action.

Maine ye experience liye hey. Dont belive this company bohot ghatiya hey. Wo bhadva rakesh bhatt madarchod mil gaya na to gaand main saliya ghusadunga. Ye just dail wale aapna reviewor client aaisa badha te hey galat service dekar. Fraud saale company wale choor.

I had registered my business by name pratibha dental clinic from nagpur for which i'm constantly calling the customer care service for the termination of contract since last 6-8 months. First nobody registered the request and after that nobody is taking action upon it. The ecs is cut on from my account monthly. Im constantly hearing the same sentence that we will get back to you and we will send our executive and things but your company is just charging me money and not registering my right for the termination. I expect the termination today itself. If not done i'll feel free to complaint in the consumer forum and drag your company to court.

I ms. Marya ansari (Owner) of ecorium commerce classes request you to stop the clearance of cheque no. [protected] issued on date 01/01/19 which was been handed over to mr. Ashwin salaskar (Justdial executive).
Since, mr. Ashwin salaskar without any intimation proceeded with clearing of cheque for which i asked to take my confirmation. The cheque has been bounced thrice and i have to bear the penalty of rs. 550 which is now total rs. 1650. Which made me very upset with the bad service and treatment of justdial. For which i have decided not to make any further deal with just dial.
I request to stop the cheque and do the payment of rs. 1650 and i also request to take strict action against ashwin salaskar.

I needed a job so i called just dial n the representative disconnected my call n again i called again call disconnected it'd a zero tolerance point. This is not accepted. I wanted help. But just dial is the worst services. I enquired about cab driver job. That girl spoke with me very badly. I want to earn money by driving job. What is the problem with her. I am not taking her money. I request that girl to remove from the job. Then she will understand the pain of losing job. It's your job to find her.

I had registered on 24 october 2018 and i'm paying monthly 1177 rs but i'm not getting any business from your side and i'd try calling ecs customer department but they refusing to cancell my ecs request, i request you to cancel ecs, i am not interested to pay ecs after getting losses

We have given a contract to subject named company (Found on justdial.com) for providing us marketing executive, for the same we paid 2500 inr to them on 28/11/2018. But till now they have not sent a single executive. Whenever we call, they say, with in 2 3 days our staff will call you and send a marketing executive.
Its already been 2 months that we are facing this harassment.
We hope, this complaint will take some action with some fine and refund of given amount.

We are not receiving the leads as committed by just dial team. We have paid inr 78000 in september 2018. Leads are not bifurcated as per the keywords. More than half leads are irrelevant or fake.

Even though our plan was on rotational basis (Premium plan) whch gives leads on rotational basis but sometime the gap in enquiry is more than 10 minutes.

Rather than coming with solution sales team came up with new plan of fixed position by charging extra money. There team is also denying the refund of advance payment made.

Rectify our concern for fake or irrelevant leads or payback the entire amount as refund.

We want either company stops selling its premium plan by committing 20 to 30 leads per day on rotational basis if the want to give all leads to persons taken fixed position.

This is harshit from kashi i. T. Solutions c-72, sector-4, noida. I complaint for justdial and justdial marketing executive mr. Nishant before collect cheque he was follow me many times after receive cheque (No.000031 from andhra bank[protected] amount-14160) executive stop following me and i want follow he said currently i am meeting right now.. And after 4 days cheque clearing again i call i[censored] don't follow i will complaint consumer court against you and your company he said me whatever you want i have no problems for your complaints..

I called justdial on 10th january to seek numbers of some transporters to transport a motorbike from yamunanagar haryana to gurgaon haryana.
A transporter from justdial panel called me from number [protected] and said he is registered transporter will justdial and will transport the bike and asked me to deposit 1000 rupees in paytm account [protected].
I deposited the amount as directed by him. After that he stopped taking my calls. I called on both numbers but i got no response.
It's a registered justdial transporter who has frauded me for rupees 1000.
I complained to paytm also but they said that the person has already withdrawn the money and they can't do anything now.
And police won't even take a complaint for rs 1000 small amount fraud.
But this person may be frauding many more.
How he got my number from justdial is a mystery and definitely this person is a registered transporter with justdial but called me from a different number which is not disclosed to justdial and frauded me of rupees 1000 by using the other number.
Justdial please get the matter investigated by police.

Now my problem is that some other person listed himself with my company name, with my address but with different mobile of his.

So i want ask you few question:

1. How can you allow someone to list himself as the owner of some other person company.

2. Why i should send you the legal notice for affecting my bussiness by helping someone to to the fraud.

3. Why dont you authenticate the peron or the come before listing on your platform.

Other problem is that i have tried calling you from last 2 days at your customer care and what i am getting only is call back assurance.

Till now i have not recieved any call. And i am feeling harassed now. And you are forcing me to take legal action against you

Today talk with vaishaki pujari (Contact number :[protected] and [protected] just dial employe but she is also comit for not stop my ecs and she is say that deposite 3 months ecs then stop unliess ecs will be continue and they are calling me multiple number and talk multiple person and all person say that ecs will not stop please suggest what i do

The marketing executive guy mr. Ayush employee in bhopal, who took my call for this subscription doesn't bother for cancellation also he said if i want to cancel the subscription i should do it myself he won't help.
Also i said him this last to last month a d from last 2 mo tha and still this month the ecs is been duducted. Please take action against him.

I run a gift and stationery centre in Bangalore, I choose the Justdial ESC service to improve my business but since it provided no value to the business and was a waste of money, I've been getting in touch with for the past 6 months to cancel this service, they either transfer call to someone else or reply they will get in touch about it soon.
this has been the constant cycle, they reply its someone new they will look into it etc it's like they been trained to extort money as much as they can .during this 6 months time they have still cut payment even though we have categorically informed them that we don't want this service.

Sir, i m olinda beauty parlour and a & y tours and travels i had took two packages of 20000/- but ur marketing person fraud with us i have no parlour it's home service it's all gents calling i m totally frustrated i don't want to continue with you bcoz all people are calling for gents service. I m house wife i have two children my husband said do not be contact any just dial customers. My husband have a car that also registered in just dial it's sedan but in season of diwali and new year not requirement of sedan car all requirements cmng for a suv cars pl. Refund my money

I, jeetendra mishra want to lodge a complaint regarding my bike reg. No. Br11b 4288 red colour relocation place forbesganj, dist. Ararea, bihar' 854318 which is hand over to mr mukesh staff of interm carrier on 30th, june 2018 at my residence and paid rs. 5500/- and assure by the person my bike will be delivered within 15 days but yet to waiting for bike mob. No. Of mukesh is [protected] and the no. Provide by your judt dial iis [protected] i have negotiated through this no. Sharma ji which is provuded by ur institution. Now i can, t understand what to do. Whenever i am caling the person he is asking me your bike will deliverd within one week, within three days. After sone times i have started call on mib. On paymement receipt he is also telling your bike will be deliverd within one week, some times within 03 days, tomorrow but now i think they are telling lie and they are working for cheat. I signed a contract witn justdial pvt ltd for creating website and app and manager told me that they charges 60, 000 in total for creating website nd they give services for 5 years after that if i dnt need their service they will continue it nd give my website to me to make it run from other company but taken a cheque of 22000 from me nd ecs for 3 month nd after that they jst give me a site no services provided to me nd now they saying your contract is cancelled due to fail in ecs which i stopes for not provinding proper service now my website is not live and they not giving server details saying that its confidential nd they jst ignoring
Its a fraud company nd jst making excuses nd jst eated my money like a begger i will complaint in consumer forum i have contract copy with me

This is sagar madia (Classy missy edge). We have been in this field past 8 years. Just because some of our competitors have requested you to blacklist us. You have done the same on the basis of fake complaints from some unknown stranger.
Some masood ali named person claims to pay us 30k for apparelz they ordered and hasnt been delivered. We have gone through our servers and we havent come accross any masood ali in our clients.
That's totally a fake complaint made by our competitors.
And we highly request the ceo of just dial to restart the service.
As you guys are spoiling the brand name just on the basis of fake complaint.
We did not even recieve any notifocation by just dial regarding stopping our service.
For further business with just dial. I would request just dial to start the service again. Or i would strictly need to take an against you people.
