A marketing executive name mr. Sourav roy of just dial came to me on 06.11.2018 and he explained me about the activity of justdial. And i agreed to take subscription only for one month. And he also assured me that if i don't want it will cancel after one month. So i issued a rs 740/- for one month and also provide my bank details to him and rs 740/- is debited from my account as usual. But on 29.11.2018 i noticed that rs 740/- again debited my account through ecs without my any knowledge. I have discussed with mr roy about it and he assured me that it will stop from next month. But on within 12 days on 10.12.2018 again rs 740 debited from my accounts. I don't know what should i do for that. Mr roy totally cheated and misguide with me in behalf of just dial.       At the outset I would like to thank Just dial for providing a platform for providing details for any kind of services.

      With great sorrow I would like to bring your kind attention towards the malfunctions and fraud activities and the registration going on in your portal.

      I have been using Just dial services for long period and satisfactorily using the same; however during last association with your services in September 2018 I have hired a service provider through Just dial. As I firmly believe about verification done by Just dial before registering any vendor or service provider however this time I would like to share my harassment and annoyance I have faced while availing the service of a service provided viz SECRET SERVICE BUREAU (owner Mr. Rajeev Gupta, A-17, Gupta Complex, Rajouri Garden, Delhi -110027).

      I have transferred an advance amount of Rs. 12000/- (Receipt is attached) on the request of Mr Rajeev Gupta for providing the service and he has promised to complete the work in next 10 days however from the date passed the respective person is procrastinating the work. In mid of October 2018 I have complained the same to Just dial and consequently during a conference call with Just dial and the service provided and self, in which Mr. Rajeev Gupta has committed for 23rd Oct 2018 but since that date Mr Rajeev is again procrastinating and fooling me.

      I have been calling this guy many times since the work is assigned but this person don’t entertain the calls and just reply with an auto response of “I ll call you later or I ll call you right back”.

      I have attached call details, text messages, whstapp conversation, Payment details of Rs. 12000/- and his ID Proof for your ready reference.

      It’s been four months since I have assigned a task for which he has committed to do in 10 days only which has already passed on dated 25 Sep 2018 and now I have been only chasing this person but not able to get any solution.

      I request you kindly look into this matter which is image degrading point for Just dial and also look into my harassment and provide solution at the earliest.

      Further request you kindly arrange to provide my refund and take strict action against this kind of malicious behaviors.

        On oct month my iphone screen got broken & i have called justdial so obviously my number circulated among different vendors of yours & i have received a call from joey who is working in prem mobiles located in perungudi. He came to my omr office & got 5600 amount & replaced the screen. But after two weeks its repaired & i came to know its duplicate. My humble request is please do the minimal level of background verification of your vendors. Now am searching for genuine vendor to replace screen

        I want to discontinue JustDial Services. As per excutive I informed at customer care number already 3 months prior, but I have not got any confirmation for that.

        To avoid any issues, I have given STOP ECS instructions to my bank.

        Kindly advise.

          From so many days i am getting irrelevant leads, i have website development business and the lead i am getting is of plumber, electrician, sewage, like this and even in most of the leads no contact details.

          Continuously for more than 15 days i am calling customer care but they are disconnecting the phone after listening my problem. I have all the recordings with me. No body is helping and everyone fools you.

            I have registerd my profile since last 2 and half months. And my experiance is very bad as there is not a single genuine enquiry since registration. Whenever i send reply to the user by his email id then they reply me back that there is no email id existing. Another thing is that very late message or email received when someone enquired for my profile so when i am trying to call them they told me that already their enquiry has been solved.

              I had registered my business on just dial in march 16, since then i have been paying 1500 per month, i closed my business from november 18 and i informed justdial well in advance before a month but they still deduct ecs every month. I mailed and called them many times but there is not even a single response from them. I requested bank, bank tried its best to stop ecs but they are unable to do it.

              Even after doing so many emails and doing so many calls, there is not even a single reply from them. If you make a call stating that want to upgrade the plan then they will follow up like bee but while you want to stop services they do mental harassment like this by not responding and taking our money.

              Want to get out of this problem asap.

              I am closing my business from november so kindly stop my ecs from november. I have not been sent copy of my contract even after requesting many times.

                I have contacted Just dial . com for getting home chimney fixed on 18 Nov. The executive provided me an online portal link and asked me to do the payment of 2600 Rs.

                After completing the payment, the executive never attended my call or came to get the work done.

                Please refund the money back.

                This is completely not acceptable, Worst customer service experience.

                  I have taken contract with Justdial for my banner and page for one year in Jan'18 under my company name VAIBKUSH SOLUTIONS.
                  At the time of this contract, keyword POLYTRON was not available on justdial but the manager promised me that this is a very simple activity and can be updated / added with in 24 hours.
                  I have registered my complaint many times but never get my requested keyword updated on their system.
                  Now when the contract is about to over, they are following with me to take upper package to get this included. This is a fraud and they are making fool of the suppliers and business owner.
                  When I am now requesting that I have paid for somthing which they have never supplied, they are not ready to listen and asking me next year higher price to get it done.
                  I want my complete money back OR I must be given services with my requested keyword added, FREE OF COST for next one full year.

                          My business is registered on justdial as sbp associates. I had registered my business with justdial in previous month, but as the marketing executive told me the flow of enquiries are not good, in the initial period i got few enquiries after that now i am not getting enquiries of my keywords they just sending me the mail id of the client and on the same hand one of my freind is registered in the similar category with similar amount and he is geeting the enquiories. I had a worst experience with just dial, even the marketing executive is not supporting now and they are deducting the ecs amount even after i requst them to stop the ecs. Its just totally fraud justdial doing with us.
                          The marketing executive now saying that please increase the amount of ecs than you will get enquiries, what the hell is that you had deducted approx 5000 rs in just one month and not even sending me the proper enquiries.

                              I have made a contract for advertising with justdial on 11th november for fledgling coaching institute named, "success radiance", which is being run and managed by the pvt. Ltd company called "jrkb knowledge bucket pvt. Limited.

                              On this day, 29th november 2018, i duly informed the company (Justdial pvt. Ltd) that i do not wish to continue with the contract and don't want to take further services and hence i withdraw my ecs mandate.

                              On 14th november 2018, my account [protected] (In vijaya bank) was debited with rs 6151 for advertising on justdial. The amount being given was for the period of 1 month of service. As i have clearly stated to justdial salesman mr parvinder (Mob. [protected]) that since i am skeptical about the services, thus i will take monthly package and will pay on monthly basis. So the package was to be designed in such a way that if the user wants, he can discontinue the package if not satisfied or not wanting to continue due to any reasons best known to him. He agree to all this.

                              My account was debited on 14th november 2018 and i have got the tax invoice dated 15th november 2018 on my registered email (Success. [protected]@gmail.com). The invoice no. Is dl1118se01606469. Based on this transaction, the service month is from 15th nov 2018 to 15 dec 2018. And second service month should begin from 15th dec 2018. By the end of nov 2018 i got an ecs request demanding the next payment, though i do not wish to avail any further services. But still the amount was withdrawn and then i got another call regarding ecs telling me that next withdrawal will be on 15th december.

                              Withdrawing ecs is my legal right and denying it to me and taking the money without my consent is surely cheating on me.

                              I dont wish to take the services, then why forcefully taking payments from me. This is purely loot my abusing the banking system and defrauding the customer too.

                              Secondly the company has first taken the cheque from my, then debited my account and then gave me some link to a contract. I have not been provided with any copy be it a paper print or a pdf of any such contract you are talking about. All i have got is the pdf of the invoice.

                              Thirdly, i have made first payment on 11th of november then again the money is withdrawn from my account via first ecs on 30th nov and as informed to me by your customer care representative, that again on 15th dec 2018 the amount will be withdrawn. So the withdrawals are much more frequent taking advance of 3 month payments by the end of first month of service only.

                              Fourthly, i have been told by your customer care personnel that whatever my plan is, i can stop taking the services from the company from the month i want to. But you company is taking 3 months of payment in advance and not even letting me withdraw my ecs mandate.

                              Fifth, withdrawing my ecs mandate is my own legal right, which i wish to withdraw. As i have communicated in my earlier mails. If the company is still ignoring my"esc mandate withdrawal", then you are taking the money without my approval.

                              Sixth, its my own wish to not to take service. Plus, payments are in advance. I do not want to take the service and please don't push them down my throat. My business is active or not, is none of your business incase, i don't wish to take your services and don't want to continue. Forcing me to take service for the advance payments taken and that too after principally withdrawal of my ecs mandate, is simply looting my money and cheating me.

                              Seventh, at the time of writing this email, i still have not got any physical copy or soft copy of contract. Plus you took payment from me even before handling me any contract. Plus i have never given any automatic consent to your terms and conditions.

                              Eight, i do not wish to take services which i don't need. So don't deliberately push your services and take money from me that too without my consent.

                              Ninth, i thus wish to have the money refunded rather than taking the services (Which are no use to me) against it.

                                I am dr. Lalit kumar, owner or propriter of jr stroke physiotherapy centre located at a-377 nehru vihar dl-54. The clinic has a registered trade mark under msme and govt. Of india. I have also registered my clinic in just dial.
                                My concern is that an another clinic is also running with the same name of jr stroke physiotherapy centre at rohini, which is a duplicate of my centre or a fraud centre, that one is also registered with just dial. That person also have shown my clinic photos along with my mobile numberon just dial in his id which is a duplicate of my clinic.
                                So you are requested to please remove or cancelled his registration from just dial as this is a matter of faith as most of my patients photos are shown on just dial.
                                For a proof that i am registered with govt. Of india, i am attaching ca certificate with this mail. I can also provide other legal documents of my clinic registration if further required.
                                So please take action on this matter as early as possible.

                                  The first offer was around 1 lac for the year but my budget wasn't up to this level so i requested him some discount and finally we closed it at 50 k.
                                  I have submitted all the requested documents via postal and i also requested mr. Johnson to give me a confirmation on email but he didn't do it and send me a screenshot.

                                  I thought it was ok because i am dealing with a well known company but i was wrong here...!! He has cheated me..!!

                                      This start form november, 2017 when a just dial representative came to my office for paid listing of our business in just dial. Representative told about the one year plan and also told that it can be cancelled anytime. So we agreed and buyed the plan, also agreed to pay using ecs. After 2 two months we find the services are not useful, so i contacted just dial to cancel the ecs. Every time they give different excuse and different thing to avoid the cancellation.

                                      Then one of the customer care representative told the plan can be cancelled after 9 months o[censored]se. After 9 months i contacted them till they started given excuse and all. Every representative tells me different thing. Plan continues.

                                      Now when it was one month remaining to complete the plan. I contacted justdial and told to stop my ecs when my plan expires.
                                      Also i got call from justdial regarding my listing in the same month, i told the representative to stop the ecs and he told that he had made to note to stop the ecs and to discontinue of the plan.

                                      Now one year is completed. But the ecs is not stopped also they charged me after one year of plan. The worst company is justdial they claim to the best company to provide leads and all but no they only want to make people fool and charge them.

                                      In the entire year of contract 50% calls are for loans, jobs and some unwanted calls. But they don't care about it they are giving the leads.

                                      Kindly help consumer complaints against my problem and also i want my refund for the last ecs deducted.
