Your service is good in five year but this year ur service is very bad and very fraud by ur company and ur agent anil agrwal is ur fraud agent and this year ur bad service so i dont like ur service this year.

Plz. Given my cheque amount refund 10000/- cheque no.198568 and second cheque 5900/- chq. No. 198571 date 19/11/2018 i given both cheque make just dial ltd. To ur fraud agent anil agrwal he is not responce on my call and not attend my call he is fraud agent and i have not received ur service so plz. Given my 2 cheque amount total 15900/- rs. Refund otherwise i can take legal action ur company just dial ltd.
So plz. Refund my amount

    I have made a contract for advertising with justdial on 11th november for fledgling coaching institute named, "success radiance", which is being run and managed by the pvt. Ltd company called "jrkb knowledge bucket pvt. Limited.

    On this day, 29th november 2018, i duly informed the company (Justdial pvt. Ltd) that i do not wish to continue with the contract and don't want to take further services and hence i withdraw my ecs mandate.

    On 14th november 2018, my account [protected] (In vijaya bank) was debited with rs 6151 for advertising on justdial. The amount being given was for the period of 1 month of service. As i have clearly stated to justdial salesman mr parvinder (Mob. [protected]) that since i am skeptical about the services, thus i will take monthly package and will pay on monthly basis. So the package was to be designed in such a way that if the user wants, he can discontinue the package if not satisfied or not wanting to continue due to any reasons best known to him. He agree to all this.

    My account was debited on 14th november 2018 and i have got the tax invoice dated 15th november 2018 on my registered email (Success. [protected]@gmail.com). The invoice no. Is dl1118se01606469. Based on this transaction, the service month is from 15th nov 2018 to 15 dec 2018. And second service month should begin from 15th dec 2018. By the end of nov 2018 i got an ecs request demanding the next payment, though i do not wish to avail any further services. But still the amount was withdrawn and then i got another call regarding ecs telling me that next withdrawal will be on 15th december.

    Withdrawing ecs is my legal right and denying it to me and taking the money without my consent is surely cheating on me.

    I dont wish to take the services, then why forcefully taking payments from me. This is purely loot my abusing the banking system and defrauding the customer too.

    Secondly the company has first taken the cheque from my, then debited my account and then gave me some link to a contract. I have not been provided with any copy be it a paper print or a pdf of any such contract you are talking about. All i have got is the pdf of the invoice.

    Thirdly, i have made first payment on 11th of november then again the money is withdrawn from my account via first ecs on 30th nov and as informed to me by your customer care representative, that again on 15th dec 2018 the amount will be withdrawn. So the withdrawals are much more frequent taking advance of 3 month payments by the end of first month of service only.

    Fourthly, i have been told by your customer care personnel that whatever my plan is, i can stop taking the services from the company from the month i want to. But you company is taking 3 months of payment in advance and not even letting me withdraw my ecs mandate.

    Fifth, withdrawing my ecs mandate is my own legal right, which i wish to withdraw. As i have communicated in my earlier mails. If the company is still ignoring my"esc mandate withdrawal", then you are taking the money without my approval.

    Sixth, its my own wish to not to take service. Plus, payments are in advance. I do not want to take the service and please don't push them down my throat. My business is active or not, is none of your business incase, i don't wish to take your services and don't want to continue. Forcing me to take service for the advance payments taken and that too after principally withdrawal of my ecs mandate, is simply looting my money and cheating me.

    Seventh, at the time of writing this email, i still have not got any physical copy or soft copy of contract. Plus you took payment from me even before handling me any contract. Plus i have never given any automatic consent to your terms and conditions.

    Eight, i do not wish to take services which i don't need. So don't deliberately push your services and take money from me that too without my consent.

    Ninth, i thus wish to have the money refunded rather than taking the services (Which are no use to me) against it.

      Dear jd team,
      I am dr. Lalit kumar, owner or propriter of jr stroke physiotherapy centre located at a-377 nehru vihar dl-54. The clinic has a registered trade mark under msme and govt. Of india. I have also registered my clinic in just dial.
      My concern is that an another clinic is also running with the same name of jr stroke physiotherapy centre at rohini, which is a duplicate of my centre or a fraud centre, that one is also registered with just dial. That person also have shown my clinic photos along with my mobile numberon just dial in his id which is a duplicate of my clinic.
      So you are requested to please remove or cancelled his registration from just dial as this is a matter of faith as most of my patients photos are shown on just dial.
      For a proof that i am registered with govt. Of india, i am attaching ca certificate with this mail. I can also provide other legal documents of my clinic registration if further required.
      So please take action on this matter as early as possible.

        I have opted for your national plan on last year dec'18 and the person who assigned for was one mr. Johnson ([protected]).
        My registered contact number is [protected], i hope you guys can see my details.

        The first offer was around 1 lac for the year but my budget wasn't up to this level so i requested him some discount and finally we closed it at 50 k.
        I have submitted all the requested documents via postal and i also requested mr. Johnson to give me a confirmation on email but he didn't do it and send me a screenshot.

        I thought it was ok because i am dealing with a well known company but i was wrong here...!! He has cheated me..!!
        He didn't even properly responded to my phone calls once i transferred the amount to your account... Is this the kind of service you offers to your customers.
        As of now you guys have deducted 63922/- rs from my account...!! I need my money back asap..!!

            This start form november, 2017 when a just dial representative came to my office for paid listing of our business in just dial. Representative told about the one year plan and also told that it can be cancelled anytime. So we agreed and buyed the plan, also agreed to pay using ecs. After 2 two months we find the services are not useful, so i contacted just dial to cancel the ecs. Every time they give different excuse and different thing to avoid the cancellation.

            Then one of the customer care representative told the plan can be cancelled after 9 months o[censored]se. After 9 months i contacted them till they started given excuse and all. Every representative tells me different thing. Plan continues.

            Now when it was one month remaining to complete the plan. I contacted justdial and told to stop my ecs when my plan expires.
            Also i got call from justdial regarding my listing in the same month, i told the representative to stop the ecs and he told that he had made to note to stop the ecs and to discontinue of the plan.

            Now one year is completed. But the ecs is not stopped also they charged me after one year of plan. The worst company is justdial they claim to the best company to provide leads and all but no they only want to make people fool and charge them.

            In the entire year of contract 50% calls are for loans, jobs and some unwanted calls. But they don't care about it they are giving the leads.

            Kindly help consumer complaints against my problem and also i want my refund for the last ecs deducted.

              Hi, greetings.
              I registered my business skyline management service on august 16th 2018. Marketer. Miss. Nirosha forced me to pay the fees for the promotional activity, and marketer vinoth came and activated our package.
              We paid 18000 + gst. Full payment. 16th august 2018
              From that time onwards i didnt get any calls or enquires, i called customer care many times from that period of time. I called nirosha and she told that due to national lisiting only you didnt get any calls, after some point of time i put a mail to chennai custom support team and mr. Amrith called and spoke with me and said he will solve my problem and asked me to wait for some days and after 15 days also no responds.

              Again i started mail and call to [protected]@justdail.com.
              Till today 3/december 2018. I am not getting solution for my problem, i asked them to change my national listing into 2 urban area listing (Vellore and krishnagiri).

              Till now i am not geting any business or money. Its my harden money. Not even proper responds from justdail. I gave the money but no one is responding and treated me down.

              Still no one contacted me for giving me solution
              All I just getting is the automated msg from justdail.com.

              Justdail.com uses my amount illegally and made me fool. I will never recomemt anyone for justdail and I will put a case also if it is happening like this before Dec 20th.

                  Hi,

                  I am Krishna Kumar and I registered my business on just dial in on[protected]. As per the executive that visited me (named Naveena), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 1 month on a payment of 19, 390/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. I have clearly told him that I have faced problem with justdial before that No proper service was given to me and if incase I dont receive proper leads I will cancel the server at any time, the executive accepted to cancel it and do any changes, also he promised me of 200+ leads/ day which was unbelievable but I saw the previous 2 months report and it was giving the same report, hence I trusted it and took the higher package plan thinking that whenever I want I can cancel the ECS. Also I told him that if the leads are not proper we need to change the category as we did it in earlier contract.

                  Within 3 days there was no proper leads and I continuously asked him to change the category as per discussion that we had earlier and now it's more than 10 days not even single conversation happened or most of them are not valid leads. I called just dial customer care, I wrote to them many times and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount & every month. I informed that I was told that it can be canceled any time, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year or atleast 3 months notice should be given as per the contract I signed.

                  In additional, I received the soft copy agreement from Justdial, I replied that I dont agree to the terms & conditions and there is no reply for same too.

                  And when I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

                  The worst part is, not received proper leads not even single conversion happened (They have all records they can check from their side too) even after investing Rs.20000 and they wont stop ECS untill 3 months and in another 1 week they will send another Rs.19390 ECS debit.

                  Also, I am planning to proceed legally, any suggestion will be highly appreciated

                    Please unsubscribe me from all athetic training centres and also from all the other things for which i inuired. For example pest control service etc. Some person has wrongly added my number in justdial because of which i am getting unnecessary calls through out the day. Please remove me from all the services which the person has availed on my number. Further request the just dial that in order to avoid such mal practice please send the confirmation code in order to verify whether it is an correct application or not.                       We have given just dial mail in writing in july 2018, to stop the ecs debit from our account and discontinue their services. They assured after three months ecs will not be debited and stopped. We asked for contract copy signed by us they have not provided us till date.
                      I warned them i will approach consumer court still they are least botherd to stop the ecs and customer care telling us we dont know the last date of your contract. This clearly means they will not stop ecs forever.

                      Please fine this company for this fraud. Their sales persons say you can stop payment whenever you wish and take ecs forms from customers. This is looting.

                      We cannot cancel the ecs from their online account also as was informed by their sales person that we can cancel ecs anytime online through their website please sue this company for looting

                        We are being harassed by justdial employees. We are being called 3-5 times a day on each phone number for promotional campaigns by just dial. On several occasions, we have already cleared our disinterest in taking up just dial services to its employees. Yet, we are called again and again at inconvenient hours for taking just dial packages. At times, the just dial employees also become abusive over calls and use foul language.

                          I had paid rs. 8900 to just dail executive mr. Surender on 20th november 2018.
                          But they did't start services today 30th november 2018.
                          They are diducting my money every day but services are not activated.

                          They took money but not giving services after 10days

                          I had word with mr. Surender he dos't know anything now.

                          I would request you to kindly do me favor this is my hardearn money.

                            We are availing just dial services from[protected], and from the beginning onwards and not receiving any proper services and responses which committed by your executive.

                            Received the first call from your TME, Ms.Aiswarya and based on that your Executive Mr.Riyas met us for further discussion, and all the procedures done by Mr.Riyas.
                            Your executive committed to us that following at the time of discussion

                            1. While discussion with Ms.Iswarya committed that our name will be listed in first 3 listings, At the final stage of contract signing they told the first three listing transferred into bidding policy so cannot include with this package.(Wrong offers given and took the order)

                            2. We given first payment on february and they told the services will be up within one month maximum, But fails the following:
                            For website creation they took almost 2 months
                            Till now not issued JD certificate
                            Till now not created App for IOs and Android
                            3. For Domain JD told customer need to purchase and hand over the detail to JD. based on that we purchased the domain and handed over the details(Attached the screenshot sent to Mr.Riyas/ Attached the mail sent to JD). But JD purchased them self a domain (not took our suggestions) and deducted the money form our account. And till now not conveyed us the username and password of the domain which you purchased also lost our money.

                            4. From the beginning onwards we fed up with Just dial services, and the management took decisions to cancel the services on July onwards, for that we sent mails to Just dial called Mr.Riyas and Ms.Aiswarya. She is not picking the phone and Riyas always making the phone busy and not reply in proper manner( all the screenshots attached for your references). And also if required we are ready to submit the voice call recordings ( through proper channel) for the same based on the request by concern person.We are unnecessarily paying money from last June onward. Before 2 weeks we called Mr.riyas and he told he will do the needful for cancel the services but on 15th november again deducted the subscription amount.

                            5. At the time of contract Riyas conveyed us that the subscription is for 12 Months and its price is around 49, 560.00. And within 9 months we paid around 53, 584.00

                            Dear consumer panel,

                            As discussed with the officials by Just dial team they committed us that they will refund the money at the earlieat. Because of that we paised all our procedure to proceeding against juat dial. Now they are planning to force fullly put all the not reveived services to our head and solve the issues.
                            We registered with just dial on last february and its december end, 11 months we didint get any proper website, jd certificate, jd mobile app, and none of the quality leads.
                            Bcoz of non providing of Jd certificate, website error and mobile app. Our management found that we lost around 50lakh business.
                            So kindly do the needful to get the compensation from the service provider.

                              I have paid Rs 34, 500 on 17th April 2017 to Just Dial for the services to generate leads for English speaking courses under there supreme package.

                              And I was getting 2-3 leads in a day on an average.

                              I got call from Just Dial Sales team that, there is slot free in the top package (Platinum package)and you well get more number of leads if you go for Platinum package.

                              Mr Atul Pandey visited and explained about the platinum package and showed that you will be getting 15-16 leads per day if you go for Platinum package for Rs55, 000 for a perios of six months, on 10th March 2018.
                              A new Contract has been started on 21st March 2018 for the platinum package.

                              On 24th March 2018, I have called customer care, Mr Atul Pandey and Also emailed justdial team on the registered email address that I am not getting leads as projected at the time of sales pitch .

                              I stated that I have got only 2 leads in 3 days, so please refund my money, as I am not getting what was projected .

                              I followed with Mr Atul Pandey to solve the issue or refund my money, I have told by him to wait for sometime, as it gets sometime (month or two )to get the leads .

                              I kept on following just Dial team and Mr Atul Pandey for the issue.

                              All I got was false promises to resolve the issue .

                              A month before the expiry of the platinum contract they asked me to provide the proof for projected leads, which I provided to them .

                              And then they told me that we sorry for the inconvenience caused and we can offer you extension of Rs 10, 000 .

                              I said I have paid Rs55, 000 + 34, 500 for all my two contracts and you are offering me only 10, 000 which seems to be unreasonable and unacceptable .

                              I asked them why are you offering Rs10, 000 extension where I have paid 55, 000, they said because only one month is left in expiry of your contract, I said But I have raised the concern on the 3rd day of activation of contract, so it’s not my fault .

                              Finally the contract was ended in six months only .

                                Called him for fixing the mosquito doors after getting sms from just dial.he got the advance amount of Rs.5000 and he did not come to the house for completion of job last fifteen days and tried calling him many times but he is not attending the call.
                                After asking for the refund through whastapp, he is not very responsive.

                                Please help us in getting the refund amount and by taking necessary action against him.

                                  I want to terminate my contract with justdial since i m not happy with the service. But they say it's one year contract and can't close it in between so i have to pay 7000 every month till april 2019 which is waste of my money and is not giving any results.

                                    My name is sachin rashinkar from mumbai, on 13th oct'18 i was doing payment to one of placement agency in delhi for some services, but during transaction my debit card is debited with said amount of rs. 12980 but it was not get credited to that agency, it means that transaction has been failed during transfer. After that called many times on jdomni customer care number for refund of money. But they had given different reasons to not able to refund the money. So request just dial.com to refund the money.

But he neither carried out the work nor returned the money even after contacting over the phone several times. Now he has switched off his mobile and not in contact. Today on[protected] i visited his factory. His factory is locked and it is learnt from the landlord that he has not paid the rent for several months and also not doing any job there. On asking the neighbours it is learnt that he has done similar things for many people. Even police reported being searching for him on complaints by some customers. Hence i request you to kindly help me in getting the advance money back. I have paid him the advance only because he is registered with you.
