Dear sir,
I wish to bring up to your notice, there is total chaos in your representatives, one person is not aware of what other have talked with clint, which is producing wrong impressions about company with regards to validity.

Iam dr. Subhash mohite from hubli, became your clint in december 2017, paid 13500/- and i was told by your representative, initially will be charging this amount and renewal fees are only rs 2000/ per year subsequently, however today your representative approached me and said renewal fees are 13500/- per year. I have failed to understand why version is changing with every rep approach clint, which gives wrong message regarding credibility
I request you and justdial team to discuss, charging patterns for clients, have written agreements with clients for committed rates and duration of contract, or else i don’t wish to have any future renewal deals

Dear Sir/Madam,

It was 30 November 2018, when my Lifetime plan was activated for which I paid 15000₹ to Customer care executive Mr. Tarun. After contacting Mr. Rahul, Ms. Roshini and many more( I don't remember names). For offering me some other Annual plan, so that I can start my business. I am under huge monetary loss. You may no have any idea, through what type of mental agony and harrassment I have been going through these 19 days.

It seems to went in deaf ears.

After getting poor leads Immediately within a week I contacted customer care number for better service. Till date I have contacted more than 6-7 times verbly and 3 times in writting I have already lodged my complaints.

Now, again I request you to please do the needful ASAP.

Hi All,
I am Rajlaxmi Vaghela and I registered my business Make Me Glamorouss Salon Located in Ahmedabad. I started using just dial in mid September 2018. As per the executive that visited me, I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 1770/- every Month I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account.

Later in December 2018, a deduction of1770/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

This complain is with regards to a tempo traveller named rahul verma. A just dial verified tempo traveller who called us as soon as we enquired with just dial for contact no. Of agents.
We had made a booking with him and trf around 5k as advance. Later when we kept asking for confirmation he kept ignoring our calls. We had contacted just dial they said they have listed him as fraud and blacklisted.. But how is he still getting ppls contact no.
Really upset with this... Getting to know many ppl are victims to this in the same fasion.

Dear team,

I have been complaining form last 10-15 days for my website and my company name.

In my company name earlier at the time of registration it was "gm and associates" but that got changed in between and now it was spelled wrongly. For this i have been complaining to each and everyone whom so ever i am contacting in justdial team. But upto untill now there is no response.

Secondly at the time of registration i have been informed by paras from your sales team and from his superior that i would be given a website access and the lifetime justdial services. But now your customer care people are telling me that it would be chargeable.

In wasting your and my time from 15 days and after this also it is not confirmed that how much more time will take to resolve this.

Therefore i had complained that i want a cancellation of my contract. But it was almost a weeks time now, there is no further process on my complaint. Ms leena from your customer care had assured me that she would get back to me before a days time by now there is no update from her even.

So finally i am tired of mailing and not getting resolution, i would like to cancel the contract. Please cancel the contract and process my refund as earliest possible.

Hi had registered and listed my company for 36k package. The ecs are deducted monthly, i wanted to discontinue the service and want to settle down on 15k package. A just dial customer support said to buy new one in 23, 600 rs and your ecs will be stopped automatically. Its been two months my ecs has not stopped yet and i am being penalized for the same and amount get deducted automatically. I call up the guy he doesn't respond to messages n calls anymore. I tried talking to the concerned person they kept telling me it's under process l don't how long this under process thing will happen i have recorded exceutive conversation of stopping ecs if just dial doesn't resolve it asap i will register complain in consumer forum with that recorded clip

My phone number has been wrongly tagged as the contact number for civil contractor requirements in bangalore. This is causing a big nuisance for me because I keep getting calls from strangers calling me up.

This has resulted in representatives from Justdial calling me up to confirm if i am the mentioned that in need of civil contractors. And in spite of me clarifying on multiple occasions that my number has been tagged incorrectly. I continue to receive calls from Justdial asking me the same question again.

The contact management and the tagging process of Justdial is just lousy and disjointed. Take this complaint and make them get my number out of their list

I have taken a platinum listening on just dail by paying 36 thousand per year. The guy name shabas came to my office and he showed in a system that i will get 3000 enquiry avg per month but i got only 15 enquiryes in a month that enquiryes is also from out of area's. I pay money in emi. Now i paid 2 emi as 3540 per month till now i got only 19 enqi

I praveen kumar singh, my subscription was registered with just dial science sep2017, but i was many times resisted with customer care officer's for close my subscription but they did not close the subscription till date and rs 1180 countries debited my account. It is a fraud and inligal.

Just dial marketing agents has done a fraud with me in amritsar and chandigarh office is not solving any complaint... Your marketing people register friends and family no. Everyday and make you guys fool and make fake commitments to take checks then your account department submit that checks again and again even after committing to destroy that check... I will file a fraud case and ruin your online reputation also.

I had an agreement with just dial for my business in Jamshedpur for 12 months. Tenure is completed in October. Still just dial is deducted money .
I contacted just dial customer care many times and everytime they are giving some excuse.
Now they are not ready to return my money.

Please resolve my issue.

I purchased a package of three months from justdial in november and the representative confirmed me to provide me the invoice of the same within 2 days of package initiation. And now its been a month the representative isn't taking my call either replying back and i even called customer care of just dial and they promised to arrange a call back within 24hrs which i never received.
Even i am not satisfied with the services.

I am Shilpa Vinkar (Jadhav), I registered my business Floraison-Makeup Studio on just dial in Sep 2018. As per the executive that visited me (named Ravi), I can avail the facility (get leads) on a payment of 3261 Every Month/- if require you can cancel the membership if need arise.

I have shared two scenarios below:

Whenever I raised the complaints, every time i have to repeat the situation and the conversation use to end up by we will discuss the issue with management and let you know. Most important they never reply to your emails.

Very first, I raised the issue of Fake Leads, where is used to receive a calls and people use to abuse me. Even I have got a call around 11.45 pm.
and when i discussed the issue with JD executive they told me that all calls we received where for makeup but they did not notice that i have mentioned my business hours from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm., still the calls used to route to me. After contacting them for several time and after no resolution, I asked them to stop the service. But fortunately, they managed to solve the issue which took a week for them.

2nd scenario, currently i am facing some maternity problem, wherein I cannot travel. I request the team to hold the service for a year. As it will be loss for me investing Rs.3261/ every month. I have raised the issue to Just dial 20 days ago, and it was informed to me that Ms. Sushma Pawar will contact me as she knows my history very well. I waited for 2 weeks for her call and suddenly i receive another call on 10 Dec, 18. Again i repeat the same story, the lady told me that if you need to cancel the service it will take 45 days. This means they will take 2-3 weeks to call back (Take followup) and on top of that i will have to wait for 45 days to process the request, and till that time Rs. 3261 will keep debiting from my account. Ass expected she told me that she will discuss the issue with the management and let me by tomorrow, means on 11 Dec, 2018. Unfortunately no call back yet.

Looking at the services they provide is quite annoying and decided to deactivate the service permanently. We believe spend money for business not to keep contacting their customer services executive.

I have done the transaction using Jdpay link for 40000rs using the credit card on July 21st, still the amount is not credited to the concerned account or to the credit card. Its been already 4 to 5 months, and it is highly impossible to contact your customer care and i am pissed off calling them and waiting for long hours. Please refund my money to the concerned account or to the credit card at earliest.
