I m Registered client of Just dial, (Nx Media- Hyderabad)
I have to received a amount of Rs.24500/- thru JDPay..
Which is done at 12:43 - 14:07:2018
My account was not credited with the amount...
Instead there was a whatsapp msg by unknown No.[protected]
Stating :
" Please click on the link below to complete a one-time KYC process by 18th Jul2018 in order to receive your payment for JD Pay order ID:BPF7Y8 (misspelled) HTTP://JSDL.IN/jdPAY __KY: (misspelled) OR call on [protected] and speak to JD Pay support for assistance."

I called up on [protected] and speak to JDpay Representative. @ 6:14 pm
and
asked why my money not transferred to my account its all about 5 hrs.
She asked to me submit KYC.
I Asked My KYC is already there with U, and Every month ECS is thru with the Same account.
she asked for My registered Mobile,
I told her i m calling with the same registered number [protected]
She said no no Please confirm the registered number
I have repeated my number [protected].
The She Asked me about Transaction Id
I argued with her u have every detail of Mine lying with you and you are dragging the issue.
she replied without Id i cant Help Out
I told her in this scenario, I have to disconnect the call and check for it. then i have come from the Starting
She replied sorry sir i cant help u without Transaction Id..
I said ok i will Come Back...
Phone Disconnect : ( this conversation was of 6m 40s)

Again dial[protected] and Call connect time was 6:32 pm

Now Rep ASAD answered the call, after listening to the whole story,
replied me that
" JDpay Department people will be available between (9 am to 6:30 Pm) "
argument Continues... all in vain.

NOW MY QUESTION :
1. That Money is very Important to me at this point of time.. Why Should I wait to get my money in my account...
2. when my Account Details are already Registered with All KYC Procedure.
why again its required.?. all the above the ECS Hits every month with same account...
3. If in case it is required ... why there is no prior reminder or notice issued.
4 Why transaction been Stopped in between and asking about the KYC for...

Now i have to wait till next week.. to start and clear off...

5. When customer care is working 24 hours for services, why not for JD Pay...
6. Who is answerable now...
7. How can u play with someone else money.
8. What is Solution for this now.

I need that money to get the job done by tomorrow (i.e. sunday) make it ready for monday, for which advanced paid by a client.
I m will not be able to do the job without that amount.
who is going to answer my client.
what if client goes off with the future business.
who are going to bear the Losses for Lakhs of Rupees...

I have entered in to an annual contract as per the guidance of justdial executive reg home appliance service & repair under my territory in Tamabaram west, Chennai, before entering into the contract they gave me good suggestions after entering into the contract and amt being cleared they are bluffing that they havent committed regarding the area and the required service. After several complaints they asked us to come to their office which is located @ saidapet, chennai after so much of discussion again they are asking for extra amt. we had requested and told them very clearly to resolve our issue last 2months amt is being debited and also we couldnt convert single lead also bcoz those leads where been closed by other agencies..hence i would like to tell justdial one thing Kindly dont give wrong commitments and ditch us..

Justdial representative named Pranay has come to our Patanjali Megastore in the month of February and asked for 1 month trial susbscription for an amount of Rs 885. I gave him cash and he said that in order to subscribe, its company's policy to give a cancelled cheque. Since then, I have been getting my account debited for Rs 885.

When I called their service number, they are saying that I got subscribed for one year and I cannot terminate the contract. I approached the bank to cancel ECS and they too are saying that it was a contract between JD and bank.

I was not even given a confirmation email or receipt for the subscription till date except for the monthly invoice I receive through email. These crooks should be prosecuted immediately and penal action should be take against JustDial and their brand ambassador Mr. Bachan for promoting these cheaters.

I got Santosh Rai’s Number from Just Dial. He came to install 3 video cameras in my home as my father is paralysed and I go to office. He took Rs 25000 from us but has not provided any bills. Kept on saying he will give next day. This has been going on for past 2 weeks. Now the cameras are not working and he does not pick up my calls. My father is paralysed on his right side and we have attendants for him at home. I need the cameras to ensure that he is properly being taken care of.

I obtained services of my shop " amit pet shop & aquarium" at barabanki, u.P. In the month of september 2017 for a period of three months only but still the services are forcefully leived on us and the payment is being deducted continuously through ecs. Several times i approached to discontinue the services but no action taken till date & unwanted ly i am loosing my hard earn money in vain farauduantly . Please stop services and obtaining payment from my account through ecs failing which i shall be left with no other option than moving to consumer forrum.
Please do the needful immediately.

I am constantly doing follow up but no response and no one is ready to help.

Maine bhi Google per search kiya hai mera no. Aligarh Nagar Nigam just dial per show ho raha hai.

Sir mai faltu ki call receive kerke preshan ho gya hu, aapse nivedan hai ki aap 12 hrs. me mera mob. no. google se & just dial se remove kre.

After that mai aapke naam per police complain kerunga.

I’m Vidhu Krishnan, owner of Ganga lodge (Chackai, Trivandrum) I already passed the activation of my life time vfl package but after this the executive didn’t give any guideline or any direction how to use the justdial functions and when try to contact him he is purposefully not responding. I already paid the money and didn’t yet received proper info from the executive (Arun Natarajan ‭+[protected]‬). This is very much dissatisfying from the side of the company

My Company name Innovision Web Solutions.
We have taken 3540 rs monthly plan of Just dial on 28 september 2018. At that time their executive told that it is one year contract and after 1 year it will be closed. if you want to stop it before 1 year, you have to give information before 3 month.
Now when i sent Just dial mail that i do not want contract to continue and stop it. They called and told i can not do so. After 1 year i will have to send me written mail and call then they will close after some time. Means they will deduct some more ECS.
ECS means automatically every month 3540 rs will be deducted from your bank account.
JUST Dial want that i call or mail them after 1 year so that they take more time and deduct more ECS and continue contract.

My Request is take action for this and close my contract as soon as possible. Why they not closing it

I am a paid member of just dial. I got registered as Aisha Lights Aligarh. I was promised by your person that I will get the gst invoice within few days. Its been a long time and I've not received any invoice. Instead of asking and requesting again and again the person incharge (Akash) has stopped receiving my calls. This is just the beginning and I am getting this worse service by just dial. I am not at all satisfied and strictly upset by the service your company is giving.

I am Neeraj Thareja, Director, Tech Artist Pvt. Ltd. It's a Placement Agency and we are completely dependent on Just Dial.However, Current Just Dial has completely given Fake Leads.

I have registered only for "Placement Services for Employers" category but all the leads I have been receiving belong to the "Placement Services for Candidate" category.

Because of this fake leads system they are increasing the number of leads but it's not benefiting me at all because I just don't deal with the candidate category

I am also enclosing the number of leads shared with me on a daily basis for the time period of 6-July-18 to 11-july-18

I had registered my pre school in Bangalore with Just dial which was shut dow in Mar 2018. In a conversation with a just dial executive I had clearly mentioned that I do not want to continue my subscription with Just dial and would like to stop the ECS. They said that they will do the needful and cancel my subscription. However the amount continues to be deducted from my account

This is suvankar das from king cafe(Madhyamgram bazaar). We have register with Justdial seems last one month but there no single enquiry or lead I got from Justdial. So I contacted the person who came to my office to complete the registration, named Mr. Dipanjan Paul. The guy is avoiding us day by day. Then I contacted to costomer care but no workable response from there side also. Extremely worst experience with Justdial. Within 24hr if didn't get the right solution I'll take legal action against Justdial.

They started sending fake / bogus lead messages / email to me which hardly got converted... many leads were wrong where even lead says they didn't enquired for services on justdial.com

I got frustrated by such time wasting SMS /Email flood and wanted to end the contract just after 1 month o[censored]sage, but because it was a contract signed by me..their team forced me keep it running for 6 months.

And guess what could be the most horrible thing is here ? Even after 6 months completed they are not stoping deducting ECS from my account, I requested my HDFC banker to stop honoring the ECS request from JUSTDIAL and they said they are unable to cancel it because you have given them rights for debit from your accounts.

The person who sold me this garbage marketing plan (name Santosh Mourya : [protected]) is not receiving the call anymore and sometimes he message me that he asked justdial to stop the ECS.

I came here to ask for help if someone is capable of guiding me in the right direction.

I want to spread this message as large as possible because their are many complains regarding justdial fraud behaviour, I never thought a company who has AMITABH BACCHAN as their brand ambassador can do such bad things to me.
