Well I am the new user of Just Dial, one of the just dial executive called me for advertising my business in Jd, he explained me about package but no where in our conversation they have discuss about account closure. I have asked 2 times to executive name Mr. SUNIL, what about if i want to discontinue from JD and they told me yes you can discontinue from your package next time and it was 1 year package and also they didn't told me I can't stop my package in between when it comes to ECS and I trusted on them and signed the contract and now 1st I am not getting leads which I want, 2nd was not explained fully by executive about Ecs and closure system in my word it's robbery and cheated and before 10 days I talked with SUNIL that I don't want to continue anymore even at that time also he didn't explained me I can share what's app message also. And any company cannot force any customer to pay money which he don't want to use anymore. And Justdial is forcing to use their services. My request to CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to take action on this and help me to stop my Ecs from them and get my refund of RS.10620/- which has been deducted from my a/c

I have made an online purchase of few items from patanjali and divya pharmacy through just dial.com on 10th july. I made the payment through netbanking and received confirmation too saying that the items will be delivered by 14th july. However the said items were not delivered till date.

Kindly look in to the matter and settle as soon as possible.

One of the worst customer care services. Especially in the customer care name bharani he speaking like a local guy... Worst behaviors in the call... I am a customer of just dial but treat like a local company... Fake company... Worst services don't go this company please in facebook i try to save my friends. Don't go with just dial. Fake company fake customer care fake services worst worst services... Please take the action the bharani worst customer care person speaking like nasty and showing is attitude.

My money wasted..

We called customer care for enquire about leads but customer care person bharani using a bad words and unresponseble words. We complaint about that person also no action... We ask to refund our amount also they are not responding.
Manager also not taking any action regarding this and not proper respse... Customer care not giving a respect to customers. Then y u this company running a bussines like services fake services they are providing... We receiving a wrong calls and bad words still now regarding we complaint all the persons manager and everyone but same thing we are receiving worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst wosrt wosrt worst worst wosry wosrt wosrt wosrt worst worst worst services making frustrution...

I had discussed with the just dial sales team patna as well as kolkata to raise my lead
I was advised to renew the contract before expiry sept 2018
I did it our organization is expirtized in communication conversation and spoken classes in english we are a highly rated organization too we asked to get institute for spoken english which was supposed to be added in the catogory list but i was given a part with the category language classes for english conversation i was verbally assured that it will have all english spoken category including institute for spoken english.
In bihar people mostly give enquiry of communication as spoken english institute we are suffering badly...
Due to this
We are getting enquiry of martial art fitness and so many which isn't our category but not for invoiced category
We do not expect organization like justdial to give such a shabby service.
Our motive to register grievance is to get improved services and improvement

I fear in the name of corection, induction and inclusion we will be asked to pay more
Can it be seen as another way and sales techniques to get customer come to terms of sales personnel? I fear...

Can we be supported or shall we feel justdial customers are abandoned

I signed up contract by the name of pixonclick which was for three month trial account. After two month i communicate by mail & telephone regarding stopping service. Nobody replied to my mail. After telephonic conversation i was told to click on link for stop of ecs. Even i made remaining payment online & contract was for three months & ecs department has given feedback that ecs has been stopped, ecs hit my account & amount is debited from my account. I got same experience while i was registered by the name of computerworld. When i talk to sales person he told me i have no concern about it, you can talk to ecs dept. He took me on conference with ecs person who told they cannot return money you can use additional service in return & she cut the phone. Now i am asking sales person to give ecs person contact number he said sorry i cannot provide you number, you can go to office & talk to her. Actually i am not able to use this service from last two months so what i paid last two month was my loss. They debited amount from my account after contract was over without my permission. Lot of my customer & friend has got same experience.
That is how just dial is making loot of people in the market.

Need to remove a comment from a page in justdial urgently. Justdial is not helping me for the same.
Some person is harassing me since long and he is posting unlikely remarks everywhere. Police complaint has also been filed regarding this matter.
I have contacted customer service people couple of times but they never revert back to me. I received no call back from justdial. Please treat this as urgent.

I am getting calls every week to subscribe for Just dial. I am not interested in subscribing for Just dial. I have told this many times but every time they call and disturb me.

Today I got call and told them will complaint against you. They don't have shame and told me to go ahead and file complaint anywhere. This is really not good.

Being a citizen of India I have my rights to say No for which I am not interested and no one can force me on that.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into this.

On 3 july i called just dial for requirement of packer's and mover. One of just dial client approach me.. They came and packed over household and kept in his godown.. And after 10 days when i received my thing. I shocked that approx. 100000 rs of my house hold is stolen.. And when i use to call no body reply.. It's shocking guys even just dial is not listening my complaint.. I call 5 time to justdial.. And nobody response.. I think justdial know they listed cheater companies and both are involve.. I think cheater companies give some commission to justdial...

Last year as per agreement, just dial executive agreed that they will remove the negative feedbacks but this year as we did not renewable the service again they posted the last year reviews which is not fair. We already logged the complaint through customer care, do the needful immediately else will take the action against you Executive of Vijayawada.

This is regarding a listing made by me through your marketing executive kailash.

He came to meet me last week and made registration of my firm "nidhi financial services managed by ca ashish agarwal" on 18th july 2018. My address is secctor-5, vasundhara, ghaziabad, u. P.

I have paid rs. 21, 240 through my credit card immediately.

He assured me that it is a special life time package which is on the basis of special approval only and it contains :

1) my listing will appear on the basis of distance on your website, when we search by any key word. For example, in case any one search by key word "insurance" in sector -5, vasundhara, ghaziabad. My listing will appear on top since this is the nearest distance.

However, it is not happening. When i called him on friday last week. He said to me that he has written a mail to the concerned department and the listing will appear soon on the basis of distance. When it did not happen. I called him again on monday. He said that he is busy and he is there just for marketing and for selling your packages and i will need to contact the customer care department of just dial.

When, i called the customer care department, they told me that my listing is not on the basis of distance and it is random listing and i need to call the marketing executive who has sold me the package.

When, i call kailash today again. He is not picking my phone.

This is noting but cheating by your marketing executive kailash, who just wants to sell the package and doing fraud with the customer by sharing wrong information with the customers and cheating with them.

This fraud/ cheating is not expected from a reputed listed company like justdial.

I would like to request you to either list my business on the basis of distance so that people in the nearby area can search my business or refund my money.

In case it is not done. I will write to the appropriate government and legal authorities for this cheating by a listed company.

Justdial privide a worst servicea, i never expected this from reputed service company. Company nikivika bridal makeover first contract for 10 years i am not satisfied the services for 10 yrs contract and i have changed the plan to platinum that mr dinesh confirmed you wont get a old emi from our side you will get new emi from aug 18 but it wont happen promises are fake. I am calling continues that person no response and also customer not taking a complaint about that person fake promise and i cantact that manager also jeyakumar same kind attitude that person also... And i recived the fake calls bad words bcos of mr dinesh.

I would like to bring to notice of all that I am regular customer of just dial. Last two year back I have a contract with just dial for an year. But just dial ended up my contract services before stipulated time and didn't made any correspondence related to it. Just dial not even respond to e mail made by local sales person since year back. When talking to customer care they are unable to provide any assistance for rectification of the problem.

We have taken a just dail paid services of rs 2400 per month from period of march 2016 this service i have taken second time from just dail, first time i was taken services in 2013 that time at time of discontinue of service simply i have request to just dail and they stop my ecs with immediate effect, they only not given my advance payment of two month which i given to company at time of contract instead of payment they given me services.

Due to some losses i m stop doing business that, s why i approach to just to discontinue my service when i approach to just dail for stop my services and ecs, they convey me that you have to serve at least three month notice and has to pay 3 month payment or give us payment of 2 month of rs 4800 after that we have stop your ecs else we cannot stop your services as per the contract as a customer i dont know where i singed on the contract there is mention about the clause even executive did, not tell me about this clause. Even i have paid sum of rs 5500/- in advance at the taken service. They are also denied to given us advance payment even i tell executive you adjust from my advance by they denied.

It means if some one taken a just dial service by mistake any reasons they want to stop his service they have to payment 5 month payment.

For example :- if some one given 1 lac rs yearly to just dial at time of discontinue service just dial charge rs 41000/- i think its a scam.

I have taken service by the name of ms aishanimarketing pvt ltd.

I am complaining about mis selling done by just dial.

I had paid rs 12036 /- in month of march for leads to just dial.

But i was not satisfied by their leads.

Last week on saturday one radhika ma'am from just dial gave a call and said to me to pay rs 5000/- just for 1 month and i will get only commercial leads from my area and location.

Now its been 5 days and i have yet not recieved a single commercial lead from my area. They are giving me commercial leads from location which i am not working in. First 3 days i dint even get a single commercial lead

I called them to solve my issue they said they cant do anything.

I asked for refund, they said just dial does not give refund.

I am being cheated by justdial. Their representative are selling services by giving wrong details and once payment is done no response from their end.

For proof i have all the calls recorded.

Pls help me recover my hard earned money

I am dr. Lalit kumar, owner of jr stroke physiotherapy centre, a-377 nehru vihar dl-54. I had registered my company with just dial limited in feb 2017. For that my contract no is 11553806 that is to be submitted to bharat gupta (Bde) with bde code[protected].
At the time of contract an sbi account had been given for the ecs. The account no that is to be registered was of my colleague.
Just dial has changed my credentials without my permission and transferred it to other one.
Need solution in this matter as early as possible, below are the pics that proofs that i am the owner of the company.

Hello, i wanted to register my second company on justdial as a vendor. But i came across mr. Deepak, he was very pushy and rude ‭+[protected]‬. He sent me a threatening message as well that now i would have to pay double to register, i enquired about it yesterday, and he wants me to pay on the same day, i had informed them that ill check how the system is working in the area i required and want some time to gather the key words. I would have called once i would have done the needful. But they kept on calling and messaging during my busy work hours, and eventually he sent me a threat message. I have shared the screenshots. Please look into the matter. I never expected such a service from justdial employee. And please ask someone well mannered to contact me so i can go ahead with the registration

I had contacted just dial for a local movers and packers, and i got connected on to shubham india packers and movers. They came and collected my package 20 days ago for door to door service. 5000 rs was collected from me but till date the package has not been delivered to goa and inspite of several calls they seem to have avoided the calls. Hence as a consumer i have been cheated of cash as well as all the items i have sent across. I hold just dial responsible for this as it is through you such in reliable serves are provided without any cross checks being done on such companies. I will be filing a complaint against just dial as well as shubham packers for my loss.
