I inform u that about the just dial i have registered the business with just dial.
First complaint is in last 4 month nothing get the any client i said the close the my contract so she was said ok i closed your business and don't cut ecs he was cut last 3 month to cut ecs i a fter i said i am close my business but he was not close the my business and regularly cut my ecs and don't stop the business

Worst company in india. I had very worst experience in the interview at pune justdial. I was invited for the interview then when i go there hr saloni says that you are not allowed as you have given interview just few weeks ago! Wow so to listen this i gone there!!! Just dial team look for this issue. And also i was rejected for bpo interview with the reason that i use "fillers" while talking english! Wt[censored] Don't provide any silly reasons for rejection. I know my qualities. I was rejected with the candidate who failed your spelling test 5 times, he was hired just beacause of his experience rather than his bad english speaking. So don't think before you give any feedback to anyone.

Stop just dial's ecs payments

Hi all,
I am kamal shah from aakruti, r, 5, star mall dadar west mumbai and i registered my business on just dial in mid march 2015 as per the executive that visited me, i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 1 year on a payment of 1800/-. I took the risk for my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account every month. I started getting leads.

Later every month, a deduction of 1900/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 10, 350/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others. Kamal shah [protected]

I asked for some singing classes near my location. They forwarded my no. To scammers like livewires. Without permission they forward phone no. And they forward even without enquiring about the institute. For girls like me forwarding no. Like this is a very big problem. This is wrong in every sense. Because of their irresponsibility in credibility i lost my 39, 000 rs to scammer like livewire

Duplicate listing without permission with incorrect information and my number is being used.

It is an invasion of privacy. And misuse of my number.

I m getting random harassment call because of your listing.

I have booked services for repairing on my 39" ddb videocon led on 16.07.2018. I have been contacted by their authorised/verified led repairing centre official mr. Dinesh of m/s led lcd repair centre (Jd verified)
Wp-80, shiv market, ashok vihar, delhi, delhi - 110052 | he took my led on 16.07.2018 for repairing & assured me that it will repaired & returned on next day & told me that fault is removed & it has been repaired & charged rs.2200/- & left.. But within 10 minutes led start creating same problem i called him again & he picked up my led on 18.07.2018... After several call & visit at their shop neither he repaired nor he returned back my led till date means my led with him & paid money rs. 2200/- is also not returned me till date is 15.08.2018. (Before booking bus) : we tried to get bus travelers service information from jd, soon after we got many calls from different services, where we found balalji travels (Ecil, hyderabad) was good enough. He agreed for all the things and we asked him that we want to and when we asked him we wanted to meet him he told don't you trust me, i have served many customer and all emotional dialogues, which made us believe that he is genuine. We paid the advance.

(After booking bus) : the early morning the bus came. The driver asked how many members, we told 17 members. He told not more than 15 members is allowed inside the bus. We told we were confirmed with 17 seater bus but he sent 15 seater and driver dint let us in. When we called him he replied i donno i have told you people its 15 seater which was not the thing he spoke before giving advance. After so much struggle he made get an extra car for high price. Soon after 200 km of ride the traveller go break down and the driver told it will take three days. When we asked him to arrange new vehicle he told he cant, he told we should only arrange our vehicles further, where we had invested for deisel and interstate tax which was double the price what we were supposed to give. He spoke very rude and dint lift our calls. What we came to know was he doesn't even own a single bus, instead he is dependent other travel agencies.

This is vikas sharma just dial is created company and sales executive is fraud person sign on fraud agreement. Still ecs is detected from my account. No body listen. Please help us to stop ecs from fraud company just dial is fraud, compamy sales executive is fraud they cheated with customer and sign wrong agreement. Please do not enter this type of person in office or home.

Hello I started my business 4 month ago. The justdial's sales executives came in my office and forced me to take their plan. I said to them i would take once i hire my employees. but they were continuously calling me forcing me and visited in my office many times. They said take our lifetime plan in just 18, 000 you will get 6 to 7 leads daily. I asked them many times will i get 6 to 7 leads daily are you sure they said off course this is the minimum numbers you can get more. But at the end of the month i got only 9 leads. I called to that sales guy he said sir switch to our basic plan then you will get more leads. Now i have no trust on them i wanted to discontinue with their services. i called to the customer services and told everything they guys also saying the same upgrade your package n all i said clearly i want to stop my ECS but they saying we wont stop it. Justdial is totally a fraud company never take their lifetime validity plan

This case is handled by my. Yasin the employee of your company

In april 2017 we signed a contract with jd of 1 year ecs wherein if customers searched for stock market firm then we would be informed via sms. Every month ecs of rs. 2360 was debited & was supposed to stop in april 2018. Now it is august 2018 and still the ecs is being debited even after our mail in april to [protected]@justdial.com to terminate it. Instead they just renew my contract without prior intimation. The justdial employee nabil shaikh who closed the deal in our office is not picking our call. The justdial customer care is not replying to any of my email and not even bothered to call back to resolve this issue. If called them from other number, then they say it is not their department & disconnect the line. Now, they are still debiting amount every month & sending me invoice for the same. I am now constrained to lodge fir against jd & approach consumer forums to complaint against them.

Dear sir,
We had registered our business jade fashion boutique with justdial. After some point of time, we thought of stopping ecs subscription due to some commercial activities. And we had informed of this in the nov 17. And we were told that ecs would be stopped after notice period of 3 months. However, on 2nd april, four months after our intimation, ecs was debited. When we contacted justdial, they said without any concern, as bill was generated they could not stop ecs process and we should have reminded of them again about ecs.
When i contacted americanexpress, for amex credit card was used for subscription, as bill was sent them, ecs was cleared automatically.
Here comes the fraud of justdial. Evenafter bill generation, they could stop ecs presentation, however, they allowed to go for next stage. Even if it was an automated process as they claim, they had allowed to bill generation overlooking my request of stopping ecs made before 4 months. They dont agree it was there fault and they were not ready refund.
I initially thought it was for me only. However, justdial has done same way for many customers. It means that they want to cheat business persons who are registering with them. Please do the needful to prevent justdial from doing this kind cheating in future

I am ex employee of just dial noida, i had filed my epf claim but got rejected due to company fault, i contacted to hr they told me send the screen shots and i sent it many times but they are not giving any proper response. Only they send the mail that we will check and confirm but 2 times my claim was rejected so please understand and solve my issue i have urgent requirement of money but they are not helping me.

I hereby inform you that yesterday I have feeling very tired and having headache due to my godown shifting at jammu. So I have need some massage or Spa so I have search the number from just dial and call to nearest massage and spa centre amazing spa main road jammu. I am staying at Hotel grand Inn room number 202.So From Amazing Spa main road jammu concern Call to me and sharing the contact details of Spa reprentative. He will give me a number [protected] neelam and told me pay the fees Rs.3500/-through paytm [protected], I have done make the payment, but he didn't send Spa concern, I have call again and require image of concern, She will send the photos on my number, during this activity she share ar number to me his seniors [protected] he required another payment from 14000/- which is refundable in just two minutes, I have paid him 14000/- and 3500/- total = 17500/-, they call me again and demanding 16500/- more fund to pay then he will refunding me my amount. Sir they call me threating calls and pressurised me to pay demanding money. Sir I have already paid 17500/- without taking any service. All hotel staff members is is suggested to me to make a request to police station I have given him a return statement. All conversion attached in mail please help me out and help me refunding my money.sir just dial is a trusted site he will gaming me and done the fraud. It is a humble request to you to.

I have subscribed for a monthly package of rs.2350 in Just dial effective from July 3rd 2018 . Even after subscribing for paid package they have not given leads phone number.. For most of the searches done by customers they have sent the email id alone or just an option to send SMS to customers /leads.
The Marketing dept or the customer care have not explained the reason for masking the phone number .After repeated calls and mails finally they have replied that if the contract has less than 65% B2B categories then phone number will not reflect.
They have not explained what is B2b and it is their their sales executive who chooses the category and position and it cannot be edited in my login.
Now they say the contract is for less than 65% B2b
The customer Care 88888888 makes us to wait for hours, .. I have proof of spending more than an hour waiting for the customer care
They say the line is not free and hence had to wait..
Please someone suggest as to what has to done. Is it possible to get the refund

Sir my name is Yashpal Yadav . There is a company registered on you site naming Style n stock . This company is totaly fraud .They had called me and said that you gor t a first prise so put 15000 for prize booking then 25000 for vehicle's paper work then 69000 for account nomine. They have taken my 80000 .
Please take an action against them and i am putting FIR against this company . Please try to recover my money . I have all the conversation records of this company.kindly take an immidiate action against tgis company . And please help me to coplaint against them.

Dear sir,
I have registered my business in the name of hopes counselling centre. Initially justdial will send you lots of responses in the name of leads, but gradually they will decrease the leads and his representative will ask you to update plan and change to higher plan with more amount.
I have upgraded my plan trice. Now again they have reduced the leads and their representative is asking for up gradation of plan.
While upgradation you have to apply new and pay registration amount of new plan. This is total fraud and cheating being done by justdial.
Kindly look into the matter.

Just dial verified account repair service provider MPJ enterprises took 2600rs and never provided service. All the numbers are switched off or not picking calls. Everytime I call just dial, they say concerned team will call me but never happened. I started to believe it's a search engine scam of just dial and tie up of fake service provider.
