I am the owner of a ladies beauty parlour, name Saiba Ladies Beauty Salon and Spa. I am facing a major problem from your website searcher. They continuously called me for GENTS body massage. I am feeling insulted when i am dealing with my ladies clients. Already I have requested so many times to mention my contact details as a exclusive ladies section in your website. Please do something or let me know what to do.

I am having an justdial from the name of celebrate honda plot no.27 patparganj industrial area delhi 92 .today at 4:45 pm my customer appear for demanding a discount on our labour charges which is declared by honda .
when we denied to do the same the customer name arpit verma told me that i am working in justdial and we are having an contract with your owner and i know him well .he also said that he will gave very poor ratings for this .
now, please tell me that if we done any mistake by making an account with jusdtial or is there any norms that the clients of justdial has need to gave discount to all justdial employees .

Just dial has cheated us by not renewing their agreement taking money from account of rs.6981 per month since three years, refund us amount 251, 316 with inetrest. Around three year back excutive came after that no executive came without my consent or my partner consent how you can do.

But where in justdial they entered my company name on there own wish letters no body can understand that on earth, and there are send me lead, referrals contact number to my phone most of number fake and unrelated clients to me since i am fitness coach, when i call the clients there are confused and i also, cheating and looting money and i spoken to gayathri manager who handles paid service customers she is telling you have signed our agreement copy we have so no refunding amount back, so i am aryan rajeev gowda my complaint onwards justdial is very clear that they are cheated me please get my money back 5900rs, i want justice.

I took a contract of just dial for 2 (Two) years on 1.03.2017 from your sales rep. Nitin chawla (Mobile[protected]. See attachment. This fact was written on the receipt also. On 28.06.2017 i got a call from some lady (Mobile no.[protected]) that my contract was over after one year instead of 2 years. I tried to inform her that my contract is for 2 years and not one year but she did not listen. Please help. You can even check that “ contract is for next two years” is in the hand writing of the person making the receipt.in my hand writing i have written “ nitin chawla[protected]”. Now nitin chawla may deny this fact.
In the evening of 28.06.2017 tarun sharma ([protected]) visited me and a lady from just dial (Mobile [protected]) also called me. They admitted to the fraud committed but least bothered to resolve it. They were only interested to sell new packages.
Sir no body is listening. Every body is interested to sell sell sell sell & sell more packages.
If the things are nor rectified i will amount to fraud.

I have a paid listing on just dial in the name of pooja a shah & associates.

I had asked for change in tenure of my profile on 5th june, 2018. I have sent a mail to [protected]@justdial.com on 5th june.
There were two profiles live on your web page in my name. I had even asked to keep any one active as it creates confusion for us & the users.

The changes i asked for took almost two weeks to be updated.in the meanwhile the backend team had removed the ca category from my profile. When i asked the mumbai manager head ms divya why has this happened her reply to me was cause its the system requirement to check the credentials and then update the ca category. I already have given my certificate of practice to the backend team december 2017.

What sort of service is this??? This is the time when i have major business opportunity and my listing was no where visible in the ca search.

This same thing of removal of ca category had happened when i had updated my contract in march 2018. It was removed when it was a business season for us.

At present all the leads i get does not have phone numbers of the prospective customer. The just dial app also does not reflect the numbers.in fact the previous leads which i received few days back also now no longer has phone numbers displayed against their names. These are the customers which were marked as follow up in my app. How do i follow up with them without their numbers been displayed???

I have already sent screenshot of this problem to the customer service team. I have called them so many times. There is no revert. They put the call on hold and then disconnect.

I have been following up with ms divya. She initially was enthusiastic to solve the problem. But after following up with her for 3 days she seems to have lost interest and has requested my partner to not send her the same problem again and again. I really dont understand what sort of work culture does your organisation have? I am attaching a screen shot of the above conversation for reference.

Yesterday someone from the customer service department called me and promised to resolve the issue and give a call back by today 11 am. I guess her and my clock does not work on the same time zone.

Nobody absolutely nobody in the organisation is ready to take the responsibility of this entire mess that is been happening in my profile.

I dont wish to continue my contract anymore. I demand a refund of the pending amount and also a compensation of the business loss and the mental harassment that is been caused to me and my partner.

Whoever is responsible for this, kindly give me a call on [protected].

I really expect you guys to give me a call before today day end with a solution and compensation offer or refund offer from your end.

I have firm named rid-van worldwide in ahmedabad and it is new venture. To grow my business i thought of starting paid services of just dial but till date not even single rupee of business booked through their leads.

All poor quality leads sent to lots of listed agency and above all they do not take proper measurements while listing any agency.

I wanted to stop their paid subscription but they are now saying that the contract has 09 month locking period and before that i can cancel the contract. The sales person never informed me on this lockin period and totally misguided me.

I been cheated by just dial.

Madras aircons (Moggapair east) took 5000 rupees name basha and didn't repaired or return my amount back. They are now not picking the calls. When i enquired with madras aircons royepet branch they told they don't know about this people. This guys are taking money from customers and cheating. Please do need full asap.

We have been posting our complaint via various way. However we have not yet recd any solution to the problem. Our profile is registered with the name - Pooja A Shah & Associates - Mulund west under CA Category. We are unable to reach our leads because of non-availability of Contact numbers. Its our peak season to earn income however we are not able to convert.

I have signed a contract 1-2 years ago with justdial but 6-7 months ago i have filed a request to stop my contract and stop hitting ecs. So there is no ecs hitting but today morning 2 ecs has hit my account from justdial i have shocked that why when i am not using any services then i called justdial to know the issue but they also dont know the issue and they told me to share the account statement. Refund my money as soon as possible i am in need

Mridul de who owns right service mart in lake gardens kolkata has taken 1, 46, 000 rs from me for carpentery work. He has taken the entire money and run away without finishing work. He is not reachable on phone. My parents are senior citizens and this us leading to a lot of harrasment for them.

As i requested many times to give me the ecs receipts and statements. Still not received. As i called friday the coimbatore branch to send these. They said you will get the mail and i will call you by monday.
Be frank whether you can send or not. I never continue the promotion again with justdial. Do you thing the customer needs to beg and get he details?

The reason behind is some conflict so i request u that conflicts should not spoil the name of firm as i my firm is one of the oldest in the market which is highly reputed and this comment os spoiling the same and it will adversly affect the sale when customers have a look on it. I am shashikant jadhav and i registered my business on just dial in mid july 2017. As per the executive that visited me, i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 6890/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in july 2017 end. I started getting leads fake leads not much useful to me.

Later in august 2017, a deduction of 3, 450/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 6890/- that i am paying just dial and if i want then i can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

I am use your service from the name hr group from the last 2 month now a days my service stop due to any problem from your account department as per your executive work my service stop due to my ecs not clear but as per my bank details my ecs cheque was clear 11/06/2018, your marketing executive shakti was come on 18/06/2018 and again payed for the resume my package i given payment again from the my package hr group 3000 and 8800 by my hdfc bank credit card he did not told my that he generate new package unnecessary without my requirement, he generate package again and also started with ecs services he was told me that i was process payment for the my same package so what is this, his is not picking my phone, please take action against him other wise i will take legally action against him i want refund my 3000+8800 rs because i do'nt need other more package but i am unhappy with your services and your marketing executive mr. Shakti is totally fraud in market. You can take legal action on mr. Shakti otherwise will going nearest police station case file on your executive is *harassment & fraud or cheating, business loss of our company*.

Please provide proper resolutions for me.
