I have been trying to close my account since last 6 months and every time they are just making excuses. Every month they are deducting 12000 from my account. Till now i have made more than 20 calls and i have recording of all the calls. They are just not willing to close the account and forcing me to use their services though the contract period is over. Kindly help in closing my account. How can we tolerate a company...

We would like to cancel our contract we are not happy at all with your service, kindly stop our auto debit payment. As discusses your executive over the phone last week conversion we are informed same but still your sending this kind of mail.

Hi - i have called shri balaji service center ([protected]/[protected]) for microwave repair around 10-12 days back and he repaired the microwave & charged 1600 - but i was suspicious that he did not change any thing on my microwave just put my part again as he did not share my old part with me.

After 5-7 days again issue persist on microwave and we called him continuously on daily basis to see the issue as he has given 6 month...

Just dial has become one of the most fraud-est company who just want to make money by be fooling the people and not providing the services as promised at the time of making a contract. Their so called agents promised a lot at the time of contract, but when complaint to them about the services, they do not talk properly and. The advertising service provided by justdial does not make sense for our business. We hardly get any credible leads for the business. Instead, there are constant queries about vacancies and internships.

Was looking to book a train ticket through justdial, but forgot my irctc password. But somehow the amount of rs.157.43 on jun 7 11:45 am was deducted from my account. But the ticket was not booked for that transaction.
