Dear sir,
I have registered my business in the name of hopes counselling centre. Initially justdial will send you lots of responses in the name of leads, but gradually they will decrease the leads and his representative will ask you to update plan and change to higher plan with more amount.
I have upgraded my plan trice. Now again they have reduced the leads and their representative is asking for up gradation of plan.
While upgradation you have to apply new and pay registration amount of new plan. This is total fraud and cheating being done by justdial.
Kindly look into the matter.

Just dial verified account repair service provider MPJ enterprises took 2600rs and never provided service. All the numbers are switched off or not picking calls. Everytime I call just dial, they say concerned team will call me but never happened. I started to believe it's a search engine scam of just dial and tie up of fake service provider. Please have curtacy to call me on [protected] if you are genuine

I called justdial for the number of registered ac repair mechanic, i was waiting for the message but before that, i got a call from ketan saying that he was calling me from star cool service and he got my inquiry from justdial. He came home to repair the ac and took the part away for 10days and told us he would fix it and return. He came back after 10days and fixed the part back and asked us to wait for 3 hours to start the ac. We told him we would pay him post the ac starts working but he couldn't wait and insisted on paying him on the spot. We paid assuming he was a registered mechanic with justdial and hitachi, we waited for more than 5 hours but the ac didn't start working. Tried calling on his number back all the number were discontinued and dysfunctional. The number mentioned on the receipt belongs to some random clothing shop in mumbai.
We are cheated by both justdial and hitachi, we've done a police complaint but it doesn't help.

I purchased the paid service from just dial on 6th august 2018 and was told that my company profile would get activated on just dial in 2 hours from the time payment was made. I was also told that once my company profile is activated, i can start getting potential leads from just dial however nothing like this happened. The couple of leads (Approx.5-6 till now) that i have received till now are all used leads. Ass per the customers, they have already taken the service their need. When i contacted just dial and asked, they simply told me to login and update my profile. They did not update any details they collected from me at the time of payment. So basically when i was told that details would be updated in 2 hours post payment - nothing was done. And now after taking the advance amount for 1 year, just dial is not helping at all.

A person named suresh recommended by justdial offered to rent ac for 6 months in velachery on july 31, 2018. He installed the ac unit which worked for 2 days and then stopped completely. He took the deposit and rent for 6000 rupees and switched off his phone (91-[protected]). We tried contacting justdial on the phone with no success. He did not give any receipt for the payments made. Makes us wonder what kind of brokerage money justdial is getting from these kind of men.

My company name is cupix, i am facing a problem of fraud by executive from justdial. I have already complained what justdial did to me through comsumer complaints. After that their relationship manager called me asked about the problem and thats it. They are asking some more money to resolve this issue. They never resolved that problem. Till now no issue has been resolved. Kindly see to it.

This complaint is against "unique consultancy services" at bikaji cama place which is registered on just dial. The contact person there is mr. Manish. He has taken 5000 advance (Refundable as mentioned by him) from me on 21st june 2018 and ensured that he will be sending maid to me by the evening the same day.
After making excuses for about a week he said i do not have maids available and when i asked for my refund he clearly said no. Its been more than 2 months now and after multiple calls there is no help from justdial as well. These are fake companies which are just cheating people and i think just dial is helping them by all means. What's worse is that i tried to leave a feedback on the page o[censored]nique consultancy services on justdial for the benefit of others but i was not able to do so because of there collaboration with each other. So guys be careful before contacting and relying on anybody through just dial.

This is to inform the higher authorities of the company that my a/c number-[protected] with ifsc code-ubin0545261 is being continuously used for ecs deduction by your company, justdial.
And with regular complain as well, no any step has been taken by quality desk department and ecs department to resolve the issue.
My money is invaluable to me, the customer care support only give me condolences for the issue and no any solution. They commit me to resolve the issue but do not call back even after commitment, mentioning some sort of technical issues.

I am md of doorstep gst (A unit of diptimate consultants pvt. Ltd.). I had my paid contract in gomti-nagar (Lucknow) and deopur (Raebareli) location. But as committed, my contract was dissolved in dec'17. But after that, also, regular deductions are happening from my account.

If the problem is not resolved within a week then i will be helpless to enforcely recover my amount deducted and the mental harassment i have gone through for violating the law and will file a suit in the court of law. I think my problem will be considered from your side for resolving and waiting for call back on my number - +91-[protected]

I got a call from just dial employee rahul from [protected]. He insisted that i shd purchase a paid ad.. Although i told him atleast 10 times that i donot need it. I disconnected the call as he kept on arguing that i hav to purchase it. He again called fron private number [protected] and started a verbal fight. This is ridiculous i need apology from him. Just dial shud take strictest action possible against him.. Else ill my a police complaint and get this person and just dial sued. Also i tried to complaint by calling [protected] just dial.. But they kept me on hold and finally "did not"
Transfer the call to the complaint department.. The executive was preeti from malad mumbai who was not ready to take my complaint and kept me just on hold.
Need a proper apology... Just dial and employees are harassing for paid advertisements.
Its absolute nonsense that they harass business people for thier benefits.

I had already raised the ticket about not getting any inquiry within 5 km area of chandkheda.

I repeat in this query again that, i was informed by your sales executive that in a year there is 7000+ inquiry which comes to 80-90 inquiry per day.

But since my joining as a paid customer with justdial, there is not a single inquiry from my nearby area (5 kms).

Then a executive called me and made some changes in the keywords. But still i am not getting any of the single inquiry.

I am very very dissatisfied from justdial and request you to process my refund of my amount.

Please accelerate my request for refund. Treat this as urgent and refund the amount as per my transaction.

I took a pest control service from just dial and had 0% result. Lost count on how many times i called to complain and absolutely no response from just dial and the pest control company.. Cheated me on my money. When i called for service i got the service in a day.. Now its more than 20 days that am trying to contact both. And the company was so rude to me when they spoke to me. Anz pest control pvt ltd is the pest control company. Please help me get back my money or get the service redone properly

Two years earlier i made an account on justdial for growing my business but since the last one year there has been no response or growth so i decided to shut down the account for which they were charging me 2950 for every month. So when i told them to do so they began to give excuses that the contract is not completed so you have to continue paying for the services even if you don't get any business. I tried many times but they take the amount every month

In my regrous follow up my ad active on 03/08/2018. But my business name has been changed by your side when i am complaining this they want documents or blintly says talk marketing personals. Why so? When your employee anubhav tyagi and roshni who are not picking my phone now have asure my business name (Recruitment of lic agent in ghaziabad and noida by do jai singh) at the time of first meeting. Mr anubhav tyagi has register it in your site and shown it in front of me. For this he has taken total rs36108 in cheque+ rs 1000 cash.
There is no customer service after selling product. Either he is getting there right product or not. You all are behaving like as i have done any big mistake.

In a single line - justdial a cheater, and fraud service provider.
Infact they forced their "loot" on custumers.
I have purchased a pakage from justdial for my business and they assured me for "mind blowing services", but they only cheated me and deducted forcefully aprox rs.20000/- by their ecs system evenafter my request to stop the services.
Their customer care services told me that they don't provide any complait referance id also.

My name is kalyanjit bhattacharjee. I have an musical event set up called k. B's malhar events & entertainment. I am already your paid client since 4th of july. I have already subscribed 42k package from just dial. I have been told that i should at least get 180-200 inquiries in a month. I am getting only getting maximum 3, most of the time 1 and sometimes nothing in a day. The most pathetic thing is whatever inquiries i am getting from you is absolutely irrelevant. Most of the time i get the inquiries of strugglers, vendor for event managers or marketing companies which i do not have any connections with my business. It has been happening since 1 month now and i am getting pissed off. I have already called just dial customer service several times and complained about the same but no action has been taken till date, i have decided to discontinue the service with you. Now i strongly believe that you would not be able to give me any resolution for that service. Kindly let me know about the procedure to discontinue my service and also let me know the process of getting reimbursement for the money which i have already wasted for your pathetic service.

However it’s more then 36 Hrs now that my advertisement is still not activated. I tried to speak to multiple people on your customer care no[protected].

I spoke to Nenith(TL), Vitthal, Priyanka (TL) & somebody from customer care I don’t recollect his name, about this problem.

But I was surprised to understand that you’ll dont have any process of generating service request Number.

My call was transferred multiple times to some customer care department but it was not connected for some 25 mints.

I wasted all my energy in just reaching the right department, and that too without getting any service request number.

Is this the way you’ll deal with first time customers ? Your team don’t even have courtesy to call back. So far the issue is opened and I am yet to get the feedback from your department.

Ms.Priyanka, told that she cannot give me any nodal officers contact number & name where I can escalate this issue. And she told me I have to follow the same ordeal & if I am lucky I might get connected to the customer care & I should call them during working hours only.

To the one whom is reading this message, If there is some shame or courtesy left in you, kindly get my issue resolved & arrange a call back for me.

Mr. Bacchan should be publicaly SHAMED for doing your advertisement. If my account fails to get activated max by tmw, I have to go to social media & consumer court for getting the issue addressed.

Earlier i have taken a service from justdail and signed an ecs form but at that time they dont tell us about the contact and details of ecs..
And now when i want to deactivate my ecs contract they said that it was contract of 1 year and before it we can't stoped it was like a ceating it also effects our bank statement and daily we have to pay charges..
