Justdial is contacting me and making a nuisance by repeated calls for subscribing as in past I was a customer of Just Dial. They call from different number everytime or mostly so we cannot even block the number. It is really very much a nuisance and should be debarred from doing business. Inspite of repeated intimation, the just dial company is not stopping ecs in our account giving a reason that we have a give a notice period of atleast three months for which we have to pay and also after that the two months security will also not adjusted with that.

On speaking to the customer care executives, they are not ready to clarify the issue and somehow trying to continue the ecs.

We complain many times to terminate our connection over call but every time just dial person promise us but they are not taking any action in this regard.
