Hi,
This is syed, after many calls from mrs. Afreen and visits of your representative mr. Ramu i agree to register with justdial as on 8-3-2018 for platinum/diamond/gold package and paid rs.12, 791 as advance for 3 months, mr. Ramu promised us that we will get good leadings by your website and also promised that he will come again to explain how to manage user log etc.. But we regret to inform you that he is not responding to our calls since 3 days we also trying to contact call center and every time they are promising that they willl send ramu or some one els to solve this issues but they are also fail to fulfill their promise.

Our issues as follows:
There is no leadings such as mr. Ramu promised because there is no add preferably appearing on proper search.

We fed up with service and your call center response since 3 days
If you manage your clients such a way so we are not interested to be a part of justdial.

Your are requested to cancel our add on your website or else do the need full proper service.

    I have register on just dial at jan 2016 with full payment in advance and in oct 2017 will start ecs and upgrade service, dec 2017 i had called at just dial customer support will stop my services and stop ecs but customer care executive tell me that i have already paid two month advance he says no refundable when complete two month services auto stop because he collect the request but 12 mar 2018
    Again just dial deducted ecs i have already followed many time to just dial customer care but not resolved my issue and not refund my money currently this services already waist for me just dial executive also give me mail id ([protected]@justdial.com) its not working mail server will response

      Hi sir,

      This is in reference with my justdial receipt no - ka0218rc00700327, i got a call from mr karthik of justdial bangalore, telling me about how there is a special package offer for anyone who opts for their justdial package on 1st of feb 2018. He sent his manager mr aakash khare at my place in bangalore on the pretext of clearing my doubts regarding justdial services. When karthik started forcing me to suscribe and pay for the package to mr aakash, i told him clearly that i have yet to register my business as there is some problem with roc (Problem had started from 5th jan 2017 and still prevalent), regarding company registration and there are chances of business not running at all. He assured me that everything will be taken care off and justdial will return all my money if i am unable to start my business. On 3rd of feb 2018, when i came to know that i wont be able to start my production beacuse of my partner backing off, i called justdial for full refund.

      Please note that on 3rd feb 2018, the justdial services were not yet activated. I have send them 10 emails to [protected]@justdial.com and again the executives have looped me with the same karthik with no avail. Srikanth of justdial had assured me of refund and i am running out of patience as its already more than 1.5 month of my complaint and yet there is no word from justdial about my money. I am in dire need of money.

      I am shocked that justdial has no mechanism to inform its customer about what is the status of current requests and complaints. I have called them tens of times and their call executives behave like novices and are not willing to share any details. Justdial has acted like a true conmen and scammed me off my money. This is plain and pure harrassment. Kindly get me my refund of rs 22656 as i have not availed any of your services.

          I have taken justdial services in month of may 2017. At the time of contract the executive came with 100s of papers and took signatures. one of them is ECS may be. As I checked he said its all formalities and required for documentation. No where he mentioned for bank auto deductions instead informed that I will be paying the amount in EMI's per month in a contract of 12 months.

          without providing proper information they have started ecs on my HDFC account. No intimation was provided. Every time my account get deducted with bank charged I have paid almost 12k due to this. Because their their auto payment trials happens unlimited times. They dont even bother to inform customer if it get bounced once. So as per thier customer executive they try it 5 times and my bank charges 885 INR for each failed debit. Hence I end up paying approx 4500 INR just as charges.

          I have asked them in moth of October to stop ECS, then again in NOvember and again in December but all in vain and it continued.

          I am loosing my all money just because this service of jusdial which dont even work. As i am an event organiser and I got just dial leads who search for call girls, or bar dancers asking for work, etc etc. Their customer care service is horrible they dont even reply properly. They say they will call you back and that never happened. I have filed more than 10 compaints to them with similar reasons and no one closed till date.

          I request you to take a quick action to it. If they are bound to sell ecs service they should inform customer in prior and explain how it goes for awareness.

            Dear sir,

            I informed justdial.com to cancel registration of star home nursing services in the month of january 2018 and also repeatedly told them in february 2018 too.in this regard i sent them several mails and also called and informed them.in fact i even received calls from them. But to my surprise and dismay justdial.com has deducted rs.6, 000 towards monthly charges fro the month of march 2018. Its an ecs payment. Even after continuously telling them to stop even in jan and feb '18, they continue to deduct ecs payment unabatedly. They are telling that their executive is not avaible and approval is not obtained. I want to file a complaint with consumer court. I will bear all the charges and i will get reimburse the legal charges from justdial.com as well as the wrong deduction made in the month of mar '18 (12.03.2018). Please let me know how to take this forward.

              Hi customer service team, i have registered dhanush enterprises, tiruvallur in just dial since 2014 and getting re-newed yearly basis. For past 10 days, i cannot view callers mobile no when they call me and instead getting just dial no for every time i get a call. When checked customer service and registered complaint, no response so far done and stil not rectified. Only if caller no is viewed, i wish to continue ur service or otherwise i wish to disconnect, pls refund back the payment made. Either sort out tomorrow without any delay or cancel the registration to refund my payment made. Appreciate if any one can respond and take immediate action. Even i want to change my 2nd mobile contact given. Waiting for ur reply soon.

                    Can you please confirm the reason for presenting 4 ecs to my bank account on 3rd and 8th march-18, that too twice in same day on both the days and now on 12th mar-18.

                    Firstly, there was no clarification provided by your executive mr aman. He never told me about this ecs and took signatures. I had just given him a cheque for using 50 days service of justdial which was debited on 6th feb. I had clearly told him that i need service for 50 days and then think to extend this after 50 days.

                    But i was shocked to see the email on 24th feb that next ecs of rs 3540 will be debited on 27th feb.

                    When i contacted customer care and asked him about this, he told he can not do anything about this and you have to pay this. Then i asked him to stop my services after the expiry of 50 days but he denied saying your contract is valid for 1 year.

                    And after this, my bank account had levied charges of rs 295 twice on 3rd and twice on 8th mar for failure to pay ecs and again today.

                    When i called customer care, he told that they have presented the ecs for 1/4 of the amount and they do not give any message for this and it will keep continue presenting the ecs for even 1/8 or 1/16 of the amount. I was neither informed this practice by mr aman (Executive) nor by just dial. What an unethical practice just dial is doing!

                    I called multiple times to customer care but evertime they denied to take my request saying no one was available today.

                    Hence, I want you to cancel all present and future ECS for this service after completion of 50 days service.I no longer want to take the services of just dial any more after this.

                      I've signed for justdial ad for my business but after getting frustrating for garbage leads i tried stopping their ecs but they have not stopped it after 1 week of request and debited my account for the amount of 1180.

                      I contacted the bank branch and they said they are helpless they said it is need to be stop from company end but the company is not listening.

                      I have not take any subscription or service for any work.
                      Justdial ne mere bank a/c. Se rupye nikal liye hain. Mene toh kisi or ko ek simple check diya tha usne pata nhi kya kiya mere check ke sath, ki mere bank a/c. Se har week or month rupye nikal rhi hai justdial company. Yeh company bhut badi dhokebaaz hai .
                      If there is zero rating I would prefer giving that to Justdial. Their customer service is worst. They are bothered until you sign the contract and after that they completely ignore your issues. I’m also a victim of Justdial ECS fraud.
                      People beware.
                      Look like a fraud company..his employee are big fraud..

                        I am safwan and i registered my business on just dial on 11 january 2017. As per the executive that visited me (Named padma). I can avail the facility (Get leads) for 1 year on a payment of 2300/-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in january 2017 end. I started getting leads.
                        Everything was good but suddenly i stopped my business after 6 months of contract with justdial bangalore. I contacted justdial and told them to stop ecs. By january 1 year finished but still they are deducting amount from my account. I tried to stop ecs by contacting customer care numerous times but not getting support from them [named flora, rajani]. I can't able to use my bank account now. If i keep money, they will deduct.
                        I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

                          Greetings of the day!
                          This is regarding the ongoing contract which i don't want to continue with justdial.com as your executive anil angari duped us and tricked me to sign on your documents and didn't gave us time to read the terms & conditions properly and verbally told us that this is monthly subscription not annual, and made me sign on the spot on those documents, as we were not willing to get into any contract with your company so he suggested us to take a trial package for a month at inr 3550/- and took the payment by cheque. It was the whole scenario & we trusted your brand and didn't gone through the mail we received from justdial.com due to hectic schedule as it is my new business venture. A few days ago i received message from justdial.com that amount of inr 3550/- will be auto debited from my account. When i tried to contact your executive anil angari then he didn't responded to my any call. That means he duped me and don't want to face me. So i lost trust on justdial.com that's why i want to discontinue this contract which we didn't understand & please do the needful and get it done immediately.

                            I have registered in just dial last month (February). I have paid 3540 for 1 month. They started giving cals from feb 20th to upto now march 10th. Not even 1 month completed. Due to lot of loss in our business, we don't want to continue our business and wants to close just dial contract. We have informed to just dial customer support executive, they not at all bothering our complaints and simply disconnecting our cals while speaking itself.
                            We informed not to process ecs and we don't want to continue your contract because we shut down our business. But they are simply processing ecs. So far, rs.1239 has been charged as penalty from bank side for insufficient fund. Totally 3540 + 1239.
                            We are not able to close our bank account too because of ecs pending.
                            Justdial will charge up to 9 month, each month rs.3540. Since we are not doing our business further.
                            Please help and guide us, we don't know what to do?.

                              We dhriti interiors have subscribed with this company to provide us customer data as per our need. The details were discussed threadbare with their representative mr girish regarding our requirements and promised the same. But not even the proper keywords as decided were uploaded for which i have been requesting for the last one month or so. The leads we have been receiving are absolutely out of context, few of which were duly sent back on mr girish's whatsapp for his consideration and to make proper corrections / amendments for which he promised to care of my problem. For this he referred my case to one ms shumaila to take care of my problem. She contacted me on several occasions but could not solve my problem. Now the situation is that neither of them are prepared to respond back favourably. From almost the past couple of weeks they are not at all responding to my repeated requests. This time i subscribed just because mr amitabh bacchan being their brand ambassador and due to his credibility. Their behavior has not only damaged their reputation but also of mr bacchan's. I am totally dissatisfied with their services and want them to return my subscription amount immediately.

                                I have registered in just dial last month Feb and paid Rs. 3540 . They started giving calls from Feb 20 up to now(13/3/2018). Not even one month completed, we suffered a lot from our business side, Due to lot of loss in our business. I have shut down my business and i want to close my just dial contract too. But the just dial customer care rep stated that they can't be canceled until 1 year.
                                I am not running my business, Where I didn't use the service. how can i pay ecs 3540 every month. And they started deducting the amount from my account. I informed just dial to stop ecs, but they are not all bothering . Simply passing ecs and deducting amount from my bank account. I am unable to close my bank account too because of ecs pending. So far, Rs.2075 has been deducted from my bank account by simply passing ecs and as a penalty for insufficient fund.
                                Totally we paid Rs. 3540 + Rs.2075 without using just dial service.
                                This a cheat. I want solution and also I heard just dial has many complaints as this. I don't know, what to do? Already i lost a lot, I don't want to loss anymore . Please suggest me to get a fine solution to this problem.

                                  We have ladies salon in gurgaon. One executive (Anil angari) of justdial.com visited us several times at odd hours, later on he took an appointment and was willing to share information about justdial.com listing contract on their website but we were not willing to sign any contract, so he suggested us to take one month of trial subscription at inr 3550/-. We were agreed for one month of trial subscription and gave inr 3550/- payment by cheque. But later on we received a mail from justdial.com that we have signed a 365 days of contract with justdial.com and they will auto debit inr 3550/- amount from my account every month, which is wrong. He made us fool. Now i want to cancel my contract immediately and want an action against anil angari & justdial.com our just dial receipt number is [protected] executive code 10047793.

                                  I got contact details from Justdial regarding my interior work, the guy collected 10000 ra from me as an advance before 30 days and he have not turned up. His number is in switched off now. I’m helpless. Raised complaint in jd and they are not responding properly. Kindly help me and refund my amount.

                                    1. That this complaint petition is being filed under consumer protection act. 1986.

                                    2. That the opposite party is a just dial limited, engaged in the business of online paid business listings.
                                    Narration of the incident
                                    On[protected], i paid a cheque of rs. 36, 108 in favor of just dial limited for a paid business listing on their website i. E www.Justdial.com. but no receipt was issued to me. The sales person promised to send the receipt on our mail which was never sent. Before paying to just dial limited, we got lot of calls from their sales team in which their sales team communicated false results of our competitors over phone, we were assured to get lots of leads from dwarka, we were also assured to get top position in dwarka on their website as our registered address was in dwarka so due to all such promises and misrepresentations, we took a rented office at sector - 12, dwarka. Our plan was activated after 1 week without intimation, even an electronic receipt was not send to us as promised by their salesman. Post activation, we got a call from their sales team that justdial is going to change all membership plans, he told us that from new year onward the client who will pay higher, will get more leads and priority so the sales person from just dial limted asked us to upgrade our plan in which just dial limited would offer us top fixed position and priority. Later-on i came to know that the call was from sales team and there is no such change which is going to happen in the company. We mostly received leads from gurgaon, faridabad and noida as it was their sales team strategy that client will take big amount package to get leads from dwarka.in-fact they hide so many things prior payment such as, they send leads firstly to those members who hold fixed position on their website and after keeping a gap of one minute, the same lead is being forwarded to those members who hold unfixed position on their website. Moreover, they send single lead to more than 7 members due to which it becomes difficult to connect with a single client as their phone keep engaged for mostly 30-40 minutes. Apart from this most of the leads are not related with our business due to all such tactical unfair trade practices used by just dial limited’s sales team, we incurred losses in business due to which we had to close our office in delhi. Multiple emails were dropped to just dial limited but they never took it seriously. Following losses were ascertained:
                                    A - office rent - 20, 000 inr+ rs.5000 brokerage
                                    B - furniture - 9, 000 inr
                                    C - coordinators salary - 30, 000

                                    3. That on 14th november 2017, i (Complainant) paid a sum of rs...36, 108 via cheque no.29865 dated 14.11.17 drawn on bank of india, dwarka branch, new delhi, for a period of one year.

                                    4. I (Complainant) have been approaching just dial limited via emails since 24th january 2018 to stop sending irrelevant leads and for refund of my due balance. But the staff of the company, on some irrelevant reasons making excuses. Final email notice was also send to just dial limited on 20.02.18 in which we clearly mentioned that we would constrained to take legal recourse at their cost and consequences if they don not refund the amount within 7 days but they only wasted our time by side tracking the issue in our communications. The cause of action has finally arisen when we received their email dated 28.02.18 denying refund of the amount paid..

                                    5. That the o. P. Has inflicted enormous amount of mental agony and financial loss on the complainant and his family.

                                    Prayer

                                    In view of the submissions contained in the preceding paragraphs, i (Complainant) most respectfully prays to the hon'ble forum to direct the opposite party just dial limited to :

                                    (A) pay the refund of rs. 36, 108/- with 10 % interest ;
                                    (B) pay a sum of rs.64, 000/- towards financial loss incurred due to shut down of business in new delhi; and
                                    (C) pay a sum of rs. 5, 000, 000/- towards the physical strain and mental agony suffered by the complainant (Compensation)

                                      I am dr. Dattatraya salunke, i am sharing my worst experience i had with justdail.
                                      One of the sales executive (Mr. Alok singh) from justdail visited my clinic which was opeaned recently and told me to subscribe for their phone services by which i will be able to grow my clients, (Which i thought is good for a new clinic in a new location) so i thought it would be great to subscribe for their services which include 1150 rupees as monthly ecs which i started in the month of november 2017. However during the overall period from which i started my subscription i found that the calls or the details i was provided with by justdail to grow my business/clinic/clients wass not relevant with my profession and was not adding amy value to my business, so i decided to cancel the subscription and contacted the sales executive who approached me the first time (Mr. Alok singh) and requested to stop the services as it is not germane to me. But he refused to do so as he told that we cannot stop the subscription until the contract expires which is 1 year, which was not specified to me while the subscription.
                                      Also i contacted the bank even the bank could not stop the ecs.
                                      I am fed up of all the irrelevant inquiries and no benifits of justdail.
                                      I want to cancell the subscription stop the ecs and also clear all my data from justdail to avoid any misuse of it.

                                        Just dial has deducted amount from my account through ecs even after advance payment. I have received message that still amount of 1180 is due for march. Previously i have paid an amount of 3540 and 1180 on 5th feb. 1180 on 28 feb. Total amount deducted till now is 5900. But still got the message that amount 1180 due in 10th march. I don't want any further deduction of ecs from my account. Kindly do the needful at your end and reply at the earliest.
