Hi,
I am sumit agarwal and i registered my business on just dial in mid feb 2018. As per the executive that visited me (Named arun singh), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 1 month on a payment of 3750-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque of 5000. The amount got deducted from my account in 5 feb 2018 end. I started getting leads.

Later in feb 28, a deduction of 3750 +273/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ecs form without any perspective thing..

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.
Even i was not getting any genuine leads from feb 20 i was not getting any lead.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

This is jyotiranjan patro, i had booked a bus ticket from dharamsala to delhi via pnr no: 237c7b2d.
But due to wrong date booking i had to cancel the ticket. I got the message that i will get my money refund (100%) with in 5 to 7 working day. Appropriate one month is going to pass still i didn’t get my money refund.
As i informed to your deptt about this issue, but the department doesn’t taking this issue seriously. I am requesting you to take a look on my matter.

Hi.. I own a restraurent in coimbatore.. And am an free lister in justdail.. Justdail customer care person arthi m tel:[protected].. I keep on calling me and torchering me to go for an paid version.. After i told lot of time that am not interested.. She activated an paid services by her own and she send the mail thanks for joining with us... Is these the way you guys do business... By torching people and activated paid packages by yourself.. Shame on you guys..

Hi i am from hyderabad.. There is a firm named vanaja interiors it doesn't belong to me i have not put that in the free listing i dont know how did my name and no. Come in that please remove that profile immediately. I have registered a complaint with justdial but i am getting calls everyday asking me to take a package. I dont understand how did a profile like this come-up with my personal contact information without my permission and without me knowing about it. Please take a serious action. Delete vanaja interiors profile immediately. It doesn't belong to me.

By mistake, we get into a contract with you only because of misguided/missleaded by your staff.

His name is jibin mathai, approached us as manager of just dial. And one anjana introduced as representative.

What happened

Your team was continuously calling and disturbing us, even they call to oman to our md to trap us into your mesh and he agreed and promised 100 times that the contract was only for 4 months and after that no need to pay any amount.

Finally, he came to our office and we signed the contract. Since we spoke and clarified with him for more than 2-3 hours, we believe him and signed the contract. We never understood that it is a big trap and a company like just dial will cheat us.

He agreed the following with us.

1. The agreement is only for 4 months
2. After four months if we do not pay the money, the contract will stop and also your services.
3. There in no other commitments with you.

But at last what happened.

1. You people continued to cut the money from our account for one year.
2. When we contacted to your team, they said that you signed the contract. Actually we talk to your team for 4 months and the trapped us for one year.
3. Ok. We proceeded for one year, but even after one year you are continuing the cutting.
4. We where not benefited even for 10 rs with your service instead of receiving some junk messages which was not related to our business.

We contacted you before 8 months to cancel the contract, but you people said that it will be cancelled after one year.

Ok, we waited because we made a big mistake to sign a contract by believing your team.

It is a shame for such a reputed company, that no body resolving this issue.

We contacted your bombay, bangalore, cochin, and chennai offices. Somebody will lift the phone and when they are trying to connect the phone with others, the call is getting cut and when again we are calling, some other will attend the call and we should repeat the story again and again and again...

No body know what to do.

Our request.

Please give back our money you cut it from us after one year.

Please cancel your service since we don't want to continue.

We contacted your bangalore team before 3 weeks (After number of extension calls and minimum 100 calls to your offices all over india because of redirection and extensions) and they said that they will resolve but no reply.

Three unauthorized transaction were done using my paytm account on just dial on february 22, 2018. I had immediately called them on the same day and subsequently several times. They just transfer calls from department to department and then promise to call back which they do not do. On 28 feb one ms riddhi (A very arrogant lady) called me asking for proof of transaction and promised to revert back in 24 hours. I had immediately sent her the details on the email address provided by her ([protected]@justdial.com). Its two days and still there is no response.

Has been registered one of my business with justdial to increase the reviews.. Sales person from just dial promised me that i can close the ecs (Auto debit) at any time. But when i request them to cancel... They said they won't allow to close it till one year and then they started took the money more than what they supposed.

They are completely cheaters... Let's fight on them..

Had made a payment rs.27, 430. Oo on 9th. Feb.18 against my electricity bill of bses yamuna delhi. But, even after 21 days, my payment is not made to bses yamuna. After several telephonic and email reminders, no resonse. Now, electricity co. Has issued me a notice of disconnection. Seems to be just dial is not trurst worthy.

Pleaer help me to get my money back.

We have taken just dial paid services on 23rd feb'18. We have paid rs.28350 by credit card but last 3 days we are taking follow up on just dial enquiries, but not receiving any satisfactory revert from your team ms. Chandani - & mr. Noman-[protected]

We have already marked mail on [protected]@justdial.com but still there is no revert from company on cancellation of services.

Both chandani & noman are continuously disconnecting...

To boost the business, I have given an Contract with Justdial on 05th October 2015. As per the Agreement we have that Just dial will debit 10 times i.e one year only. But In spite of it I have paid for 26 times the amount . As I have winded my business in July 2017 and vacated my office.

I have given a request to customer care for cancelling of ECS,

Till date it has not been cancelled and debiting my amount of 2061 and Tax of 152.

I called to customer care for about 20 times, No response and send the mail to [protected]@justdial.com, no reply.

Kindly Anyone give me the solution to get free from the fraud company.

I am very sad to say still my account not recharge or balance not refund in my bank account i have several time inform your team via telephone call now i am request through this mail please take favorable action in favor of me.
Please update my recharge to dish tv.

JustDial is deducting money from my State Bank of India bank account (Account no.[protected] without availing for any service from it.

One day I just saw my bank summary and in it they deducted Rs.1150 and then Rs.30.This is happening for many months.I have never used JustDial and all of a sudden they start deducting money for no reason

I will be highly obliged if you took action against it and refund my money they have deducted from my bank account.

We have no profit in our business with this just dial registration

I need to cancel my contract. As soon as possible

Customer service is so rude. That they didn't cancel my contract even after saying to cancel

They sent a mail that contract continues

What is happening with this just dial company

We have registered with you in thrissur area on wedding photography and videography. Our company name gallery events. We also made our payment. Your executives always contacted us during marketing time, also we are not receiving enquiries as you said. But after that we are not getting any support. So we are no longer interested in doing business with you. Kindly return the amount we paid.

I m existing listing with just dial. I am satisfied with its services. But i have realized just dial is in ill business now. I have given cheque 29500 on last week and today i got a call for new listing as my listing is in free mode. Today i have been convinced to 20000+taxes. That time i have been told this is final price.
So my complain is just dial has charged me 5900 extra. So plz help me to refund my money.

Just dial wrong contract @ 71000 to show my name on first and second position in ludhiana for website services but how my name is on 6th position.

I want to refund my money back if they cant proceed as mention in contract.

I have taken full ludhiana area with all keyword, but on respective keyword it show my name on wrong ranking.

If i am paying for full ludhiana first position then why they are showing my name on lower then other.
Help yo get my refund or help me to solve it, no one form justdial support me.

I take a justdial package in 19jan for one month only one of his (Justdial employee - shubham mishra and his manager abhishek kumar in delhi ncr location) they commit me you can pay 3540/- only for 1 month to use our services and they collect the cheque from me after that 20 days services is not activate, pathethic services overall i dont want to continue this service...

Now secondly his employee shubham and his manager abhishek cheat with customer to say you can pay only for one month but after that they activate 3 month package and amount automatically debitted in my account, no once pick up my call and i already mail and complain to justdial to both cheaters.

I request kindly de-activate my services and refund my money which is debit in 9 feb 3540/- otherwise i will take legal action of this that justdial make fool of every customers give wrong commitment and doing fraud.

Agar justdial employee fraud karne lgege to kon trust karega koi services lene ke liye, just for apna revenue bnanae ke liye dusro ko jhut bolke package activate kara rahe hai.

I want to delete my review in the just dial, regarding to this i contacted just dial 6 times but they are telling that they will forward to another team when ever i contacted and no other team is involving in this.
And even the review was not written by me the institute itself wrote the review and full rating on behalf of me..
I think there is a deal between jd and institutes that is the reason why they are not responding to my problem.
When i called to jd, they said this time we will do asap, then i said that i will write mails if it was not done asap, they replied like do what ever you can.
Earlier i loved jd very much for their service but now it's their time to keep it continue.

Please look at this and allow me to delete review in my own account.

The worst service am getting from just dial. I been call them and complaining about their service, when i posted a complaint over here they reached me they to resolve my complaint issue. Issue was they were sending me wrong lead after editing 100 time on their website same issue, call them spoke to them even they have edited it and promised me to give the lead to the registrated service with 24/48 working hrs. Still sending me the same old lead. Again i called up the person mr manohar from justdial to confirm one last time before submitting stop ecs to bank, he asked me register and make a new contract. Thought give one last chance to just dial and made a new contract it’s be a week and 1/2 still getting the wrong lead. Called up lead department to enquiry about what’s going on? The answer was “sir no one has edited your profile expect you once in dec.” (😳 i nearly spoke 20 times minimum.) and one of worst answer given from justdial call centre lead department was “we don’t have enough lead to provide you to which you have registered so we are sending you wrong lead.” what wrong with you justdial. Hope you are planning to shut down justdial.

One month before i enquired about passport agencies details and i have been received few sms and received few calls too stating that"hi sir you have been enquired about passport etc in just dail" hence contacted you etc.

And the agent visited me at my office and collected rs. 2500 via neft transfer and said he will proccess the same till now no response from him but he was on phone contact but past 2 days phone days phone number got switched off,

So its clearly proved that my contact details has been shared to fake agents, just dail has not verified the agent details and shared the details to them.

I need proper revert from just daily.
Agent said he is from velachery tours and travels.

Just dial did fraud with me, my business is registered their website, i have been paying 3500 rs for last couple of months, and since last 1-2 months, i never received any business related call, when i checked my profile i saw they have changed my no without notifying me, my business calls are going to some other business, yogesh tripathi and ankita from just dial opened my contract, i called customer service no one listened to me. They are giving me refund. I paid for service which i didnt use plus it was a huge loss to my business
