I have been associated with just dial just few days back. I recieved a call for my tours & travels business. The info provided by him was accurate but he said that its contract & i have to deposit money. I did so but now the person is not responding. I think its a fraud call. He provided the message saying just dial provided my business details. I have launched a police complaint regarding this. Would be of great help if you verify the customers.

    We have posted a ad in just dial there is an ex employee that had been removed from our company due to some fraud activity and just dail just added his number in the add wihout our knowledge and infact they also changed the address which is wrong and it r secan cause us a lot of loss. So i want this issue to be taken seriously as i contact customer they didnt provide any answer.

      On 10 feb 2018 mr pankaj contact me after getting my number through just dial and tell me bout various plans of mtnl broadband.

      When i was booked one of that plan he reached my office and take rs 3300 against that plan.

      Since now his phone number is not reachable n swicthoff all the time.

      So kindly pls help me about this complaint n found that fraud person.

      Recently pankaj distributor of mtnl broadband contact me after getting my number through just dial

      He tell me about some various plans of this broadband connection

      After booking this broadband he reached my office n getting 3300 rs from my side against this connection

      But now his number always reached out n switched off

      So kindly pls help me out with this matter

        we have applied for the services of just dial for our company Holidaywala Tour and Travels Pvt Ltd on 6th Feb 2018. for which your team executive has asked -
        for online payment transfer of Rs. 10650/- to get service activated within 24Hours. receipt no is [protected]

        sir we called on 7th Feb to your executive he said he will get it done soon. on 8th Feb we had been calling your executive Mr. Aman and Mr. Mukesh in Chandigarh for activation.

        after that we sent a mail for not to process the activation as we are not satisfied with the commitments made by your team.

        we had been asked by above said two team members to call on [protected] to stop the activation n to send the mail on [protected]@justdial.com

        we had sent a mail but we did not got any call or solution from whole.

        till now we had sent mails to

            I am running business in justdial from past 3 months. But due to loss in our business we want to stop our business.

            Then, i have sent mail to hyderabad justdial, and went to hyderabad justdial office and met with doddi vishal kumar before 10 days, and he gave guarantee that ecs will not hit, it will freeze, but there is no response from them. And there is irresponsible answers from hyderabad staff,

            Without informing to us, they sent message that your ecs will hit on 15/02/2018, and please maintain sufficient funds.

            I don't have sufficient funds, please help us and stop ecs hitting.

              I am from Nagercoil. Last three years I pay to just dial for add. They are cheated customers. They give one lead to many customers. Last three years no business by them. Now i request to stop the ECS, But they cant do it. I send three mails to them., But no response. They are beggers. they are thief.
              I call customer care for more than 50 times and say to stop ECS. But no matter.

                Th I started my JD account on November,
                I was misinformed about my packages, if you want you can cross verify your call records..now iam not here to point out those...
                Past is past..iam adjusted to those...
                The issue is, My cmpany name was Paul & Shini Associates, few days before, JD itself changed my name to Paul Shini Associates, without any information regarding the name change..
                When i contacted customer care, they are saying that, '&" symbol cant be processed...
                iam not getting the point that, how, they can tell me that reason when the name was correct till 10th of February.(I have notived it on 10Th )
                I cant allow theese activities..
                if it is not possible, they cancel my account and stop my ECS, now i doubt that, i might have missed several enquiries as the name to the public was diffferent from the name which i was given...
                I need a solution for this...Otherwise i will forced to move legally... inorder to advice you people to provide the clients a good customer care executives, an agent who comes to collect the names and cash, and inorder to be truthfull towards the society, not by cheating the clients by giving fake commitments.

                  Mine story is not different the executive told to take this deal for promotion for 3 months after one month just go to bank and get the esc stopped and i also believed him. I have been running for 5 months no help. Bank can't help and juatdail says it contract for 1 yr. I have no clue where 1 yr came. The guy never gave any contract. I just want to get out of this mess am paying 3250 every month for no reason.

                    This is to inform you that i had listed my company in just dial for 3 months the executive mr munnawar hashmi told me to give a cheque of two months and promised me that my third month ecs would get hit from third month onwards now i am getting a message with in fifteen days that my ecs would hit with in 2 days means this people have gulped out my 2640 rs directly and customer care people are telling me that the 2640 rs would be kept as balance and my ecs of ra 11800 would get hit every month regularly this people are making fool everybody now i am going to instruct my bank to cancel the ecs and ecs bounce charges is going to apply to me and the just dial ecs people are saying this all problems are just dial customer problems look out or my look out guys please dont fall prey to this peoplemy company is amkm infosolutions and located in nashik my name is mr abdul malik the executive munnawar hasmi number is [protected] jst dial team great work and great team work and co-operation from you i wish you bad luck to all o[censored] in future

                      I have an contract in justdial with reg no-[protected]
                      This is the 3rd time i have been cheated! I had already spoken to maria from bangalore backend department and mr domnic that i want to pause my esc till the month of april 2018 so that i can utilise the money which is in my jd acc which was also taken from me by cheating! So as per maria and domnic told i sent a mail to [protected]@justdial.com to pause the ecs! But then again my ecs is active and my bank acc balance has gone into negative! I have tried calling customer care from a week back and no one has called me back regarding it! And i[censored] hit my bank account once and it bounces then why do have to hit it again and again? If at all check hits my bank account this time i would like to have all the amount in my bank account or i will take a legal action!

                          Justdial has hosted a fraud website called lifeking.in in which they are taking money on behalf of a dayanand enterprise against orders. I ordered a duracell ultra alkaline aaaa batteries 2 count for rs 500 (Order id #6) on january 14th, 2018. This was cancelled on january 16th and there was no further intimation. I mailed several times for a refund and got hold of the company dayanand enterprise who denied having such a website and asked me to contact justdial.

                          Then i called justdial customer care and they also claimed ignorance saying they dont accept money anywhere. Finally after a couple of calls they told me to wait 7 days. A month has passed and my hard earned money has been fraudulently stolen from me by justdial.

                            Dear rushikesh/team

                            As discussed i opted for services through mr subhash mishra and gave advance cheque of inr 7080/- dated 31/1/2018 and i told him to wait for my confirmation regarding deposit of this advance cheque because there was no funds in my accounts as i was expecting payment from client but he ignored this and represented cheque on 2/2/2018 and it got bounced due to insufficient funds.

                            Secondly this advance cheque was represented again today 8/2/2018 in my account without my consent and cheque has been cleared from my account as i got a message from my bank but i kept this funds to clear my personal loan emi now that will get bounce and i will be charged inr 1000/- for ecs bounce.

                            Now i don't understand how a representative from just dial can do all this without consent from customer?. I am feeling like cheated/fraud from just dial representative. There is a need to give some ethical training to just dial representatives.

                            Now i required my payment back which deducted from my account today and i don't want to take any just dial service in future.

                            How can we trust just dial now?

                            Kindly return my payment as soon as possible as i don't wish to continue and insure that this kind of act does not happen in future with any customer of just dial.

                            If i don't get my payment at the earliest, this matter will be escalated to consumer forum also.

                              We have got this company detials through just dial. We are a family of four people and we have made an agreement with m/s jeeva and compnay (Above mentioned compnay) for provinding us a driver on monthly basis. We paid one year's advance payment of rs.96, 000. The above company (Jeeva and co) provided driver for only 5 months and discontinued their service. Now nearly two year passed they did not refund the amount nor provided with another driver. We are family and scared to pursue this matter through police or court as it is useless and time consuming

                                  My self prashant chettri owner of shahi home appliance and service, with lot of hopes i deside to register my company with just dial, till i register every thing was good but after the payment total service and commitment is slowly started changing when ask why is that so i had called near about 100 times to ask where is the problem but till date they are unable to answer when i ask for cancelling the contract they are not even picking up calls now i am clueless different guys are calling and using cheap slang and then we are unable to find the person with whom we spoke, this cheap stuff with such big company where the great ab is part of it.

                                      I have a business at just dial on dec, i was not getting the lead they have promised me, on dec 26th without any notification they have taken the ecs without notification through mail or message or call which was suppose to be taken at 1st of jan. They called me up convinced me that they will solve the issues and mr monahar from justdial was suppose to come and solve the issues he didn’t even bother to call me up, i tried complaining 2 to 3 times never got a satisfactory response and didn’t even call me solve the issues. And the i switched off ecs as they have option at their website i was afraid that they might take ecs anytime so i started keeping my balance nill, yes they did try this time too. Without any notification again bang not sufficient balance ok again did not even bother to call and enquir, again i switched off ecs in their website, instead again after 3 day 50% bang same not enough sufficient balance. Today i am going to bank to complaint about this and even i am stepping to consumer court, for your the worst service justdial. Am damn sure this complaint doesn’t even make any difference to you.

                                      Again the is not solved. You promised me that after 24hrs I will get the updated lead, it’s been 30+ hours still no changes. Please solve it asap. Am submitted the stop ecs request to the bank.
                                      On 21 January I booked ticket of train from justdial and it proceeded to payment and 885 amount cut as shown tickets are booked but after that it get cancelled and they said the 885 will deposit in your account within 7 days but still I didn’t got any money so please do early as possible to refund my money
                                      HI even after the numerous complain about stoppage of ecs the customer care is ignoring . I have been cheated by the justdial executive because he did not inform about the contract before.
                                      I told justdial to stop my ecs services from january2018 but they not doing .they not taking my request to cancel the service.All calls from justDail is fake and useless one .they were charging for useless service.they charged from my minimum balance and made me charged penalty. my business is closed
