Today i booked two tickets from lucknow to chandigarh in 2 tier ac. Money paid and deducted but booking failed and the refund use code is jdidtbx6n4x6h8u1t3m2. Why it failed and booking cancelled when the amount was paid by internet and deducted from my account. What is the problem? Was there anything wrong with password? If yes then what is my password? My user name was mblal and password is bihari as per my record.

Pl expedite the result and what i have to do with rebooking? Can the cancelled booking is restored and ticket sent to my email id?

I am very much disappointed with the services given by just dial. No promises are being full filled as committed. You provide one lead to several clients therefore tends to wastage of time and money where none of the leads are getting converted as when we try to approach them their phones get too busy for hours and did not get converted due to any reason and many leads you guys send are very inappropriate as they belongs to other cities.

I request to refund my money as i feel it's of no use for me and stop the ecs immediately at earliest by today.
Kindly note that i won't be entertaining any just dial inquiry on the said matter as this already have wasted my too much of time.

This is for your perusal and immediate action.

Just dial takes monthly amount + 18% gst. I have mentioned my gst no to them.in first 2 month they sent bill and we received that 18% in our gst returns. Now from past 3 months they not sent any bill. Why? I sent mail. They replied in march they will send. Why? When gat return date will be out then thwy will send. What is its use then. My question is that are they really paying to govt gst that they are receiving from customers. If they are paying to govt. Where are bills and why not sent my bills. If they not send upto 19 feb2018 i will loose 540 rs gst claim.

I want either send me jan, feb2018 bill in mail upto 10feb2018 or give me 540 rs (Gst lose)

We, at aruna enterprises, talegaon dabhade, had given a contract to just dial to display our details on their website for the services we render to people. As a result, they were making regular deductions from our syndicate bank account on monthly basis.in the month of december 17, however, we communicated to one ms. Shubhangi from just dial, cell no.[protected] that we are not interested in continuing with the plan. She confirmed to us that already, we had made payments for their advertising for us till 26th feb.2018 and that instructions have been given to stop the ecs. As a result, there was no deduction from our bank account in jan.2018. However, we were to shocked to notice today that again, a sum of rs.3, 540/- has been deducted from our bank account. Ms. Shubhangi has not been even attending to our telephone calls. Request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to get us refund of rs. 3, 540/- deducted as we are no more interested to continue our contract with just dial.

I want to close my just dial ecs payment but they said you have 1 year contract with us. From just dial no one tell me any thing about this this. If we dont want to continue just dial services by clearing all the payment. Then why we pay 3 month ecs payment. I thing they just dial make fool all the custmers. I will never suggest any person take business from just dial

Closing my ecs services
Dear sir/madam,

I am trying for closing my ecs services from long time for that i am calling and mailing on daily basis but your employees reply is that "our consult person will call you". When miss... Calling me she tell me you can not stop service compliant many more time within year but i close my business how i will pay to just dial.

Please stop the services immediately...

Still i have not get the any call from your company. Whenever i am requesting about stop the services.

Nobody is giving properly answer from your company!!!

Check my all call history in this week... How much i time i call in your company and your unresponsible employees feedback.

They are transfering the call to another department and anothere department person is saying our other person will call you letter. What should we have to do?

Sarang kulkarni last two month for stop this service and stop the auto debit payment (Ecs) but not stopped to this service and continue to justdial service and per month debit to my account the service charge payment (Ecs) hie telling me i am stopped this service but again debit to my account payment and i am trying to sarang kulkarni justdial executive person but he is not responding to my call please action the company and stopped this service per month debit amount rs.590 and deposit amount 2050 ecs debit date 15 per month. Someone is misusing my name and residential address for a fraud home builder purpose on justdial. This is fraud and fake account. Please take action. This is very shameful that justdial is opened a fraud account. And i request you to close this fraud account from justdial immediately.

I had registed my complaint on this website.. Now it shows as RESOLVED but how it is resolved without my knowledge. So, is it the website site error or Justdial error.

I had registerd my business wit justdial to make some profit but yo guys cheated me wit fake promises.. I askd yo guys to stop the ecs on my acc bt stil thr ws an ecs on my acc n thr is cheque bounce charges. Anyone reading this, please read the terms carefully before signing any application with any companies like these.. They wil tel yo in words that wud look evrythng favourable to yo but all false promises.. SCAMMERS

I am Aniket and I registered my business on just dial in mid December 2017. As per the executive that visited me (named Arvind Pal), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 10, 350/-. I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in Dec 2017 end. I started getting leads.

Later in Jan 2018, a deduction of 3, 450/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 10, 350/- that I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

I used jd pay app to receive some amount from sender. Jd pay didn't mention about any charges. It's prompted to upload kyc, i uploaded kyc. After that it enabled to send payment link to sender. Sender done payment. Jd pay didn't informed anything about charges, receivers kyc status to the sender. Jd pay simply deducted the amount from the sender's account and didn't credited to me. I submitted all my aadhar, pan card, voter id, bank account statement and cancelled cheque also. Still the amount not credited either to me or sender. Jd pay hold the amount for 2 days and not yet refund to the sender. It's asking for charges to refund the amount eventhough sender unaware of the jd pay charges. Jd pay didn't inform anything about charges to both sender and receiver.

I want to kyc my account on jdpay but his cc reject my documents with reason his invalid wts. I think government of india are stupid to verify my invalid at bank, college, sim purchase. Now his told me send your new documents i think just dial cc not know government of india issue documents at once not again and again. Worst service and i stuck my money. If just dial need to contact me [protected]

I am not getting a single mail and single message in my phone. Only got few enquirey without number in just dail app
And most of the enquries are bye myself only. I am totally diappointed. I have contacted multiple time to your support team but they are not solving my problem
Even the contacted person anita jadhav she is not replying to my phone calls only your sales person replying call mr sagar sabale
He also agreed my complain issue
And showd him empty msg box
I here requesting you to please give me back my refund amount. Do not wish to be part of just dail

I called to justdial, one of the representative receive the call and she replied very rudely. Actually i was asking for dog creche near by me. So she told me that they will send the information regarding this matter but i received only the sms where they are asking me to download some app.. They haven't provide any of that information for which i was looking for. So it is very disappointed from justdial. Really i never expected like this from justdial.

I have been associated with just dial just few days back. I recieved a call for my tours & travels business. The info provided by him was accurate but he said that its contract & i have to deposit money. I did so but now the person is not responding. I think its a fraud call. He provided the message saying just dial provided my business details. I have launched a police complaint regarding this. Would be of great help if you verify the customers.

We have posted a ad in just dial there is an ex employee that had been removed from our company due to some fraud activity and just dail just added his number in the add wihout our knowledge and infact they also changed the address which is wrong and it r secan cause us a lot of loss. So i want this issue to be taken seriously as i contact customer they didnt provide any answer.

On 10 feb 2018 mr pankaj contact me after getting my number through just dial and tell me bout various plans of mtnl broadband.

When i was booked one of that plan he reached my office and take rs 3300 against that plan.

Since now his phone number is not reachable n swicthoff all the time.

So kindly pls help me about this complaint n found that fraud person.

we have applied for the services of just dial for our company Holidaywala Tour and Travels Pvt Ltd on 6th Feb 2018. for which your team executive has asked -
for online payment transfer of Rs. 10650/- to get service activated within 24Hours. receipt no is [protected]

sir we called on 7th Feb to your executive he said he will get it done soon. on 8th Feb we had been calling your executive Mr. Aman and Mr. Mukesh in Chandigarh for activation.

after that we sent a mail for not to process the activation as we are not satisfied with the commitments made by your team.

Y im using these word bcz i shutdown my business i stop my ecs service through app.
