I have taken the service for 1 tear, now i want to disconnect the service and have been calling the customer service since 2 months, they asked me to call 1 monto before my contract gets over. Now when i called them 1 month before they have always said that we have noted your complain and will disconnect service after 45 days. After disconnecting the call i get email saying as per our discussion and your agreement your service continue's. I must have called them n number of times. Now i got an email saying you have to give us 3 months prior notice which was not told to me when i had called 2 months back.

They are just looters and it's such a fraud company.

I am moving ahead with legal notice to them.

As informed and intimated to us by you representative nikhil patil the profile of mine will be displayed on top position so we have taken higher ecs of rs 1500

Further the profile displayed on top 1 & 2 position have ecs amount as rs. 1040 and rs 500 which is far less than mine.

Also we have asked your representative that our profile should be displayed on top position for every search of kolhapur districts.

Still by paying higher and agreeing with instruction of your representative, we are getting such service

I have talked with nikhil patil and ms thorat from your pune office for my compliant.

Just dial is a totally fraud company. Two marketing agents had came to my office and they take rs. 1499 for listing in just dial. They told us if you will be interested in our service then you may continue otherwise not. They had not told us any plan or contract with just dial. And they have activated the ecs plan, and now they are deducting amount from our account. I contacted to jd team they told us that they will not cancel the contract.
What a great fraud company in just dial, event customer has not accepted/signed any contract with jd and they are deducting amount.

I request all of you don't trust the just dial company, there are a lots of customer's complaints regarding in issue and all the customers are cheated by fraud company just dial.

I am Aadesh and I registered my business on just dial in Feb End 2017. As per the executive that visited me (named Prateek), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 1 month on a payment of 2300/- inclusive of taxes. I took the risk as I had just started my business around 5 months back and gave him the cheque, saying that lets try it for a month or two and if i like the service, i'll continue with you. he said ya sir just give it a try and then its your call to opt in for long time or opt out. The amount got deducted from my account in March 2017. I started getting leads that were of no use, all of them seems like fake, there were no serious callers for business. They take even an hour to add or remove your keywords.

Later in April, a deduction of 2300/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month for minimum 12 months. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that we'll charge you from the next month if you opt in for our services and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial or the executive (Prateek)

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this.

The executive(prateek) stopped responding to my calls when i use to call him about ECS stop.
i Called the customer care for requesting ECS stop in january, they said 3 months notice is made and we'll stop the ECS once 3 months are over.

I was frustated about my money not being able to recover or use it. I called again a few days back, customer care executive told me that ya we can stop your ECS with One month notice, you will have to pay till march

I got a call again today informing that minimum 3 months notice is required and i'll be charged till april.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please help me regarding this and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

Please help me out if anyone can

My business is registered in your esteemed website by the name of 'anmol salon ' in safdarjung enclave, new delhi 110029. I am paying fees of rs 2000 every month. I have called on your costumer care 3-4 times to discontinue my package but have not got any response from your end.

It is a special request that please discontinue my package as i am going on losses in my business and unable to pay fees every month.

Just dial bangalore is taking rs.8000/- per month for only 2 areas and not even providing a single genuine leads. When tried to contact just dial business manager, he never takes the call and also tried to call just dial leads department, no body receives the call. Planning to put a complaint in cyber crime police and also file a petition in consumer court and also a written complaint to the home minister of karnataka.

I have called to just dial to enquire for movers and packers. They have send me the company details and numer. After that i got the call from "meel cargo movers" mobile # [protected]on saturday 25th feb'17 for my request for moving my asset\goods from delhi to patna. On that time, executive has confirmed me for only 9500 /- including gst. I have also asked from company' colleagues three time on sunday 25th feb'18 when they collected for my goods but he has confirmed it's same amount which has earlier discussed with company means 9500./. We are also continuesly discussing till 28th feb'18 for pending amounts but no-one has informed me for extra amount but suddenly, i got a mail and call from company executive and asked me to pay 17, 320/- otherwise will not delivered your goods. I have also sent four reminder mail but no one has reverted.

This is the way to deliver the service to customer and now really this the frustrated situations for me or any person, who will be in this situation.

This is also question marks on just dial. How we can trust in just dial because this is totally fraud case. Please suggest for next action.

This is in reference with my justdial receipt no - ka0218rc00700327, i got a call from mr karthik of justdial bangalore, telling me about how there is a special package offer for anyone who opts for their justdial package on 1st of feb 2018. He sent his manager mr aakash khare at my place in bangalore on the pretext of clearing my doubts regarding justdial services. When karthik started forcing me to suscribe and pay for the package to mr aakash, i told him clearly that i have yet to register my business as there is some problem with roc (Problem had started from 5th jan 2017 and still prevalent), regarding company registration and there are chances of business not running at all. He assured me that everything will be taken care off and justdial will return all my money if i am unable to start my business. On 3rd of feb 2018, when i came to know that i wont be able to start my production beacuse of my partner backing off, i called justdial for full refund.
Please note that on 3rd feb 2018, the justdial services were not yet activated. I have send them 7 emails to [protected]@justdial.com and again the executives have looped me with the same karthik with no avail. Srikanth of justdial had assured me of refund and i am running out of patience as i am in dire need of money. Justdial has acted like a true conmen and scammed me off my money. This is plain and pure harrassment. Kindly get me my refund of rs 22656 as i have not availed any of your services.

As per the executive that visited me (Named arun singh), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 1 month on a payment of 3750-. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque of 5000. The amount got deducted from my account in 5 feb 2018 end. I started getting leads.

Later in feb 28, a deduction of 3750 +273/- happened in my bank account. I called just dial customer care and they said it is ecs payment and that i will be charged this amount every month. I informed that i was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ecs service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract i signed.

One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

This is jyotiranjan patro, i had booked a bus ticket from dharamsala to delhi via pnr no: 237c7b2d.
But due to wrong date booking i had to cancel the ticket. I got the message that i will get my money refund (100%) with in 5 to 7 working day. Appropriate one month is going to pass still i didn’t get my money refund.
As i informed to your deptt about this issue, but the department doesn’t taking this issue seriously. I am requesting you to take a look on my matter.

Hi.. I own a restraurent in coimbatore.. And am an free lister in justdail.. Justdail customer care person arthi m tel:[protected].. I keep on calling me and torchering me to go for an paid version.. After i told lot of time that am not interested.. She activated an paid services by her own and she send the mail thanks for joining with us... Is these the way you guys do business... By torching people and activated paid packages by yourself.. Shame on you guys..

Hi i am from hyderabad.. There is a firm named vanaja interiors it doesn't belong to me i have not put that in the free listing i dont know how did my name and no. Come in that please remove that profile immediately. I have registered a complaint with justdial but i am getting calls everyday asking me to take a package. I dont understand how did a profile like this come-up with my personal contact information without my permission and without me knowing about it. Please take a serious action. Delete vanaja interiors profile immediately. It doesn't belong to me.

By mistake, we get into a contract with you only because of misguided/missleaded by your staff.

His name is jibin mathai, approached us as manager of just dial. And one anjana introduced as representative.

What happened

Your team was continuously calling and disturbing us, even they call to oman to our md to trap us into your mesh and he agreed and promised 100 times that the contract was only for 4 months and after that no need to pay any amount.

Finally, he came to our office and we signed the contract. Since we spoke and clarified with him for more than 2-3 hours, we believe him and signed the contract. We never understood that it is a big trap and a company like just dial will cheat us.

He agreed the following with us.

1. The agreement is only for 4 months
2. After four months if we do not pay the money, the contract will stop and also your services.
3. There in no other commitments with you.

But at last what happened.

1. You people continued to cut the money from our account for one year.
2. When we contacted to your team, they said that you signed the contract. Actually we talk to your team for 4 months and the trapped us for one year.
3. Ok. We proceeded for one year, but even after one year you are continuing the cutting.
4. We where not benefited even for 10 rs with your service instead of receiving some junk messages which was not related to our business.

We contacted you before 8 months to cancel the contract, but you people said that it will be cancelled after one year.

Ok, we waited because we made a big mistake to sign a contract by believing your team.

It is a shame for such a reputed company, that no body resolving this issue.

We contacted your bombay, bangalore, cochin, and chennai offices. Somebody will lift the phone and when they are trying to connect the phone with others, the call is getting cut and when again we are calling, some other will attend the call and we should repeat the story again and again and again...

No body know what to do.

Our request.

Please give back our money you cut it from us after one year.

Please cancel your service since we don't want to continue.

We contacted your bangalore team before 3 weeks (After number of extension calls and minimum 100 calls to your offices all over india because of redirection and extensions) and they said that they will resolve but no reply.

Three unauthorized transaction were done using my paytm account on just dial on february 22, 2018. I had immediately called them on the same day and subsequently several times. They just transfer calls from department to department and then promise to call back which they do not do. On 28 feb one ms riddhi (A very arrogant lady) called me asking for proof of transaction and promised to revert back in 24 hours. I had immediately sent her the details on the email address provided by her ([protected]@justdial.com). Its two days and still there is no response.

Has been registered one of my business with justdial to increase the reviews.. Sales person from just dial promised me that i can close the ecs (Auto debit) at any time. But when i request them to cancel... They said they won't allow to close it till one year and then they started took the money more than what they supposed.

They are completely cheaters... Let's fight on them..

Had made a payment rs.27, 430. Oo on 9th. Feb.18 against my electricity bill of bses yamuna delhi. But, even after 21 days, my payment is not made to bses yamuna. After several telephonic and email reminders, no resonse. Now, electricity co. Has issued me a notice of disconnection. Seems to be just dial is not trurst worthy.

Pleaer help me to get my money back.

We have taken just dial paid services on 23rd feb'18. We have paid rs.28350 by credit card but last 3 days we are taking follow up on just dial enquiries, but not receiving any satisfactory revert from your team ms. Chandani - & mr. Noman-[protected]

We have already marked mail on [protected]@justdial.com but still there is no revert from company on cancellation of services.

Both chandani & noman are continuously disconnecting...

To boost the business, I have given an Contract with Justdial on 05th October 2015. As per the Agreement we have that Just dial will debit 10 times i.e one year only. But In spite of it I have paid for 26 times the amount . As I have winded my business in July 2017 and vacated my office.

I have given a request to customer care for cancelling of ECS,

Till date it has not been cancelled and debiting my amount of 2061 and Tax of 152.

I called to customer care for about 20 times, No response and send the mail to [protected]@justdial.com, no reply.

Kindly Anyone give me the solution to get free from the fraud company.

Kindly inform that i am mr. Bharat singh recharged rs 769.00 on the date 23.01.2018 with transaction id no.[protected] through my bank canara, branch kachari ghat, agra in favor of my vc no. [protected]. I am very sad to say still my account not recharge or balance not refund in my bank account i have several time inform your team via telephone call now i am request through this mail please take favorable action in favor of me.

JustDial is deducting money from my State Bank of India bank account (Account no.[protected] without availing for any service from it.

One day I just saw my bank summary and in it they deducted Rs.1150 and then Rs.30.This is happening for many months.I have never used JustDial and all of a sudden they start deducting money for no reason

I will be highly obliged if you took action against it and refund my money they have deducted from my bank account.
