I want to complaint some wrong commitments by your executive (Mr. Abhijeet roy)

1. Agreement has been issued on the activation of account, but still its not issued till date.
2. No invoice has been issued till date against the initial payment of rs.15340 by cheque.
3. Hide the cancellation policy if not satisfied with justdial services. Even verbally communicate us that when we want to discontinue we can do it on monthly basis.
4. Did not communicate about the early deduction of ist ecs.
5. Up to date we did not sign any agreement except 6 ecs forms.

Now the justdial customer care told us that you cannot discontinue/stop the ecs for remaining part of the 365 days but we did not sign any such agreement/document. Also the customer care instead of supporting us, sound rudely.

Please stop this type o[censored]nethical practices by your executives, atleast this type of fraudulent activities cannot be expected from a brand like justdial.

Dear sir/madam,

I have done transaction by using just dial app from internet for bsnl prepaid recharge of amount rs.250
My transaction id is igaccsnph2 rs 250 on 2nd oct 2017 at 9:95 am just dial is collected amount from my sbi net banking account. Just dial is not done bsnl recharge of amount rs.250/-

Two persons called me in different times and with different mobile numbers

1) [protected] — date and time of call 02/10/2017 at 11:40 hrs
2) [protected] — date and time of call 02/10/2017 at 13:38 hrs

Saying they are from just dial and wanted to support me and asking my debit card number and credit card number for said bsnl prepaid mobile recharge amount rs 250/-revert back purpose.

I asked them why they need my debit card number and credit card number. As i have done the transaction via.net banking and how just dial is taken amount from my sbi account similarly they have to deposit the money of rs 250 if they are unable to recharge bsnl top up of rs.250/-

Hence i request you to revert my money to my net banking account without fail. Don't cheat the indian public like this otherwise i will complain in cyber police regarding this matter about just dial limited web site and their cheating the public in online.

As i called your customer care number [protected] 5 to 6 times they lift and tell every time will will connect to concern department and every time music starts and no body lifts the phone and each time i lost money in music hearing is about 10 to 15 rupees also it is big time waste and money waste of common public.
I put this in indian whats up groups to tell how just dial limited is cheating indian public.
Along with those mobile numbers.

If you are not depositing my hard earned money to my net banking account how you deducted similar manner you deposit otherwise this message will be circulated in two days to all whats up groups in india.

I had registered in justdial befor two month for my initial business in gardening and maintenance as name of hanging garden, after registering the online i got call from justdial nagpur marketing person mr. Rohit (Contact no. [protected]) as discussed with him he comment us to register online for one month demo purpose that we will get response from clients, also he comments that after one month if we want we can quit services from justdial,
At time of register he taken some documents from us (Address proof, cross chaque, id proof)
Now i am trying to quit this service from one month but your costumer care no. Dose not responding as well as your local marketing preson also avoiding our call,
Due to your this bad services i had made my account as zero balance but your account dept. Has submit chaque for payment which gose bounce, this thing is really going bad impression for my banking account status,
So please to close your justdial service as possible as early,

मैं अमित कुमार कश्यप सेक्टर 70 नोएडा का निवासी हूं मेरी दुकान सेक्टर 73 नोएडा में रेफ्रिजरेशन और एयर कंडीशनर मकैनिक की है मुझे एक बार जस्ट डायल से फोन आया कि आप जस्ट डायल पर अपना काम रजिस्टर्ड करवा लो उसके बाद आपको फोन पर और मैसेज पर नए नए काम दिए जाएंगे उसके बदले में कुछ डालने मुझसे ₹ 2300 का एक चेक साइन करा कर ले लिया मुझसे बोला गया कि यह सेवा जब आप चाहोगे बंद कर दी जाएगी तो मैंने जस्ट डायल वालों से केवल 1 महीने के लिए अप्रैल 2017 मैं यह सेवा शुरू करा ली मुझे 810 दिन तो काम के लिए कॉल और मैसेज आए उसके बाद बंद हो गए लेकिन मेरे खाते में बार बार चेक लगाए जा रहे हैं जबकि मैंने एक महीने बाद ही फोन करके मना कर दिया था और जस्ट डायल के ऑफिस जाकर भी सेवा बंद करने के लिए बात की लेकिन उन्होंने यह सेवा अभी तक बंद नहीं की और मेरे खाते से लगातार पैसे निकाले जा रहे हैं मैं जस्ट डायल से बहुत ही परेशान हूं जस्ट डायल ने लगातार छह महीने से मेरे खाते से रुपए काट रही है मैं चाहता हूं कि जस्ट डायल पर मुकदमा दायर हो जिसे कभी कोई कस्टमर परेशान ना हो जस्ट डायल बहुत ही धोखाधड़ी करती है इसे बंद किया जाए और कस्टमर को आजादी दिलाई जाए ll जस्ट डायल हाय ! हाय!

जस्ट डायल ने मुझसे एक चेक लिया और उसका विपरीत फायदा उठाकर महीने की किस्तों में बदल दिया मुझे बोला गया कि उसके बदले में मुझे मेरे रेफ्रिजरेशन और एयर कंडीशनर के काम के बारे में मुझे मैसेज और कॉल द्वारा काम दिया जाएगा मैंने जस्ट डायल से केवल 1 महीने के लिए ही यह सेवा शुरू करवाई थी जबकि आज 6 महीने हो गए हैं अभी तक कैसी हो बंद नहीं की गई और मेरे खाते में बार बार चेक लगाए जा रहे हैं जिसकी वजह से मेरे खाते से बार-बार पैसा कट रहा है मैंने कई बार फोन कॉल करके भी मना कर दिया है और जस्ट डायल के ऑफिस भी जाकर मना किया था पर अभी तक यह सेवा बंद नहीं की है जस्ट डायल कस्टमरों के साथ धोखा करती है और उन्हें परेशान करती है मेरी शिकायत है जस्ट डायल को बंद किया जाए वह जितने भी लोग परेशान हैं उन्हें उनकी परेशानी से आजादी दिलाई जाए l मैं अमित कश्यप सेक्टर 70 नोएडा का निवासी हूं और मेरी सेक्टर 73 में रेफ्रिजरेशन और एयर कंडीशन की दुकान हैl

Wrong information given by just dial.

Called just dial executive for package and executive come and collect the cheque same day. I already told him wanted positive leads all over delhi area. He given me delhi and delhi ncr area and given 20 keywords. And one wrong keyword add in my service. So for first 10 days executive call me and update the right keywords.. After that customer care executive always push that please change your package 41700 to 100000 so we give you a best positive leads but after 3 month we are not getting single positive leads and nobody visit our office. I am very upset because of just dial service please help and i want my money back.

I have subscribed only for 1 year plan from june - 2016 for ecs of rs. 638 only, even though you have continued to deduct your ecs installment in two parts. I. E. 638/- and 16/-.

I have not signed any agreement for ecs of rs. 16/-

I have never subscribed for car loan and personal loans category, even though you are disturbing me by providing wrong lead.

Since, i have subscribed only for one year plan, accordingly i have maintain balance in my sb a/c.

Bank have charged ecs mandate charges of rs.472 (400+36+36) for 5 times i. E. Ecs of rs. 638 for 3 times and ecs of rs. 16 for 2 times. Total rs. 2360/-

Therefore, you are requested to kindly refund ecs mandate charges of rs. 2360 and discontinue to deduct installments.

I am totally dissatisfied with your system, services, employees etc...

I have request five times, but no action has been taken till now... Pl. Do needful.

I called Just Dial executive to explain me and give me best contract. I wanted only faridabad area. He given me faridabad area and given 26 keywords. He wrongly added 1 keyword computer software developer.SO for first 4 days i got exquiry only in that wrong keywork. After so much effort they removed that. After that since last 5 days there is 0 leads. Their customer care says you have choosen faridabad as wrong area. there is no lead in those keywords. I told them to change contract to Delhi NCR Area with same price or less than that. They saild wait for 8 days. After that we will do that. Means they have only time to take money. They are not even trying to talk with proper person. My last 5 days wasted and now next 8 days will be wasted. they are planning to deduct monthly ECS first. Kindly take immediate action.

My number [protected] is wrongly updated on just dial. I got too many calls regarding the same and i am irritated by this. Earlier i was not aware that my number is updated here that's why i am getting calls. But later when i investigated i got my numbers posted here.

Being a girl it becomes very difficult to manage such calls. I request the concerned authorities to remove my number as soon as possible otherwise i have to seek legal remedy.

In spite of three separate telephonic complaints to erase my number from the fitness club's contact list, there has been no change so far. I am getting repeated wrong number calls from the fitness club's clients, as well as smss from your end about enquiries.

As there has been no action on your part in the past, i am now sending this written request. Kindly delete my telephone number from spectra fitness adda's contact details, or i will be forced to take legal action.

When i was started the service their sales manager met me and take all the details. And also agreed as i requested start my service from 15 oct 2016 but he started my service day one when he met me and he take my 3 months advance too. It's ok i managed my service. He was not discussed with me when the ecs will deduct. After two months i saw my bank statement there is deduction of justdial. I thought it's ok.
In between there is no deduction sms or mail from justdial even there is no acknowledgement.
The sales manager has not discussed with me regarding ecs bounce.in the month of december 2016 my ecs got bounce.in between 23 december 2016 to 05 january 2017 they attempted ecs deduction 7 times and this also not informed to me that ecs once got bounce again and again they will attempt.in this between bank charged me a high amount than the ecs amount. After the long discussion with justdial team they are not provided any charges to me and they also not agreed that there is any miscommunication with me. I again and again told them please set a alert before deducting ecs but till date there is no alert sms, call or mail i got. At the last communication with justdial they informed me that my last ecs is on august 2017 but when i check my bank again they attempt ecs for september 2017. When i called justdial they are telling ecs contract is one year but they saying that ecs will not stop when you are not giving confirmation.
At this point no justdial people called me regarding the ecs stop or contract renew.
I am requesting please be interact with your customers regarding the contracts and issues and support.

But its really sad to say that my first experience was very bad, imeanitit was miserably bad.

I have been associated with just dial for a very long time and have been using their premium listing services.

However, this time i have been literally cheated and harassed by jd team. I was suggested a new plan where i paid 4000rs everymonth for premium listing, however after using this service for a month, i decided to discontinue this plan.

Now for the same, when i called jd customer care team i was told that i have to pay amount for next 3 months if i have to discontinue. This is really surprising and literally cheating customers. If i dont want to continue why would anyone force me to continue for 3 months. There was no such communication done by jd sales team.

Further, i have been threatened and harassed by jd call centre team, calling me consecutively to make payments. I seriously have been thinking to discontinue with jd.

I deposited the partial amount to manish transport vashi mumbai. He is now not replying and he is big briber. I got the number from just dial only. Manish transport person is now even not receving the call or not replying by any means.
I have deposited rs. 1500/- and the deal was for 2500 rupees. Previously he was asking for rs.3000/-/
So my judgement i if you afe a beginner then please don't use just dial at all.

My name is jyoti and i run a yoga studio in sec 45, gurgaon and i took the services of justdial to promote my business after they kept on approaching me for 1 month. But once i paid them they stopped answering my phone calls, no one was there to assist me with the keywords and the other things to promote my business and when i called the customer support for the cancellation of my subscription they simply denied and said that you are under a contract for 1 year, i mean what kind of contract is it that you are there just to take money and nothing else. Everytime i check my bank account there's an ecs debit from justdial. What kind of service is it? I simply want my money back or i'll take strict legal action against justdial very soon.

This is very disappointing that justdail has been treating a premium customer with least interest.

I have been following up with calls and emails to the team at both vadodara and ahmedabad office in regards to my request to transfer the subscription plan of "cafe *, * road" registered with mob. No. 81* to my other business listing i. E. "paying guests for boys" registered with mob. No. 99*

There has been no response from either end since over 2 months and i am incurring loss even after payment of ₹15, 000 for year plan given to me. I have already informed the reason as attached in below email.

The sales executive mr. Mehul from vadodara had subscribed me with the plan and has been not taking up my request seriously telling ahmedabad office has to take call with no follow ups. Another business department executive ms. Priyanka was requested to further follow up on my case but there is no response for the same.

Sincere final request to take up my concern or i shall want to withdraw my plan and claim refund. Further followed by filing report in consumer court for unethical practices and posting on social media handles.

Hope yo get response on the same asap.
