Why you people take money from customer when you don't want to give any service to customer?

Your sales person Ms Nitika anand made so many false commitments and renewed the contact.
The day cheque cleared onwards Ms. Nitika not even care about picking up the phone. She made us feel that we are culprit and made a huge mistake by taking listing from just dial.

We had booked a transport from legend infratech transport last month, we got this contact from just dail bangalore and this transport driver spoke us regarding the advance payment of rs. 10, 000 and after receiving the drivers cell number was switched off no updates and we didn't get back our refund as well.

I called justdial to get the wifi vendor's details nearby my location in delhi. Justdail had sent me a message containing the vendor details and forwarded my details to their vendors as well. As soon as i hung up the call, i started getting the calls from vendors proposing their plans.

The worst services by just dial. Please don't go for it. They just take cheque from you and go away. No customer follow up, no response nothing. They keep on following with annoying phone calls and make us irritating by continuous visiting our shops and sites with very bad response. They took my 2 cheques. They are just eating money.
