This is senthil lucky cars pondicherry i have given a 3 months notice to stop my ecs payment in the month of april and after 3 months when i spoke the customer care manager (Mr. Arokiya vijaya kumar) he promised me that he will take necessary actions on my email and i received a mail from him that the mail has been sent to the concern department and necessary actions will be taken in 7 days but nothing happened.in the meanwhile i spoke to gowthami madam in ecs department and she said that the mail is waiting for approval but again nothing happened and finally i spoke to the ecs department (Madam sadhana) she promised me that she will resolve the problem before the end of july but nothing happened. I need immediate action to be taken by just dial.

I am having contract with justdial for computer service with the name of mughil systems, nesapakkam, chennai and i am unable to run the business due financial issues and lack of resources.

Several time i requested justdial to stop my monthly ecs deduction through my bank account, they asked me to send email to [protected]@justdial.com and [protected]@justdial.com. But everytime i will get a reply email stating that "as per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ecs stands continued"

I need to maintain minimum balance rs.2000 but this company deduction rs.1750 from that and i am paying penalty to my bank, also to them. I am totally frustrated with their services.

Kindly help me to stop them and to deactivate my contract with them.

In the month of june i got a call from just dail about contract his person say to me do one month contract after that you will close your contract if you not get proper service. Then i will do same and give his person one month payment as a transfer and he said if you happy then ecs also hit
I am getting fake leads and my funds goes wasted till june i request for closed my contrat mail customer support also after that in the month of july i urgently wrapped up all things in mumbai and come to dubai for work. I am sharing all details to justdial company flight tickets to just dial they said your ecs closed request is proceed in the month of june
Stll they hit ecs in my ac and i am not using his service all leads are fake and they give only excuses after contract done they said you have yo continue but i am not getting any business and i am not in india how can you hit ecs in my account

This is to bring your kind attention that i have registered my self with just dial for an advertisenent to display my rooms as coaching and chambers.
However i am grossly dissatisfied with the services received from your side and want an urgent action on below issues :-
1) though i have requested your representative (Mr kaushik @kolkata office-ph no :[protected] to show the tagline as "rooms available for coaching and chambers" on my profile however afterwards same was changed to "well appointed spacious rooms/meeting and training rooms on hire" which is a gross violation on the terms we agreed upon and i want an immediate rectification of the same and update the tag line as i requested and we agreed upon.

(2) it was confirmed to me that as a registered customer thumb symbol will be showing as and when i log into my profile however while checking the same found that no thumb symbol is showing which is again a violation of agreed terms.

(3) on 24/02/2017 i have sent 6 different pictures of my room through mail ([protected]@justdial.com) which were supposed to be displayed on my profile however same had not been displayed on my profile till date. However i am again sending the pictures along with this mail.

(4) i was confirmed by mr kaushik that in case of any issues related to my jd banner regarding any changes same will be addressed within 48 hours however inspire if my repeated request no action had been taken and over and above he is trying to convince me by saying that "rooms for meeting and training" and "rooms for coaching and chambers" are same.

However i am not at all convinced or satisfied with all such explanations given by your executive and want an immediate action on the aforesaid issues.

I had registered a monthly plan with just dial wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service. I wants to cancel the same but they are ignoring i i have also sent a mail to their ceo but he is also not bothered.
1. Just dial provide fake leads
2. One single lead appear 3 to 4 times
3. Sometimes lead comes from other state

मैं chandra shekhar hello driver का owner हूं। मेने 26 दिसंबर को justdial से अपनी कंपनी का listing कराया था। जिसके लिए justdial ने अपना sales executive ankit bhagat को मेरे office भेजा। ankit ने मुझे बताया कि 1 साल के लिए listing की कीमत 24000 रुपये है जो में एक साथ नही दे सकता था तो ankit ने मुझे बताया कि आप 3 month का advance downpayment कर दीजिए और बाकी रकम 9 महीने ecs के जरिये करना होगा। मेने उनको 6900 रुपये का पेमेंट किया ओर बाकी रकम हर महीने ecs के जरिये किया। अब पिछले कुछ दिनों से justdial ने response देना बहुत कम कर दिया है जो कि पहले की अपेक्षा सिर्फ 5-7% है। इस बारे में शिकायत करने पर justdial का ये कहना है कि जो package मेने 24000 का खरीदा था जिसका मेने downpayment भी किया और हर महीने ecs भी भरा वो अब 36000 का हो गया है तो आपको अब 36000 के हिसाब से payment करना padega। वरना ऐसे ही चलेगा। अब में ये जानना चाहता हूँ कि जो service मेने 6 महीने पहले 24000 per year के हिसाब से खरीदी थी वो अगर आज 2400000 की भी हो जाये तो उस से मुझे क्या। क्या आप अब नए हिसाब से payment लेंगे। जब मैने उनको बोला कि आप मेरा ecs stop कर दीजिये ओर मेने आपको 3 महीने का advance दिया था वो वापस कर दीजिए मुझे justdial पे अब बिल्कुल भरोसा नही रहा तो कहते हैं कि वो तो नही मिलेगा जो चाहो कर लो।
ये तो सरासर धोखा है।

I am from a 2 zesolutions - digital marketing and web designing kolkata, and the problem started when they created a new page of my business listing.

I have paid my 3rd month ecs and they are still sending me creepy emails.

"dear customer,
As per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ecs stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come."

Justdial.com is the worst company i have ever seen, they keep on sending auto response emails, after my email.

I am shifting my business and i have informed this 100 times, but no one listens they only give the commitment.

I want to get this message to them and others, that never use just dial service and their leads are just hell too.

I am in a bad situation where i am moving my business and they are not really closing my services and ecs..

Totally unprofessional people and fraud company.

I have registered my business will justdial in august 2016. They took two months advance while registering the business and ecs has started from end of august itself (I have paid 3 months money in first month itself)
In jan 2017, i have requested to stop ecs as my business is very bad but of no use.
In june 2017. I have closed my business and again requested to stop ecs but of no use again.
This month july also i have requested for couple of times. All these requests are through email and everytime i am getting response as per the contract your ecs will remain.

Even after closing the business and it is almost one year. Taking 3 months money in advance, still not stopping my ecs

Just dial has an co associate for mobile repair in mangalore name as gsm track city market. I had gone over there to repair my mobile with screen damage and on and off button repair. They charged me 2500 and work sheet no 5359. After 48. Hours the mobile came back and still the on and off not working. I gave them back to ratify it. And it's almost 5days now still it's not back and when i call them they give me stupid reasons and abuse just dial. Is this service we get when we trust just dial. Is my money gone and it's better tell to put the htc mobile into an fire but don't cheat customers like us. I can afford to buy a new mobile but don't cheat.

Just dial has been robbing me since the past two months now. Have no idea how to deal with clients, after giving them a notice for 30 days, and in spite of the fact that i was told my account is under observation, still my ecs got deducted. It appears as if they are there in the market just to extort money from people and nothing else. I have made 7 calls to them, and on every call i was told that i would receive a call back, but till date no one from their office has called back. The case according to them is under some kind of management review, which they haven't been able to review since the past 30 days. The company name is bird home interiors, and the people involved in this matter from their office are khushboo, sakshi and piyush from the ecs team, and priyanka and attrishu from the sales team. Kindly revert back to me asap and refund my ecs or i will file a case regarding your company in consumer court. You have 1day to call me. Learn how to deal with customer problem rather than giving them reasons. Seriously i never have so much of # ever... One day to save your company. Either revert back or see what i will do. I am vakul suri an i registered my business on just dial in june 2017 as ur executive that visited me mr. Tanuj, he register my business as one month plan n told me that ur can takes the services of just dial n see ur leads on that i gave him the cheque of rs 2100. N he sign the paper from me n tell this just normal contract paper from just dial.
After the month i get a msg on my mobile from just dial ur next ecs comes plz ensure ur bank fund. I was surprise on that n i call to tanuj that i hv taking one month wt this esc msg comes. Then he makes me fool that sir u enjoy ur services with just dial continue with it this is 3 month services u tk it. Then i said i don't want to continue with just dial stop my ecs then he say sir k but ecs doesn't stop from just dial right now u hv to stop ur bank one time n then i 'll stop it from here n i'll come to u to meet u. That last talk between him n me was on 15 july. After he didn't pick my number nor he came to me. I filed a complaint on ur customer care number n after that calls comes from ur side mr rohit from chandigarh talk with me i tell him the whole story after that he ensure me he takes the action against mr tanuj n do a conference call between me n tanuj n him. But there is no call comes from ur side after that. N when i call to mr rohit after one day. Then he didn't come on line to talk n any other picks the phone n says then mr rohit is busy n he say tanuj will talk to u himself.
I am very sad to say this happens second time with me on just dial. N i am so stupid that i trust just dial.
N wt type of customer care i taking i told u. Hopefully i hope that plz any senior see the letter n see how ur executive makes fools of customers n harresh them completely.

Denish ganjawala one of your sales executive guaranteed us for the first position in all the areas by renewing our contract two month prior to the scheduled time of the renewal and this came out to be the false statement and commitment by him. He after taking payment did not revert back nor did he receive our calls and did not turn-up to inform about the services whether its resumed or not. He is totally ignoring us and our calls. One week before he received the call and said "i am day and out busy i can not come will send my executive and still no one turned up.
He did not explain us in details that what position will be given to us on which pin codes. This diversification was explained to us after we complained in the customer care and nilesh (Customer care service agent) of yours visited us. It has been two months that we have been misguided
By denish so we want you to compensate the amount that we have paid for the services.
The enquiry send to us are repeated and some turn out to be fake too. Within a minute of inquiry received by us deal has been done before by some other agency it clearly shows that the enquiries are sent to us after it has been sent to many other agencies. If you continue to provide services in this manner we are sorry to say but we would cancel the contract and would want the contractual amount to be refunded back.

I called him (Mr. Akash) at my home. He came to my house and replaced my broken "touch screen" and he charges rs1200/- and he told to replace my old battery (Cost rs400/-). Sir we are from middle class family after expense of more than rs1500/-,
I found it was just faulty replacement, not a single day, i could not use that mobile after repair.
I tried to call him so many times, but i could not reach him.
He never ever receive my call again.
Kindly adjust my expenses, because by only trust and good will of justdial, i called him at my home.
Before him, i had another communication with laptop repair, i did not have any kind of comp[lain withe them.
If jd does not have any idea about the business of the particular company or shop, then it is one type of criminal offence to the common people. Now justdial is a brand of information. Jd people advertised by the person like "amitabh bachchan".

We at smartkidz dombivli are very frustrated due to improfessional behaviour from just dial.com

Initially it was said that trial period of 1 month shall be given and if found effective shall be continued for 1 year or till we find effectiveness of service.
And after trial period of 1 month in case of ineffectiveness, jd manager mr. Rishikesh kale had promised that the analysis is to be done by jd team on the effectiveness of service for next 1 month and suggestion would be given to make it more profitable. Apart from that it would be sole decision of customer to continue the plan or ecs would be deactivated from the next month.

After that we had purchased an open package of rs. 500 per month, which didnt activate for 2 weeks from our purchse date. Hence our purpose of taking it was not solved. So we requested to the executive and accounts department to stop the ecs payment. Going through our bank account.

Despite this we had a ecs cutting on monday for a service we had well in advance opted out.

Now we wish to discontinue the service was due to delay in service provided and wrong commitment from mr. Rushikesh kale & mr. Subhash mishra.

I am very sorry to say this but what ever big big comitment you executive made at the time of making the contract not even 1 % is honoured i would request you to please kindly give instructions to your excutive not to make false promises fake commitments because once the commitment and promises are not made it really effects the image of the company because the commitments are not there personal comitment its a just dial committent recently i am one of the victim of your fake commitments made by your executive mr gurwinder singh from kolkata just dial i am an employee of matrix cellular services limited designation sr executive my core job responsibilty is doing sales of international sim card. Just dial is a very big fraud company that promotes the fake business traders. I put a negative review there after having a bad experience with a cheating trader, but just dial removed my reviews. They called me and asked me to do a conference call with the trader. I told them that i have already talked to trader. As the trader is not having manners and he does not know how to talk politely, i don't want to talk to him again. But i just want to keep my review for the information for other people. They did not agree and removed my review. But they let the positive but fake reviews written by business owner without any question. Just dial reviews are totally non reliable and highly misleading.

Thanks to ms. Rachel for her efforts to make some official to meet me though the planned officials (Mr. Sandeep/sandip) was not available and none of the other officials are really keen to spare their time with customer.

At appears as though to just have discussion from someone in the team, ms puja spent time and discussed with her about the issue.

It is shocking that all the officials from just dial like kiran, and few others as if they met me in person and discussed though none of the official from justdial team met me till date from the contact discussions and after contract is signed except one person (Not sure of the name) who came to just take my signature and ecs documents. This clearly reflects the integrity of the officials as how they are cheating the customer as well as justdial organisation. Without even meeting the customer / or discussing with the customer they are just updating their internal reports and systems. This is very very serious concern and worrying part for both customers and justdial as there is no mechanism and process in place to validate the reports by the justdial officials. Again, looking at the process it clearly reflects about the ethics of the individuals and how they manipulate the reality to their convenience.

I can feel the atmosphere during my stay at justdial office of 1.30 hours that to what extent they care about the customer who advertise with your organisation and how cheaply they value the customer...

It has also become evident that there is no mechanism for the customers to reach your officials, there is no process by justdial as to how and who will monitor the mails received at "[protected]@justdial.com" after hearing from ms. Puja whom i met today that in an ideal scenario that the mails/complaints will be attended in 48 hours.. Unfortunately, in our case it was more than 45 days now and for at least 20 to 25 mails/complaints not even once the complaints were acknowledged or resolved with in the specified time by your official ms. Puja.

Also, can i beg you to provide the incharge of bangalore justdial organisation and their coroprate office incharge so that i can raise my concerns with them directly instead of this useless one mail id "[protected]@justdial.com" which is never paid attention by your customer care?

Ps: justdial is just an organisation want to suck the blood/money from customers with no/zero trust and when it comes to meet or discuss with any of justdial officials they are simply not available.

I was cheated by company representative very badly. He convinced me to register my institute in justdial by taking an amount of rs 2000 for 3 month. He promised me no amount will be deducted from my account without my permission. But it is seen 3 ecs have already deducted from my account. I requested many times over phone to stop ecs. But no response has been given from their side.
