This is matin from m3 productions pvt ltd. Just dial sales person comes to our office for online business marketing purpose. They convinced for 18500 subscription with monthly emi services. Still month gone they not activated our profile and plan and they sale our product photos to others. This is biggest mistake happening from justdial because they will face legal action. Our lawyers send him notice because we have trademark and patent for our brand. We want refund our amount immediately.

Several times i gave the query to your chennai office but no boby take the action/solution.
My office in annanagar, chennai. Customer call from thiruvanmiyur, adayar, perungudi, ayanavaram. It far from my office (Nearly 16km). So i am not able to fullfill my customer wants. Your representative not gave the agreement copy to me. He is not picked up the phone call. Please give me the solution/change the plan category.

Through the esteem column of your newspaper, i (Upendra rana) want to bring in the notice of the wise readers that just dial is a looter dial. It has a victimized me by deducting amount 3500 from my account through ecs illegally. I signed contract for one and half month only by paying rs 5310 inr through cheque the representative mr. Anubhav.

No written document was given to me. It was purely verbal communication and discussion. They are forcefully deducting the amount monthly and has been forcing me to pay at least for one year that is illegal looting. I request all the customer to get written documents or at least recording on phone may be done to use as a proof so that they may be victimized like me. They are simply looting customer in the name amitabh bachan sir and local search engine.

This is a formal intimation to justdial to take credit samadhan (Janakpuri) off your portal as it is a company set up to cheat people and banks.

Credit samadhan is listed as a debt settlement agency on justdial and have been posting fake positive reviews about themselves to boost up their ratings. A lot of people are trapped by these fake reviews on justdial and approach them.

In reality, this company is involved in economic offenses, cheating, threats, and misrepresentation. They have cheated scores of people and police complaints are also being lodged against them. You can mail me at vissingh at the rate of rediffmail and i can provide proofs.

Request you to take this company off your portal immediately as your portal needs to help people not get them trapped in a bad situation. Please take action urgently or else i would have to escalate this matter.

6262 fitness has paid 37000 annual package and the best premium package available still our name is not reflecting when we check on google. Why do you guys do mis-selling. Shahana from just dial has given all false commitments while taking the cheque and nothing is done still. This is to inform u that i recently joined just dial paid membership by the name of dent cure (A multispeciality dental clinic), green park
I was insisted by sales rep. Avinash kumar singh to take the supreme package first instead of fixed position in green park which was available for same amount on dat day and later switch to fixed position.

Moreover he took rs.8054 cheque mentioning it as security amount of 2 months which is absolutely refundable at d time of closure at any time without any clause.

3 days back he told me, to get into fixed position u need to pay one months chq and old ecs will be stopped and new will be started.

From the past 3 days he is not taking my calls. Just writing this mail i had a word with him for 20 sec and repeated d same and disconnected, and not picking the call.

I consider it as an absolute fraud and wrong commitments by the company and its representative. And demand immediate stop of ecs from my bank and refund of my security amount at the earliest
This stands as a clear case of cheating and fraud which should be dealt seriously

I have registered with you for banners of my clinic on ua site.
Having registered i received a confirmation mail along with the specifications about the banners in the mail on august 2nd and today it's 22nd aug.
Since then haven't received any mail of the banner designs. I was told from your marketing manager or representative that i would receive a mail of the same with in 4 working days. This is very disappointing and having branded yourselves as india's brand no:1 and being so irresponsible. There was no proper response as well from your representative who approached us when tried to contact him through phone multiple times in these 20days.
Is this the way you establish a healthy business relationship with us???
And there is a zero cooperation and responsibility as you least bothered to even address and apologise for the due delay for whatever reason it might be.
In case of not receiving the banner design mail along with your representative apology approaching my clinic or refund of my amount paid towards the same with in next 2days, i would further proceed legal actions against your so called esteemed brand.

For making complain to just dial, i am giving below the case history. If you want me to make complaint, i can rewrite following text and do it.

1. On 11.08.2017 mr. Devendra singh spoke to just dial and got this transporter by name m/s. Legend infratech transport pvt ltd, asansol. They have informed him that rs. 20, 000/= for transportation of container from acc. Sindri (Total freight) payment terms agreed are rs. 12, 000/= advance and balance rs. 8, 000/- on receipt of container at new delhi, our office premises.

2. His name is mr. Rakesh. Some times he introduces himself with other name.

3. Phone no. [protected] whats up.in true caller it comes as golden transport.

4. Bank account no.[protected] 6 of rbl bank with ifsc code. Ratn0000174. Branch name sanjay place. Agra. Benificiary, name. M/s. Legend infratech transport pvt ltd, asansol.

5. On 11.08.2017, i also spoke to him and he agreed same rate and payment terms. Hence he was asked to place the truck on receipt of neft payt of rs. 12000/= advance. Neft payt effected on 11.08.2017, which was not credited to his account reason being last digit of (6) was not mentiond by him in his account number.

6. On 12.08.2017, i spoke to him and he agreed to place truck on payment of advance amount of only rs. 8000/= and balance of rs. 12, 000/= on receipt of materials at our office. Payt terms revised.

7. Accordingly rs. 8000/= has been made from my pay tm account. On receipt of this amount, ignoring earlier commitment, he again insisted to make another rs. 4, 000/= for placing the truck. Rs. 4000/= also has been made within another 10 minutes time. With this payment of rs. 4000/= total 12, 000/= paid as advance. I have requested him to place truck.

8. He then insisted to make payment of left out amount of rs. 8000/=for placing the truck. He told that, on receipt of complete payment of rs. 20, 000/= only, he will place the truck.

9. I informed him that last payment of rs. 8000/= shall be made after loading the container in cash which he refused and he was adamant to get the payment only through bank or paytm.

10. Since he was not honoring any of his commitment, and not ready to place the truck as per his commitment, i requested him to return the payt of rs. 12, 000/=

11. From 12.08.2017 onwards, on and average three calls and whatsup messages are being made. Most of the time, he never attends and with another number when giving calls, he attends.

Tht time i tke ecs so you tell me that i inform you before 15day than ecs were stopped but nothing you do. I cant grt right leads you cheatee and fraud. Just dial seems to be a fraud company. Their executives are very un-professional, most of the leads that they provide are fake. Their executives will be after your life to take subscription from them, once you pay the amount for their services, they will forget you like you never exists.in case of any complaint they all will tell you contact some other responsible person, and leter they will tell you to mail on their email address from your registered id, thn ull never get any reply fr that mail.

We want to share about these big mnc companies who are manipulating doing business. Once you get register with them and by chance if you had taken ecs services with one year contract as per there rules and policies they will never ever intimate you for ecs after one year tenure also they will keep deducting the amount until you came to know these goons are sucking our hard earned money i'm writing this to help you all and want ur eyes too get open and see how these people are doing white collar frauds without any noise. As wen you come to know they start telling you the company policies ask they organisation if our one year tenure getting finished they should have sense of responsibility to intimate your customer through mails and through customer call calling but they care a damn there objective is clear until you came to know they will keep deducting the amount. We want justice kindly spread this news and never ever invest in any of services for just dial they will suck alll your amount.

They are fraud, they will be following us until they get business after we pay there is no proper service given, justdial is the most worst service provider. I took a80k package with justdial and went for ecs as suggested by executive, but i have not recieved proper service i called the customer care raised complain to stop the contract but they were giving reasons that they cant cancel, when they dont provide the service how they will get the customer to continue with them, i want to cancel the contract but no response worst service provider, don't do business with justdial you will be wasting your money and time

Zero rating i dont even want to give that 1 star for these cheaters

On 31st july’17 mr. Vikas mishra senior manager (Sales)-[ phone number [protected]] collected rs. 25, 000/- cheque from our firm m/s soul care hospitality & wellness pvt ltd against offering of premium online search and telephonic inquiries made for 52 categories count in 32 pin code count. As per the promise made our firms listing was to come on top position if anyone in the designated pincode area search for the selected keywords pertaining to our business and also if any such inquiry is received via call to just dial the same set of inquiries were to be forwarded to us on priority.
The payment was realized (Receipt no mh0717rc0003587) and we also receipved a confirmation on email but our services which were to get live from 1st aug’17 are still not live. The listing created has got wrong contact numbers and there are no inquiries forwarded tor us on sms/ our listing is not visible on the top slot as per the selected keywods in the said pincodes. Email regarding same was sent to mr. Vikas mishra on 5th aug’17 but we have not received any response for the same.
Since last one week we have been doing continuous follow-ups with mr. Mishra but now he has stopped responding to calls/ whatsapp.
Kindly help us to get the activation of the said service and also extension of the service contract for the lost period, as we are losing business opportunities every day because of this.

I have mailed to just dial thousand time to stop deduction of amount from my account. I have never purchased or subscribed any service from just dial still they are contentiously deducting rs. 230 per week from my account. Against my complain on telephone or through mail, i never received any reply even juat dail know that my account not listed with them.

This is a mail regarding a company registered with you as accolink solutions pvt ltd, andheri west, mumbai.
I have a complaint against it and want my name to be confidential so kindly understand my situation and try to resolve the problem and review a n rate them according to it.
So its a company providing flats as pg for girls and boys, and i am one of the pg girls. We girls who were staying with them had to undergo a lot of problems during the period of our stay. As they send us a notice in march which i have proof of, for increasing the rent way too high then the previous rent due to some water issue in the building so aft a lot many trouble the water problem solved for a month and instead of 12 gals they alloted 9 gals with the new high increased rent. Later the water issue which was the reason to increase rent started again with tremendous amount plus last month in middle of the month they without any notice and just by a call informed to vacant the whole flat in 3 days before our leaving terms 10 days before the month end n said to shift some other flats or after a call to mr. Sunil nair, accolink solutions pvt ltd, he shouted on the girls told to vacant the place shift some other flat or leave the place forever.
And still the increased price being the same after 12 to 10 gals with the same water issue for which they increased the rent. The water supply is 1 or 1nhalf hour twice, in the morning and in the evening.
This is a really bad experience for the girls staying and even the new girls who doesn't even know there is no 24 hrs water supply n fool them to take the place with no proper management.
These are the problems/harassment suffered by everyone due to unrealistic notices issued by accolink solutions pvt ltd
1. Notice of increased rent with no problems solved
2. Call to vacant the flat in middle of the month before the expiry of the contract.
3. Sunil nair, chirag's very rude behaviour on the alone girls staying with them.
3. Fooling new accommodates to stay by not informing the major water problem it has.
I hope to get a resolution or at least a look around the matter and rate review the company accordingly as i have to keep my name confidential, i can't rate n review it on just dial.

We are registered (Paid) customer in justdial for past 3 years.
One person mr. Henrry from justdial called us four month before for a contract renewal. We had three contract with justdial, banner, ' bulk sms', ' internet website designer'. Bulk sms keyword was going to expire and henrry renewed it and he gave us an offer for the keyword ' internet website designer' which is expiring after four month. The offer given by henry and his manager was, the actual payment to renewal the keyword 'internet website designer' is 45k odd amount, but one day offer is 20k. I agreed for the offer and gave the cheque of 20, 000 rs. From that day issue started, they did not give invoice copy which we normally get from justdial via email. Now after 4 month, now my contract is going to expire in 2 days, henry is saying he has given a wrong commitment. I need my payment 20 k with interest.
I lost hope in justdial, with this behaviour i am sure justdial will loose all it's customers very soon. I have attached the invoice copy given by henry. I don't want to continue in justdial. I want my amount immediately.
