The sales team pursues a customer to the point of stalking. Once you make the payment, the services offered are subpar and nothing as promised. I got a contract renewed recently. One week down the line, i have received 0 leads from the company. Customer care representatives promise a call back that never happens. Please shut down the company if you do not want to do business rather than indulge in daylight robbery. My sincere suggestion to other businesses, this company is an ideal candidate for postpaid services. Insist on making payments only after they have offered you the service. Or else, you have only yourself to blame because india has very poor customer protection anyways.

    Not interested but getting too frequent calls. I spoke to them but again getting calls frequently. The justdial bpos are not good everyday i am unable to get rid of these phone calls. We are busy in our work but at the same time they are making phone calls. Justdial don't know the limits. Please make acomplaint on it and try not this to be happen again

            I signed up with justdial for top position in may 2016 for annually plan and paid 65k for a year total. They promised to give international queries on daily basis. After waiting for almost 3 months, i sent 1st email to justdial in august 2016. Mail was about that i signed up justdial for international queries, but 95% of queries were domestic, which were completely waste/not useful for me. That was the first time that i sent email to justdial. Further i sent almost 17-18 email in next 5 months from august 2016 to january 2017. But i never got any positive reply to sort that issue and never got any call from justdial.

            That was not end, may 2017, i didn't renew my plan because of very bad service. Then from june till september 2017, continue, i'm receiving calls from justial to renew and till now i got call almost 25 calls to renew plan. And they all ask reason for not renewing service. I explained issue to almost 20 people, they say on call that they will call back, but same thing, they never called.

            So my advice, don't waste your hard earning money on fraud company justdial, they wouldn't entertain you after you'll pay to justdial.

              Dear concern,

              I am given contract dis-continue request through my registered email,
              Last 3 month before onwards i am given request and dont debit ecs also.

              Last month i received confirmation mail from your end that contract will be closed.

              Then only i would not put money that bank, but this month i have received ecs that will be bounced also.

              I want to be close my contract, i dont want to continue your service.

              I want to close immediate, hereafter i dont want to debit ecs due from my bank,

              I tried our chennai customer care, but here our executive said some executive will contact soon regard this issue,

              But no one call me this issue.

              I want to dis - continue the contract this month itself, what can i do

              Please help us. And send executive immeditate.

                I opted for business listing services from just dial and customer executive informed me that you need to pay cheque for 1 month and then your ecs will be deducted from you account automatically on monthly basis. If you do not like our services then you can get it deactivated.

                After 15-20 days i realised that i am not getting relevant enquiries as per my business keywords so i decided to deactivate my business listing.

                I did follow up with customer executive for 7, 8 days and sent them several mails but everytime they replied me some wrongs reason of not deactivating that business.
                Following up with them for whole day was really frustrating.

                Finally one day customer support executive told me that you ecs is stopped and contract is deactivated and no ecs will be deducted for future months.
                But after 2 days they deducted 2 ecs in advance and when i called them and asked for the reason of deduction of ecs after deactivation of service, he replied you have to atleast 3 months notice period for deactivation of this service as per just dial policy.
                So they took me payment of 3 months in 1st month of service when i request them to deactivate my business listings.
                This is how they are imposing their services to me.

                  I have purchased paid business listing of justdial.com, thinking that may be i can get good business from justdial. They took 8500 advance in june 2017.

                  Executive said "sir you can try 2-3 months and if you dont like you can deactivate service at anytime"

                  Now from august 2017, i am following up these guys to deactivate my paid listing as simple reason i am not getting enough roi.

                  When i called first time for this, they said sir you cant deactivate services. You have to use it for one year atleast. Ridiculous!

                  Second thing, he said sir if you are closing business, we will verify that your business is closed and than you have to use it for three months min.

                  Now just imagine this company's policy, first they want to make sure customer has closed his business and than they will force customer to buy their service for more three months (After he already closed business).

                  Can someone please tell me if customer has closed business cause of you, what will he do with your three months service? Three months will cost him 10500 rupees.

                  And anyways, customer's business is closed or running, how does it matter to you? Its his right to choose your service or not!

                  Now who will take responsibility of this stupidity of this company and they are just doing fraud with each and every business.

                  But i am digital marketing manage and i will make sure these message will reach to max audience through google, social media marketing, display marketing etc. I will definitely pay for it but i will break your customers like hell and save people of my country.

                  This is just the beginning!

                    I am rashika from divine creative production. Our business is registered with just dial on the contract name of rashika. We gave a cheque to aman pathak on 5 aug 2017 for renewing and updation of services. He said that your services will be activated in 3-4 working days. We called him many times. But every time he made an excuse and then we contact to costumer care according to them there were no cheque for the clearing. Days passed away.. We were continously trying to find out whats happening. From aman side we haven't any get any information about that and when we told him to return our cheque that we will go for online payment still we didnt get any answer. After so many calls on 18 aug he respond to us and said our godown got fired. Then we again called to one of the customer care executive and informed them all the things. We had not any clue when they are going to submit our cheque to the bank. Coz of some issues in my bank i always deposit money according to the cheque date. And after so many conversation i dropped a mail for the cancellation of cheque. Because i wasnt confirmed about the cheque deposition so the cheque bounced. And they didnot bother to tell me that. Suddenly we start to get enquiries. We thought that our service is active now. Again without informing us they deposit our cheque again in bank and again same thing happened between that process. I got my bank statement on 29 aug. From where i got to know all the things and also they are deducting some money on the name of tpach justdial. No on informed me about that. How could any one deduct money any time from my account without any previous ndformation. Because of all this things many cheque has cancelled. And i have to pay that charge and this also effect on my civil. Our business is get effected. Who is responsible for that whats our fault in these things. Today is 12 sep almost from one and a half month passed away it adversely effects on our business. They are still deducting some money from my bank on the name of ecs. I want a proper solution regarding it and who is going to pay that loss that our company has suffered.
                    We are one of your oldest clients. Our many previous companies is also registered with you. We never had any problem. But this time i am so dissatisfied with your company executives. I hope you will take a serious action asap for this harrasment otherwise i have to take some legal action regarding this matter.
                    I hope that the matter will be resolved is very quickly and i will get some justice.

                        Hi All,
                        I am Sanjay Jaiswar and I registered my business on just dial in mid April 2017 in coordination with just dial executive Miss Monika. As per the executive that visited me (named Altaf Pradhan), I can avail the facility (get leads) yearly package with monthly payment of 3450/- through ecs.And clearly told that if I am not satisfied with the service or don't get business can ask to stop ecs in between.

                        Later I waited for six months but I didn't get a single business from just dial all enquiry were either not related to my business or mere enquiry to get quotation we tried to follow up the customer but they never responded second time. I called just dial customer care and asked them to stop my ecs as I was is loss and was in no position to pay ecs for every month.They said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

                        I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

                        The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form I am paying just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

                        I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

                        I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

                        Thanks for the response I had spoken to just dial representative and he assured me that he would not hit my bank for ECS payment until I have enough balance in my account as I am not getting any client response from just dial even after offering best deal from my side, I am not able to generate any finance and I am unable to maintain balance in my account, as soon I am able to arrange any finance I would let you know.

                              Why you people take money from customer when you don't want to give any service to customer?

                              Your sales person Ms Nitika anand made so many false commitments and renewed the contact.
                              The day cheque cleared onwards Ms. Nitika not even care about picking up the phone. She made us feel that we are culprit and made a huge mistake by taking listing from just dial.

                              Once she pick the phone when I called from other number try to make her understand my problem about the list she cut the phone on my face.
                              The listing she made is totally wrong and with wrong address location. I am getting calls from wrong area and she put us in hell.

                              I want my money back and want to stop my listing.

                              Please refund my hard earn money I don't want to work with such false people.

                                No. Of leads reduced drastically, no one to solve problem, what to do tell, allocate someone to solve, we are paying 6 lakh yearly, and leads are not coming as it comng before renewal

                                You are not deliver services as you deliver in july, before renewal

                                All keyword is same amount is same but your delivery of service is change, i chk with your staf[censored] put wrong filter of leads delivery system

                                  We had booked a transport from legend infratech transport last month, we got this contact from just dail bangalore and this transport driver spoke us regarding the advance payment of rs. 10, 000 and after receiving the drivers cell number was switched off no updates and we didn't get back our refund as well.

                                  Please help us out with this complaint.

                                    Hey there,

                                    I called justdial to get the wifi vendor's details nearby my location in delhi. Justdail had sent me a message containing the vendor details and forwarded my details to their vendors as well. As soon as i hung up the call, i started getting the calls from vendors proposing their plans.

                                    I also got a call from [protected]/abhishek, he was telling himself from mtnl... He offered me three to four plans, i choose one from them.

                                    Mtnl executive visited my home at around 2 o'clock to collecting the, documents and amount. I filled up the form and pasted photo and signed on that. He also provided me the acknowledge receipt.

                                    I also asked for his id card, he said they are from local vendors, that's why he does not have any id card, but he said they are registered with justdial, you do not need to worry but for my satisfaction i captured his photo from my cell phone.

                                    He started asking for 1600 rs and said that once i'll reach in the office then i'll register your application. I denied for the payment he said the registration will not happen until or unless payment received. I agreed to give 1600 inr and gave him 1600 inr. He said that within one hour i'll receive a verification call and also said you may also call at [protected] for confirmation.

                                    I waited for the verification call for one and half hour, no call being received and then i called [protected] they said there is no such 1600 plan with us neither any executive being sent from their end and hang up the call.

                                    I tried to [protected]/abhishek so many times, but he did not pick up the call.in the late evening he picked up the call and said till morning the executive will there for setting up modem.

                                    No one arrived till 12 o'clock, i called that guy again, but he did not pick up the call and switched off his cell phone.

                                    I called justdial to help me, but they said we can not call one by one every vendor to check??

                                    I trusted on justdial and have thought that justdial has authorized vendors but they have ruined my trust on them.

                                    Please suggest what should i do get back my ids and money??

                                    Hey There,

                                    I did not receive any call from Justdial, I myself called Justdial so many times to lodge a complaint but everyone said that they are unable to transfer a call to complaints department right now but we are arranging a call back from concerned department. I waited almost more than 10 hours, but no call has been received so far.

                                    After so many attempts I could speak with Subarmanian/Justdial from Mumbai, He heard my complaint but said that I should have cross verified the number if it is exist in the message which has been sent by Justdial or not?? Justdial can not do anything in this regards.

                                    Mr. Justdial executive I would like to tell you that as soon as i hung up the call, I started getting the vendors call so there is nothing that i can doubt because i believed that this is something that Justdial has passed my number to vendors. I did not cross verify the number because i had faith in Justdial services.

                                    One question always comes in my mind that why Justdial has forwarded my details to such unathorized vendors without my permission???

                                      Dear team, i nitin h kheni proprietor of shamla creation has been over charged as per my contract, i had signed a contract of one year but i have never been informed that i will be charged after 1 yr too as an auto eenewal, at least i should have been informed but i wasn't, also calling on customer support i am not getting any proper response, i need my overcharged amount back, as it was just dial who should at least inform me that my services are active, when checking my bank statement i came to know that my charges are being debit from my account.

                                        I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from justdial.com i was visited by a representative of justdial, mr. Manikandan, and executive code 10023695 at my office on 17/02/2017 and as the representative explained about the service in his words:

                                        We will advertise your company in our website and it will be in the list after one week of process. Once listed you will get call from all the customers who are looking for fabrics in chennai monthly 60 customers. Use our service for 2 months and if you not satisfied with our service
                                        I (Manikandan r) will return this money for the period of 2 months (2300 x2 = 4600) on my own.

                                        Mr. Manikandan r has not explained about the terms and conditions. And i, proprietor of yamini enterprises ramachandra babu a who is uneducated, illiterate and a patient was cheated by your executive. I have told mr. Manikandan r to cancel the service many times in the first month of the service but still ecs is presenting at our account and amount being withdrawal in spite of many request to customer care.
