I have purchased paid business listing of justdial.com, thinking that may be i can get good business from justdial. They took 8500 advance in june 2017.
Executive said "sir you can try 2-3 months and if you dont like you can deactivate service at anytime"
Now from august 2017, i am following up these guys to deactivate my paid listing as simple reason i am not getting enough roi.
When i called first time for this, they said sir you cant deactivate services. You have to use it for one year atleast. Ridiculous!
Second thing, he said sir if you are closing business, we will verify that your business is closed and than you have to use it for three months min.
Now just imagine this company's policy, first they want to make sure customer has closed his business and than they will force customer to buy their service for more three months (After he already closed business).
Can someone please tell me if customer has closed business cause of you, what will he do with your three months service? Three months will cost him 10500 rupees.
And anyways, customer's business is closed or running, how does it matter to you? Its his right to choose your service or not!
Now who will take responsibility of this stupidity of this company and they are just doing fraud with each and every business.
But i am digital marketing manage and i will make sure these message will reach to max audience through google, social media marketing, display marketing etc. I will definitely pay for it but i will break your customers like hell and save people of my country.
This is just the beginning!
