Dear just dial team,

I am writing to inform you that we were registered user in just dial before. Now we have stopped the services. But we still receiving calls every day from your tele caller to reactivate the package.

We already inform them to stop calling us as we don’t want to continue with just dial anymore.

But still they keep bothering us. They don’t even ask us that is that right time to talk or not. We disconnect their phone but they ring again and again.

So i request you to please inform them to stop annoying us and take disciplinary action on them.

    I had frequently call u and also sending complaint mail regarding ecs stop for my company registrar of jaydeep enterprises but still it hasn't stop why shroud i unnecessary pay for that amount which i have not utilized. Plz take it seriously i didnt get any responce from your side plz revert me back or call me on [protected] regarding this.

      My company name registered in just dial is innovision it solutions and my name is naveen jain with mobile number [protected], [protected].
      Just dial executive given us monthly ecs plan of 3000 + gst and taken 2 month advance and told after 2 month your permonth deduction will start. Now after deducting 2 month advance they are saying at any time within few weeks your next ecs will be deducted.
      Another problem i told them in start to add gst software dealer as keyword but they added computer software developer keyword that is wastage for me. I called continuous 4 days and sent so many mails at [protected]@justdial.com but they not replied any mail or not reply on phones.

      So finally i want to stop ecs and money that i given should be adjusted in 2 month leads and they give me leads for next 2 months and remove keyword computer software developer also

        Hi,
        I have enrolled for a paid listing on just dial. A monthly scheme of 2500/- was conveyed to me by mrs. Madhumita biswas (Kolkata). She said that initially i will have to pay for 2 months. After completion of 2nd month i will be asking for the 3rd months payment. But today i have got one message that, an amount of 2950/- will get debited on 22/09/2017. It was totally a miss sell, where payment details were not disclosed properly.
        I wont continue my deal with just dial. They are just cheating their clients.
        Please take necessary action against the executive. I will write to the consumer court also.

          I have bought a package from just dial and executive of just dial (Atul pandey) confirm us that we will get 6 to 8 leads per day but we are not getting even 2 leads per day and when i have talked to customer care about stop my package and ecs then they said we will not stop your package till 1 year. So i want to resolve this issue asap and stop my ecs.

Mr. Anand batra was our relationship manager. Payment of rs. 7, 080 had already been paid to yourself via cheque. Now we are getting alerts for ecs debit. First of all, i am unable to understand when full and final payment had already been paid why money is being debited from my bank account again. Secondly, relationship manager did not tell us about terms and conditions about ecs, he did wroge and fake commitments abou services and payment.

            Please acknowledge the issue and redress the greivances.

              I am shama khan, deducting amount from my account automatic by just dial, but i have not knowledge this deducting amount, which reagion deduct my amount i have gone our bank then branch manager says me, not add any ecs in your account, this is a auto debit just dial services provider. Then i remember, few month ago, one day[protected] just dial seles man sonu chaturvedy come my office badarpur your sales person told we giving demo serviecs, take, only three month if you satisfied after three month you can continue your services otherwise closed you. Or closed servises automatic after three month time, & he told me no fill any form he want blank form with my signature & take - 2 cancil chek to my account. His name is sonu he is contact no is [protected], auto debit amount or charge deduct my account any time, any days without my permission or without my knowledge. I want to stop debit amount in my account or refund debit amount as soon as possible.

                  Yesterday (18.9.2017) i had done contract with just dial wide receipt no [protected] for rs.33500/-

                  I was in touch with komal shetty (Manager) mr mayur and pratik kadam (Sales executive) since 15 to 20 days regarding the just dial package for 2nd position in navi mumbai with 5 pin codes and 9 keywords for 9 months, i had received the proposal for the above from just dial on my email id also.

                  After having detailed conversation with your executive and manager, i had sign the contract for the above package and your collection person also collect the cheque from me (Chq no - 100106 rs. 33, 500/-)

                  After doing all this things, now today morning at 11 am
                  Komal shetty madam called me and she said that they can not provide me the above contracted package. And now they are asking for more money for the above package or the are giving me an option to reduce my tenure from 9 months to 6 months or to convert it to 12 months package or pay 6000 more for the current 9 months package.

                  I cant understand how can just dial do this costumers??

                  I wanna ask you.. This is the way you are doing business with new clients??

                  If you cant give the above package in 33500/- then you should not give false commitments to the costumer and you should not received the payments for the above package from costumers.

                  After receiving cheque and after making contract you can not denie from your commitments.

                  Due to the above all i had suffer very much and i am very disappoint with the just dial.

                  I request you to solve my issue and activate my package as early as possible.

                    I was running a business under brand vdecore but due to heavy losess and financial crises it shutdown my business. So i deiced to close it and informed jsut dial to stop ecs deduction on sep 18th, 2017 - amount deducted : 3500/m
                    But when i contacted the just dial services to do the same they refuse to deduction of 3500 / m from my account.

                      Just dial person mrs. Preeti called me about the just dial & told you have to pay advance payment of rs. 6940/- for three after, after three moths we will cut the ecs rs, 3540, there representative come & told that if you want to cancel the service you can cancel, when you inform us one month before, i took the just dial service, buit not get the proper leads, after that i called just dial to cancel the same, but they said that you have to use service u cant cancel, you will get the leads, but after using 3 months, not got the proper leads, they provides fake leads, to entertain the client only, and to show that they are providing the leads,
                      They also not cancelling there service after request hence every moth ecs cuts.
                      For a small businessman rs. 3540 is huge amount, please resolve, i request you to stop the ecs of just dial.

                        Iam a builder. First time i tried to get our add in just dial. One marketing person came to me on 7 sept and collected cheque of rs 4750/-receiptno [protected] dt 7sept, chennai and said in three to four days your add will come.
                        On 12 sept i contacted a person of jd and requested to send a person to explain how a customer will see listing. She blocked my number for no reason thus iam not in position to contact any bodyin jd only that lady dealt all along. The persons mobile number is [protected]. I request you to find out reason for such act. Even now i do not know what add she had put. I want somebody to explain

                          I have signed a contract with Mr. Karthick Selvan for Rs. 28750 (Invoice Attached) – while signing the contract I have told by Mr. karthick Selvan that I can edit and add keywords of my choice – But after clearing the cheque – I am unable to edit the keywords. – Name of Contract – VSS Matrimony Services – [protected] / [protected]

                          I have upgraded my existing Chennai Contract in which I have been handed by Mr. Saravanan Arun – He promised me to solve my above problem of adding keywords – After the Cheque of Rs 11800 got cleared he stopped answering my phone. – Name of Contract – VSS Matrimonial Services – [protected] / [protected]

                          Below I have attached the mail conversation with [protected]@justdial.com – in Which I am totally disappointed by the service offered to me where I have paid Rs 28750/-. This is the final mail requesting you to add the keywords – If it cannot be done I kindly request to refund my payment of Rs 28750/- and also I request to stop my ECS for Chennai Contract of Rs 5900/-. It is unfortunate to take such a decision based on the service provided by your customer service team in Chennai and the false commitments given by both of the above Sales Executives. Hope atleast the headoffice in Bombay would come for rescue.

                          Justdial has to provide service for the keyword that I am interested in. You cannot have a keyword set and force it to my contract in which I am interested and I am not informed before the contract. You have two options either to add the keywords or return my payment.

                            The sales team pursues a customer to the point of stalking. Once you make the payment, the services offered are subpar and nothing as promised. I got a contract renewed recently. One week down the line, i have received 0 leads from the company. Customer care representatives promise a call back that never happens. Please shut down the company if you do not want to do business rather than indulge in daylight robbery. My sincere suggestion to other businesses, this company is an ideal candidate for postpaid services. Insist on making payments only after they have offered you the service. Or else, you have only yourself to blame because india has very poor customer protection anyways.

                              Not interested but getting too frequent calls. I spoke to them but again getting calls frequently. The justdial bpos are not good everyday i am unable to get rid of these phone calls. We are busy in our work but at the same time they are making phone calls. Justdial don't know the limits. Please make acomplaint on it and try not this to be happen again

                                    Dear sir
                                    I really frustrated with just dial service, they are doing unethical service, my business wind up last one year, and i still i am trying to stop ecs service on from just dial, pls help me sir how to stop this service, they are taking my money illegally, they are no any option on website to stop my business or stop the ecs service, afterword i am trying through customer care but they are also not responding, they all are fraud. Pls help me sir.

                                      I signed up with justdial for top position in may 2016 for annually plan and paid 65k for a year total. They promised to give international queries on daily basis. After waiting for almost 3 months, i sent 1st email to justdial in august 2016. Mail was about that i signed up justdial for international queries, but 95% of queries were domestic, which were completely waste/not useful for me. That was the first time that i sent email to justdial. Further i sent almost 17-18 email in next 5 months from august 2016 to january 2017. But i never got any positive reply to sort that issue and never got any call from justdial.

                                      That was not end, may 2017, i didn't renew my plan because of very bad service. Then from june till september 2017, continue, i'm receiving calls from justial to renew and till now i got call almost 25 calls to renew plan. And they all ask reason for not renewing service. I explained issue to almost 20 people, they say on call that they will call back, but same thing, they never called.

                                      So my advice, don't waste your hard earning money on fraud company justdial, they wouldn't entertain you after you'll pay to justdial.

                                        Dear concern,

                                        I am given contract dis-continue request through my registered email,
                                        Last 3 month before onwards i am given request and dont debit ecs also.

                                        Last month i received confirmation mail from your end that contract will be closed.

                                        Then only i would not put money that bank, but this month i have received ecs that will be bounced also.

                                        I want to be close my contract, i dont want to continue your service.

                                        I want to close immediate, hereafter i dont want to debit ecs due from my bank,

                                        I tried our chennai customer care, but here our executive said some executive will contact soon regard this issue,

                                        But no one call me this issue.

                                        I want to dis - continue the contract this month itself, what can i do

                                        Please help us. And send executive immeditate.
