Just dial team didnt provide me complete information about the package whic i have taken.

When i communicated with them, they are saying that, my package facility is limited, they could have inform this matter before.

Now i payed them and its almost one 11 days, i am getting leads with just names, not able to get their number and mail id to contact them and convience them about my business.

I lost my amount, as i am misinformed..
Please take necessary steps to getback my money...

Hi i have registered my company at jd and paying 5900 per month for the leads for past 9 months. Their leads arent worth even for penny so i wants to stop their service in the 3rd month but they said i have signed the contract for 12 months so they cant stop it until 9th month. If i give notice to sop on 9th month then they will stop from 12 month. Now i have completed my 9 months but they aren't stopping my ecs despite several mails and calls to customer team. Whenever i call they are saying different reason but not stopping my ecs and keep deducting my money. Please advise what kind of legal action can i take against them?

Request you to delete my company profile from your free listing list as it is flashing all irrelevant data of my company. Because of which our clients are getting diverted. We are not into fabrication or construction. It is flashing that we are contractors but we have changed our company name. The address flashed is also wrong. The contact number is wrong. We are losing our valuable customers. Please revert at earliest.

There is a problem in the first contract so i told them to cancel my contract. They told sign the new contract and cancel my old contract, after sign the new contract the amount will be hit from my acc for the old contract after four days from the contract sign, they told amount will refund in my acc when the new contract is activated. But there is no amt refund in my acc after the activation.

I would like to file complaint inderkumar akka akash. He is a fraud. Took money and documents from me. Now his mobile is swtcihrf igf
I have got in touch with them so many times about one fraud rto agent akash gaur, showing as owner of perfect solutions in their web page (Attached for further details).

I have already raised this concern with just dial many times but still it's shown as verified and this guy took my papers and money. Also doesn't bother to pick the call or call back.
Now after being frustrated for more than an year, i am going to raise an fir against him.
They haven't block his site as well. Many people got into the risk and also he told me that he bribes jd officials so doesn't get blocked.
There are some poor reviews as well but still this is not blocked (Reviews attached).

My name is sagar waghmare. The business development executive named mr. Avinav kumar in nagpur has fraudulently made a contract with me for 12 months. When i came to know about this 2 days after i insisted him not to deposit my cheque but he deliberately added them in the banks prior knowing to the fact that i would be cancelling the contract. I have a phone recording with him that i don't need this service and to stop the process. Hence, i want you to immediately take actions against mr. Avinav kumar. The said business named "sai home service" with mobile number [protected] is mere startup and it is not in operation right now. It's been closed a month ago, therefore, the inquiries are of no use to me. Why should i forcefully pay for the service that i do not needed in the first place when the business is closed? This fraudster mr. Avinav kumar is not receiving my calls and also not co-operating with the deactivation process. As there is no justdial.com office in napgur i am facing a terrible problems of communicating with them.

Please note that i have contact to just dial contract department since 6 months to convert the paid listing to free listing services for rushikesh anekar and associates for pune region.

You customer care department told me each and every time that our e-contract department will contact you soon for conversion of paid listing to free listing.

However, i have not received any call from just dial e contract department, however i am constantly getting phone calls from accounts department (Vidya, madhav and other guys) for payment of just dial which is due.

As per basic rights of constitution of india, nobody can force for paid services, which is not required and consent is share to concerned person, and the opposite party is avoiding to contact me.

Ms. Vidya, madhan and other guys from account department are constantly mental harrasing me to make the payment, as i told them several times that i have already contacted to customer care for conversion of paid to free listing but they are calling me again and again.

I hope you have understood the concern and immediately update the same in your all just dial records.

In order to avoid the further legal action and litigation in consumer forum, kindly update the same in your record.

I hope from henceforth, you will not debit my by way of ecs on 10th of every month.

I registered my business with you, they told me about that they were giving me the leads from all over hyderabad, they are not giving me the relevant leads, not even a single lead from my area, where my business is, they promised me the best business thats why i signed on ecs contract, so i dont have business and they keep sending checks and the bank charged me 4000 under penalty, i dont have money to pay, i want to stop the the payment, plz stop ecs immediately, nobody is responding since i have been calling them, im fed-up with these people,

Currently i realized that the said services is nt of any good for me hence i wanted to stop the services n stop the ecs mandate as there is no specific tenure to the contract. I had taken a two year contract with just dial.com for getting business leads and being highlighted in my service sector and i paid over ₹24, 000 for the same.

I was told that the services would be activated within 3 days. It has been over 10 days but the services are not fully activated yet.

The customer care representatives continue to make false promises but no positive result has been delivered yet.

I feel that such companies take money and invest them further for their profits whilst keeping their customers hanging loose. This creates a lot of stress.

Your help would be highly appreciated.

I never had such bad experience with any company in life will ask all to never be part of it i am running radheyshyam tourism world travel company and took services of justdial to get leads and clientage where after getting 3 months payment i didn't even get single lead whom so ever i called up with justdial reference they either didnt want the deal or they had already availed long time back mean i was getting old leads or fake leads. I was promised atleast 50 leads per day if not hundred but didnt get even 10 per day so on 3rd day i mail them to cancel my contract and refund my amount but instead of getting any positive response my email id was blocked ([protected]@gmail.com) i get msg that i cant send mail to just dial.

Now daily i am getting calls from them to take another contract with them instead of refunding my amount for not providing any leads.

We focus advertising are affiliated with your company since 15 years but are very disgusted with your company's irresponsible behavior.
We had earlier taken & experienced all your priority memberships, which were quite disappointing inspite of spending almost 2-3 lacs per year. Hence we had discontinued the services.
But we get a call from your office to renew the services since your company has modified & made lot of changes in services coz lot of clients had complained. Hence we called your mktg exec to our office.
This person named mr jay rajguru had given us false information while signing the contract that there is no priority, gold, platinum etc. Membership now, also due to client complain the company has stopped area wise contract etc. Etc.
On this commitment we m/s focus advertising (An advertising agency. Mumbai) took a 2 years service contract (In first week of july 2017) from your company. We started getting sms of the inquiries but moment we call up the inquirer's requirement is already fulfilled. We tried calling jay rajguru but he never answered our calls. On calling up your customer service, we get a shocking answer saying that the above problem is occurring coz we are not a platinum member. Upon that your people send one more executive to explain priority & platinum membership worth some 1.75 lacs.
Is this the way just dial is trying to dupe our hard earned money by giving fake & false commitments.
Even after complaining several times, to your mumbai office it seems that nobody is bothered with the clients problem.
Further this shows your company is only interested till the client signs the contract.
We are very disgusted with your company’s irresponsible behaviour.

Just dial personal visit my office and assure me to provide deals approx. 100 in a month.. And forced me to pay yearly charges but i refused and said that i only pay for a month rest after satisfaction.. After that he said me that he will ask his senior and after conversating with his seniors he said that you have to sign three mandate form for ecs but it will only be started after your consent.. But after 20 days when i get deals of no use only 5 in 20 days which is already completed, i intimated to their executive and said him that i am no more interested so cancel my contract but that fellow said me that he will chk my account. That why deals not arriving to you.. But he did not even bother to call me furthur and started my ecs from my current account... So please beware of these just dial services executives and did not sign any ecs mandate form as banker also helpless in this matter and can not stop ecs.

Manager profile, i cleared all rounds and shortlisted for the same, hr asked to me join early & negotiate notice period, they offered me salary 40k/pm, after i resigned with notice shortfall they changed offer and forced me to work as team lead and with 18% lesser salary which i was getting from previous company

I used a service from justdial like carpenter. I paid total amount to carpenter but the carpenter stopped work in middle i called carpenter so many times but he is not responding properly so i contact to justdial for this issue they are also not responding properly but i loss the amount 20k please take cevier action on justdial because in front no one will loss from justdial they are encraging fraud business so please take action on this

They had come to my hotel: sbg guest inn and after filling up the formalities took two cheques of ₹3600 and ₹1800 for ecs. They told that the ecs cheque will be represented only after i receive a mail from just dial, but i did not get any mail from them till date. I told them not to represent the ecs cheque till the i don't confirm the package and they also assured me that the cheque will not be represented till the time i don't give my approval, but after a few days the amount if ₹1800 automatically got cut from my account. And when i call them up they tell me that the amount got deducted by mistake and when i called them the next day they did not pick up call and they are still not picking up my call. I have been cheated by just dial and i want my refund for the entire amount.

How can you represent the cheque without the permission of the person and that too before the due date. Such a fraud company. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible before i escalate this matter to a higher authority since i am fed of you people not responding to my calls or messages.

I think just dial is one of the fake companies where they just dupe people. One of the fraudest company. I once wanted to get a pan card. I approached just dial and then they provided me with a person's name. I called him, we decided to meet at a particular place and i submitted the documents required and also gave him the money. After that he stopped answering my call and its been more than 2 months. I did not get my pan car nor is he answering my call. I am not concerned about the money which i gave him however i am more concerned about the documents which i gave him. I hope he does not misuse it. I tried to register a complaint and they told me that i will receive a call. And they didnt call. Just dial must have something to do with this. That persona must be just dials employee and they just con people. My sincere appeal is do not avail their services as your privacy will be at stake.

I have been receiving fake queries form digital talent and beverly choudhury. Plz block this institute in checking our services in just dial.in one day i got fake 10 queries.

The competitor is been sending me many queries and when we call we could make out they are there employees and unnecessary they are troubling us.. Would request you to block there ip address from your end so that they cannot send me queries.
