First of all justdial didn"t provide services on time & when i asked them for reiumbursement they just ignored it & started speaking rudely. Specially deepal mam from ecs pune department, she is so rude. She told me that the account will be freezed & they also requested for ecs but due to insufficient balance in account it got bounced, actually i didn't kept balance purposely because i was knowing this people will cheat. I have been doing followup since 1 nov 2017 but still the issue is not resolved. Today i had called mumbai office where i spoke to there supervisor nivya mam, i found her polite & genuine. She told me she will immediately arrange a call back & also give directions to stop the ecs.
Lets see.

I have been complaining from 4 months to cancel ecs payments.
Just dial executives keep sayign they will call us back but they never arrange call back.
Why charging us when we dont want to use your services?
I am tired of making complaint again and again.

Every month 3500rs has been debited
From the month of august.

Its november.

No complaint taken.
Its been deducted every month

I attend the interview on (13.11.2017) for inbound voice process hr ask me that tell me about yourself i give my intro in english and i speak in english than hr ask me to speak in tamil i continue my speak in tamil and told me that communication is ok than he told me that no vacancy in inbound voice process but vacancy only in telemarketing and i told to him that telemarketing also ok for me but he told me that u come on friday if any vacancy in inbound voice process means i inform you... Again i attend the interview on friday (17.11.2017) that day another one person took interview he told me that no vacancy in telemarketing vacancy is only in inbound voice process than i ask him that i already attend the interview on monday hr told me that no vacancy in inbound voice process now you tell me vacancy in inbound voice process are you lying like that i ask him than he told me ok you come after 2 weeks like that he told me... I do know the name of both persons but i didn't understand on which basis interview is going on...

We are from one leading financial service company from mumbai, we are done leads contract with justdial co., that time they told so much good things for attaching to contract after that main objective of contract not fulfill and we are trying to contact them to solve our problems also did several mails to them but they are not given response.
Company executive mr... I have mentioned but lets see he will give response or not after that compliant. Company employees attitude very rude and did false selling much better word fraud selling.

This has been such a bad experience with them. I have two contracts with his trial have ecs for both.

Now since i have closed the business, i want to stop the contracts.

I have been trying to do so for last one month but their customer service executive is blatantly lying.

When i asked them to send me recording, he suddenly changes his stance. Now it's almost 4 days and he has still not got back to me with confirmation.

The sales person has stopped taking my calls or responding to my whatapp messages. They were so sweet while selling their products.

I have already told them about notice period but they just send an email, which says
"as per discussion your ecs stands continued"

What the he'll? This is absolutely disgusting experience with any company in india

I went voice process interview in chennai saidapet on 17/11/2017. I have reference in just dial. So i mentioned that name. I was going to attend 1st round of interview but that hr getting angry with me because i was using reference id. He is a gen wearing specs and black in color he joined 3months before without any reason he reject me after that i asked wht mistake i done pls tel me after that he asked to wait for sometimes upt0 (11am-6.00pm) i was waiting everyone went away again 6.00pm i asked what about me sir i'm waiting so long without he send me for lunch and dint take brk also again finally he said i reject you so leave for the day. Without any reason he reject me because of i mentioned reference name in my form so only he's getting angry and he done like that he punished me for that. I need a perfect justice for this

My name is anupam sharma, o/o one stop computer solutions, i want to stop my ecs payments, because, i am going to close my business or i don't want to do business anymore with just dial, no enquiry generated from last 60-70 days.
My ecs amount is 2065₹ and i want to back my money of two there no enquiry generated. This money is total wasted.
I[censored] do not stop ecs service, i want to go leagal action.

I made several calls to your customer care for last 20 days that my address is posted on your portal without any verification done from your company. It is very embracing to handle the situation as people keep coming to my residence finding my address as posted for a service which i dont offer.

Inspite of my complaining and telling the customer care that i will be registering an fir in police station, nobody has responded back.

We at worldwide travels & tours, warangal have free listing since 7 years approximately. We were in top position at search like popular and rating wise. Meanwhile company executive his team came to me asking me to go ahead with position, banner and certificate as well to be in top at all the ways. So finally i paid payments through cheques with said amounts. At that time there are already multiple listings existed. Among them only one was very active and have popular. These team has created a new listing and put me in position. Now what happend is we are not showing in popular and rating wise as well as we they have created newone and merged older one into new one. So its totally nervous and disappointed the way they have done.in this matter i tried to call local team manager and development executives and marketing team at hyderabad. But no one is taking care in this issue. After knowing initial reply from this i am planning to suit on justdial in this issue to recover damage charges from the company at consumer court. Let me see the reply.

We have made payments of national listing on 10 november but till the date no response from any of the excutive of bhopal. After 100 reminder not getting any proper response. Before payment every one was so nice. Even though not picking the up phone

Hi im running a company shyam fabrication works, justdial marketing person called me and asked for the business development. They torchered me to pay the amount and finally i agreed to pay with some conditions like (1) i want to have all the agreement to be mailed to my mail id... (2) invoices in my company name with gst... Etc.
Fraud services has accepted everything and they send me the advance invoice copy. After that he torchered me to pay the amount immediately. I refused to pay because i want to check all the details clearly but he torchered continuously.
He called me by 10.15 pm on 29th oct 2017 and told if im not paying before this night they he will be busted from his job, so i beleived him and paid the amount. But he didn't added my correct keywords and none of the enquires came. Right from next day onwards he is not answering my call, no response from their customer side also. I have all his call recordings and some other proof that he texted through mail and wtsapp...
Someone pls help me to solve the problem or is it possible to file a consumer complaint...

Yesterday i called justdial for a enquiry about how to registered with justdial for my company. After some time a person name mr. Abhishek ([protected]) called me from justdial kolkata office and told me the process how to registered with justdial, and then he send a person to discuss with me in detail. After the discussion i was agreed to registered with justdial and want tom submit all necessary document along with the registration amount. The very next day he called me, but on that time i was attending a meeting and said “ i will call you after some time “, but he repeatedly called me. After ending my official meeting when i receive his call he used some slang language along with very disappointing whats up message.
I just ask to justdial is this a process to behave with the customer.

Just dial team is fraud & cheat team. Please do not believe on his executive and commitments.

Just dial executive mr. Mallesh was collected cheque from me on the commitment that, before depositing and starting contract, just dial team will be do the verification and take approval for deposit cheque. But actully its not happen as per commitment. Just dial team had deposit cheque without taken approval. After that they have continually deposit cheque.

If just dial executive give the commitment that contract will be started after verification and approval then how can they start contract before approval???

I had many time call to customer care for stop the cheque but all executives (Mr. Kastubh, mr. Akshay, ms rupali or more peoples - from pune) are just give the commitments but no one ready to solve the actual problem.

How can you represent the cheque without the permission of the person and that too before the due date. Such a fraud company. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible before i escalate this matter to a higher authority since i am fed of you people not responding to my calls or messages.

Request to all businessman, do not believe on just dial team.

Just dial team didnt provide me complete information about the package whic i have taken.

When i communicated with them, they are saying that, my package facility is limited, they could have inform this matter before.

Now i payed them and its almost one 11 days, i am getting leads with just names, not able to get their number and mail id to contact them and convience them about my business.

I lost my amount, as i am misinformed..
Please take necessary steps to getback my money...

Hi i have registered my company at jd and paying 5900 per month for the leads for past 9 months. Their leads arent worth even for penny so i wants to stop their service in the 3rd month but they said i have signed the contract for 12 months so they cant stop it until 9th month. If i give notice to sop on 9th month then they will stop from 12 month. Now i have completed my 9 months but they aren't stopping my ecs despite several mails and calls to customer team. Whenever i call they are saying different reason but not stopping my ecs and keep deducting my money. Please advise what kind of legal action can i take against them?

Request you to delete my company profile from your free listing list as it is flashing all irrelevant data of my company. Because of which our clients are getting diverted. We are not into fabrication or construction. It is flashing that we are contractors but we have changed our company name. The address flashed is also wrong. The contact number is wrong. We are losing our valuable customers. Please revert at earliest.

There is a problem in the first contract so i told them to cancel my contract. They told sign the new contract and cancel my old contract, after sign the new contract the amount will be hit from my acc for the old contract after four days from the contract sign, they told amount will refund in my acc when the new contract is activated. But there is no amt refund in my acc after the activation.

I would like to file complaint inderkumar akka akash. He is a fraud. Took money and documents from me. Now his mobile is swtcihrf igf
I have got in touch with them so many times about one fraud rto agent akash gaur, showing as owner of perfect solutions in their web page (Attached for further details).

I have already raised this concern with just dial many times but still it's shown as verified and this guy took my papers and money. Also doesn't bother to pick the call or call back.
Now after being frustrated for more than an year, i am going to raise an fir against him.
They haven't block his site as well. Many people got into the risk and also he told me that he bribes jd officials so doesn't get blocked.
There are some poor reviews as well but still this is not blocked (Reviews attached).
