I said to close my account and stop my ecs before a month
Still they take my money from bank without my permission
I called them to ask about it
They didn't response me properly

I don't even get a customer from justdial

No use of your ad

I lost my money

Jd marketing team gave false promise about their product...
Jd marketing people cell phone service is very worst after getting our complaints, never pick the phone...
I never get one client from jd service side
So waste of money and time, i would like to cancel this ecs for the particular service from just dial
I wanna cancel the jd service and refund my initial payment + first ecs amount

I m vinoth from Chennai India. Currently I m using this number[protected]. But u register this number in Ramraj electricals Coimbatore. Because of this I getting more wrong calls and wen I ask them they telling tat they got my number from just dial
So remove my number from that. I[censored] need confirmation u can call me and verify tat number is using by me.

I have got in touch with them so many times about one fraud RTO agent akash gaur, showing as owner of perfect solutions in their web page (attached for further details).

I have already raised this concern with just dial many times but still it's shown as verified and this guy took my papers and money. Also doesn't bother to pick the call or call back.
NOW after being frustrated for more than an year, I am going to raise an FIR against him.
They haven't block his site as well. Many people got into the risk and Also he told me that he bribes JD officials so doesn't get blocked.
There are some poor reviews as well but still this is not blocked(reviews attached).

Request you to please look into this matter urgently,

I have booked my tickets on online through the just dial.com on 29.6.17. Amount for Rs 411.93 deducted from my account and said the ticket booking is failed at the same time and said that the amount will be refunded in 7-14 working days so long time. is it fake if no why they refunded the amount immediately or not booking my tickets. I am unable to pay one more amount for my next tickets. Please take action.

Sir, i was not aware of the ecs payment and i have given only one month payment to mr. Sachin navle and mr. Rishikesh kale who visited my music academy two months ago. I have not signed any contract with them and unnecessary ecs bounce charges are being debited from my account since last two months for ten times. I have already complaint about this issue before but no positive reply was made from your side. Today i spoked with mr. Ashwin patel ([protected]@just.com) (Extension no.2198)

Kindly do me needful favor as early as possible and please stop my ecs payment.

My company registered with jd and i didn't get appropriate lead from there. Jd representative assured me before contract that, it is equivalent to 24k contracts n you get the benefits of 24k in 11, 500/- but till now, which completes 3 months and i didn't get even a single lead by which we can create any business. The leads they provide are either already rotate with different dealers and after that they forewarding it to us which seems useless. So my request to jd stop fooling people in the name of advertising and make sure you clearly told each and every things which you are putting on stars.

I'm from Pune, I called just dial, then Packers and movers company started calling me. I trusted one, he took my bike, and didn't deliver it to my home even after 15 days. The person has stopped receiving my calls. Even the address provided by just dial is wrong. They gave receipt name by company Rajhans cargo. Now the fraud's no is linked to Jay Hari Packers And Movers. Need to sue just dial also if my complaint not taken seriously

I ghanshyam sharma registered my company in the name of "vastu ghanshyam" on dated 26/03/2017 with justdial for my business promotion.

Request you to cancelled my registration and stop the ecs payment amounting 2875/- which was hit on my saving a/c every month.

I wants cancelled my registration due to till date i have not received any calls, email and sms regarding vastu visit and consultation.

Without our knowledge just dial has sent request to my bank for reactivation of ecs which we were using 2 years back, that time we were using there serves-es. No payment is due from our side. It is really un professional way to do business. We don't want just dial servises. My firm name is sainath enterprises, 169 f. F vikas surya shopping mall, sector-3 rohini. My bank is pnb rohini sector-11 branch. I had to go to bank for this nonsense to stop that request which was generated by just dial ltd. I need my all cheque's from just dial ltd.

I free listed my clinic than a representative kirtikar ([protected]) came and requested me to pay at a time. I paid full amount of 1150/- by the cheque which was cashed on 25th of may. He told me my account will be activated in 7-8 days but it took 13 days to get activated and started from 6th of june. Then on that day onwards i have been calling to him and to know how i may upload my clinic's pic and etc. But representative was befooling me on the name of his team leader that he will assist me to understand these all the things that how to upload the pics and all than i told him to provide the number of his team leader but he didn't give the number of that team leader. Yesterday on 23 june once again i made a call to kirtikar so again he tried to make me fool then i scolded him but after that he had not provided me the no. Of that team leader. Then afternoon i have got a message in my mobile that the once again the amount of 1150 rupees will be detected from my account by ecs then again i make a call to the sales representative and asked him for that massage then he provided me [protected] no. I was not satisfied talking with this person so i make a call to customer care but the situation was same the customer care lady told me that you have signed an agreement of year with just dial which was previously did not tell me by the sales representative. Now the two problems first sales representative had cheated as i have told previously 10 second my account has been activated by the 6th of june and the next amount will be detected by my account from 26th of the june so paid for month and got services for 20 days only is it fair? As their service is so poor they are not listening anyone. So disgusting. I am totally disappointed and still waiting... And waiting...

i am v anand a defence personal. I am just transferred from kolkata to calicut. Booked jai mata packers and movers to send my household to calicut. We finalized the deal for 9500. At the time of delivery, this packer demand double the amount than what was earlier fixed by both o[censored]s and threatened not to deliver my household if i don't pay extra amount. And if don't pay he will sell them to rise money. And i dont have any option left for. He dares and challenge me if i move to any court or forum. He dont bother about that... What should i do in this matter. And not willing to pay any extra amount than what was fixed. He already taken all the amount and i have all cash vouchers and receipt given by him. This is matter of cheating and extortion which deals under section of ipc, 1860. I need your valuable support and help on this matter. To bring back my household. As a force member, we already face a lot of difficulties in day to day life from our senior, working condition of force. No leave and no weekly off and away from home and family and civil society. Derived all civil right and extreme working condition and duties. Keeping all this aside work for the country's security. Among this such guys who is dishonest to their respective professional add our worries which leds to tension in our life. I just want you to touch this guy and company a lesson so that he can't do this to anyone else and can't even think of do it again. A lesson for all packers and movers company. Sales man from justdial came and said that he is registering me for 2 months contract with justdial. He took a check of 1725 rs and said for next month this amount will be deducted from my bank account only once. However, every month i am getting ecs amount deducted from my bank account. This is complete fraud. Sales man said its a 2 month contract and now when i call just dial they say its an year contract. This is complete fraud.
Also they are not allowing me to cancel the services. Justdial is making money by helping none, its a complete fraud company.

I am using justdial service for the past 7 years. Recently i upgraded the service sales executive took my signs in new contract forms on 7/6/2017. My old ecs amount was 5300 and new one is 9000. I cleared their advance payment 10000 by pdc on 13/6/17 and i got mail stating my new contract has been activated. Yesterday i got a message form just dial asking me to keep sufficient amount in bank rs.5500 will hit on 21/06/2017. I called and asked them how you can deducted 5500 which no where i agreed to pay but they handle the call in very rude manner tele sales guys name vijayakumar called me in singular and disconnected the call. I made a complaint about him and ecs issue to mumbai office but same treatment got from them also they are not ready to give me one acknowledge about my complaint. I got chennai head mr. Muthukumar landline number and explained him about the real issue unfortunately he also behave in the same way like executive and argued they didnt commit any mistake. He asked me to post the problem in face book & twitter if i wish, that he will handle and he dont have any problem with company reputation going down.

I request dept. To do immediate audit on their ecs process and their procedure.

This has in reference to the account taken with just dial for buying selling o[censored]sed furniture in the name of a to z. Furnitures.

I am the continuous customer with just dial for the last 8 to 10 years.

On your assurance i have paid rs.8000 on 07.10.2016 for one year contract and you have given the receipt for the same. But on the contrary you have closed my contract 07.04.2016 within 6 months without any information.

I have given a complaint to resume and give the service for one year but instead of resuming my contract you have given options by paying another rs.14000 for two years contract.

I once again request you to honour the commitment already given by you for complete the service of 1 year for the payment of rs.8000 already made then i will go with the new package.
