Payment has been done before 20 days but my business registration has yet not been done. If i call them they are keep us on hold for more than 15 minutes, yet after wards also no answer is been give from their side, even my payments is also not returned by them. Its consult department is also tell that they will take action within 48 hours but it is also useless. Is it an fraud company???

Hello i am chandra shekhar from neb sarai, new delhi. My company hello driver is listed with justdial. I called ashutosh from justdial ecs department to make change in my companys details and ecs details. He send one of the sales executive from justdial for the same concern on 6th july 2017. He made changes in my contract and ecs details and i paid him a cheque of rs. 2304. Since then ashutosh is not picking my phone. I have called him several times but no answer. I also called to justdial customer care for the same. The customer care executive told me that our system is not showing any request for my concern. Its been seven days. I've taken loan for my business. How can i pay my emi if these guys will take such time for this litte issue. This is worst service by justdial. Please help me

This is to inform you that i had taken a business deal with just dial in the month of march in 2016 and very next month of april 2016 i told your assistant to close that deal due to esc issue which was wrongly told by your assistant. He told me that sir your plan from just dial has been closed by them. But now when i checked my savings account, which is the name of neelam showing that 5747 rs has been deducted from her account. I asked branch manager of sbi bank telling me that they closed my deal in september 2016, the esc was going on.. He also told me to complaint against just dial.
When i asked with your executive for that deduction, he is telling me that i have closed but i don't know why it didn't happen. When again i called him after asking the branch manager, your executive told me u can logged an fir against me. You can do anything whatever u like.. "mujhe koi fark nhi padta dekh lunga tujhe"

Means u are providing that kind of service to customer... His behaviour was not good, even he does not know how to serve the customer..
I just want my money back in my account.. Which is your esc charges. Bcz you did not close my plan and without my any permission that was going on..

My name is Mr.Manoj from Jacubpura Gurgaon.I had paid Just Dial 5th July but i did not received the services with the Just Dial .i had lost many Money because my daily business depend on Just Dial so I had lost Approx. 1.3Lacs who is responsible to give my losses.Just Dial is a fraud company so i want to go complain with this company. I had called many times in Just Dial Customer Number but all the executive said to me, i forward your call to my senior who is handle all the queries but senior is only response, i(Senior) just said to me just start your service half an hours.

I am extremely disappointed with the kind of service i am being provided by just dial.in the last 3-4 days i have called your customer cars more than a million times and have wasted more than an hours of my time in talking to your executives just because nobody is willing to listen to me and bamboozling me with the same questions like "am i not getting any leads? Or someone will call me in shortly, or some other nonsense.

I am so frustrated with your service that i am seriously considering of deactivating it by the end of this month. I have been repeated asking your executives that -"why am i not been able to contact the clients each time i get an alert. But i guess no one in your staff is qualified enough to make out meaning from such a simple question, let alone resolving it.

But you should know, that i have had enough and i am thinking of taking some serious measures now. If nobody reaches out to me on this, i'll have to take some action.

Hello i am the part of just dial special batch, i did training for 3 days, after that my gd was cunducted by onkar sir, i clear that round then my final one on one interview with zeel mam, i clear that also and i joined ur organisation on 3rd july... I submitted my documents to you and my salary account has been made... Now i guess by this whole process it is clear that now i m the employee o[censored]r company coz u said that ' ajse apki salary chalu ho gayi ' then my training started from 5th july... On 2nd day of training that is on 6th july, we r told by our trainee prachi mam that we have to give interview again to zeel mam... So we follow that... Plz note here mam... My final round was taken by zeel mam... She selected me for jd.. But now again i had to go to her and gave her my interview... After that me and other 3 boys r told to wait... Then we r said to give 2nd round to nikita mam... I answer everything to her... But then zeel mam said 'dear u r rejected '
On 3rd junly u made my salary account, collected my documents that means i got job in just dial... I told to parents, friends family... All were happy
If i dont deserve this job then why they didnt reject me before 3rd july... That is on special batch last day training...
Aditi mam said that u r disqualify in training period... Plz just dial tell me, on 2nd day of training which company disqualifies his employee??
If they r saying that i m disqualify in training then explain me training procedure? And if they r saying i m rejected in interview then explain me interview procedure? Becoz i dont think after documentation any company again conducts the interview and reject the employee..
I was already selected for hgs solution.. But i left that & i came to just dial... But now nothing in my hand...
I spend almost 10 to 12 days with this people... Its like suicide for me now

We tried to connect you 3/4 times from last 1 month.. but till now nothing respond from your team.. I want to stop ECS immediately.. and please stop it.

Actually we told to customer care team 3/4 times and explained we are stopping my business and market is too down, so please stop our services, but they are ignoring and give excuses.. they are telling to us, you need to run till 1 year. its like a forcing to us, and take benefit, this is very cheap attitude..

Otherwise i will take necessary action in consumer court.

I had meeting with Mr. Sarang Kulkarni on 11 April 2017. He explained me listing on just dial portal and amount of Rs. 6900/- for that plan was decided to pay in installments.
He also asked to give me a cheque of Rs. 1725/- and remaining amount with HDFC BANK ECS. I had given a cheque no 000070 HDFC bank and which was cleared also. ECS form is also given at that time.
But I cant find my organizations name in the list of paid customers of your compny. also the contact no of my employee is displayed at top, which was not provided by me.
In the listing of computer training institutes, my institutes name is at the last page and before my institutes name some institute names are there which are not worki ng since last few years. Means your website is not properly updates which gives wrong information to the customers.

This complaint is regarding justdial.com. I have enquired for maid agents on just dial and then i got a call from one of the agents (Agency name: priyanka maid agency, agent name: amit. Phone number: [protected]) registered on just dial.

On sunday, 2nd july we closed the deal with him and handed him inr 15000. Agent told us he will give police verification papers within 4-5 days and then we can give rest of the amount.

The very next day i. E. On monday, 3rd july, maid fled away afternoon. On complaining to above mentioned agent, he said he is on the way to meet us and then and there he will return us the money. Till 6.30 pm he was picking up our call and after that suddenly he stopped picking up our call and finally switched off the phone. Till now also his phone is switched off.

Now, i am complaining against just dial is because such criminal people are openly registering on just dial and no proper verifications are happening on the site whether the person who is registering is legitimate or not. On lodging fir police also told us that the same people also did this to nearby localities to our place.

I free listed my clinic than a representative kirtikar ([protected]) came and requested me to pay at a time. I paid full amount of 1150/- by the cheque which was cashed on 25th of may. He told me my account will be activated in 7-8 days but it took 13 days to get activated and started from 6th of june. Then on that day onwards i have been calling to him and to know how i may upload my clinic's pic and etc. But representative was befooling me on the name of his team leader that he will assist me to understand these all the things that how to upload the pics and all than i told him to provide the number of his team leader but he didn't give the number of that team leader. Yesterday on 23 june once again i made a call to kirtikar so again he tried to make me fool then i scolded him but after that he had not provided me the no. Of that team leader. Then afternoon i have got a message in my mobile that the once again the amount of 1150 rupees will be detected from my account by ecs then again i make a call to the sales representative and asked him for that massage then he provided me [protected] no. I was not satisfied talking with this person so i make a call to customer care but the situation was same the customer care lady told me that you have signed an agreement of year with just dial which was previously did not tell me by the sales representative. Now the two problems first sales representative had cheated as i have told previously 10 second my account has been activated by the 6th of june and the next amount will be detected by my account from 26th of the june so paid for month and got services for 20 days only is it fair? As their service is so poor they are not listening anyone. So disgusting. I am totally disappointed and still waiting... And waiting...

Iam vintage herbals-[protected]. Wuthout my notice ecs started i only given 2 months cheque after that also monthly hitting the amount from my bank. So pls cancel my ecs immediately. I had Registered with just dial Services Chennai.I agreed to pay for 3 months only as per telephonic conversation with justdial telecaller Mr.karthickand paid Rs.2300 by cheque for three months given to Just Dial Manager on 17/05/2017.After Just Dial Manager asked me to sign the ECS form and told me if your are not satisfied we can cancel your CONTRACT AND STOP MY ECS with in a month.

AFTER A MONTH I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH JUST DIAL SERVICES AND VISITED THIER OFFICE ON 25/05/2017 BECASUSE OF I AM NOT GET ANY BUSINESS LEADS AND ASK THEM TO STOP MY CONTRACT AND ECS.BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ME AND THEY DO NOT STOP MY ECS AND HARASS ME..THEY TOOK LEGAL, IF I NOT PAID THE ECS.i am also mailed the above issue to [protected]@justdial.com and there is no positive reponse..KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO STOP MY ECS IMMEDIATELY

Jd marketing people cell phone service is very worst after getting our complaints, never pick the phone...

I m vinoth from Chennai India. Currently I m using this number[protected]. But u register this number in Ramraj electricals Coimbatore. Because of this I getting more wrong calls and wen I ask them they telling tat they got my number from just dial
So remove my number from that. I[censored] need confirmation u can call me and verify tat number is using by me.

I have got in touch with them so many times about one fraud RTO agent akash gaur, showing as owner of perfect solutions in their web page (attached for further details).

I have already raised this concern with just dial many times but still it's shown as verified and this guy took my papers and money. Also doesn't bother to pick the call or call back.
NOW after being frustrated for more than an year, I am going to raise an FIR against him.
They haven't block his site as well. Many people got into the risk and Also he told me that he bribes JD officials so doesn't get blocked.
There are some poor reviews as well but still this is not blocked(reviews attached).

Request you to please look into this matter urgently,

I have booked my tickets on online through the just dial.com on 29.6.17. Amount for Rs 411.93 deducted from my account and said the ticket booking is failed at the same time and said that the amount will be refunded in 7-14 working days so long time. is it fake if no why they refunded the amount immediately or not booking my tickets. I am unable to pay one more amount for my next tickets. Please take action.
