This side jitendra bharadwaj form medsor impex we take just dial service but not getting any business now i already make a complained for discontinue service before 2 months back but they still not discontinue and they charge in our account i want to refund our money and their services executive don't have any manner to talk.

I have signed a contract with just dial to promote my business in delhi with your representative mr bharat.
After the date of signing the contract the guy bharat is not responding and not even replying my sms's.
On the first day i am getting enquiries for small cars but i am only dealing with travellers and 12, 16 seaters
But from the 1st day i'm getting enquiries for cars only. After informing him many times he doesn't give any reply
But before signing the contract he called me 20 times in a day
Pathetic service given by bharat or even i say just dial
Zero marks...

On the request of car driving school, i got number of person named amit yadav who runs driving school
After 5 days of coaching he stopped receiving my calls and is not responding.in first 2 calls he just answered that he is busy he will resume soon which was a clear lie because he was teaching someone else and his intention was not right.

I need my full refund back since just dial as without any authenticity they are providing such fraudsters contact details to their users!!

Any body plz help to stop my ecs in justdial jd people are not replying to me always they recive my call and they say you will get confirmation message. But still now i didnt recive confirmation message from them im triying this from 2 monts any body plz help me to cancle my ecs every month 575 is debiting from my account and not getting even single rupee worth of it sooo. It is the matter of shame ful for just dial that mr sriwastwa has admitted before me that i have done wrong commitment after that just dial is presenting ecs.

In my view just dial is a chor company because after admitting his own staff you are taking money from me every month. U should say sorry and refund my deducted amount from jan 2017. My ecs bounce penalty is rs 575 one time

All of a sudden i am getting calls from yash classes pune for inquiry of coaching classes.
I have also informed them many time, but they have this chilled out attitude saying we will do something about this as soon as possible. Their supervisors are also not coming online, no reply received so far. The calls have not stopped for inquiry. Please get my number removed from jd.
How do they verify the numbers of their client or do they simply post any number provided to them

I don't really know whether you take any cognisance of complaints. This is second time i m complaining without any meaningful action from your end. Honestly speaking you come hand in glove with all these fly by night operators who use jd brand building to promote their business and fleece customer.. Since you also earn your cut in these deals i don't see you acting in customer interest at all.. This is based on my experience with a to z ac repair service where i paid 1800 for gas leakage within 3 days problem started. I was given 3 months guarantee in my bill which i have in my possession. They refuse to service. Everyday rahul from customer grievance would smartly arrange a concal with the company and ask them to service me and they wouldn't.. He kept saying we will take action and later stopped taking calls. Obviously it was only meant to time pass since obviously you value your business income more than customer.. I am giving you a week time to respond effectively after which i will float the whole thing on social media to understand if the other customers are also being cheated and to get public opinion. I am also connected to your ceo through​ linkedin. Will apprise him of ground realities.. He posts articles praising company to hilt..

I bought just dial account for my business and they have sent me a link where i can update and edit any information. Of my surprise when i opened my just dial page i could see pictures of clown uploaded as my home page image. When i raised a complaint the executive was laughing, which made me disgusted. They call themselves a trusted engine and they play dirty with customers account.

I am writing this mail to you as a last resort to solve my problem as the concerned just dial representatives are not able to fix te issue further worsening the situation, sir i had subscribed for promotion of my buisness with just dial on being referred by a just dial representative mr vishal shrivastav in dehradun city details of my buisness are as follows business name jsa design tech

I was falsely promised to try the service for 3 months and that if i did not like it i could terminate is asap by your representative vishal shrivastav as he told me this was a special scheme this time he did not tell me ant details though i paid my first cheque in 22nd feb now after trying it for more then 2.5 months and the money being deducted every month from my ac almost 1500 per month instead of the decided 900 rs i decided to end it as i was not getting even a single rs business from just dial i contacted the authorities in just dial customer care where in i got to talk to one of your employees saachi yadaw and after listening to my problem she is instead trying to manipulate me to not end the service and keep running it for one year even after i had told her that i was falsely promised by your representative about the scheme she is telling me that i can do anything but they will not stop ecs and keep deducting the amount from my account irrespective of my will which is in itself very wrong practice i consider it as forcible extortion of money from simple people.. Which should end immediately and she is arguing with me regarding the same and asking me to keep my voice low about the she is directly challenging me to anything i can and that i will have to keep paying like that without my consent for 1 more year... This is very disappointing in context to the user friendliness of just dial being promoted on internet as this is just the opposite of what is being promised sir i am not a rich man and this month they have twice deducted money from my account on 1st and 6th of this month i. E 900 and 560 rs which is bad for me irrespective of my previous correspondence with the representatives earlier which is a act of cheating when i clearly mentioned i do not want the services anymore they are forcing me to continue with absurd lead unrelated to my business and keep paying for them too even when i just do not want to continue it... I even tried contacting the representative who stated the service for me initially and he says i do not know anything i have left the company do anything u want i am not responsible and is threatening to physically assault me if i disturbed him about the same, sir the account from which your company is extorting money belongs to my mother and it is her pensioner account so i cant even close it down i had no other options left but to tell you my problem through mail. I believe you are a very responsible person and u will look into the matter and help me terminate this contract with just dial immediately so that i do not have to suffer more. I will be highly thankful to you.. I am making a very polite request and you are my last hope please help me sir..

In the contract it’s very much written that position of our advertisement of our clinic / doctor will remain always in the first 4 position in all over mumbai.

But unfortunately from the last one month we have seen that our position in mobiles in mumbai in any pin code at any locations it is always beyond 25th.

Pls note that at the time of contract of rs.76161=00 your salesman mr. Jitendra kapoor (Mb. No. [protected]) has clearly told us that this hefty amount is because that we will be getting priority positions (First 4 positions) all over the mumbai, in all medias (Mobile app, website, wap, phone, smc etc.)

We are well known sexologist in mumbai in all sexologist related sites like lybrate, practo, google, etc... We are always at first 4 positions.

Then how it is possible that in a just dial we are beyond 25 positions??

I want to take your account on the issue that i am getting lots of phone calls and sms from some jwellery shops, fashion desigining college and musical instruments shops and jobs via justdial.com on my no. [protected], [protected]. Although i did not register my no. On judtdial.com but these shops (Jwellery shops, fashion desigining college and musical instruments shops) are saying that your requirement got about this. So please stop these unwanted calls and sms as soon as possible.

I have mailed a request for closing services of just dial on 15april 17, and same have been repeated mor and more time. But just dial did not responded positively and no proper action have been taken in my side. Also they have shown one sided contract paper which is totally towards just dial. I have no more business from just dial and i am willing to close my music academy. Hence i have requested to stop services, but just dial denies to help me positive way.
I personally request you to extend your help.
