I got a call on 09/03/2017 at 6 pm from just dial employee Venkat regarding renewal for my firm DSR cement marketing Kurnool, he spoken very rude and negative about my business .He is speaking in a complete arrogant way insulting me . Please verify the call and take necessary action on your employ.please train your employee to speak in respected way to customer.

This is to file a complaint against fraud transaction by Just Dial. Recently I gave an advertisement in Just Dial for which I made the payment with my credit card. The details of the payment are as follows ;

Date of payment: 13.2.2017
Amount: ₹11, 500
Executive who facilitated the payment: Atul Kataria

This amount was full and final for display of advertisement for the whole year in 2017. I found out from my bank that an ECS payment has been made to Just Dial on 28/2/17. I have not given a cancellation cheque or any document authorising any such payment.
Also Mr Atul from Just Dial who came for payment collection kept asking for a cancellation cheque which was absolutely not needed since i had made the payment through credit card. I obviously declined and did not give him a cancelled cheque since i know it was not required but now it is clear that his intentions were not good. Just Dial encourages its executives also to fool the clients and extract money out of them in any way possible.

This ₹958 charged by Just Dial is a fraud transaction by a fraud company and a fraud bank. The bank manager was not able to help me in anyway. I was told that the I need to speak with Just Dial and they have to send a NOC to my bank and that i cannot get this ECS payments stopped.
I had also faced issues about my add not being displayed on Just Dial site after making the payment for which i had to call and mail them several times. This is poor customer service.

Firstly Just dial needs to send the required documents to my bank HDFC for cancellation of payment because i have already paid through credit card.

Secondly Just Dial needs to refund my money which they have acquired by a fraud transaction ₹958.

The bank also needs to be addressed as when I asked them to stop any further payment they simply declined. I dont know what understanding these bank people have with This fraud company but when its my money and my account and I am asking to stop this fraudulent payments the bank should comply. According the RBI guidelines an ECS can be stopped if the account holder informs the bank. I don't know why I was refused by the bank manager. The bank needs to take an immediate action to stop any further payments to Just Dial.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I am an old lady and have health issues I cannot be dealing with this utter nonsense. I had to run to the bank twice to receive assistance on this matter which i didnt. On one hand our honourable PM is encouraging digital India and cashless payments and on the other hand fraud companies like Just Dial and HDFC are thriving.

I urge Delhi Police to please file a complaint and help me in this matter. I am hoping no money will be charged by Just Dial henceforth and the fraud transaction money will be refunded asap.

I have mailed them thrice regarding the contract termination but they seemed to be not bother about it they are no. 1 in sale and fake promises but when it is the time for the service deliverance they are flying high in the air not even willing to hear the customer complaints they are so found of money that even if you shout loud in their deaf ear they will only listen about the payment

I have started package with the justdail last year of 1625rs and after 2 monts they started deducting 1725 rs after so many calls they had never resolve my problem and told me if you want to stop ecs than its only possible after 9 months after 9months when i called to stop ecs exicutev on phone told me that my ecs is stoped but same day i got mail that as per our discussion your ecs stand continue. So i talked about to stop ecs and they are telling to continue they are fraud and cheater their executive lokesh soni is the fraudest men in justdail.

I have some pending and recently facing issues with just dial team there is no any progress in my complaint for the service activation there always just dial team given me fake commitments and not take any serious action against my complaint from many days my service is not listed in just dial who is the responsible for my loss just i want a simple answer from all jda staff who is communicate with me.

And if that time just dial team you not take it seriously then why they giving me every time a new fake commitment.

Pecially mr. Mayank jain and his all team who is communicate with me they people always make fool for receive check from me in the last days of month i know very well that these are the day for month end closing for that always i am facing problem with my just dial and unnecessary charges in my bank account whenever i told any of jda executive and his team leader mr. Mayank jain who is a unreasonable employee of just dial o stop my previous ecs they are always delay to stop the ecs and my bank account is facing a bad history for ecs bounce and i was charged by bank every time which is not my fault the fault is by the mr. Mayank jain and his all team.

But that time i am not sacrifice with any wrong commitment so please take this male too serious to resolve my all pending issues.

And next time i don't want to communicate with mayank jain because he is an unreasonable employ of jd delhi team he is only know how to shout and pressurize his team executives and he didn't do.

Its my humble request to you plz take it on priority basis if that time i didn't get any resolution for that all my pending issues and activation of my package which is i was given to mr. Abhishek goswami (Team mayank jain)

He said to me balance i was adjust from your just dial account id and your ecs bouncing by the fault of just dial we run your package for this amount also we add in your package.. But still my plan is not activate and whenever i try to call mr. Abhishek goswami he is also kind o[censored]nreasonable employ.

I have 2 stores registration with just dial but now i stopped with them because the team of mr. Mayank jain is not have a good communication with their merchant very bad experience nobody is not going to resolve my issues i dont why just is paying salary for these free non working staff specially (Mr. Mayank jain) the most response less employee of just dial pvt ltd.

Every which employee of just dial who is trying to reactivate my contract he is not resolve my issues with just dial which is i am facing from the past every body gives me commitment and after that i am again facing with the same problems.

I hope you take my issues on priority basis because its my last request mail to just dial in my next mail i am going to mention consumer is i didn't get any solution.

Last month just dial employee called me to try their product for lead generation form my business. They were calling me for so long time they called me daily, I was irritate finally I attend the call and heard the proposal from their employee. They convince me to take their product and their expensive one. Their employee visited my office and told me that this is monthly package i can monthly but through ECS and ECS will be deducted from my account within 20 to 40 days after informing me, they cleared me that I am not bound of the product for a year or long time I can discontinue it at an time, ecs will not deduct and the advance one month which I paid will be used as another last month service, I did not get leads, I called the employee who visited my office but did not pick my calls, finally I called just dial to stop the ecs they refused, their employee "ANKITA" behave so rudely and strictly refused that we can close the account before one year, make arguments which are no sense, I asked that your package is not giving leads and helping my business please close it, she said "leads to ghar se bana kar ni de sakte, or package to poore 1 saal hi chalega", frauds i called employee "Anand Batra" who visited my office. he did not pick my call and again got a same message from him " I will call you back". next day they deduct my ecs on 18th feb, I dropped a mail to [protected]@justdial.com but got the same reply "that account is for one year" and "you can discontinue by giving 3 months prior notice after 9 month", I make complaint for Ankita but again got a call from ankita why you send my complaint and we will not close your account. after 12 days on 1st March they deduct one more ECS from my account without informing me. Sir they did not stop their employee Ankita and Anand Batra started threatening me through their personal numbers, I amde complaints for threaten but still got call from ankita not a senior person regarding that, sent a mail to their corporate office- mumbai @justdial.com however did not get any reply, sir please help me, please help me to refund my hard earned money back please.

First the guy who had come to take money had said me that whatever cheque he is takin will be the payment regarding advertisemt in there portal and now when my business have been shut down its Been more then 3 months I am still paying for this closed business to just dial just because they have not closed it in there portal ..

I am trying to get it closed in there portal and even requested them to stop the ECS. Everyday I am gettin the same answer i wil get a cal back which till date I haven't received

We recently buy banner service at your site but this time we are not satisfied as we have been committed that our banner will appear on Just dial website but whenever we open web site through mobile banner NOT APPEAR. We complaint the same to your executive Mr. Kamal Gajipara and also to other executive from ahmedabad. No one is giving satisfactory answer.

Now a days JUST DIAL is a symbol of trust but this kind of Behavior and Mis-commitment given by JUST DIAL is not at all acceptable.

Plz tell to you staff how to talk with the customer.. Monika Ghandat Senior Process Associate is making fool of people in the Market each and everytime there are many people who are unsatisfied by Justdial in this there are others Guys who played a good role in this and help Monika Ghandat they just renew contract each and every month by explaining ecs mandate not active and get 365 days new contract from their clients to achive the target coz its now very hard to find new clients for them in the market so they try to give them attractive offer also to the existing ones

Today at last i have decided and complaint regarding it and requested them to Cancel My Contract and ECS from Bank

Guys I Request you dont to go with justdial at all specially Monika (I know all people are Not same but due to some people repo of the Company is affected)

I registered with my business. Before taking business the sells officer calling me everytime and giving me offer that you can get full city zones in west bengal only at 10000/- after signing the contract, they are not giving service as they told me. If anybody calls to justdial and want the number, they didn't given my number. The worst service i am getting from them. They are not giving me refund. Nkw new things they are telling me your contact is amount of 17000/-. What a money sucker.
I am telling eveybody please do not register with justdial. I jave already recorded the voices of them, now going to step against them.

I have taken the paid service of just dial to advertise my buiseness, that time the executive of just dial ymtold me that after 3 months i can cancle this service any time i want, but when i m calling just dial customer care they are not canvling my ECS MANDATE and vmevery month money is deducted from my account, i called just dial many times but they are not cancling it and telling i have to keep the service for one year.please help me from this robbery and STOP THE ECS mandate MY BUSINESS HAS BEEN STOPED. I have business of Aluminium Hardware and I start business promotion activity by Justdial, but then I realise that I have to atop this Services Immidiately, My saving a/c in which regularly ECS cut by month by month, where Justdial nit privide any Service to me, I regularly to their Customer care person for I want to stop their service as urgent I inform them regularly but they don't understand my Issu and they troubled me lot by cheating me, So want my money for Four month 2350*4=9400

In December 2016 just dial renew my account and taken full money amount in cheque. But after repeated request and there assurance they are not stopping Ecs amount of the old and closed package. From last 3 months Ecs is still going on. After complaint they say it will be closed but never done. They are the cheaters and there modus operandi is they renew the package in half term and take the full payment by convincing clients for new offers. But they never deliver there promises. I have there written mail inot which they say that Ecs will be stopped but in vein.

I've paid the justdial rs 20700 by IMPS to their account and it is not reflecting their contract. They cheat customer without services.

I requested taxi from mysore to vayanadu on 26 jan 2017, you offered sky tours and travel in vidyaranyapuram mysore ph:[protected].
He offered package trip and collect the money rs5200/-, after that he didn't send taxi and he didn't return the amount. I tried to call him, his respond is not good way and behave like a fraud & scam.

Please take action and return my amount.

Myself harihar patra, proprietor of patra tours and travels, we have paid rs.12000 in form of cheque to just dial limited for 10 fixed position i have given money. Your employee mr. Vicky in a hurry manner called us by saying today is the last date kindly provide the payment so that you will get maximum leads and lots more thing. Mr. Vicky committed me that after clearance of cheque we will provide you the service. My cheque was cleared on 31st january as per my bank statement. After that i am repeatedly calling to mr. Vicky he is not responding my call and using bad language.
In the name of advertisements your staff mr. Vicky mobile no. +91-[protected] is a no. 1 cheater after taking rs.12000 for advertisement. Now he is not receiving my call and don't respond also, rather he is using bad language to us. We have given a cheque of yes bank in the name of justdial limited they have already withdrawn the money from bank. Employee vicky is a cheater his mobile number [protected].
