Vijay naam kaa admi ne muje call kiya or bola muje aap kaa no just dial se mila hai interior ke work ke liye mene just dial par vishwas karte huhe 19000 rs advance diye or bola 2 din me aap kaa kaam start ho jayega.2 din baad se hi usne mene phone ni pick kiya. Mobile no hai [protected] no hai jo pick ni kartha ab me kya karu just dial kuch kar sakth hai to thi hai ni tome police complain karuga jisme just dial kaa naam bi aayega plz reply

We are academy for various courses, by the name ACCM, The package we opted for our promotion for Rs 360000 was to receive Leads from justdial so that we could convert them into students, but the leads we got was from so far areas that the actual purpose was not fulfilled .despite repeated reminders and requests .The visit made by the staff of justdial after complaining was of no use, and resulted in fight among themselves( Atul, Devender & Sushant) demanded more money to resolve our problem Rs 7000+.
We request you to please refund our money as they have not provided us of any kind of service as admitted by them they have 27000 Rs .left from our package as on 22/03/2017.We would like them to refund our complete amount of 36000 Rs,

Just dial not giving proper customers enquiries,
they missed some datas about customers,

Have place order through online for One Kg Black Forest cake to be delivered at Kalyan west under order reference no.1551785. I was relaxed post confirmation of the order with online payment of Rs.650 ( Rs. 550/- for the cake and Rs.100/- towards the delivery charges ) with the contact numbers to know the status.

Am shock to receive a message within 13 minutes saying regret will not be able to deliver the said cake. Immediately tried to reach your office on[protected] /[protected] and [protected].

Finaly i got through on [protected] and spoke to Khusboo since the line was bad the line got disconnected. Again the call got connected and am not sure the name of the lady to whom i was talking. It was totally dissappointing to say that such a esteem company like JD has staff which are not polite and only two words " SORRY " REGRET' and the reason that your order team is not able to reach the Moginis cake shop hence the order is cancelled, i countered her saying you be on line i will conference with the Moginis shop after hearing this without wasting anytime she disconnected the call.

I would like to know the understanding between JD and Moginis as a customer. Have already transfered the amount of INR650/- I need the said money immediately along with compensation for not adhering to the terms of the order.

Just dile itni badi company keise bani me batata hu.. ye ek juth ke aadhar par khadi company he jo juthe aur makaar logo ko kaam pe rakhti he aur kuch bhi bolke bas contract sign karake ecs chalu karade bas baad me costomer jaye bhaad me unka call kue uthane ka aur aap unko kuch pucho to makkar log bolte he ki aap ne contract sign karte time padha nahi tha kya. Agar contract pura padhna hi hota to unke executive pe bharosa nahi karna chahiye.. justdile me to aise aise log bhare he jo contract sign karane ke liye kisi bhi hud tuk juth bol sakte he. Meri guzarish he ki justdile ka contract koi bhi na le wo third class cetegery ki company he jo bas peise jama karne ka kaam karti he.

Previously i have a subscription with justdial for which i have send a mail to justdial mumbai to unsubscribe but even after unsubscribing then have deducted ecs from my account for 10 months.
Then a guy from your company came to me and told me that we will compensate all the money deducted from you account so we are providing this subscription of 17000/- in just 6900 for 12 months.

I have not received any single inquiry in past 45 days.
I have paid on 07/01/2017 and since then i am expecting at-least 1 inquiry per week but that to is not possible with just dial till now.
Apart from no inquiry some time it gives inquiry to me from my self if i just open justdial page on my computer and get an sms that i have just inquired about myself.
And when i tried to report about this thing on customer support then miss behaved with me and told me that they can't do any thing.

Just dial's executive Mr Sherif from coimbatore, looking Kerala region contacted me to register in Just dial. During the discussion, i asked him the average leads generated from my district for the last 3-4 months. He told it's near about 13 and he told the conversion ratio is higher in justdial than any other sites. From the month of registration onwards, i am getting only 1 or 2 leads per month, and that all are totally waste leads. When we call them, customers tell, "we just simply looked and no plan of buying". For the sake, just dial is simply providing some contact details, which are of no use. There cost is also too high. Dont trust the just dial. its an utter waste. At the same time, i registered in Sulekha.com. They are providing 4-5 leads per month. All the leads are 100% genuine and i got 3 orders from sulekha. The rate is also very cheaper than just dial...

Please dont register with just dial..its an utter waste. When we call the executive after the sales, he is not picking the call there after.

running an art studio in jaipur. 6 months ago a marketing executive Mr. sumit came to me and show me a plan for 1 year.
at that time i didn't had that much amount to get that plan for listing. So he told me for a cheque of 5200 as first installment. and said that he will not drop that cheque in bank without asking me, but he dropped without asking me and that I didn't had that amount in my account so my cheque was bounced and i became a defaulter because of him.
recently someone deposit 5000 rupees in my account and 3000 from that amount was deducted because of CHQ RTN fine.
What was my fault. now i am calling him but didn't picked my phone. Is it justdial's policy to make someone con. this kind of act by ur executives make negative repo of justdial. do something for me. i am in big loss and this 5000 was mean a lot for me.

In background i want to tell that i shifted houshold material from baloda bazar, raipur to bhavnagar, gujarat. They damaged my material ie. Dinning table, freeze and theft my sony camera of rs. 8000.

Once i raise the complain to authroized person he replied to check. But frequent follow-up he replied rudely and abusing added slungs in language. So i stop the follow - up and left the matter.

Purpose of mail is to escape the innocent public from this unbelievable, unreliable, inferior packers to use.

Pls. Revert your action i can share lr and billing copy if want

Getting multiple call's everyday enquiring about Mira rd cafe coffee day kindly change my number asap. Even after repeated complaints Ur not able to solve thing's. Kindly resolve this ASAP. Though the matter was escalated so many times there is no response time as to when will the same be resolved. Have got numerous call's from your call center as well but to no avail. Please take this up on priority

I have issued a cheque earlier for rupees 7000 as a payment for retain the contract under the listing "overseas education consultants for canada" and "overseas education consultants for usa.

Since your employees (Suresh - [protected] and suganya - [protected]) informed me that they lost the cheque and requested me for another cheque 013270 (Please refer to the email from suganya)

But on march 2nd i am seeing both the cheques been deposited and my account got debited twice for the same amount. And the worst part is there is no response from both your employers when i tried to call them.

I request you to take this complaint on a higher priority and transfer my funds back this week itself. I am not interested in running back of just dial for my money with because of your employer's being lethargic and making fake promises. Please keep me informed about the action taken on both of them.

As per discussion we spoke around 25 minutes i have the call recording is with me and every minute i said i have shutdown my business and driving my personal car and also told to your Representative mr ujwal that please stop my ecs i am not in a condition to run my business further but he never understands my problem, so in the end i told ujwal that if you are not able to stop my ecs then i am going to close my bank account from which ecs is going on and also put everything on social media so that this thing you cannot do with any other customer in future.

Remeber just for the greed of 2876 rs you are going to lose such a brand image in the marcket of delhi and that is my promise to you i will put all these things on twiter tagging your MD CEO and all my friends and on facebook too

Pulkit yur representative sell me ur service. vide which he ensured me that i will get calls from local clients but im not getting any local calls at all. all the calls are from chandigarh or mohali that is far from my locality. i want clients call from pkl but when contacted sh. Pulkit, he said he cant help it. So kindly stop my plan. i dont want to continue with ur services. totally unsatisfied with just dial.

I am a Doctor and have my own clinic at Nanganallur, Chennai. On 16/02/2016, a marketing executive named RAJA (executive code.[protected] from JustDialLtd., Saidapet requested me to provide advertisement of my clinic at their company. After a long conversation I agreed and provided my cheque (no.25279) with amount RS.6901/- dated 16/02/2017. receipt no. [protected](original available) Another cheque was provided for banner activation which was done subsequently. The above cheque amount i mentioned has been debited from my account on 1/03/2017. From last week i have been informing customer care to find a solution and activate my account. but till now no response has been provided. Later on 06/03/2017, somehow I managed to track the number of so said Manager named KALAISELVI and Mr.BHARANI from ECS DEPT of Just dial LTD., chennai, and informed them about my problem. Ms.KALAISELVI replied that Address Proof is not matching and hence I told her to cancel my agreement for which she agreed and said within 24hrs you will receive a mail that your agreement will be cancelled and amount will be refuned only after one and half months. later since the problem was not solved, my clinic receptionist has called KALAISELVI for clarifying the updates, and I was shocked to know the reply that "nothing can be done against and ask the doctor to take action whichever he wants". Since then I am trying to contact higher officials of JustDial to solve my problem but no response from this team.
JUSTDIAL LTD., Chennai has cheated and Taken a ransom of rs.6901/- from a Doctor who serves the Society. Action must be taken over Manager named KALAISELVI, person from ECS named BHARANI and marketing executive named RAJA. I Hope the problem will be solved and these types of cheating from JUSTDIAL will be banned.

This is to inform you that the just dial service company sets up ECS mandate without any prior information and also makes too many deductions within stipulated duration that too without any prior information. So I hereby request for resolution of the same as soon as possible. Please make sure that they do not repeat the same and also they respond to the same as this is a fraud which they are doing every day

I have paid amount 7400 from just dial application to buy laser printer as they are showing vender who is suppying is of same city just 15 min away from my office taken almost 4 days to initiate the process and after 4 days they are telling that vendor is not having printer in stock where as vendor is telling he is having 15 nos of printer in stock but due to just dial payment terms i am unable to supply so after taking payment from 4 days they are refunding by taking another 4 days just full waste of time and energy so frustrating just dial making fool to people i will lodge complain against you .

I got a call on 09/03/2017 at 6 pm from just dial employee Venkat regarding renewal for my firm DSR cement marketing Kurnool, he spoken very rude and negative about my business .He is speaking in a complete arrogant way insulting me . Please verify the call and take necessary action on your employ.please train your employee to speak in respected way to customer.

This is to file a complaint against fraud transaction by Just Dial. Recently I gave an advertisement in Just Dial for which I made the payment with my credit card. The details of the payment are as follows ;

Date of payment: 13.2.2017
Amount: ₹11, 500
Executive who facilitated the payment: Atul Kataria

This amount was full and final for display of advertisement for the whole year in 2017. I found out from my bank that an ECS payment has been made to Just Dial on 28/2/17. I have not given a cancellation cheque or any document authorising any such payment.
Also Mr Atul from Just Dial who came for payment collection kept asking for a cancellation cheque which was absolutely not needed since i had made the payment through credit card. I obviously declined and did not give him a cancelled cheque since i know it was not required but now it is clear that his intentions were not good. Just Dial encourages its executives also to fool the clients and extract money out of them in any way possible.

This ₹958 charged by Just Dial is a fraud transaction by a fraud company and a fraud bank. The bank manager was not able to help me in anyway. I was told that the I need to speak with Just Dial and they have to send a NOC to my bank and that i cannot get this ECS payments stopped.
I had also faced issues about my add not being displayed on Just Dial site after making the payment for which i had to call and mail them several times. This is poor customer service.

Firstly Just dial needs to send the required documents to my bank HDFC for cancellation of payment because i have already paid through credit card.

Secondly Just Dial needs to refund my money which they have acquired by a fraud transaction ₹958.

The bank also needs to be addressed as when I asked them to stop any further payment they simply declined. I dont know what understanding these bank people have with This fraud company but when its my money and my account and I am asking to stop this fraudulent payments the bank should comply. According the RBI guidelines an ECS can be stopped if the account holder informs the bank. I don't know why I was refused by the bank manager. The bank needs to take an immediate action to stop any further payments to Just Dial.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I am an old lady and have health issues I cannot be dealing with this utter nonsense. I had to run to the bank twice to receive assistance on this matter which i didnt. On one hand our honourable PM is encouraging digital India and cashless payments and on the other hand fraud companies like Just Dial and HDFC are thriving.

I urge Delhi Police to please file a complaint and help me in this matter. I am hoping no money will be charged by Just Dial henceforth and the fraud transaction money will be refunded asap.
