Hi team, i had registered my firm name ocean wave outsourcing with your company. Your representative mr. Sagar -[protected] told me that you have to pay 3 months payment in advance. I agreed that we will use trial of 3 month after that if we are satisfied with your service we will continue. After receiving payment he is not taking my calls. Sevral times i called he hardly responded. I dont want to continue. I want my money back otherwise a legal action will b taken by us.

Now it's the limit. JD team already deducted my 6000 (by doing fraud) I have given the evidence..
In-spite of this I have given request to stop ECS from account (till now 3 times).
But still JD is deducting amount from bank account.

This is the last warning. Else now I need to go consumer forum for such cheat.

This is not a complaint
V3Electronics and Services was suggested to provide the repair service.. The service engineer Mr Thulasi Kumar came within 15 min of their acknowledging the call and examined the item and found that the electronics panel and other panels had burnt out due to electric supply overload. This overload had also burnt the voltage stabiliser.
The original replacement parts have been purchased and replacement done with the item running as well as it used to. The service has been prompt and precise.

गौरंग ट्रेडर्स या नावाने सहकार नगर पुणे या ठिकाणी घरातूनच मी माझा व्यवसाय करत होते 4 महिन्यापासून पण आता 1 महिना झाला तो मी माझा जॉब मुळे बंद केला आहे कारण जॉब सोबत व्यवसाय करण जमत नाही.मी जस्ट डायल चे प्रीमियम पॅकेज घेतले आहे पण जेव्हा मी पॅकेज घेतले तेव्हा मी एक्सकटिव्ह ला सांगितले होते मला व्यवसाय कारण जमलं नाही तर मी बंद करणार तेव्हा सागर एक्सकटिव्ह म्हंटलं बंद केला की जस्ट डायल मध्ये फोन करून सांगा त्यांचा एक्सकटिव्ह येऊन चेक करून जाईल व पॅकेज बंद होईल तसे माझा कडे फोन रेकॉर्डींग आहे.आज 1 महिन्यापासून मी जस्ट डायल ला मेल व फोन करत आहे इ. सी.एस बंद करण्यासाठी पण त्यांच काहीच साहाय्य मिळत नाहीये फक्त सांगण्यात येते आमचे सिनियर फोन करतील तसे सर्व फोन रेकॉर्डिंग व मेल आहेत.पण कोणच फोन करत नाहीये व मेल ला आता रिप्लाय पण येत नाहीये. माझा व्यवसाय बंद असून सुद्धा इ. सी. एस चालू आहे व माझे पैसे वेस्ट जात आहे. तरी मला लवकरात लवकर साहाय्य करून माझे पैसे वाचवावे ही नम्र विनंती

This is regarding the visit of just dial executive who had misinterpreted the terms and conditions for advertisement for my outlet. I have issued cheque no.873910 for Rs. 1725/- for advertisement for 1 month.
Later on confirmation call from your company I have clearly refused to continue, but my said cheque has got presented in my bank. I have contacted their call –centre and Ahmedabad office many times to stop the above transaction and further ECS but no action has been taken.

Now they are refusing to return the money stating that nothing can be done now
Further I have received a SMS today that an ECS will also present in my above a/c on 20.5.2017.
This was not expected from such a reputed concern

Greetings. I requested justdial account deparment to stop my ecs. I do not want to continue services with jd.
Account deparment said : we will stop your ecs. This conversation happened 2 month ago.
But till the time it did not get into action. Still ecs is getting deducted from my bank account.
Please have a look and do the needful.

सर मेरा आप के यहाँ रजिस्ट्रेशन किया गया था जिसमे मेंने आप के employee मि यौगेश को ह्द्फ्क बैंक का चेक दिया था जो किसी कारनवस बाउंस हो गया, जिस पश्चात मेने मि यौगेश को केश 1000 दिया और चेक बापिस करने को कहा, जिस मि यौगेश ने चेक कुछ दिन बाद कंपनी से आने के बाद देने को कहा, सर पर चेक नहीं आया और वो ही चेक द्वारा मेरी बैंक में दिनांक 06/05/17 को लगा दिया गया जो फिर बाउंस हो गया जिसका मेरे बैंक से 550 रुपए कट गए और फिर वो चेक 15/05/17 को लगा दिया गया और वो क्लियर हो गया, सर इस तरह आपकी गलती से मेरे पास से 1550 रुपए चले गए । आप से निवेदन हे की इस अमाउंट को आप मेरे स्वदेशी आरोग्य केंद्र के रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्विस में जमा करने का कास्ट करे।

I am Gaurav Sharma from Aacharyas Institute, Indore we are registered with the mobile no.[protected].We got registered in Oct-Nov 2016.
Your marketing executive Mr. Nikhil Malviya told about our plan that we opted is as followed...
1-Our position will be in our segment after top 3 and can go upto 15 based on floating policy and it will vary among these no only.
2-Earlier We had a bad experience with justdial because we were getting enquires from areas which are so far from our reach, so the marketing executive told us about the new feature of just dial in which we can opt areas by pincode and he convinced us to overcome the problem that we faced in 2015 when we first got registered.

Both the points seemed to be sheer fake and I would term as "Fraud" in business term.

We already got loss in the first deal in 2015 but he convinced that the problem will not occur again but it is still there(of not getting enquiries from relevant area).
Problem of positioning is still there and now we are between 18-23(way away than he told).even I understand there are top positions which are fixed but that no. should be decent not 15.

Both two experiences with you were worse and complaint it to justdial but no action taken and no got no reply from you may check.Justdial calls us regularly to give lucrative offer but never got the time to solve and even address the issue and that made it worst.This is highly unprofessional way of doing the business.

As a long time has been passed since we have been facing the problem but today again I am writing this in the hope there will be someone who will care for the values of justdial if there are.And I will keep raising the issue in front of my business colleagues and friends and I will make them aware of getting cheated.

Dear all. I never saw a fu.rs like just dial employees, from past 6 days we are struggling to stop the ECS and more over the executives are receiving our calls and disconnecting intently, after 40 to 50 min of conversation then again we need to call back, it happened more then 5 times and I have all the call recordings, I just want to name few from ECS department( Helen, Rashmi, Nikhila) all are very irate and never respond properly. moreover after confirmed for them to stop ECS now again it got deducted. I will never recommend this cheaters to any one, Please dont go for any Premium packages

I registered just dial paid service in august 2016
Their person said contract of 20, 000 of yr which was not even mention in it.
I gave around 6900 as advance paid for services and 2300 ecs per month
Then within 3 month i realised it is no uses to my services and i couldn't get good business so i instantly decided to stop it.
And tried so many time but there persons are still refusing my complaint till the date
Now it covers 10 months, my 29, 000 is total waist which is extra from given contract
Even so many time i beg them - i just want to stop even not asked for refund but they are not giving me right support
Now they are awaited to their hod approval for it..
If any costumer not satisfied with any services then only that costumer have rights to stop.. Not any hod
Please do me favour
I beg for justice
Please media stop other people to make fool from this kind of services.

After the Payment, NO Single Response from them about their commitments. 100% False Promises and tall claims and not saying that - the person who committed left the job and you pay again, we will give world class services - (not even able to honor single commitment)

As a part of the services they provide name and number of
individuals whom they do not verify. They suggested a water purifier
repair company who have swindled money from us and have spoilt
the machine and never turned back to fix it or refund the money. I
have addressed the same to JUSTDIAL who recommended them to
us and now they say they are just database company and this is not
the SLA which they sign with any country in the world that you refer
an unknown person. The listings are all paid listings and they say
they are not responsible for the loss incurred nor have taken any
action against the guys who have voluntarily postured as a repairing
company and cheated us with money and have spoilt the machine
worth 7000/- rupees

Our organization is running an orphanage home in the name of sushanti children home. For the sake of publicity earlier we have given advertisement though justdial.com. I asked you to don't deduct any amount from my HDFC Account why the hell are you doing the same on every month. I clearly mentioned in my last message that i am not interested in your services just discontinue and refund my amount why don't you understand in one time.

Every time you visited here read message and no action.

I am running an art studio in jaipur. I register my studio on justdial.com for free one of its representative came to me and told me about the plans. He told me for a plan of 17000 but i was not in condition to give such a huge amount that time. So he told me about a small plan of 5175/- i agreed and give him a cheque of 5175/- and a canceled cheque as he asked for the documents. But i was shocked when i get notification for starting​ ecs and by ecs/ach rtn chg total of 10900/- deducted from my bank account. This is cheating by justdial.

Sir, we entered into an agreement with Just dial limited, as on 20.04.2017.against there receipt no.[protected]. In this agreement they offered us local + national listing for the period of two years (one year free with one year payment). We gave them two cheques for rs. 24000 and rs. 14000.
only national listing is on, and local listing is still pending. Company is asking for more payment now..
We want that the company should fulfill the contract, because they have charged payment from us. Company accepted the cheque and got credited to their bank accounts, that means contract is acceptable by both o[censored]s. Now company is using our funds, and not giving us the services..
We want our money back with interest and we want compensation for harassment on urgent basis

Sir i listed my business with your website on july 2014 and take premium account, but not getting response for your website and catalog so we closed my service. Then you closed the service and stop deduction of amount of 1999 rs from my bank. But now i check my bank details i notice there a amount of 229 rs. Deducted from my bank account in the name of just dial, and i have not get any information or notice about that deduction of amount. Why this short amount 229 rs. Deducted from my bank account after the closing service.
Please return my money which you take from my bank account.
Otherwise i go to the court and consumer court. Because you know give me any information about that.

I have provide two cheque of mine for just dial services, one current date of 1st april of placement services and another pdc of 30th april of loan services, my 1st april cheque cleared and my services are running from just dial. On 28th of april i called a executive ms ashneet kaur marketing executive of just dial not to submit my cheque of 30th april becoz i dont have funds, she said ok. After that she give the cheque to the management department and my cheque bounced. I called ms ashneet and tell all the same, she said it os not possible and cheque is with me then i said i hv the cheque bounce message and i demand to my cheque bounce amount and 1000 inr for inconvenience den she said ok, i will pay. After that i was calling her from last three days and she is ignoring my call and send a msg to me that she is in a trouble and not able to talk. I also called customer care and tell the same, also i hv send the mail of the screenshot of chat of me and ms ashneet. Now i want my money back as soon as possible otherwise i will go through the legal action and take the money per day of inconvenience
