I searched justdial website for TV Repair. Found one contact address on their website contacted him. I paid 9k on 29th Jan2016 for repair of my Panasonic TV. He said he would come down to repair it or return my money back even if the repair doesn't work. He later canceled to do the job after stalling it for months together and said he will pay back the amount. I am waiting for the money back for almost a year now. I saw reviews on Just dial...

At the outset, let me convey that i feel sorry that this issue had to be bought to your attention. But the matter is such, that iam helpless!

I have used Just dial services to service my refrigerator. The company referred by them did't complete the job and took away my money. I called just dial who took the supplier in conference. Supplier clearly told them he wont service my needs inspite taking full amount nor will he return the money. I asked representative from Just dial what type of vendors or suppliers they are referring to the people???? and the answer was... its our choice...

I took just dial service 10 days back to get leads to my business.

While taking the package for six months they promised me :
- the course listing is updated based on my priority
- minimum enquiries based on last year results
- pincodes selection based enquiries

After taking the subscription i am calling form last 1 week.

It seems they create fake leads and inquiries

So don’t buy there subscriptions

It used to good till 2014/2015

But Now all leads and inquiries doesn’t convert

They send one inquiries to 20 peoples

For Example If you asked for Inverter on Justdial’s No they will send your number to 20 people who provides Inverter s and Batteries so chances of converting leads...

I have been following up with the sales person - Ashish Mantri from Pune for past 1 month to stop ECS since I havent got any correct lead. Begging this person Ashish from 3 March 17 on email and phone but no response to stop ECS. When i signed a contract, I was informed that we can terminate the contract in 3 months but he is not giving any response now. Their customer care is sending standard script in email response....

Justdial is not stopping my ecs as i dont want to use the service. My business closed in aug2017. I informed them well and now they are denying. I was initially informed that this is a contract for 1 year, but the ecs payments kept going for following business:

Justdial is giving Fake Leads to their Registered Vendors and i am one of them, They make a excuse now that we cant stop ecs before 9 or 10 months. When i have send them mail again and again then they represent my ecs before 15 days of billing date without contact me. I paid them 28, 000+ still they are bothering and harress me to pay continue money. When i will call their Customer Care, they will say mam it's your fault, we are giving you...

As per agreement the just dial has cheated with me. So as per my complaint stop ecs immediately and refund my money. From 1st day from agreement you display my name wrong. Its service.com but on your side servicecom. Why should pay if your unable my name correct & for that i call and email many times with document to yours consult dept.
I really request you stop ecs immediately other wise i case against you & your team.

Have place order through online for One Kg Black Forest cake to be delivered at Kalyan west under order reference no.1551785. I was relaxed post confirmation of the order with online payment of Rs.650 ( Rs. 550/- for the cake and Rs.100/- towards the delivery charges ) with the contact numbers to know the status.
