at the time I have told your BDE name .Mr.vini don't use my cheque without my knowledge because this the first time I will started this business also call
your customer care dept and registered my complaint ID No.703349 on 31.10.2016 still not responding from your side.Now I am not doing the Amway business can you close and confrm to me

Hi team,

I am still waiting for my order status. It has been really a worst experience for me with justdial and i will never recommend justdial to anyone for placing the order.

I have placed the order yesterday early in the morning and selected the delivery time between 9:00 - 11:00pm for the same day. I got a call from one of the agent that this product is not available so the agent asked my if i agree for the alternate option which is very much similar to the product i ordered and he rescheduled the delivery for today morning and he said that your product will be delivered between 9:00 - 12:00 pm today.

Now in the morning when i called just dial customer care they stated that the status of your order is still not confirmed. I was so shocked. The agent asked for my confirmation for the alternate product option again and rescheduled the order time to 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm. I changed the address because the receiver will be available to that address prior 12:00 pm so i have to submit address change request because of the delay on your end.

After all this mess i got a call again from another agent and he again apologize and said that please do not worry your order will be delivered by the end of the day to this address till 6:00.

Now tell me how a customer can trust you guys. Today is his birthday and i ordered this bouquet to be delievered before his bday will start and because of you guys my delivery has been delayed from more than 24hrs.

This is really disappointing and i had a pathetic experience with each and every agent because everyone apologize and keeps on transferring me. If any of the product was not available than its better to reflect its status as out of stock or inform the customer at the same time that this product is not available. As this helps customer not to wait for your pathetic service.

I still don't know where my order is and it's 5:21 pm already. If my order will not be delivered till 6:00 pm i will submit complaint against just dial in consumer forum.

Just dial service is very pathetic & damn painful procedure. We started the company & for marketing purpose we signed a deal with Just Dial. after 3 months we were forced to close the company. Informed 15 days prior but Just Dial is not ready to cancel the ECS & simply postponing & fabricating their own stories.
After me closing my company why should I give money to Just Dial.?
If am not happy with the service why should I give money to Just Dial?
Agents are trained in such manner that they will disconnect the call If we speak rightfully!!
Or else they will keep customer on HOLD!!!
Please dont believe just dial service. They will pass the numbers to each & everyone & sell the data.
Its only a cheating company.
Still My ECS is not cancelled

Yash bhutt cel no. [protected] staying in ghatkopar east an executive of just dial called me so many times to become a paid member finally we agreed to become a paid customer ofjust dial.
He mentioned all details in form which were not fulfilled by him.
Now he is not picking up our cal. When v try to cal from other no he give sum or the other excuse and hang the phone.
He is such a careless guy. Given all false commitment. I dont understand why just dial a big company keeps such an idiot who has no responsibility towards his customer.
Plz take sum action agains fraud person from a well known company just dial.
Hope for the positive reply from your end..

I am not interested with your services. STOP ECS! I Your customer Care executive said. We Can not stop ECS. Its is not a professional way.

want Just dial to stop my ECS and cancel the contract because i am not satisfied with the Just dial service. From day one i registered with Just dial i did not get any business simply i am loosing money for calling.

Please do the needfull and provide the justice.

JUSTDIAL is a fraud company. They make false promises and tell all lies how you will get a lot of business and who we will grow. Representatives that visit are trained to lie.
The marketing rep told me that if i am not satisfied with the service i can discontinue immediately without any problem.
And now that I an not satisfied at all with justdial services, they say now i have to give them 3 months notice and also my advance will not be refunded.
This is how JUST DIAL robs us of our money.

Hi! I am shivam malhotra. I had a contract with just dial by the name of brainy educations. It's been a month ago that i contacted just dial executive on its hotline number [protected] and submitted my request to stop the ecs. The executive committed over the recorded line that i'll be getting a call back from the department within 7 working days. It was almost over 20 days that i received no response from the company. I again called the department and logged my complaint regarding the same to which i was promised to receive the callback within 72 hours. I again received no response from the company. After 4-5 days i again called the on the number and this time i somehow managed to talk to a retention lady whose name was jyoti, in delhi just dial customer retention department. And i curse myself to this day that i even tried talking to her. She was so rude over the call and literally said this statement "ki aap jaise logo se bat krega bhi kon humare yahan" and disconnected the call herself to my face.
It's an urge to you to please look into the matter as soon as possible and revert me with an update on this complaint. People like her would definitely be a spoiler in your company. I was very disheartened by this. As i have been in on and off terms with just dial for a quite a few years now.

and when your executive approach me for contract he clearly said that if i am not satisfied with service i can stop ECS at any time or after 3month and additional where i am paying advance for 3month fee i have have that services.

so, Here is the issue contract was for Rs.879/- per month and and i have paid advance cheque of Rs.2959 Cheque no.277303 on 24 feb2016. after 3 or month without my knowledge and without my permission just dial has deducted some of rs.800 to 900 from my account. there was no communication at all. when figure it out and call just dail customer care Ahmedabad i got replay that it was detected to because at time of contract some of technical issue was there so my ECS supposed to be Rs.979. because technical issue it was showing Rs.879.

I agreed to pay on Rs.879/- not much than that and if there was a problem as they are saying justdail should approach me to for this . how can justdial deducted any amount from customer account without his undertaking. customer is not responsible for any technical issue that justdail have.

2nd when i call for stoping my ECS they replayed on that i can stop ECS until 9month while excutive at time contract was saying i can stop after 3month

i placed call on 23 again that it's been 9month now please STOP STOP then again got reply that i will be stop after 3 moth from now means 9 month + 3 month u have to pay for service than i asked what about advance payment that i paid through cheque i got answer that its was for start services you have that have been utilized but excutive kapil told me that after stopping ECS you will get 3 month services from this amount.

My Questions ??

1. Who is Right here ??
2. All Executive don't have proper knowledge of your services
3. Because of that deducted amount my bank account goes below my minimum amount and my loan amount not deducted and i was charged who will give that amount ?? i have been defaulter because of this

4. if there is technical issue in software who will pay ?? customer do have that law with company please share

5. i need total explanation within 7 days of this failing to this i will take this matter consumer court and my advocated will asked this

6. don't take me as granted i have no of customer in my area facing same issue

7. i am attaching my invoice copy too

8. most important i have voice recording of your executive so prepare well

Just dial has very worst employees at their customer service desk. Their employees are treated their customer very worst if you have business and you have a advertisement at just dial, they are not resolved your complaint and they simply said you contact whom talk with that person and they just talk we don't help you regarding your complaint and they just cheated you from you in monthly ECS and you transfer your account with someone and they keep doing monthly ECS and they also take money from your partner and when you do complaint against it after some days. They said that you contact that person who follow-up you. And they simply said that the ECS process not done within six days I called at their central service desk where a lady (“Nehal”) she is head of the ECS team and she said that if you pay your ECS money to our Executives (“Dipesh and Saurav”) so you should called that persons this the words of their ECS Department Head. Just dial's main Moto is just cheating the customer and do regularly cheat. And I given advertisement for my business they doing monthly ECS from my account and when I transferred my business to my friend They said me that you given cheque instead of your MONTHLY ECS so from Next month we debited from your friends account but this month I give cheque for monthly ECS and they also debited from my accounts and When I called that customer service desk so their ECS Head said to me very rudely that you called the “Dipesh” and “Saurav” regarding this matter. And also added that the ECS procedure not done in just some days. This is very slow and worst service with the customer if they get cheque from my side so they not must to do monthly ECS. So, They are cheated me and when I in my business I given my advertisement of my business and they give leads to me customer of not my near me but they given leads of the customer who are wanted very far from my location. So they are cheated me. don't give any advertisement on just dial. ONE OF THE TOP WORST SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISGUSTING RESPONSE, FIRST OF ALL... WORST SUPPORT SERVICE

Hi,

I took phone numbers from today for Train Ticket booking agents. I received call soon after my Call to just Dial.

The agent called me from +91 [protected]. Attached SMS are the evidence of our discussion.

The agent booked tickets and asked me to pay money. He said he would personally come and deliever hard copy of tickets once I pay the amount. I paid amount by Internet banking.

I followed up 2 times yesterday, and 4 times today. Today evening he told me he is not coming to deliver hard copy. He said I should have received email and SMS from Railway, which is a wrong information.

Now I have a situation that I have to travel tomorrow at 5 AM, and I do not have train tickets.

This is a fraudulent practices, but JustDial vendors. I am sorry to see that JustDial delivers services of such fraudulent agents.

I will complain about this incident to Consumer forumn and Indian Railway.

We paid Rs. 115000.00 to just dial in June 2016 for the contract of 3 years of supreme listing category and 10 years of JD Omni.

Starting 2/3 months our package was activated and we got leads, but suddenly we realize enquiries has been stopped after 2 months

With the continuous follow up with just dial personals till today we cannot receiver proper response from jut dial. Payment of our online transaction received by our customers through JD OMNI still not transferred in our account till today. its horrible.

Mr. Suraj, Mr. Umar, are looking in our issues but they are unable to salve the problems. Very poor response from Just dial

Hope after reading this review Just dial will wake up and give us some satisfactory results

I want to discontinue just dial's service. Inspite of complaining and talking to customer care. This is not done. There Sales Executive have mislead us in this, he had guaranteed that i could discontinue anytime i wanted. I am highly disappointed towards the unprofessional sales executive and worst customer service team. It seems they least care about customer service.

Guys beware of taking any paid service from just dial. They are the biggest cheaters in the market. For selling their paid service they will lie you to any extent. Once they are paid none of their service guy will be available for your service or solving your query. I have some issue with my company name in just dial, they have written wrong spelling of the same. For changing it they wasted my 15 days, still the issue is not resolved. They asked me to provide my trade licence for the same which i did but all in vain. Hopeless company hopeless service. Just wasted my money on it.

contract with JUST DIAL.COM then 1 year later i clearly told to Justdial customer care to cancel the contract and stop the ECS. they told me write a mail to... then again sent email also. then they stopped everything...
then 4 month they again started again ECS came to my account and cleared 4000/- and again i spoken to customer executive. then stopped ECS. again know this again i got SMS that stated YOUR CONTRACT IS RENEWED AND YOUR ECS ALSO RETAINED. i have not received any Email or call for communication the how can they activated without my permission.

Please i dont want any contract from Justdial, please take as a compliant

I m srikanth I have joined a driving school which I search through just dial and the driving school name is sai durga driving which is in sr nagar hyderabad the driver didn't came perfectly for classes and did not teach properly and asking money to pay remaining without any LLR or DL
So I want driving school to be remove from just dial list

I was taken services from them and paid the amount of rs 2300 for one month.. After that i was not interested in their aervices as i was not getting any genuine calls.. So i told their employee about it.. Den dey stop providing me any calls any further. But they still deducted amount from my account of rs 1150 two times i. E. Total 2300.

These guys really harrasing in terms of not provoding details.. Company is totally fraud.....

My company is registered with just dial.
It is in domlur with the name Sri Raghavendra jewellery works. I want to discontinue just dial's service. Inspite of complaining and talking to customer care. This is not done. Im not geting any support from just dial. I have not got even one customer from this . Mr.Sanjit misled me into this. He guaranteed that i could discontinue anytime i wanted. I am highly disappointed and i need somebody from just dial to address my concern.

I am mainuddeen & my company name - dharwad karaoke training center, in dharwad.

One of your executive approached to take plan and they deposited my cheque without inform, i said them to call before submit. But due to your poor services i have stopped your services, i have also informed your concerned department person - mr basavaraj to stop my justdial account but i didn't think he informed the company as well.

Firstly they deduct payment from your account on the behalf of just dial.

Now on 16th nov 2016, rs 144 on debited from my bank account [protected] as info: nach-dr - bdjustdial

I have stop all the services from just dial and informed with your concerned team and he assured me for that, so i really concerned why this is happening form justdial.

Please be sure i need my money back, and i m not interested the worst serveices of just dial.

I do not recommend any one to buy their services, company is purely fake.

I have registered my listing in October and pay 6999 amound as per order generated, and I signed the ecs form and give cancel cheque, but I really fedup about the service they charge more than a domain cost and I submit request for shutdown my listing but they don't listen my request, just drop a.message for ecs retain so think hows these fraud services even they are not ready to accept customer resolution. So first I aware you all never go for it. And about these type of policies screw them we are not slave any more. REeally I felt embarrassed about the service that cheat with us.
