I have been contacting noida office to stop my ecs which is being deducted continuously since last 16 months with out my knowledge.

Now nobody is ready to stop and i have made almost 100 calls for the same.

I spoke to prateek, pawan, neelu pandey, pushpendra for this problem and they did not give proper answer. I hope the names informed by them are correct???

As i came to know that just dial is cheating many clients by this procedure and deducting ecs with out their knowledge and not stopping even after several request.

Yes khanna has done the same thing with us.

Now he is not picking my phone.

My phone no [protected] registered with you which has stopped working long days back and i have told them to change my communication no so i can request for ecs stop.

Now i am going to lodge fir against yes khanna and just dial for this cheating

Now i will use whats app and face book to spread this message so every one will be carefully or avoid using just dial facility

I had booked two tickets from Siwan to Howrah on 21st march 2015. Rs. 1414 per ticket has deducted from my account. Due to network problem. A message came from your side that 7-14 working days deducting amount will be returned to your account. Same thing happen with a ticket from Delhi to Jaipur. I am still waiting.
Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

This is to notify that i book online railway ticket from your site on 26/03/2017 (Pos prch
Othpg 641350 www justdial com gurgaon) rs. 274.50/- and the amount was debited for the same, and after debiting the amount i have got an message that sorry your railway ticket was not confirmed and the amount will be credited in your bank account within 15 working days.

So, as if now 15 days are over no amount was credited.br...

There are main power loses and fake calls due to this reason work is not done. so, i want to stop my ecs service. i have already complaint about it but have refuse to stop it.

At the time of paid registration with JUSTDIAL, their executive told me that the registration can be cancelled any time when I want to stop the service and don't want it more.

Now when I asked to the JUSTDIAL to cancel my registration and stop my ECS they told me that the minimum contract period is 1 year and it could not be stopped for this much period and they are forcing me to use their service. They are not stopping my ECS.

We had registered a monthly plan with Just Dial for V-Chitra Ad agency situated in Noida Sector 3 wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service Gaurav Grover (Sales Executive) asked us to spend 4000 per month for better response + 6900/- for yearly banner then we will send 4-5 relevant leads on daily basis but unfortunately they are not doing the same.

We started to take services from 24th March onwards and till yet we received only 23 Leads in short on daily basis we receive 1.08 lead and to be very honest all are irrelevant most of the leads closed within 5-10 seconds. What kind of filtration they all are using Urban Clap is far more better than Just Dial. I will never suggest anyone to take services from Just Dial. I sent mail to customer care as well till yet they didn't respond even Gaurav Graover (Sales Executive) not picking up my phone from last 1 week.

I don't know why their sales team make false promises in front of clients at the time meeting to achieve their monthly targets I would request you to please take strict action against JD and if possible please ask them to refund my whole amount which is 10995/- I don't wanna take any kind of service from JD.

I purchased an advertisement on 10/06/2016 from Just Dial Limited by the name of "Pawan Game Zone" for one year for Top Position for my city Lucknow and on March 2017 I was asked to renew this add. The validity for my add should be till 09/06/2017 but they told me that the company collects the renewal amount 2-3 months ago so I made a payment for Rs 2530/- on 27/03/2017 for renewal of 3 months for Top Position for entire city but inspite making the payment, my add got lost from top position.

Before renewal the add was in top position but after renewal I lost that position.

Just Dial team is irresponsible, effortless and negligence.

Just Dial sales executive Mr. Abhishek Pandey (Mb. [protected]) and his senior Mr. Shashank ([protected]), who looks my Just Dial Contract, both committed me for the Top Position for next 3 months for entire city but they haven't done so.

So, please send them a notice to either rectify their mistake and make the add to Top Position for 3 months for entire city or else revert my payment.

I have discontinued the service with just dial and given letter 3 months, and the concerned person said the same will be discontinued

after 3 month again they deducted EMI without confirming with me

and i want to get back my money what is the procedure

when your company want customer 10 times your person will come to our office, once we get problem, nobody responsible

Hi. This SR DRIVER AGENCY has taken Rs 5500/- as a cheque for the contract signed for providing the driver . And later given Rs 5000/- as an advance for the driver.

Later proper service wasn't provided and the contract for cancelled in mutual understanding where in Mr. Raju was to return an amount of Rd 8000/- out the Rs10500/- and hasn't refunded even one rupee. This issue is going on from March 22nd 2017. Plz see that he refunds immediately.

I did call just dial on 11th april 2017 to get some numbers of international courier. Which the agent very efficiently did the needful. Once i hung up my phone of continuously receiving call back to back. Where i would have received approx 55 calls in 40 mins. All these calls where from different courier service agents who provide international courier service. When i exquired from one of them how come they have my number. I was given to...

I am introducing myself as the proprietor of progressive enterprise. I have been cheated by a well known advertising company, just dial through its representative.in the middle of the january one ms. Rajashree dey rang me and offer me for the registration of my firm with just dial for the advertisement of my firm through their company. She requested me for an appointment with their (Your) representative so that he could explain me how just dial works and how my firm would be benefited if tied up with just dial. She also told me that the representative would explain me the procedure of the dealing. I fixed a time accordingly for next day.
Issue no.1
The representative of just dial mr. Subhankar dutta came to my office. He informed me about the “package” and explained me how it works. He told me that price of this package for one year was around rs.25, 000/-. I could not remember the exact amount right now. But i told him it was quite expensive for me and being a small entrepreneur i could not afford such an amount.
Then he offered me to go for a lower amount of rs.6, 900/- for only three months, against which i had to pay rs.2, 300/- per month. He suggested me to consider these three months as a trial run and if i get business out of their leads from these three months and it satisfies me then i could continue the same for next nine months. To me this suggestion was seem to be viable and logical. Mr subhankar told me that to avail that offer i had to give him a cancelled cheque for starting ecs for those three months along with another cheque of rs.6, 900/-. When i asked him why they take that cheque of rs.6900/- once i was giving him the cancelled cheque for ecs, he replied “it is taken as a security cheque and if you don’t have sufficient amount in your account and the ecs bounces then the security cheque will be encashed against the charges of those three months”.
On 28.01.2017 in the morning mr. Subhankar dutta came to my residence at behala, took a cancelled cheque and a cheque of rs.6, 900/- from the current account of my firm progressive enterprise. I got a “customer receipt” vide no.[protected]. I was told that i would receive an invoice through e-mail later from just dial. That very day i got an e-mail from just dial confirming that my firm “progressive enterprise” has been listed with justdial.com. (Copy attached)
On 31/01/2017 i got an e-mail from an e-mail id “[protected]@justdial.com” (Copy attached) the matter was as under:

“this has reference to your auto renewal monthly contract in the name of (... Blank...)
Thank you for the advance amount of rs 6899.[protected] & monthly ecs amount of rs 2300
Please note, within 21 to 60 days of signing contract, the first ecs of rs 2300 will hit your bank account.
Subsequently every monthly around the same time the next ecs would hit your account.
The advance amount will be adjusted against your tenure.
For any further queries, please contact customer support at [protected].”
First of all, i did not give that representative of just dial rs.6899.[protected], it was only rs.6, 900/- and was paid by cheque.
Second thing, the cheque of rs.6, 900/- was taken from me as a security cheque not as an advance. That cheque was supposed to be liquidated against the non clearance of all three ecs. But after few days when i got the bank statement it was observed with great surprise that that cheque of rs.6, 900/- was liquidated and at the same time they started to debit my account by rs.2, 300/- per month by ecs!
Next is more offensive. As they wrote above –“within 21 to 60 days of signing contract...” there was no such incident of “signing of contract”. Just dial didn’t send me any contract / agreement paper as hard copy or soft copy for my signing. Just dial provided a link named “terms of service” through one of their e-mails from where i got a write up on the terms of service.in the last point, point no.29, it is clearly written that “the contract is executed in duplicate and the advertiser has retained a carbon copy of this contract, both copies constitute one and the same contract.” but in my case nothing happened in this manner as i told you above.

I wrote several times to the kolkata office of just dial through e-mail at [protected]@justdial.com and wanted to know since as per their proposal / commitment i went for a three months trial run and it would cost only rs.2, 300/- per month, then why they have encashed the cheque of rs.6, 900/- when it was taken as a security cheque. Security cheque is to be liquidated only when party fails to pay the monthly instalment. More over they treat the amount as an advance! Why such type of cheap & mis-selling is observed from a widely known company like just dial?
Surprisingly each and every time i received a reply like “our processes are currently undergoing changes. Therefore, if you have any query regarding your contract, we would request you to kindly visit the below link and register your query here.” the “link” provides a very small space to lodge a complaint. Sir, just for checking, if you write to this mail id you will certainly receive a same reply.
In the mean time one mr. Satya narayan shaw rang me from [protected] and wanted to know the feedback about the deal with just dial. I told that gentleman regarding this unwanted incidence. He told me clearly that there is no system of such type of three months dealing. The package executes at least for one year and nothing less than that.
Then on 29/03/2017 i lodged a complaint through email to just dial’s two mailing address – [protected]@justdial.com & [protected]@justdial.com. (Copy attached)
On 29th march, in the morning around 11am mr avinaba samaddar, customer service executive, just dial rang me from his office (Ph. No.[protected] and wanted to know about my grievance as i complained against their misselling. After listening in detail, mr samaddar told me that some one from his office would talk to me regarding this matter. He also mailed me and advised me to share various sites and links to clear my “query”. I clearly replied him to treat my mail as “grievance” not as a “query”.
After some days one person from just dial kolkata rang me and wanted to know about my grievance. I told him everything what happened to me. That person told me that there is no such system/ package in just dial which is less than a tenour of 1 year. He took that sales manager on conference. The sales manager was denying his 3 months proposal and he was blaming me that i could not understand his proposal. When i asked them about the contract which we supposed to sign, the other person who rang me that the receipt is all about that contract as the terms & conditions were written at the back side of that small paper. I was surprised and checked the receipt and first time i noticed those terms & conditions on it. It was clearly mentioned there that the advertisers have to give a 3 months prior notice to stop the ecs.
Issue no.2
Initially just dial was forwarding me the telephone numbers of different labours / mistiris who were searching for their job under the contractors. After lodging complaint against such type of leads over the phone this type of practices were stopped. But now surprisingly, more than 95% of the leads are peculiar in style. Almost in every cases either it is said that“this user prefers to be reached via email and searched for your business related categories on justdial's website / mobile.”
Or it is written “this user searched for your business related categories on justdial's website / mobile. You may click on the link below if you wish to communicate with the user.”

There is no way to interact directly with the customers as well as know their requirements. A phone number like 98*789 is shown on the lead which is useless/ worthless. Some time the leads begin with name or sometime even without name. Out of 100 around 4/5 leads consist of phone numbers. (Copy attached)
It is clearly understood that it is just dial’s business strategy to make people fool and earn money by unfair means. I believe some people may not like to provide their phone no. S to avoid continuous call from the vendors/ parties. But that doesn’t mean they take the chance and supply all the rubbish / fake leads against my money. All most in each & every case i have to submit a write-up when i get any e-mail from their lead and when there is no phone number, no e-mail id i have to use their above mentioned link where not more than 160 characters are allowed. And till this date not a single customer responses to my mail nor to our phone numbers. From this i doubt that using their huge database just dial is making fool their customers.
Sir, just try to understand the game is playing by just dial. The cunning trick is lying behind the amount of rs.6, 900/-. They are placing an offer /option of 3 (Three) months duration before the party who are not interested to go for one year and spend the amount what just dial fixed for that full tenour. Instead they offer a false proposal of three months ecs system and take a cheque of rs.6, 900/-, claiming it as a security cheque. Like me, on good faith, the customers are being trapped. Ecs starts, the cheque of rs.6, 900/- is encashed, an overall rs.9, 200/- is debited from the account of the customers at the very beginning of the “deal”. Once trapped, the customers can not retreat from this position.
I want to stop this ecs and get return my amount of rs.6, 900/-. Please advise me.
Sir, please take a strong action against just dial so that, in future, they can not cheat the consumers / customers and can not play with the money of small entrepreneurs like us.

I am Pranshu Agarwal and I registered my business on just dial in mid March 2017. As per the executive that visited me (named Deepak), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on a payment...

I searched justdial website for TV Repair. Found one contact address on their website contacted him. I paid 9k on 29th Jan2016 for repair of my Panasonic TV. He said he would come down to repair it or return my money back even if the repair doesn't work. He later canceled to do the job after stalling it for months together and said he will pay back the amount. I am waiting for the money back for almost a year now. I saw reviews on Just dial and consumercomplaints.com about the same Guy/company having cheated many people of money and not doing the job.

The same Guy/Company is changing his company name and number when he gets bad reviews to find new clients to cheat.

When I called Just Dial to report the fraud. Initially I was only interested to report a fraud happening on their website, but they said if the fraud has happened through their site they would refund it. They said I would get a call back from concerned dpt or call back to get connected to them about it. I called back and they connected me to user experience dpt who is saying the company was listed on just dial as free listing and just dial cannot do anything to stop these kind of frauds.

Why do just dial advertise these people without checking back on these type of frauds? even though I tell them my experience or it is clear from the review people have given in the website. We are not making a passing comment in the review giving our contact details to track us back.

At the outset, let me convey that i feel sorry that this issue had to be bought to your attention. But the matter is such, that iam helpless!



Here is how iam being harassed by your staff-



Iam akshay shukla sole proprietor of m/s ashiana properties & costruction (‘entity’). I bought a combo plan (Plan 1) of rs. 5802/- from your company on 22/03/2017.

Your representative, mohd umar, came to my office in person on 27/03/2017 and offered another plan (Plan 2) rs 3009 per month for 1 year, under which my entity’s name would be shown on third place when searched on just dial.

Your representative offered me to quash my plan 1 and adjust the amount to buy plan 2. He asked me to pay rs 2246 more in addition to already paid amount of rs 5802 earlier. So in total i paid rs 8048 as two month advance.



So on 27th mar, i paid rs 2246 more by paytm. Invoice for same is enclosed.



To my utter shock-the representative again came back on 3rd april’2017 and stated that the said position is now available for amount rs 10, 000. He further stated as we are old clients, he can offer us same for rs 8000 at discount. So the earlier rs 3009 has become rs 8000!!!


The executive said that the plan 2 earlier offered to me at rs. 3009/- is a technical error and same is now for higher price. When i spoke to the manager, he said now nothing can be done. They are ready to refund my all amount, for which i absolutely disagree and as promised by the just dial, i want plan 2 activated at the offered prize with immediate effect.

I strongly believe this is clear case of misrepresentation of facts and absolute case of cheating customer.

I hope my concern will be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest, without further escalation to appropriate authorities.

I have used Just dial services to service my refrigerator. The company referred by them did't complete the job and took away my money. I called just dial who took the supplier in conference. Supplier clearly told them he wont service my needs inspite taking full amount nor will he return the money. I asked representative from Just dial what type of vendors or suppliers they are referring to the people???? and the answer was... its our choice to use just dial or not..!! and they can't black list or take any action against the supplier to prevent cheating to other customers!!!

IT SEEMS JUST DIAL IS USING CORRUPT AND SUBSTANDARD VENDORS DUE TO WHICH MANY PEOPLE ARE GETTING CHEATED..!! I'M OFF JUST DIAL FROM TODAY... OTHERS...BEWARE!!!

I took just dial service 10 days back to get leads to my business.

While taking the package for six months they promised me :
- the course listing is updated based on my priority
- minimum enquiries based on last year results
- pincodes selection based enquiries

After taking the subscription i am calling form last 1 week.
No just dial employee could able to solve the above issues.

I tried to withdraw contract but there also getting error.

The just dial brokers are not having minimum sense how to satisfuy customers.

It seems they create fake leads and inquiries

So don’t buy there subscriptions

It used to good till 2014/2015

But Now all leads and inquiries doesn’t convert

They send one inquiries to 20 peoples

For Example If you asked for Inverter on Justdial’s No they will send your number to 20 people who provides Inverter s and Batteries so chances of converting leads is very very slim

I have been following up with the sales person - Ashish Mantri from Pune for past 1 month to stop ECS since I havent got any correct lead. Begging this person Ashish from 3 March 17 on email and phone but no response to stop ECS. When i signed a contract, I was informed that we can terminate the contract in 3 months but he is not giving any response now. Their customer care is sending standard script in email response.

My businesses listing key word is wrong. Please edit the listing. my listing is as follows.
