Before the contract i had a call with a lady from palakkad through abdul riyaz. She said there are 300+ lead annually for fire and safety but for past 40 days i have not received any leads.

But all this was fake and the cheated me for two times...

Please dont belive justdial they are corprate fruads...

I didn't get any fruitful result again Just dial team deduct amount from my bank as i clearly mentioned that i am no more interested in your services.

Also i asked them to refund my amount but no positive revert. Please do the needful JD team else i will publish this complaint across all digital & social media platforms.

Once they will took a money after that you will v struggle for simple answer.
Requesting you please never register with them, please paid to google to promote your business in right direction but never trust them, all executive are false and fake, all they are illiterate, they don't know about there services, even they don't know about what just dial do.

I opted for the just dial services (Enquiry details of visitors) to my website, but now i don't want to use this service anymore.
I had a talk with the just dial representative regarding this matter, still the charges of services are deducting from my bank account in form of ecs.
I want to discontinue from this service and stop the ecs payment from now onwards.

National furniture hire ac rental vendor 24.04.17 i got number from just dial they called me i said need 3 ac immediately he said total amount 11500 u send me advance 7000rs OK i has been made payment neft after that not get ac i called him number switch off next day called him he pick the cal I'm said no need ac return my payment still he not send me 02.05. 17 daily i compliant chennai just dial office they didn't take action soonly i go to commissioner office make complaint

I called min 25 times in 1 and a half month to justdial for stopping my ECS but they are NOT taking my complain. They always say Ms. Pratima is not there or else they say you will get a call back from our end or they say we have taken the complain and it will stop but I never get the acknowledgement. If I call asking for the same they say by day end you will get the confirmation mail. Which I never received an the instalment is being debited from my account every week.

ECS department is very irresponsible department. Worst ever experience in my 26 years of age.

I have not confirmed the renewal of my contract after the expiry of the contract with JustDial. Once JustDial representative came to my Singar Academy, Trichy office and convinced me for my business listing contract. I also said ok and found shocked seeing the contract is for life time and only JustDial can cancel without mutual consent. I said I won't accept for this and send him. Later another representative came with the same contract to my another office Singar Academy, Chennai and he told and convinced me that the contract is just for one year. I reconfirmed this incident and signed with the representative in Chennai for Singar Academy, Trichy and Chennai.

After the expiry of one year I got a call from JustDial for renewal but I said not to renew. Despite that I got a mail stating as per telephonic conversation ECS will continue. I shocked and took the matter to Customer Care Chennai. Later ECS for Singar Academy, Chennai only was de-listed but Singar Academy, Trichy was still in listing and my Bank was debited.

I thought deactivate ECS through online and compliant, but I got the mail as per request the email ID is updated that was not requested at all rather my request was cancellation of ECS.

Again I contacted customer care, but the representative told me that call back will be arranged. When I enquired what was the expected time frame for call back stating that in a teacher and will be in the class room where mobile not allowed. But the time not stated properly after lots of compulsion I got tentative time frame. I requested one of colleague to attend the phone if I were in class room. I got the call but spam numbers blocked by true caller.

Again I uninstalled true caller and requested once again today at 2.30 p.m for call back stating the issue. Despite the assurance, I did not get the call back waited once again as a fool cheated.

I told clearly to stop my renewal in phone, in mail ([protected]@justdial.com) (refer trailing mail). No response for the mail but stating that my ECS will be cancelled only a written document is filled and submitted only after attending telephonic call.

Chennai listing as far as my concern, quite reasonable deactivated my ECS by Chennai JustDial but Trichy listing which is handled by Coimbatore customer care is dragging the issue, irritating, bullying me instead of fair trade practice.

I scared to come back to JustDial.

I want to make such an issue happening to all the divisions of customer care. Most of the placed, if first level customer care does not satisfy, there will be higher level customer support may exist for escalation. Here that facility also does not exist.

I was used ur website to online train tickets (Tuticorin to coimbatore junction). (Debit cards) payment transfer to ur account then last minutes failed the ticket booking. Dear team this is Srikanth I have join sai durga motor driving school by seeing add on just dial he has taken fee of rupees of 4500 and I have refer my friend also she also join the classes by paying rupee of 4500 he haven't given classes properly and after 4 months he have given learning license and now remaining some which is to be complete but he is not completing the classes I want strict action to be taken against sai durga motor driving school in Hyderabad and particular person name is mukesh

Justdial is looting money from all the sides from the clients who ever using their Service. Beware while doing business with justdial as well as taking service from justdial. As clients of justdial most of them are frauds who doesnt have registered their company. Most of the vendors choosing ustdial are frauds as ustdial need only money they never verify the company backgroud which supports normal people. I have been charged ECS amount for which the package which is not at all activated by me. and now running behind them for getting the refund.

I have lost totally around RS 33, 000/- for ECS and bounce charges from bank of auto debit but i just earned around 4000/-. We are not doing business now though i told them many times they are not stopping ECS and their answer is cannot stop ECS in the middle.
Simple thing if i am not doing any business why should i pay ECS not only me if any in my place.

Feeling like to cry but dont know what to say writing this because any new planner will read this comments so that it could be helpful and will be happy if they dont waste money like me.

Even single rupee matters when you needed only you will know the pain when you lost your money unnecessarily.
Please go through the terms and conditions before you sign a contract and i dont understand why this 1 year contract.

No need of profits atleast should not loose our money.

Consolidated charges 4976*3=14, 928(charges from bank for bounces)

Earned around 5000/- or 6000/- Max

You bloody people were calling me everyday for registering. Once a executive came down and requested me to try for 1 month, i paid him 3, 500. Later every month the amount is deduted. Trying customer service from past 1 month. Blood people are putting my call on hold and disconnecting it afrer 10 mins.

You bloody cheaters.

I am a serving soldier of Indian Army with BIHAR Regt as a clerkand now posted at Danaour Cantonment, Patna, Bihar. I was take aa recharge of Rs 330/- to my Jio number [protected] on 31/03/2017 by Just Dial Application using by ddebit ccard. Rs 303/- deducted from my account number But recharge aamount not rrecharged by Just dial company. I complain to just dial customer care to 10 time in 25 days. but just dial company not recharged my jio number nor refund amt of Rs 330/- not refund in my account till dt.

I am the owner of website company (Induswebpro.com). Last year in 2016 i have taken justdial's company listing plan for which i have to make the payment in monthly mode by ecs through my bank account. However due to the poor service and no lead response i wanted to cancel the plan.
I contacted to their customer service department in last year nov 2016. One of their executive told me that i have to serve the notice period for 3 months then only i can cancel the plan. I told them if i do not want service why should i have to pay then. But he did not agree.
So i told them to cancel the plan after 3 months. However they havn't cancelled the plan till yet. Again this year in feb 2017 i called them and they are again saying me to wait for three months.
Their customer service department is making us go round and round.
I had paid heavy charges from bank because of this. And they are not cancelling the ecs.
I want to ask who will pay the amount which i had to pay for the service which i did not want and the service i did not receive.
Please address the issue.

I have been contacting noida office to stop my ecs which is being deducted continuously since last 16 months with out my knowledge.

Now nobody is ready to stop and i have made almost 100 calls for the same.

I spoke to prateek, pawan, neelu pandey, pushpendra for this problem and they did not give proper answer. I hope the names informed by them are correct???

As i came to know that just dial is cheating many clients by this procedure and deducting ecs with out their knowledge and not stopping even after several request.

Yes khanna has done the same thing with us.

Now he is not picking my phone.

My phone no [protected] registered with you which has stopped working long days back and i have told them to change my communication no so i can request for ecs stop.

Now i am going to lodge fir against yes khanna and just dial for this cheating

Now i will use whats app and face book to spread this message so every one will be carefully or avoid using just dial facility

I had booked two tickets from Siwan to Howrah on 21st march 2015. Rs. 1414 per ticket has deducted from my account. Due to network problem. A message came from your side that 7-14 working days deducting amount will be returned to your account. Same thing happen with a ticket from Delhi to Jaipur. I am still waiting.
Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

This is to notify that i book online railway ticket from your site on 26/03/2017 (Pos prch
Othpg 641350 www justdial com gurgaon) rs. 274.50/- and the amount was debited for the same, and after debiting the amount i have got an message that sorry your railway ticket was not confirmed and the amount will be credited in your bank account within 15 working days.

So, as if now 15 days are over no amount was credited.br...

There are main power loses and fake calls due to this reason work is not done. so, i want to stop my ecs service. i have already complaint about it but have refuse to stop it.

At the time of paid registration with JUSTDIAL, their executive told me that the registration can be cancelled any time when I want to stop the service and don't want it more.

Now when I asked to the JUSTDIAL to cancel my registration and stop my ECS they told me that the minimum contract period is 1 year and it could not be stopped for this much period and they are forcing me to use their service. They are not stopping my ECS.

We had registered a monthly plan with Just Dial for V-Chitra Ad agency situated in Noida Sector 3 wherein they said that my details would be given to callers asking for the service Gaurav Grover (Sales Executive) asked us to spend 4000 per month for better response + 6900/- for yearly banner then we will send 4-5 relevant leads on daily basis but unfortunately they are not doing the same.

We started to take services from 24th March onwards and till yet we received only 23 Leads in short on daily basis we receive 1.08 lead and to be very honest all are irrelevant most of the leads closed within 5-10 seconds. What kind of filtration they all are using Urban Clap is far more better than Just Dial. I will never suggest anyone to take services from Just Dial. I sent mail to customer care as well till yet they didn't respond even Gaurav Graover (Sales Executive) not picking up my phone from last 1 week.

I don't know why their sales team make false promises in front of clients at the time meeting to achieve their monthly targets I would request you to please take strict action against JD and if possible please ask them to refund my whole amount which is 10995/- I don't wanna take any kind of service from JD.
