i had booked a ticket through just dial which i did not go through full process yet still money from my account was deducted

i had booked 3 ticked for persons,

plz let me know what can be done for the money which was deducted with out no reservation that is made, i went throw all process correctly but did not type the irctc id and password which had a expiry time of 4 mins and i did not notice that and it showed ur transaction has been cancelled and money was not refunded

The government should stop Justdial from cheating more and more number of people in the name of ECS. The sales executive clearly tells you that it is for 2 or 3 months and after 2 months you can say you are not interested if JD service is not satisfactory.

Even if you send mails or make calls to stop their service, they send you a standard reply - as per our discussion -your ECS will be continued. It is a pain to the customer and Justdial cannot continue to thrive on taking someone's hard-earned money without their consent . They do not give you any business as well. If there is a government, this company should be closed.We are seeing so many complaints on the net for the same context. Please stop the Justdial's nagging and threats.

मैंने Just Dial से वेबसाइट, मोबाइल एप एवम अन्य कंपनी प्रोमोशन देने एवज में 25300 रु दिए, किन्तु पैसे लेकर Just Dial ने मुझसे संपर्क करना बंद कर दिया। साथ ही बिना प्रोडक्ट एवम सेवाओं की डिलीवरी के मेरे बैंक अकाउंट से 2300 रू प्रतिमाह निकालने शुरू कर दिए. मैंने ने जब इसकी शिकायत Just Dial से की तो कंपनी ने अग्रीमेंट में छूपी हुई शर्तों का हवाला देते हुए उपभोक्ता को धमकाना शुरू कर दिया। मुझे जब यह अहसास हुआ कि वह Just Dial के द्वारा ठगा जा चूका हूँ तो इसकी शिकायत प्रसाद नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में जाकर कराई साथ ही निवेदन किया कि दोषियों के खिलाप कार्यवाही की जाए ताकि भविष्य में आम उपभोक्ता इस प्रकार की ठगी से बच सके

Hello i am Ashok Kishor Satpute i have a business by the name or Ashok Satpute for Home Loans and my regitered contact no. is [protected] and my email id is ashoksatpute.[protected]@gmail.com i am genuine person and a hardworking person in this compitative world and i have a genuine complaint against justdial and anyone who has a doubt can contact me fr details, i worked with indiabulls housing finance company in mumbai city which comes near thane i have been cheated by just dial 2 times at the very start of my business a person from justdial came to me and almost forced me to buy a paid listing so to earn some clients i agreed and paid Rs 2300 for a simple paid listing, but after a full month i did not get any response at all or any calls from clients from just dial so i was think of not renewing the listing for next month to my surprise they had ecs on my account as a first time user i dint know about this neither i was told about this but by luck i was planning for my diwali celibration and purchase of cloths and other things my account was low as soon as i got my salary on 28/10/2016 my cheque was cleared by justdial with suprise i called customer service and told them to stop the service and refund my money they told me refund process is not their in our company and disconnected the calls and when i contacted again on [protected] they told me they can give me service for 1 month of whatever amount is deducted.

Again bhojraj has called me and told me they can only give me the service for one month his number is [protected] and money will not be refunded as their is no policy in their company justdial.

and Today on 07/11/2016 means after 4 days they has deducted my ECS from bank and giving unnecessary feedback of it.

As i am very much disturbed with this kind o[censored]nexpected amount has been deducted from my account.

I want it refund by tomorrow as of this my other work get affected very badly.


I kept on calling justdial customer care for whole day but nothing happened i received some calls from person as mentioned above management saying we cant do anything and you have to pay more if you want the said categories and there is no refund or stop system i again lost Rs 2300 today and now they are not even stopping my ecs even after calling them again and again they told me contract is not for 1 month it is for 1 year and first time when i told mr nitin pawar told me if you like our service then you can continue first see our service for one month then ms mamta kamble come to collect the 1st cheque on 20th september 2016 and collected cheque and signed some paper which they called as agreement at that time also i told mamta kamble who is relationship manager that i have already spoken with nitin pawar Telemarketing person for one month service if i like i will go ahead she told me ok we will do it. but on 02/11/2016 my cheque For Rs 2300 was cleared and looted by justdial then i stoped the service but then too after 4 days again my ECS got deducted i want my money back . i am just bieng told you will receive a call from our management, in the end the money i paid is lost can say stolen by justdial by cheating me, now am thinking about going to consumer court agains justdial and please note this is a complete fraud company and you can google there are thousands of small hard working people who are bieng cheated and looted by justdial everyday and there is nothing they can do, they send sales people who give wrong information make fake promises and lie about their services and the management and back end is just to collect money and they dont even care to resolve any problem or to provide any help or refund at all, they dont even loot you once they will sign you in ecs which means they will keep on deducting money from your bank account every month and you wont be able to stop them as they wont even reply back or wont stop the ecs so i please request you or anyone who is reading to never pay justdial anything or never listen to their lies and stop this company in any way if you can and also please never ever search anything on just dial for anything, i am no rival of just dial or fake person you can contact me anytime on given details

They don't have simple laptop to show us a demo of there product.

They are all cheaters and their executives will give all the promises and will not deliver anything but will regularly gets call for ECS.

I don't know about other executives, one guy from just dial came to me after getting me an appointment and his name is karthik sno. [protected] and he gave me all the promises and took the cheque from me. He didn't give me any presentation but asked me to say that he has showed me the presentation if I get the call from just dial.
He is a such a cheating guy and he will do anything to get your cheque. Even he will come to you at mid night to get your cheque but he won't respond to your call after he get the cheque. I used to get many fake calls and immediately i'll get call from just dial saying I have got more queries from my vertical and asked me to pay more.

@ Just Dial: you are cheating us and earning a lot but you won't provide at least a lap top to your executives and they are begging me to give a good feedback about your executives.

Never give your cheque unless you see a demo and 1 month trial... that is also not a gurantee ... they will give more fake calls for 1 month and after cheque you will get more calls not for your business but for ECS amount.

I belong to Chennai and people near Velachery and Adyar don't allow this person to enter into your office. he is a guy who will do anything to get your cheque. Even he begged me to give a good feedback.

You people debitted extra amount from my bank account without my knowledge. Not only for me for my friends who have registered in justdial also. You cheater saying that it is due to the increased tax. I think you people dont know maths. Just a 0.5% does not increase my ecs amount to that much huge value. I dont want to waste my time by filing a complaint in court against you. But you cheaters gonna loss more customers, if you do like this. You have a bunch of marketing executives who work for their own incentives. They are preying our money like stray dogs.

We have a paid membership with just dial, not since we have been paying through ECS, they now charge of their own, taking complete advantage of it, now we have been requesting justdial to terminate our contract for last 2 month, our request or falling on deaf ear, they are rather blackmailing us, instead of terminating our contract, no longer wish to have paid membership with just dial, still without our consent they are charging us every month, and forcing us...

Yesterday I again spoke to vaseem and priyanka from ECS department and they both told me that it takes 3 months to stop the services; I do not know why the hell they take 3 months to stop the services and in between my money is debited from my account. Yesterday I sent the request again to stop the services and I got the message but I afraid that whether it takes again 3 months or it will continue? Kindly answer my query .

I wish to bring to your notice that I made a purchase of JD Omni Product from your representative Mr Ronit Lahiri on 01/08/2016. Subsequent to this I was not informed regarding this product neither any confirmation not any further follow up regarding my mobile app, doctor horizontal software and website. On repeated hammering from our side they sent a guy (Mr Sourabh Srivastava, mobile no [protected]) who gave me a so-called basic knowledge about how to use mobile apps and when i asked how to use my app then he told i will teach you later regarding this because i have to visit 32 clients today. After that his mobile is out of reach. Then i started hammering Mr Ronit Lahiri but after 2 call he refused to help as he is only new customer trapper. I called to JD Omni customer care they refused to help and told that concerned department will contact within 24-72 hours but no one contacted me. After 15 days one lady came into scene named SHASHI (Mobile no. [protected]), she handed over a contact no. (on phone) of JD Omni customer care and informed me that i am not from JD Omni so you call on this no and please inform me what JD Omni customer care told you then i will coordinate (I have recording of all which is kept secure). I told many times that change my id “ MAWKISH – doctor 4 home visit” from “MAWKISH DOCTOR 4 HOME VISIT”. Every time Patient call in clinic and say “is it mawkish doctor?” Your company modified my name without my permission and after repeated request they remain silent so I think it has some legal implication also. Anyway this is the whole story regarding your product and services. Now come to my point

1. It is dynamic website with wrapper which is using on mobile

2. All apps from JD Omni are same either it is of JD or jewellery shop or sweet shops or doctor or any other vender

3. They told me it is customizable but no it is not customisable, rather you can change name and picture only. You cannot change layout

4. Following defects and deficiencies is seen after sale service thereof as promised by your representative (Mr Ronit Lahiri) at the time making sale-

a. I am not given any USER ID OR PASSWORD of the mobile apps after more than 70 days in spite of continuous follow up and your promise of the same

b. There are multiple promises made by your representative but not delivered within time (I have written proof given by Mr. Ronit Lahiri)

c. Repeatedly informed about name change of my registered id “MAWKISH – doctor 4 home visit” from “MAWKISH DOCTOR 4 HOME VISIT”.

d. The layout is not acceptable as it looks like very cheap and also not user friendly (DEMO app installed by your representative mr. sourabh)

e. The delivery date as promised (within the same day) was not honoured

f. In spite of continuous call from my side no positive response received causing great deal of mental and financial loss to me.

In light of the above I am forced to write you this letter in hope that you take cognisance of the difficulties faced by me and offer me suitable redressal by refunding my full payment I have paid including monthly instalments till now. If I do not get proper remedy within 48 hours of this letter, I also draw to your notice that I am free to approach any higher authority orforum and social media on your failure to address the above issues.

This is complaint against M/s Just Dial company in Delhi branch due to which we have suffered financial cheating by their persons and now we request you to resolve this problem and give us your best support.
On 19-Sep-2016, Just Dail bound a business with me saying I would get better tour & travel business thru them and they took 7590 INR for 3 months by my credit card, they also took my credit card photo saying its formality but on 14-Oct-2016 without my permission Just Dail has 2510 INR seems unfair. When I complaint to Just Dail they are saying I have signed papers for that. Sir Just Dail officers came to me with lots of paper and told me its formality paper please sign without giving me time to read. Sir I am not so intelligent to read their paper and understand so fast in 5 minutes. Also I told them clearly that I would like your services then only we will pay you more for next installment through cheque. But after 10 days nor we had shown our interest in their services neither received any any call from their side for renewable the services because of their poor performance but.Now I don't want to do the business with them and want my money return. I am attached justdial with name of "Website Nagri"(Rajesh Sharma) from last 4 years, they give me genuine leads and i also refer to my friends and clients to join with just dial team, ut now I am unable to generate business now and don't want to continue contract due to some financial problem, I have called on their No. [protected] and said about to stop ECS, so they provide a call from concern person (Sunil). Sunil don't know how to talk with clients and he said we cant stop your ECS and they harrase me all the time, Sunil threaten me all the time on call, seriously I am very fed up from your services.

Please stop my ECS I am not intrested in your services, and at the time of collection of cheque in my office, the marketing person not said about any 3 months notice period to stop my ECS. He told me that in any case your business is not generated you stop your ECS any time. And all time you harrase me that you have to give 3 month notice period for stop your ECS service.

I have send mail two three times and also called to team regarding to stop my ECS, after that I contact with my account manager(Mr Ashwani) but they didn't give me any response

Just dial is a fraud company i have registered as a platinum position on justdial named as laxmi builders in bhilai city and also paid approx 12000 to the company employee prafful chipde but after month i noticed my company is shown on third position i had called a lot with customer care and prafful as well but they said th software problem is on company system.
I have cheated by justdial and prafful chipde and also deepali rambade too in mumbai now on they said head office changed to kolkatta.
I have paid rs 15000 also in the previous year thats smoothly goes but in the year 2016 i got problem of pin code by the company how can i complaint in consumer court
please beware of this fraud company

I I'm having contract with Just Dial that is a Pan India listing which means my company is visible on searching my keywords in any city of India, whereas it's not happening...on searching my brand and keywords some other company gets open...I have complained to just dial about it many a times but their team is not at all responsive.

My name is Mr. Mohit Motwani by profession I am a Advocate in Indore High court. I have Started a company in 2015 named XXXXXXXXXXXX

I had planned to buy services from just dail and for the same, but not actually paid any amount to buy services. I have given the cheque of Rs.2556 Cheque No: 260127 Dated 30.05.2015 Bank Name: Axis Bank

Due to some constrains I asked Marketing person Mr. Raghav Tare and Mr.Rajesh Kaushik to Return cheques. Till the time they have submitted the cheque to Company, But cheque was not cleared as per my instruction to bank.

No services delivered by just Dail nor We have taken any Paid Service for our Company named XXXXXXXXX

But Since 30- May- 2015 (When I stopped Cheque) No ESC was dedected from my AXIS bank Account No 9130XXXXXXXXX6767. But Suddenly after 1.2 Years Just Dail Started Running ESC in July 2016 from my Bank account. Without any intimation company have runned ECS 10-12 times which is a Fraud.

Marketing and other customer care exectives are telling that I have signed a Contract with Just Dail. This contract is not notarized nor its Registered. It not Signed by me. On behafe of forged doccuments presented, Just dail comapany is trying to do fraud.

Axis bank has charged me Rs.6800/- as ECS bouncing Charges. Also Just Dail Has Deducted Rs.500 Approx from my Account for Service but Actually no service till date has been delivered by Just Dail ( And We Dont Want Any Services)

This is a fraud practise done by Just Dail and We have many customers in Indore of Just Dail who all have faced same issue and they are ready to fight a case against the company.

Also I request you to investigate case ASAP and Request Just Dail to Revert me Bank Account ESC bouncing Charges Rs.6800 and Rs.500 That Just Dail has deducted from my Account without my intimation.

I got registered my company on Justdial in the month July''16 on the misrepresentation by one their executive that business leads provided through their portal will support the business but within few days I realised that this all is BS & nothing materalistic in it... I requested to the company not send me any more leads & stop withdrawing money from my account but quite strange to know the company disregarded my request & unilaterliy withdrew money in Aug'16... Again when I complained them not to send any more leads as these are irrelevant to my business but they again withdrew money from my account in Sep'16 which is highly strange & cheated by their unfair trade practice, breach of trust & indulging into open eye robbery..I request to all the concerned aggrieved persons by these cheaters to write me at [protected]@gmail.com to expose Justdial people in general public so that no other genuine business owner get trapped in this fraud organisation. Also I am exploring legal action against justdial as they are using one sided terms in their agreement & bring them at justice.

I had signed a contract and was told that if i do not the good leads i would be refunded the money but they very unprofessional and nor ready to pick my calls nor there is positive responce from them if the by chance pick the call. I am in touch with the person who works at a very hidher post but he is to hopeless and unprofessional, so what the say about there sales person and tellecaller.
Kindly cancel my contract and refund my entire amount.

I was asked by your representative a month ago that if i upgrade by making extra payment (Double than what i was actually paying) my institutes name would appear fourth in order of sequence. However this has not happened, inspite of me making immediate payment. Earlier the english academy was positioned 6th in sequence and it still remains the same. I think i have been cheated. Please resolve the matter at the earliest. You cannot treat a loyal customer in such non-challant manner.
In the list of ielts enquires for gurgaon my institutes name appears 6th.in order of sequence.

I have stopped my services with JustDial since last 2 years because, they never gave me genuine leads and, they are still deducting my ECS. It's been more than 10 times I have called on their no.
