Dear Just Dial Team,

As I have already request for ECS Cancellation but not getting any solution.
Here i complaint against JustDial and one of the JustDial employee, Shrish Ojha - BDE at Ahmedabad Office. Contact no. +91 [protected] Email : shrish.[protected]@justdial.com (Just Dial Tower, 19, Inqlab Society, Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad - 380006). This guy, Shrish Ojha is totally fraud. When i had request for ECS, this guy told us that you can start this service for one month trial basis and you can discontinue if you will not satisfy with the service. Even on call he told that i have already received cancellation cheque from you while we have not given any cancellation cheque to this guy. we have call recording also as a proof.
Now we want to close this service but not getting proper response. customer care support is very poor and are delay the process of cancellation.

Kindly revert ASAP regarding this issue.

I have applied for paid subscription at vadodara state on dated 5 sep 2016. Still my subscription is not active. I called customer care many times but no reply from them.. Sales executive is also not responding. I would file a complain against you. I have called at-least 10 times. I call daily but no response.. I have not seen such unorganized company in my life. One most fake company in this filed i was deposited 1000 rs in 17/19/2016 a/c name; deep a/c no [protected] hdfc bank mylapore branch i was talk to raji she was tell to me i will given work in monday but they are not given me any work she was say one web site u go to this web site www.datadebuger.com i was going but work is wrong i aks his she was tell pls wait now 10 days i was waiting they are not given work not given my money i will complaint to just dial they are talk u go to court what can i will do

Please stop contract of Aditya Computers with just dial, i am not
satisfied and not getting any business in a small city like guna(MP).
Please stop raising electronic payment from my SBI account right now, because
of your this method I have lost my 1747/- because of not enough money
in my account, why you people use electronic method repeatedly, when you
are going to present payment request, tell us that there is not enough money, we will add the money in account.

from presenting your ecs or other process it has given me loss in
my account, this is not good for me and my account, please strongly
stop the service and stop raising money from my bank account, and stop contract
just now, I an going to give you the details that from your process
how I have loss my money . you have present the cheque from 15th of
sept to 27 sept 2016 regularly that given me rs. 1747/- loss.

As my self gurpreet singh, owner of s. G. P.& company, ludhiana start a contract with just dial on 03.06.2014 with just dial company profile number : px161. X161.[protected]. G5d20306 date 03.06.2014. This was contract for the period of 1 year means it will finished on 02.06.2015.

Now yesterday when was checking all my account i seen that just dial is still taking ecs amount from my account. My point is if i taken a contract of one year how just dial can extend that contract without my approval or signature. I have seen that this company is working only to cheat the people. Without any person's consent they not stop the contract and they are continuing it without any permission as they know that they can access to there ecs account.
Can you please provide me the solution how can i get the refund of my amount which they have taken from my account without my knowledge from last 13 months.

My mobile number is wrongly listed as the contact number for Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. Chennai.

I have made 4 calls to Just Dial on this regard but all in vain & no actions were taken on this. I have been promised during these calls that the number will be removed from listings within 72 hours but it's very unfortunate to say that still it's been displayed. I already sent a mail also stating this complaint .I am a registered user who has activated DND services with my network provider.

They are displaying wrong content, misguiding public, usage of my mobile number without prior permission & acting as a platform for breaching an individual' privacy.

I am a registered company with JD, from Nov 2015, so technically my contract should end with JD on Nov 2016. but your marketing team in Bangalore are measleading... they have starded calling me from june 2015 for renewal of my contract when i told the rep it was expiring on Nov 2016 he started giving me all false info on i should be securing my position and he dint even know the date when i registered. they keep calling me on my working hours and harrase me for renewal. i spoke to a girl called netra last time, i told her that i have got only about 50 leads for the whole of 6 months and even out of that 50 not all were sent to my phone some were sent to my email, so she had the audocity to tell me " THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" YOU NEED TO CHECK THE EMAIL." i hung up on her, even after repeatedly requesting your marketing reps not to call me on my working hours, they keep calling me and harrasing me, if i cut the call they call me from another number.and they have been harrasing me for last four months continiously. today again some rep called when asked to speak to the manager the same rep netra comes as a manager online and tells me she never spoke to me earlier.. i am tired of your harrasing calls and misleading info you all are cheats . i am going to officailly register a complain with the indian consumer forum. the worst company i have delt with so far is just dial. they are not only cheats but rude aswell, if i dont get a response from you, i will mark this to the CEO and also put this on the socail networking sites.

We have registered in Justdial under the name of V4 midnight dhabba, Ambattur, chennai since mid of 2015. We used it for a couple of months, and we were not satisfied with it since the keywords were not matching to our business profile. So we logged a complaint with their management and we didn't get any positive response from their side, so we were forced to cancel the connection within in 3 months.

Recently, we received a promotional call from their marketing team asking us to renew our contract with Justdial. They promised us that they have updated all the procedures and paid listings by locality positioning. So they gave us 100% guarantee that there won't be any issues like before. After agreeing with Justdial management in the telephone conversation, a marketing person from Justdial visited our business place and we complained to him that the keywords doesn't match to our business plan. So he asked us to update the keywords in their company laptop which we did it immediately. Once updated, we checked online in a couple of days the keywords were not changed at all. The old keywords that were given a year back were still displaying in our page.

After this, we had to jump back to your management atleast 3-4 times to lodge a complaint. The company toll free centres listened to all our queries for more than 10 min and put us on hold to check about the status of our previous queries and they end the call 3 times in middle of the conversations. After repeated attempts, one person told us that there was no complaint registered previously, and to my surprise they told that we didn't make any call previously to register a complaint. I again had to explain my entire scenario in 4th call and finally registered a complaint asking to change the keywords. Later in a day time, the keywords got changed.

Above is my experience with Justdial since the beginning of my contract. This looks like they does not have any standard customer service procedures or standards within their management. Also, what I noticed in Justdial is that people are focused on the marketing side by convincing the customer to take a paid listing service. But after market customer service post the payment is not even 1% satisfactory.

Justdial, being one of the leading telemarketing service supporter, am really worried how they are managing with the customers.

I also had a very bad experience with one of their marketing person, not sure about the name but the number is [protected] she really didn't bothered about the customers she asking me then why you took the service. Is that the way the representative speaks to her customer. I kindly request you to give some training to people who speak to the customer.

I actually didn't want to write this email to you, but I was forced to do it because they didn't give me any service which they actually promised at the time of getting payment for registering. Till date, my restaurant name is not even in the top ten free listing where as we actually availed for the paid listing by locality positioning. My business should be listed at least in the 2nd position but it is not even in the list it self.

1. I currently want to know what is the actual status of my query and when will my restaurant name appear on the locality positioning listing. This is my priority question to their team.

2. Also, I want to know when will they able to provide me with the services which they have promised me at the time of registering for a new deal.

Am expecting some positive reply from their team. Otherwise I will be cancelling the ECS as well as the contract with Justdial and I will forced to lodge a complaint legally regarding the above.

My name is Sunil Yewale. I don't have any single relation / contract with Just dial but dtd 16.Sept 2016 from my account 1461 X 2 = 2922. two ECS are deducted. hows you do it i don't no.
also I have submitted 5 to 6 time my bank statement on [protected]@justdial.com kindly check & confirm or call me immediate. i have required this amount immediately return. bcz still i dont have receive any single respons from your side. other wise i will go to complaint

Dear sir,

For the last few days, i've been getting lots of call from unknown agencies, ads/recruitment fairs, job portals.. Etc. For whatever reasons i think it was a prank they were doing.

They all say they've got my number from justdial. It would be better to warn the staff/owner mr vss mani that you cannot give anyone's telephone numbers to random agencies/persons. I'd urge to investigate the matter as to how (1 example) [protected] called me during office hours (Unsolicited call) even though my number is in dnd directory and cited justdial as the source for her calling.

Please reply via message in case you could find the source. And, i shall have to take strict legal/police action against justdial guys. Warning!
I'll soon be e-mailing to concerned people to put your company under scrutiny. As well as legal action to ensure mr vss mani takes more interest in what his employees are doing to harass us for no apparent reason.

Hello JD team,

My travels name ; Sanvitha Travels, Udumalpet.

This year, one year amount paid, Then its activated on Feb 2016.

That time all the keywords added, inclding Taxi services & Call Taxi.

During that time, i submitted Taxi permit details to Just dial Team,

Two weeks before one person called from chennai, The person name Ganga, she told me to verifying my keywords like that.

I told i am running Taxi services & call taxi services in udumalpet like that.

After that some of the keywords, she removed. especially Taxi services & call taxi keywords in udumalpet.

Why its removed, If you not add these keywords, in udumalpet,

Next year i am not renewal all the three places. ( Udumalpet, Pollachi & Palani.).

Please provide the feed back through Mail.

Just dial representative promised to provide several leads per day. Due to failure of their services, I decided yo stop their services immediately but they denied and continued to deduct ECS from my bank. They say that 9 months is compulsory and then 3 months notice. Plz don't sign their agreement. . Fraud.. absolutely fraud.. they provide no after sales service. Employees are told to be tough after payment is received. CHOR.. THIEVES. ..

Theft from Just Dial
Without my permission Ms. Just Dial Company register ECS to my bank account. and start withdrawing money from my account. i am sending lots of complaints through email & Phones regarding this theft from my account. but they did not give single solution to me. from last Two month they continuously withdraw money from my account. i totally harass from these corporate loot. cant understand, what i do???
I request this NATIONAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM, please help me and save me from these type of corporate loot. and help me to get refund of money.

Just dial is a total Fraud comapny and they are simply robbing consumers . I had singed up with just dial and had specifically told them that I want a 2 month trial only . A person named Vaibhav had come to my house to get it registered . He clearly told me that if I do not wish to continue I can just send an email to [protected]@justdial.com and my ECS will be stopped . But now after two months they won't stop the ECS and are telling me that I have signed a 1 yr contract with them . I was never told that it is a 1 yr contract and now they are harresing me saying I have signed a contract . They daily send the ECS payment to my bank for which I am charged 46 rs as there is no balance in the account and the ECS is returned . A person named Sailesh keeps on Calling me and telling me we will give you better leads but I clearly told him I don't want to continue with the listing but he keeps on telling me that I have signed a 1 year contract . Please somebody guide me how to go forward with this as I want to teach them a good lesson .

Namaskaram, i am duraisamy 3/6/2016 I gave cheque to rajsekar Coimbatore person. Balaji was the person informed the JD omni combo package. They told with in 25 days it will active. But till now 14/9/2016 no response. After 25 days we called him they told with in 45 days your money will return by cheque. But nothing was happened. I am really upset for justdial customer service. Its horrible to call & mailing so many times again & again. Irresponsible people. Very very very Bad service.

I have a contract with just dial limited for physiotherapy category 1st position for in advance of Rs. 3000/-selected pin code. after one month I saw that my position in tha category 5th or 6th. I wanted to close this contract.i call them as much as I can. Mailed them a few. But they produced ecs cheque ti my Nono account and got bounced. After that I mailed them again. They replied that they are agree to close that contract. But on 12th September 2016 they charged again the ecs of Rs.1725/- i called them but they answered not satisfactory. Please help.

I have called to get the information of coaching centre and asked the person to send by message and she confirmed that she will send the information by message and now I m continually getting call from vendor which I dnt want.
I call back to just dial and asked why it is happening I have not asked you to update my number to vendor list and asked to remove it but she refuse to change it.
Kindly do the needful and remove my number from there as soon as possible.

I am really worried about Justdial services once again. I am being hopeless on your executive service too.

On 22nd July 2016, Mr Prantik Bhattacharjee, Sr. Executive Business Development, had come to me and I made a new contact with just dial. As I was a unhappy customer, I asked him to give me best package for me. He had given me the good plan where he showed me on justdial software that I can get approx 108 leads every month. He also told me if I pay money by Cash, then I can get service from that day. By the way, he confirmed me that my contact was gone live on 24th July 2016. From that 24th July to till date (1st Aug), its already 8 days span, I have got 5 leads only. Out of these 5 leads, I made 2 test calls and 1 is out of the state (Jamsedpur). Only 2 leads are contactable.

Once again, I am telling you I am really hopeless on this service. Last few days I am trying to contact with Mr Prantik Bhattacharjee, but he is not doing anything for me. Now he is avoiding me day by day.

I am trying to stop my monthly ECS, sent lot of emails, lots of phone calls, but nobody cares about it. They are sending their auto generated emails only.

So if anybody is taking action on justdial, please contact me, I will be with you to fight with justdial.

There are so many fake reviews for globus medicare, anyone who looks at the can make it out, why are you cheating the customers???

I have paid for the service's but not a single intimation received from just dial till 3 months and till the service's are not activated.

they will promise activation of service's with in 10 days but do not respond after they got their check and they will not respond as they only call for sale's and do not attain customer complaints.

they will keep on same track every time you call them, wait for the best.

A third class and a fraud organisation, where they say no refund policy but they do not activate service's as well.
