Without my permission Ms. Just Dial Company register ECS to my bank account. and start withdrawing money from my account. i am sending lots of complaints through email & Phones regarding this theft from my account. but they did not give single solution to me. from last Two month they continuously withdraw money from my account. i totally harass from these corporate loot. cant understand, what i do???

Just dial executives contacted me to register my company details to prmote my company i also pay the amount through demand draft to your company staff. They said that your id will be activated within 2 to 3 days. But there is no responce from your company side. Stop ecs and refund of extra ecs.
I am requesting them to refund and stop the ecs since may 2015 still they are deducting the amount without any services rented to me from that period

I writing from EXIN, Bhilai, chhattisgarh.
we have a NACH/ECS of 856/- for just dial serivces and the NACH/ECS is sent to my current account ICICI bank, a/c no[protected].

i have closed my institiute EXIN, bhilai. hence dont require just dial services.

so cancel my NACH/ECS at the earliest as im not in a position to pay the justdial charges.

I happened to be an existing and a satisfied customer of justdial until i met there sales team. They are a bunch of people without ethics and does not have any sense of commitment.

Day 1 : i got a call from the justdial team informing about the renewal which was due for which i promptly called them to come and collect the cheque.

I have got many calls and offer from justdial then i have purchased the justdial 12 month contract of 36000 and at the starting i paid 6900 in advance to startup the service on 8 july 2016 till now zero proper lead i got from just dial.
Ome people call me from justdial using just dial virtual number and the company tell me that was a lead...

Details of ac service vendor (Om sai ram, kalkaji delhi) has been provided by just dial. This vendor has taken rs 9000 for repair ans replacement of compressor, however the ac did not even work for more than two hours. He is not ready to visit again and repair our ac. His behaviour is rude and indecent. Inspite of repeated requests he did not appear. He is not willing to refund the amount....

I have listing of my business on justdial since 1.5 years. Since last 6 months the services has gone bad. Since jan am requesting justdial to provide me proper services or stop the ecs. We are paying members of justdial since more than 2 years. We then upgraded to platinum on the pretext that we will have our own unique website developed by them within 60 days of contract activation.
We have our ecs deducting every month and there is no response from their sales rep or the customer care.
Please guide us on how to go forward.
All the documentation and bills are present with us....

I have taken a plan from just dial. It was an annual plan. When i asked the rep before taking the plan, that if i do not wish to continue it, how to cancel it. He said just ask your bank to stop ecs. Now i want to cancel the plan, i have sent just dial several request, but then a person saurabh talk to me, he denies to cancel it. And put down the phone, after that i get a message on my phone "with your approval your ecs has been retained"....

In june 2016 i've registed a contract (2761 rs/month) my business with just dial. I've advanced paid of one month charge. But after 15 days i've check my bank statement.
