Hello,

Almost 40 mails to Coimbatore just dial. But NO response.
I could not forward all the mails. I already asked for refund of my money. But very adamant, not attending my calls and responding to my mails AS WELL.

I got a package from justdial for my business "Ahmedabad balloon decorators" having registered number.

A marketing manager named "lokesh Soni" came to sell this package and gave all false promises. Now from the day this package has started I am continuously getting all fake leads and everytime I called justdial on [[protected]], they have no solution for my problem. I called almost 50 times and explained everything but nobody is giving me any solution. They all are working just to take money but not for providing service. I want my refund and want to stop the package ASAP.

I take credit card loan for this but now I can't paying back to bank credit card loan coz Justdial cheated me and fake commitments.

Please refund my full amount. I don't want any service from Justdial. Please do needful action. Otherwise I'll take legal action against Justdial.

i want to show my photos uploaded on google through justdial are pasted by another business, i want explanation how it happens.

It has been 40 days I had paid ₹2000 to just dial just dial executive named Mamta from Mumbai branch had continuously being calling me to pay ₹2000 and had promised that by just investing ₹2000 initially my services will start she did not say that after paying ₹2000 one more 2000 will be deducted from my account only then the service will begin
After paying ₹2000 3-4 days later she told me that I will have to add 2000 in my account which will be deducted only then the service will start then I said that this was not informed to me earlier kindly refund my 2000 back... Now it has been over 40 days till date I have not received any refund..
I have sufficient call recordings and messages...

IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK I WILL TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST JUST DIAL...

It's very unfortunate that we have taken the worst experience of Pest Control at our location.

Dated 28th March 2021 - Pest control done (no improvement in cockroaches reduction).

Trying to call you since 30th March 2021 but no one responding and you have blocked my number is this a type of service you were providing?

I don't need your service I want my money Rs. 1000/- return (bill copy available).

This is in regard to raise an issue about the calls generated for our clinic livewell Diabates & Heart Centre . Most of the lead are fake and not responding. This issue has been raised before as well but no action taken yet. I spoke to excetive Mr. Pawan. But not response from his end also. I want to end my current agreement with justdail, kindly process the formalities and close our agreement with you.

Hi team,

AC technician through Just dial we called and he took money of 20000 and said he will come from outside in 10 minutes but unfortunately he didn't came and whenever we try to connect him through different numbers he don't response .

We want our money back and culprit to get caught or you provide us free service in his behalf.

Very disappointed, as one of the person from complain cell said that some team member will get back in 24 hrs but no response.

Kindly arrange a call and sort it out my issue.

Hello, i got cheated by justdial /employe bhavin panchal. Bhavin panchal offered me website offer for 15000 and he told that i have to purchase domain other things will be done by justdial.He told that if you cant pay full amount so pay some amount and other by emi.So i agreed and pay initial amount after that he never try to contact me and i called him many times but he still not solved my problem.I also called many times mr, vihang but he also same with me.Till now my problem not solved.Noe mr vihang told that your website was emi base and if you stop emi your website will stop.On joining time mr bhavin panchal told that its one time payment after that you dont have to pay any amount. And now thing was different. I told many time to stop my emi to mr bhavin panchal but still he not done any thing.So i looted by just dial employe mr bhavin panchal. I also attached here all proofs.Call recording video recording.So i request you please take strong action.

I get contact number of fake labour contract from just dial. Labour contract cheat with me.
He took 15000 thousand rupees and then sat down by closing the phone.

I gave the money 77.000 for some construction work for home. He has taken my money but did not work yet. i have called him many times but did not pick my call last 20 days. please help me out and back my money. I request to you please do the needful action and help as soon as possible.

I am a customer with Justdial and my business is registered under the name DJ Power Solutions at Coimbatore. I had taken a Guaranteed Leads Package and I had an option to tag irrelevant wherein I would be getting refund for the same. But from 31.03.2021, the option to tag is missing and I have complained through call but to no avail. This is making me lose money and new leads. I had the idea to upgrade my package, but when the things you promised are not being honoured, it's making me think on my future decisions. I request you to kindly look into this and update me on the same at the earliest.

I’ve called to the customer care and requested to stop ECS as I’ve stopped my business...Since November 2020 I’m calling to JD customer care every month and every time they are saying from next month your ECS will stop and no amount will be deducted...But since November amount is being deducted every month from my bank account...I’m calling and requesting every time and they are repeating the same answer that from next month your amount will not be deducted...I’m losing my trust on Just Dial...If my complaint is not dealt properly...I’m gonna complain to RBI, SEBI, and to the Consumer Court...

I started a pest control lead services with Just dial by justdial.com representative Mr. Mahesh Chandra (Delhi Branch ) after this service used a month. i call to justdial customer care and stopped this service due to covid-19 and bad responsed of leads given by justdial.com . I paid advanced given to justdial and i have invoice .after stopping service justdial present ECS at company current account 37 times .Due to covid 19 company current account was nil. ECS was Bounced and bounced charge 590/- per ECS bounced

Why Justdial.com present ECS after stopping Service ?

justdial.com have to pay NIvati Productions ECS bouncing Charge.

37 * 590 = 21830/-

Please Solve my problem .and please take strict Action against Justdial.com.

Gowtham - sales agent from JustDial approached me to have my business listed as a premium listing with JustDial. Since I wanted to generate leads for my business I initially expressed interest & Gowtham promised that I can expect a minimum of 6000 enquiries/300 leads in a month. I repeatedly insisted on getting a monthly subscription. But Gowtham deliberately misleads me saying that there is an issue with the ECS system and pressurized me to get the annual package instead. At one point I even asked him to leave my place and come back once the system has been fixed. But he repeatedly insisted that he could do a huge discount on the annual package and pressurized me to get the annual package. He promised a minimum of 5 leads a day. I have that as a screenshot on my Whatsapp. So I signed up purely on the basis that I would get 5 leads a day. It has been almost one month since my ad has been LIVE with JD . I have not receievd even one lead so far. I did 2 test leads for my own purpose and thats it . So hereby I request JD to refund my annual fee paid amounting to sum of 16, 992 INR & take down my ad from their site . Also please take disciplinary action on the staff memeber Gowtham for false marketing . As per the contract terms I understand that JD does not guarantee any business to my company - However a staff of JD had promised me minimum 5 lead sper day & that was my only purpose to sign up with JD. So this is purely false marketing just to get money from the customers .

We are facing hectic issues in handling irrelevant leads, where to park these leads and get the refund.

So far I got more than 40 irrelevant leads Example Am running a PG for Men, your business lead is for Ladies PG, how to handle this type of enquiries, and how to get back the amount which was deducted wrongly from your end.

Initially when I have signed the agreement and paid Money you were having a separate entity for irrelevant leads, and I used to get back the amount, now the money is simply deducted from my account, and no response for mails or calls.

Please take some serious action, otherwise need to go for legal advice., am not threatening you, but need a proper solution for small players like me.

When you are going to refund for irrelevant leads.

Anand satheesh here, I am running a buisness and I hv listed ma buisness in just dial in 2019.i have registered for three district basis and I have paid an advance amount and tuk d contract..A customer care executive named Dhanya contacted me tht time and she told lik first I hv to pay an amount to take the contract and and also told the ECS deduction will be there only till 6 months .but I paid the rest amount also in advance and also contacted the concerned customercare executive and she told ECS won't be deducted anymore.since i wont use the related bank account always I used to keep only minimum balance in tht account, after 6 months when I checked, five times bouncing charge has been deducted from my account.Then I contacted the customer care and requested to stop the deduction.but evn after I requested to stop deduction, 295 rupees had been deducted 27 times from ma account regarding this, wen I was about to file IT returns only i came to know this mch amount had been deducted again..I was a trusted user of just dial, and this type of incident had made me lose my trust in this completely, , , First time when you deducted bouncing charge I tolerated it since I had not requested it to stop, but now again 27 times it has been deducted even after I requested and an amount of 7965 had been deducted totally from my account.i had lost this huge amount simply and never for any of my buisness purpose, I cant tolerate it, , So I kindly request you to deactivate that ECS deduction and kindly refund the amount that has been deducted .its not the first time I am having this worst experience in just dial.earlier you have offered a service for 1 year and after paying the amount, you had just stopped the service in 8 months and there also I lost money, , after tht incident also again I trusted just dial and took another service and this is what happened with me this time.i don't have to tolerate this again and again and moreover I have lost my money.So hereby requesting you to resolve my issue as soon as possible and looking forward to hear from you.

I was searching a number for gas agency who is to deliver my gas today. But just dial has registered some kind of complaint and i am getting calls from random agencies asking for address saying i have registered a complaint with just dial. I have not done any such complaint. Please fix your software and stop giving out our numbers to random people

In reference to my previous mail dated 2nd April 2021 to kolkata branch .it is regretly mentioned that i have not received any reply from your side. Hence i am writing to this mail to corporate office of mumbai to solve the issue.I am very much pleased with the service of your service manager Priyabrata rout and allot him to serve me for the future course of time. And stop the unknown person claimed as state head of just dial as Abhishek Dash and Ameer neither to enter my premises not to contact in future course of time as i never been talked with them earlier . I have been very much unhappy with their behaviour and the way they present and everytime they check in my office without my consent and permission and waste my most valuable time.

If this is not solved, i would like to quit from just dial. And kindly refund the amount u have subscribed.

I am saying strongly that mr priyabrata rout should be allowed to enter my just dial profile as he is very much honest and i have a strong confident on him and serve quickly since last 1 year with just a messege in whatsapp.
