We at ikv kreations, FF-117, Mari Gold Complex (MGC), Safal Parisar Road, South Bopal, Ahmedabad got registered for advertisement through Just Dial in the month of Feb-20 for 12 months. But due to ill response, we called Mr.Vismay (mobile number [protected]) to stop the deduction of subscription (through Punjab National Bank). But he told that it would be stop after 12th installment.

But, 14th installment has been deducted on 10.03.2021.

We would like to stop subscription with immediate effect.

Just dial agent come to my office which is registered on the name ILHAM EDULINKS. And guide us about their services and advised us to pay part amount that time and rest in 8 installments we agreed with it . And now we had paid more than 8 installments but these Ecs not stop. I had mailed severel times to justdial about it but my problem is not resolevd and every month 1180 inr deduct from my account in favour of justdial. Now i want to stop my esc as i had already paid more than 8 installments. If my problem not be solved forcibly i have to knock door of consumer forum

I had ordered a LED board to SHARMA SIGN ART GALLERY (Registered with Just Dial) from Paharganj Delhi, who is registered with Just Dial. I had placed the order on 8 March 2021. I paid him advance money of Rupees 3000 on 9 March 2021. He committed to deliver the board by 12 March, but he stopped picking my phone when I called him regarding the delivery. He also blocked my number.

Now neither he is refunding my money nor making my board. He has done a fraud of 3000 Rupees with me.

I never expected such fraud from a Just Dial authenticated vendor. Please help me in getting my refund from this fraudster.

I was subscribed for just dial as per the representative visited to my office and it was informed the subscription fee is only 3900 + GST . I paid the same from my personal bank account. This was happened on 24th Feb. Whereas on 01st March & 15th March they deducted Rs. 1794 from my bank account. My complaint is about the miss leading information by the Marketing representative Mr. Vishnu and I need my full amount back.

I got the contact details for the purpose of the photography. He asked 4000 rupees for a booking but at the last moment he didn't turn up. Also, he was making several excuses to refund the money and misbehaved with me and my family. I request just dial to provide me his details so that I can file complaint against him and also block him from your platform to maintain your consumer satisfaction. My name is Vikram wadhwani from Kanpur my business name is wadhwani and associates for which i have purchased business listing plan for top 5 position in kanpur which is their position plan
i have two complaints
first these people try to cheat their customers by giving fake discounts manipulating customers that this plan will cost this amount and when the customer purchased that plan they charge him further amount so there is always ambiguity in their words
just dial called i discussed their plan they told me that a certain inquiry plan will cost me 18000 for 1 year they further told me that i can also opt for ecs which will be deducted in two monthly instalments the guy was rohit from noida he told me that he is marketing head he told once you pay ecs instalment your plan will be active now another marketing guy named aditya malhotra told me plan for 5340 for enquiry and lead generation which i have not purchased after few days some marketing guy named AMAR SINGH CHAUHAN Mob No [protected] came with his senior told me about position plan which will give me top 5 position in kanpur with any no of categories and pin in kanpur he also cheated me by saying that there are discount this ecs plan will cost you 1770 for 1 month and 15 days and 2360 for 2 months after it will deduct 2360 or 1770 after every 1.5 month or 2 month they also told me that your plan will be activated once you pay the amount if you pay by noon then you will recieve leads and enquiries by evening now the irony i have purchased this plan from 6 days and still it is not activated my second complaint that now their marketing department head mr gurbachan singh and other team members are saying that your plan will be activated after second instalment second ecs which will be deducted within 7 days for getting plan active plus when i called amar singh chauhan the guy for which i complaining specially he also told me that you have to give 1696 rs instalment aditionally to get this plan active this is pure cheating a cheating to attract client and boost sales i have given them warning that i will give them a legal notice they are saying you need to talk to us before purchasing your plan i want to ask that mr amar singh chauhan who told me personally about just dial plans is he not your marketing guy is he not representing just dial plus their marketing dept told me initially that they will send their executive who will explain all plans to me it means that they are giving power to their executive for selling their services their executive is responsible on behalf of just dial do i need to interact with hundreds of employees of just dial just to understand and purchase a basic plan they are saying like ki sir apko hmse puchna chiye ta are bhai tmara bnda b to tmari company ko represent kr ra h use knowledge ni h to kyu rkhe huye ho ab plan purchase kiya h to kyi mri issues answer ni kr rha now when i have purchased thier plan they are not addressing always they are taking 48 hours or 2 days and they have taken 7 days upto now they are wasting my and their time as far as activation is concerned they are increasing my time by transfering my issue to different dept sometime internal dept calling my issues as a technical error some time they transfer my issue to marketing dept but everything in vain

I have contacted just dial for any nearby labourers for my metal roofing work on 22Jan2021. Just dial whatsspp me with the list of roofing contractors and ratings details. Mr Srinivas( [protected])from Bangalore roofing and No 34, 3rd Block, Kammanahalli, Bangalore - 560043 (Near Kotak Mahindra Bank) contacted me and informed me that he is ready to take measurements for the roofing work and he told me that received my contact number from just dial. As per the initial discussion he took measurements for 1000 sqfeet roofing work including roof, sidecladding, gutter, door and window work.As per agreement he started his work on Feb2nd2021 I paid him Rs53500 as labour fees in installments. He promised me to finish the work soon if I pay him all the money in advance. When I paid last installment he agreed to finish work. Once he received the full money he stopped coming and roofing work remains incomplete.After several follow-up with calls Initially he agreed to come and finish but from past one week he is not responding. I have lodged local petition in police station near to my house.please don't encourage these fraud contractors to register as legitimate labourers and please take severe action against him and I have all the proofs for the transactions made.

This is in reference to Fraud done by vendor after calls received after requesting contact details for service providers in vasundhra enclave area for broadband connection in Delhi by us.

I would like to share & make a complaint the I started receiving calls from various no's after we requested for broadband connection vendors in nearby areas of my office.

We recieved one call from no. as mentioned [protected] confirming himself as Mr Pankaj as name shared by person & also identified himself as distributor of MTNL, visited our premises and filled up the form and gave the information regarding the broadband package & confirmed the connection will be done by evening 5.00 pm on 11-03, accordingly we shared the aadhar as address proof and pan no. of the company for the same broadband connection, along with Rs1500/- in cash for connection package amount as confirmed 2800/- for 6+1 month demo, with 100mbps unlimited data & unlimited local, std calling services.

As the concerned person distributor no. as shared above is continuously coming switched off from after an hour, when i tried to check/follow up with him for connection.
It seems we have been cheated/ frauded by the concerned person confirming himself as distributor of MTNL services.
This really seems concerning & request you to please take action against such miscreants, who are trying to loot people with their hard earned money.

Request you to please kindly look into the above matter... as it may be the case, he may be someone from team of Ex MTNL Distributor or office or attached to person with whom our lead has been shared by Just dial.

We will be proceeding to file the police complaint as well against the matter,
however we would need help on this matter from just dial team as well as we are ready to help in case you receive such further complaints from people like this I am willing to help identify the same person.

We have informed JustDial Team as well, regarding the same matter so the person no. could be blacklisted from there as well, however no support recieved till now.

I had signed up for a Just Dial listing in Nov. 2020 to be paid from my credit card on a monthly basis. However since the authorisation calls for the payments used to come at midnight every month I did not authorise the payment for Jan 2021 so that the company representatives contact me and take action. However the representative who came convinced me to stop this service and opt for a banner listing thus avoiding the multiple enquiries from the same persons within the day and also repeatedly everyday. Most of the enquiries (90%) being generated were from people who said they had not contacted Justdial. I was asked to make a one time payment for this service which I did. To my surprise my credit card was automatically debited in Feb and Mar 2021 for the earlier contract also.

I have made payment for purchase of plants from Green tree nursery on 10 march 2021 the transaction failed but my account debited rs 687.84 transaction ref[protected]GAKSAJVJ9 Transfer to 45 kindly refund the amount

This is regarding a package which we got from just dial few days back, we paid the amount and our package started, I requested the ones who were in contact that I need some guidance on the just dial app, how to handle leads, so I requested the to send someone, but no one came to guide us, it's been a week now that I requested the but everytime they just say we are busy, we will come in an hour, but no-one came ..but at the time of deal they were calling us day n night to finalize the deal ...
Please look into this and try to help us.

I am a service provider with justdail .I was promised 2080 leads, I can mark them irrelevant if leads aren't relevant and I also I can block incoming query for dates I am busy. As soon as I paid to get featured, they changed policy that if I don't mark it irrelevant in an hour, it will be counted relevant. Also they don't have a feature where one can block incoming queries for particular dates. They made false Commitments. Also the HR stopped taking calls and customer service is also not very helpful .
