I am totally disappointed from your Lead base package. I received twelve enquiry till now. All the enquiry are fake. If any person, who search the any thing on Justdial. You share the enquiry with professional. Most of the client don't receive the call but our money deducted.same Package in same industry but not same option in Lead updation such as irrelevant.There is no response from your Call center team, I called him many times. Your Sales Professional is also not responding my Call. Don't waste the Money of Professional. Request you please resolved my issue on urgent basis otherwise I will complaint to Bank through the Provision of Credit Card dispute.

I ordered a pair of skating shoes on 22.03.2021 sunday night through JD pay by credit card but merchant didn't receive the money yet but the amount has been deducted from credit card and confirmed by bank.
and there is no response from the JD pay
we are not able to contact them and there is no way to get our money back.
we want our money to be reach us or else to the merchant

I was subscribed for justdial as per the representative visited to my office. And it was informed the subscription fee and services. But in first month not provided service properly. Then I inform on [protected] and marketing executive for stop ecs and your subscription. But you use ecs and continuously debit on my account. So I want to refund that debited amount. If you not stop ecs and not to refund debited amount with in 15 days of this complaints. I will take action against you in appropriate court.

16th March 2021 I Pay Rs. 7, 500 + GST Rs.1, 350 Total Rs. 8, 850 for their Promotion JD Go Digital Scheme. Their Telemarketing Promised for Guaranteed Business Leads.

After Payment They told me that the scheme way stooped & they refused to refund my my Hard Earn Money

Your TeleMarketing Persons Vijayalaxmi, Naveen, Sabitha & Renuga Contacted me for your JD Go Digital Scheme. They approached me for Guaranteed Business Leads.

On March 8th Mr. Gowtam Mahadevan Meet me by Person & Explained about Guaranteed Business Leads. That day I refused to Pay.

After That Yours Staff called me several times to convenience me. After that on 16th March 2021 I Pay Rs. 7, 500 + GST Rs.1, 350 Total Rs. 8, 850 for the Promotion.

I got 4 Leads as of Now. all leads are irrelevant. Now There is no option to Tag this Irrelevant Leads.I Try to contact your Telemarketing Persions. No response from your side.

Mr. Naveen Not at all picking my Calls. Renuga & Mr. Gowtam Attend my call after so many dialls. And Now your Staffs are telling Schemes are changed, So, There is No Replacement for Irrelevant Leads.

It is not fair for a company like Justdial.com. I Nomore want the worst services from just dial.
Kindly Cancel the Invoice & Repay my Amount as soon as possible.

It has been 3 days since I requested jusdial.com for a refund. Kindly update the status of my Cancellation Request.

Today[protected] Dialled[protected] They gave me Chennai Number[protected] for Tamil Customer Care and 11:56 am Monday Dialled.

First Mr. Raj Attends my call, I ask him to connect Customer Care but he connects it to the On Boarding Verification Dept. Mrs. Leela Talked to me.

She told me that she would take my complaint and ask me to raise complaints through JD APP. I ask her for a complaint Number, But she disconnects my call.

Customer Care on JD app sends me OTP. After OTP it goes to a blank Page. Not able to Complaint Online.

I Dialled Coimbatore Office Mr. Chandra Sekhar Three Times. Unable to connect. I Don't Know what kind of service you are giving to your customers.

I once again Kindly request you to Cancel the Invoice & Repay my Amount as soon as possible.

Wrong informations are included in my profile from the begining even after i reported the concerned staff to correct the same, no response from the authority. Rs. 590 is debiting from my account each month. If possible return the whole amount. Parent id. Px477. X477.[protected]. T8M2

I have subscribed for the JustDial ECS service just for one year. Even though the subscription period is over, they are still debiting the amount every month for the last three months. Neither Bank nor JustDial is taking responsibility for this payment.

I have made payment to green tree nursery for purchase of plants on 2nd febuary for Rs 629.79 and Rs 687.84 on 10th March onthe website of green tree nursery through justdial both the transaction failed and no order number generated but my account was debited you are requested to refund my money

We at ikv kreations, FF-117, Mari Gold Complex (MGC), Safal Parisar Road, South Bopal, Ahmedabad got registered for advertisement through Just Dial in the month of Feb-20 for 12 months. But due to ill response, we called Mr.Vismay (mobile number [protected]) to stop the deduction of subscription (through Punjab National Bank). But he told that it would be stop after 12th installment.

But, 14th installment has been deducted on 10.03.2021.

We would like to stop subscription with immediate effect.

Just dial agent come to my office which is registered on the name ILHAM EDULINKS. And guide us about their services and advised us to pay part amount that time and rest in 8 installments we agreed with it . And now we had paid more than 8 installments but these Ecs not stop. I had mailed severel times to justdial about it but my problem is not resolevd and every month 1180 inr deduct from my account in favour of justdial. Now i want to stop my esc as i had already paid more than 8 installments. If my problem not be solved forcibly i have to knock door of consumer forum

I had ordered a LED board to SHARMA SIGN ART GALLERY (Registered with Just Dial) from Paharganj Delhi, who is registered with Just Dial. I had placed the order on 8 March 2021. I paid him advance money of Rupees 3000 on 9 March 2021. He committed to deliver the board by 12 March, but he stopped picking my phone when I called him regarding the delivery. He also blocked my number.

Now neither he is refunding my money nor making my board. He has done a fraud of 3000 Rupees with me.

I never expected such fraud from a Just Dial authenticated vendor. Please help me in getting my refund from this fraudster.

This was happened on 24th Feb. Whereas on 01st March & 15th March they deducted Rs. 1794 from my bank account. My complaint is about the miss leading information by the Marketing representative Mr. Vishnu and I need my full amount back.
