I have buy a business listing annual plan on justdail. They provided wrong information about the plan. Now i lost my all money due wrong info provided by them. after multiple try with them they are not listening....

I got a call from just dail regarding paid promotion. I am getting multiple calls and an executive is arrogant and disrespectful with me over the call. I’ll file a complaint on this at consumer forum for bring disrespectful with me. Here is the number i got a call from[protected] time 10:40 AM 23 feb 2021....

I took ur subscription on 11/08/20 for 1 year supreme package. But, now it is showing expired within 6 months only. We have called for a plumber on JustDial. The justdial company recommended some plumbers. We called one among them. First Day he came and agreed to do work. Second day he came and gave some estimate around 60, 000 rupees and an advance payment of 30 thousand. He robbed the material and never called back...

I wnat to cancel our subscription plan, but these people are not cancelling from past 6 months. Every time i call their number, they make reasons not to cancel it. It’s a fraud company....

We kumbalanghi village tours, a tour company located at Ernakulam district, kerala state started a contract with Justdial to promote our tourism related services. This was for one year. For that initial payment of Rs. 2950/- was given and a monthly ECS was fixed at @Rs. 983.Eventhogh the contract is over buy February 2020 they are still continuing the ECS inspite of my request over phone and mails.
Action in this regard may kindly...

I paid 4999 to JD partnership program...and didn't get any response... I asked them to refund.. they said concern team will call...and didn't get call

He explained me about the work, I asked him to come over to my flat for further discussion.

He visited me on[protected] at 11.30 am and after discussion, I agreed to give him work of home...

I have paid them 14160 inr on their application through my card, after that i talked to their customer care executive, she acknowledge the payment and send me the invoice copy of my payment and tell that by evening my campaign will be active and i will start getting lead. but now its 4 days gone, still my campaign is not active as well as i am not getting leads, Last three days they are making false commitment that they will resolve the issue...
