I got a dig dealer number [protected] by the name Home delivery dog kennel.. They promised delivery of puppy and asked me to transfer 500 as token money. I Paid it and they are now not responding to call and messages.. Seems like they extract money by wrong means.. they might be doing this with so many people.. How do you ensure that this doesn't happen through your website.

My lifetime service was stopped by just dial without issue me any information.

its been month that my services are stopped. I purchased a life time plan, now after 3rd april, I did not get any lead. I already complaint in Just Dial but they did not respond me yet.

Please help me.

At first they signed the agreement of 1 year of paid service but without my permission they are deducting 1188rs after 1yr of expiry almost 9 month(9*1188=10692rs) extra already deducted my money. I need the money back.

For last 5 month i have been trying to stop my just dial paid service deducting 1188rs monthly but the concern person from just dial customer care refused to stop the service saying store is open so can't stop the service and even behaving very rudely with me.. Many times i emailed to just dial also but no action till now..

My Mobile No. [protected] Just dial has registered as Fusion Health Care and I am getting lot of calls from Just Dial Customer for Fusion Health Care Products for which I am no where concern. I informed to Just Dial about the same but they are not changing my number from their website and lot of calls from the customers have become torture for me. Kindly help me.

I had taken your service for 10000/- but your executive Mr jaspreet ([protected]) and Mr Harjeet ([protected]) failed to meet my expectations from just dial. I was promised to get a official website for my business TAJ MARBLES ABOHAR and one person will be assigned to me for any changes to my website or any updation. I was very impressed with the offer that was described to me from Mr Jaspreet and Mr Harjeet, they promised for the full support and service. At the end, i will say the behaviour is totally unethical.

Please assign me a genuine person for my queries and complaints.

One of Just Dial Executives came to my office, taken 66800 INR from me, gave a 10 years package for advertisement.

As of now we didnt even get one proper leads. It's more than 5 Months.

No executives from JD responding now and talking very rash and negligence answers.

I want my money refund with interest.

I have taken Justdial paid service in march from Deepak and Hemang Shah in which they have taken 35000 rupees in which they are giving 35000 as a balance and will deduct 29 rupees for every relevant lead. whereas if the lead is irrelevant I can mark it as irrelevant.

In 2 months time whatever leads have been provided not a single person acknowledged that they have enquired. They were all false leads provided by Justdial.

Apart from the service of providing leads many other issues they made where we lose our money

1) First they removed a option of marking the lead irrelevant so that we cannot mark it irrelevant and our money gets deducted. Still i have not received back the money which was deducted for the technical issue from their side and they have not credited the money back and this incident happened twice in 2 months.

2) Second time they made changes for marking leads irrelevant.
Initially we were getting 24 hours to mark the lead irrelevant later they made it 1 hour
They sent the lead out of the business hours at 5.30 am in the morning and expect that in morning till 6.30 am we should mark the lead as irrelevant. This was another attempt to deduct our money.

3) Third we were having excess to the passbook of our were we have paid 35000 and can check what is the balance, but suddenly they felt people are checking their balance and Justdial cannot steal our money so they stopped giving excess to our own passbook. so that they deduct whatever they want without our knowledge.

This is when i asked customer support about the passbook balance I came to know that have deducted 10000 form my balance for no reasons.

This is how Justdial is cheating and stealing people money.
Whenever we try to contact our RM and the Supriya from customer support they just say us to mail at [protected]@justdial.com and after sending so many mails there is no proper response from the Justdial.
This is completely mental harassments done by the Justdial

I don't want this kind of service. After a week from purchase of the contract we had requested for the refund as I don't require such services. But they didn't resolve any issue nor they refunded the money

I have written here so that my complaints will be resolved and some action would be taken against Just dial.

Kindly help me to get my money back and get rid of just dial mess.

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

We have been trying to cancel this contract for the past year. Every time we contact customer care they spin some yarn about the ECS office being closed or being unavailable right now. The say they will send a link or call back but the links don't work and no one calls back.

Even our Bank is unable to stop payments. How this company justifies looting their customers during a pandemic is beyond me!

I have complaint many times to stop ECS and discontinue from just dial then after you have cut 3 moths ECS. This month also before 15 April placed complaint to stop ECS still you have cut my ECS

I had written regarding ECS deduction from my bank account. This was for EduTech, Educational Service Provider, Kolkata, Laketown.
Thank you for the reply on Whatup by Ms. Sweta Ghose. She has written that my concern for " Contract Information is resolved". Does that mean that ECS of about 2350 will not be debited again? That will a great relief.

I bought some veggies from Jags fresh(United Cold Chain & Food Processing Limited) listed on your website the person is giving excused and reasons for delay in order on the other hand i have seen under mouthshut.com and other website that this merchant is fradualent takes money and never delivers order or refunds it.
I am going to report to higher authority and it cell 295rs maybe a meagure amount but to me its my hard earned money.

We were enquiring for digital promotions in just dial. One of your executive from Just Dial Mr.Razaak from Padi branch approached us. We were discussing about the promotions and later moved our conversation to the cost involved for the promotion. There were negotiations however during this period our dad passed away and we were behind it and we were unable to attend his calls. Today we resumed back in the market and received a call from him. He started to insult my husband stating that he was not capable to invest for the promotion.There was no requirement for him to call and insult us . I think we have our own opinions to decide when to invest for our company..Friends in marketing first should hve patience for the leads to get converted. We are really hurt by his actions and will not consider just dial for any requirement.

Was searching for packers and movers services on Justdial & got call from from reba logistics through them. They sked for some advance and I did the payment but afterwards they never picked the call and neither did they came to take the parcels. Later when I found sth fishy and searched on Google, there were so many complaints both on YouTube and other portal for last two years. The name of company was reba logistics and the girl who contacted was Priya Agarwal and contact no.is [protected]. The no. on which I have sent advance was [protected] of Mayank Agarwal. I

Hi Team,

I am from Chennai (Ramapuram) and have been suggested by just dial to refrigerator service shop naming (Smart care) Thoraipakkam Chennai. They have charged me 2500 for changing whirlpool defrost thermostat . Later while checking with whirlpool service centre the actual cost of that product is 600 only. The shop manager told me that the service charge is 200 only in the first call itself. I am trying to do complain on this to just dial Chennai but when ever they pick call they saying complain team is not available.I am wondering how a big corporate like just dial not have a proper complain team . Even a petty shop people responding better than just dial. You always want to hold your client irrelevant of what ever cheating they do. Totally fed-up with ur services. Actually thought of complaining the shop manager but I want to raise against ur services team in Chennai. You people are worst service from your standard of corporates. I am expecting a response atleast after this complaint
