Mene pinki aggarwal ji ko Rs.3000 diye the 2 naye pan number apply karne k liye, unhone pehle paise le liye aur bola k 24-48hrs me pan number mil jayega, aaj pure 1saal se upar ho gaye hai..koi pan number nhi mila h mujhe aur mene unhe payment refund krne ko kaha to mujhe unh k senior jo hai wo dhamki dene lag gye hai.
me inhk address pe bhi gaya..waha se bhi ye log apna office shift kar chuke hai, mujhe bas mera paisa wapas chahiye..

I have business in name of Ashok electrical
Just dial called us to give business and lots of benefits
But since I have given payment through cheque,
Now I have to call n ask them why my sevice is not activated.
I think they have cheated me because they don't give proper response

Our business is on ayah centre that provides ayah / nurse for taking care of patients . And here in just dial, it shows wrong information about our business that is an orphanage which is absolutely wrong! Please either provide legal informations orelse don't ! We are literally disturbed with responding to millions of calls for orphanage since last few years. It's been more than 20 times of submitting complaints but just dial never took a single action! This is so worst !

I Have paid to #JustDial on 04 Mar 2021 invoice no TN0321RC80946122 amount 7500 + 1350 (18% GST) total amount 8850. Amount paid for Guaranteed Leads but i have received only 3 lead till now. Many times i have called customer care and representative Mr Boobalan mobile number [protected] but no solution yet.

We are a business based jn Kerala. We had registered with Just Dial in 1st week of April '21 and no proper Leads were generated, no e- Catalogue was added, no website created.
The leads whatever is generated is misleading.
We had paid the money and now no representative is even responding to our calls or messages.
If there is any issue atleast that should be communicated. They just took the money and no service at all.
This is very disappointing service.
Please look into this issue else we would need a full refund.

This is Magesh. I have been a justdial.com business user for couple of years and I have been trying to stop the service from justdial since the last year, due to the pandemic. I tried every way possible, contacted the customer care, which is the worst experience I have ever had from a company. They just ask my details every time and say we will unregister my business and stop the ECS payments, but they never did that. Each time is like a new start and they just book new tickets everytime but they never resolved the before
I even tried to stop the ECS transaction through my bank, but they sai we can't do that, you have to ask just dial to do that, which I believe it won't happen. They just don't even consider it. They even have money of nearly 14, 000 and still debit each month from my account. This is the worst experience I have ever had from a company. If I need to stop my business, why they won't let it happen. They just constantly debit an amount from my account, even I asked them many times to stop my business and stop ECS payments.

I hope this get resolved.Not only me there are many people who are victims to this company, I hope they find get out of this too.

My company has availed the Justdial services, where we have the monthly ECS getting deducted from bank. I have contacted Justdial representative multiple times to stop this now. I have also submitted written application to stop service. But there is no response form any of the Justdial team. It has been more than 2 years I am trying to get this closed. These people simply dont respond.
Its amore than 6K per month.

Sales man gave us justdial pakage, saying monthly emi will be 1180 and can cancel it after months.later they refused to cancel it deducted money twice a month, cancelling time is 3 months

I have my profile/account SDM pest control Tumkur in your JD website till April. But after this April my firm SDM pest control Tumkur has been deleted from JD without brining it to my knowledge and all my reviews, my locations have been transferred to Global pest control solutions tumkur. This is very strange that all my reviews has been transferred to Global pest control solutions tumkur. I contacted customer care from past 2 days but did not get a proper response. I will be waiting for your response via phone/ email to clarify below:
1) how my account has been deleted from just dial without bringing to my knowledge.
2) How my account reviews/location has been transferred to Global pest control solutions tumkur ( which is a very big offence).

Waiting for you reply, If it is not sorted out at the earliest i have to make a legal complaint against the same.

Catalyst Writing Services Mumbai Ashok apt bandra road 38, I found this company in justdial they promised to complete my project and looted my 3k money without providing my project, , , later I raised complaint on justdial they told they will provide project or refund but no...they just looted my money.

I booked refrigerator service on just dail. The mechanic took 2300 for repairing fridge but still it is not working.from the time of Repairing. Worst service provided by just dail. The boy was not exeperienced just came and earned 2300 for 2hours and gone....

Sir my firm srm services regietered in just dial. I want to stop my ecs contract of one year starting from 1st of january 2020 due to covid and lockdown, business is not running properly and i am unable to pay monthly ecs. So please stop my ecs at your earliest.

I heard about justdial from my friend and listed my business in just dial
They aproached me via call and sent thier execitive to my house . The executive came he told me about package and he asked me about how you want the plan, he said its a total amount of xyz and if you pay it at once we will provide our service for a year, but i am a middle class guy and i thought why risk such amount so i asked for monthly plan .so he said you can try a three month trial and then we will see how it goes and for that youll have to pay th ree months payment so I said no I will pay 1 month and try it if I am OK with it I'll start my campaign, so he said no we can't do that for that you'll have to start the monthly ecs of 3500 I guess so I started the package
But the leads were not good and half of them were fake leads enquired by their employees so I bounced 2ecs I applied to stop my ecs but the asked me if you want to stop it ecs you will have to pay 4700 and I said I am not going to pay a single amount to you old if anyone can help me to stop my ecs pls reply thank you

Kindly stop deducting money from our account as we are not satisfied with your service. We have already informed to your executives but no use. They are still deducting money. So please stop ECS immediately.

No response From your customer support. No calls no messages no support. Is this how your just dial works?

I am very disappointing with paid packages services. I frustated with your Fake leads. I am pay to Jusdial premium package to get the leads. But I received only fake contacts and unusefull contacts. If I call in Justdial support then they put the call on hold and just drop the call. Need to take a action regarding my account leads. It's around 2+ months and I am not getting any positive response from your side.

When I discussed this issues with sales person (manoj +[protected] & simran jeet +[protected] they told this issue come from the JustDail backend. This is not the professional way to work with clients. Only give fake leads who provide same services.

Totally Fake Company and fraud with the genuine people. Be aware from the just dial paid packages.

Hi..I am a Dr. opted for just dial service for leads for my clinic dentamax superspeciality dental care, kolkata. I have signed the ecs mandate for 1 yeAr but they are deducting the amount since 3 years. I told them to stop the ecs and service but they have got deaf ears. How come a company run the ecs like this for 3 years without my consent?its a fraud company. Inspite of mail and calls they are reluctant to stop my ecs. I dnt know how a fraud company like this is doing a business in india. PleAse dont avail the service of just dial

My company is Bhagat Singh Enterprises & listed with JustDial from the last 3 years. When your field executives come to me, and tell me the plan, I take it and pay it, but after the payment, when there is a problem in my package of JD account, your JD TEAM does not give me a response

I want to complain to you that even after paying money to Just Dial on time, I did not get the good business from you.

There were my 3 JD packages running with Just Dial, but due to your poor client service I have closed 2 JD packages and now only one is running. But just 3 days ago, you have also closed my last JD package, whereas this month on 15-Apr-2021, Rs 3540 / - has been deducted from my account.

And my previous balance was still left in this JD account, then why did you close this JD package?

I am requesting you to please look at this JD account and help me.

Your area executive understands something else at the time of payment and later the package turns out to be something else. Your JD team has cheated me many times in the last 1 year.
