I`m Deepak Kumar Dhiman, Director o[censored]NIACCESS GLOBAL EDUCATION PVT LTD. I wish to complain about ANUJ SINGH (Just Dial) (Employee ID :[protected] that he sold a plan named sure leads (06/01/2021 and Ambala City).
I am complaining because Mr. Anuj Singh said, "The plan will be activated on the same day and Second thing he didn`t mentioned about the ECS Things(Now once i speak to Sanju (At chandigarh branch, she was saying he should have to convey same thing to you but i think person doesn't have proper information about the plan))". To resolve this problem I would like you to deactivate my plan and stop ECS immediately .
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Sanju, Employee ID 10052206 on dated 01/02/2021 at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because you must need to listen customer issue, how you can ignore all these factors.
I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
