I took package of justdial for lead generation for Rs 35000/- in 26th January.The concerned person name is Piyush and his contact number is [protected]. He said that this package will be very helpful in growth business. But the services provided by them is very poor. No ne replies for any issue. It is just wasting my time and money both. I am not even able to concentrate on my business due to the mess they have created. I need my full amount refund so that i can use that amount somewhere else.

I searched for home painting services on JUST DIAL.com.

I received multiple calls from service providers, I was contacted by person named "Prince Augustin" from Mobile - [protected], Rahul Enterprises Kalyan East.

He explained me about the work, I asked him to come over to my flat for further discussion.

He visited me on[protected] at 11.30 am and after discussion, I agreed to give him work of home painting and interior furniture at 82000 Rupees.

He demanded a advance payment of 31000Rs to start the work from next day. I asked him to furnish he's business account details but he said he just started the business and not yet got the business account. He convinced me to transfer in his own account, I had transferred 31000 Rupees into his Google pay account.

He said he will get the materials in sometime but he didn't show up at all. I called multiple times, he blocked me and didn't take my calls.

I realized that he defrauded me of 31000Rs and ran with all the money.

Next day, I lodged a police complaint against him. Also I couldn't find he's mentioned business in Kalyan East.

I have attached the screenshot of Google Pay transaction and He's business listing in your site.

Please look into this matter. I need details for of the mentioned service provider. He's address, he must have provided KYC documents to justdial.com. Request you to share the full address of this fraud business and mentioned person.

I have paid them 14160 inr on their application through my card, after that i talked to their customer care executive, she acknowledge the payment and send me the invoice copy of my payment and tell that by evening my campaign will be active and i will start getting lead. but now its 4 days gone, still my campaign is not active as well as i am not getting leads, Last three days they are making false commitment that they will resolve the issue into 24 hours but nobody did this.

I am Gopal singha from kolkata. Was a coustomer of Justdial. I closed my business 2 years ago. And i have confirmation doccuments from justdial against ECS stop request. But after 2years your company hitting a suuden amount from my account.

My name is Anil Choudhary.I started my services with Justdial a year back and I continued for a complete as I was getting bussiness but in month of January 2020 I wanted to close bussiness with Justdial as I am was not getting enough of what I was paying the conversion rate of leads were also too low so I decided to close business and I called customer service of Justdial and requested to close this service. I was informed that my request I noted they'll close my business ASAP but even the next month I was charged with my monthly bill and again contacted them they asked told me the payment was billed because of ECS. So I requested to close ECS.
Now it's been 6 months they charge with every month I have called them thousands of times and also mailed them but they do nothing just making fool of me. I cannot afford to pay them any more. Now they are becoming abusive on call and telling me some rules which I was never informed about. Please help me with this problem.
This is right now the biggest fraud going in in india. Justdial is Scaming innocent people like me.

I have given the review about the shop "'Aggarwal Electronics, Shimlapuri, Ludhiana. But my review/feedback is not seen on the review column of the said firm. Kindly my all my review be shown/make visible in the review column of the said firm. It is second time. Kindly be ensure that my complain be solved.

We've registered our business in January 2020 and have followed up many times to stop ECS payment as we don't want to avail said services now, after contract period expiry also the said ECS is being debited from the account and no response is received from Just Dial Customer Care Service.
Please look into the matter at earliest.

I'm from Perfectweds.com. I run a wedding planning company in Delhi. These people sold me a package of ₹25000 giving wrong details and as soon as the package was activated, money began deducting quickly even without responding to the leads.
Their executive muskan and kuldeep both have wrong information and then accepted their mistake. Now we've been trying to get the refund from more than two weeks and have talked to their other executives as well but nobody has helped. We had to have the account freeze so that no more money could be deducted from the package. I want justdial to stop these fraud activities and fire such employees who give wrong information to people just to get the money out of their pockets. Refund those ₹25000 asap or I'll see where else I've to complain.

Please discontinue my ECS immidiately as I am setting my practice different from my partner. So need immidiate discontiation of contract and ECS web from today.

I purchased Just Dial services wherein i was committed a minimum of ten number of leads per day which Just Dial committed would be relevant to search words submitted to Just Dial during my application for services. My Search Word was relevant to people who had expressed interest in investing in Life Insurance or in investing in Kotak Life Insurance.

My name is Aniruddha Roy Choudhury. I am from Salt Lake, Kolkata. So far all 24 leads that I have received are "Not Relevant" as most are saying that they already have an insurance, or have not rung up Just Dial or are already working with Bajaj Insurance or ICICI Prudential.

I am shocked by the response from such a reputed organization. The person submitting such leads is not checking the quality of the leads before dispatching them to us. This would spoil the hard earned reputation of your Just Dial Brand.

I am complaining because Mr. Anuj Singh said, "The plan will be activated on the same day and Second thing he didn`t mentioned about the ECS Things(Now once i speak to Sanju (At chandigarh branch, she was saying he should have to convey same thing to you but i think person doesn't have proper information about the plan))". To resolve this problem I would like you to deactivate my plan and stop ECS immediately .

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Sanju, Employee ID 10052206 on dated 01/02/2021 at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because you must need to listen customer issue, how you can ignore all these factors.

I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

I have registered for their lead generation plan for my business, they gave me all kind of scrap in the name of leads, when I am Calling to cancel the plan, they are telling that they don't have refund policy.
they will provide me services for the money paid.

What will I do with the such leads, which are simply worthless

I contact justdial for transport sevice and after that i started receiving call from various transporter i finalize the deal with the transporter naming Dhanlaxmi road ways we got agreed on a payment term in which it was decided to pay half amount in advance and remaining on deliver butas soon as i transferd the amt in his bank acc the person switch off his phone and what app later i enquired about his account then i came to know that he is a fraud if you want i can give you all the deatil .and this has happen to a lot of person i request you to take necessary action as its spoiling the image of your reputed firm as still there are many firm still doing the same thing

As 1 have paid almost 11000 for branding but there is no response from your employee soo i request you to please refund ma amount or else I will complaint it. I have request him to edit the banner but there is no response from 15 days .really bad service worst service ever really bad company just dail

I registerd to enquire about some nearby body massage services, after which i am being called by various salons and spa centers again and again . i no more want to receive these calls . when i added my no. i was registering an accuont and did not wanted my contact info to be shared to various salons and spas without prior warning or information . i am irritated with theses calss . they keep calling again and again.

This is regarding my listing with Justdial company. Their sales person name - Mr. Mayank Narula, visited my office many times and offered me to purchase their services. He mentioned that the amount I will pay will be available in my account to buy leads and company will take total amount in installments. he mentioned if you dont like services you can stop the services immediately.

Now since the package has started, I have been complaining to Justdial and mr Mayank to visit and solve the problems I am facing. It's been more than 20 days no one has visited.

The issues are -
1. Leads whatever are coming, the amount is getting deducted automatically.
2. one installment was paid online and Mr Mayank said once the balance for this is over then you will receive the link to pay second installment. Whereas second installment has been debited automatically.
3. leads what I am getting, all are irrelevant.
4. I have been chasing them to resolve the problem, they are not coming to office or helping out.
I have all the call recordings and emails to justify the same.

I took the name of a online saree wholeseller from justdail named sanjay kakdiyan we had a conversation and I purchased sarees from him nd it was not COD so I paid him a amount of rs 6000 to him but now I have not received the saree and he is not responding I want my money back from him.
