This is regarding my listing with Justdial company. Their sales person name - Mr. Mayank Narula, visited my office many times and offered me to purchase their services. He mentioned that the amount I will pay will be available in my account to buy leads and company will take total amount in installments. he mentioned if you dont like services you can stop the services immediately.

Now since the package has started, I have been complaining to Justdial and mr Mayank to visit and solve the problems I am facing. It's been more than 20 days no one has visited.

The issues are -
1. Leads whatever are coming, the amount is getting deducted automatically.
2. one installment was paid online and Mr Mayank said once the balance for this is over then you will receive the link to pay second installment. Whereas second installment has been debited automatically.
3. leads what I am getting, all are irrelevant.
4. I have been chasing them to resolve the problem, they are not coming to office or helping out.
I have all the call recordings and emails to justify the same.

I took the name of a online saree wholeseller from justdail named sanjay kakdiyan we had a conversation and I purchased sarees from him nd it was not COD so I paid him a amount of rs 6000 to him but now I have not received the saree and he is not responding I want my money back from him.

We have stopped ECS for your contract aashish computer typing and shorthand institute P7262.7262.[protected].C7A8 You will get the services against received amount during the tenure. After stopping my ECS they deduct a lot of money to my account money is not fix
And their agents doing fraud to me agent name bhgwat wankhade just dial he told me 2 month plan and you can cancel this plan also he told me that wrong things I don't know about ECS service he is doing fraud to me plz help me sir plz

I recieved a lead and later got to know from the customer that lead is not genuine

We were cheated of Rs. 5000 by R J Aluminium Fabrications, Gm Palya, Bangalore, which is listed on JustDial. When I wrote a review warning future customers of what that business-undertaking did to us, JustDial refused to post my review. Every time I called up JustDial, they lied that an executive would call back, and nobody ever did. As long as their clients are paying them money, they don’t mind covering up the fraud done by their clients. They’re as crooked as their cheating client.

I have just purchased a package of Just dial ( 3 months back). in the name of Padma Properties. Without my consent the policy/working of my pakage has been changed, this change of just dial working/ policy is creating lots of trouble for my business. The customer service executives and the sales executives are also least bothered to attend our greviance. The sale person who sold me this package Ms. Jayshree singh has 2-3 times given me false assurance that she will call back after 2 but she never does. The female staffs are also very rude and ignorant. I never get a acknowledgement for my complaints.
I request you to either refund my money as my agreement is active and without my consent just dial has changed the package or re-activate the earlier process on my account.
Hope for a earliest solution or talk with the concern person, or else I need to go to the court of law.

I contracted 11 Jan 2021 fixed lead. He told me that you will get better leads if you will take fixed leads. So I did. I many times called to customer care and executive person. They denied.
