My Name is Mukul. I scrolled down on google regarded Business advertisement. Then i saw justdial as well I clicked on it. Prateek( Justdial Employee) told me that after listing your services you will get enquiry. after listing I didn't receive relevant leads when i called to customer care he told me that your listing is rotation base if you want more leads you need to upgarde your plan upto 30K. when i asked that i m not interested into Justdial services please refund my money then he told me that your amount is not refundable. I paid 11800 for it.

Company or his employee is commit misunderstanding or fraud. Hence, contract of Justdial and My is void. Company is liable to refund my amount as well...

Worthless service. During the time of payment no one tell me that you will receive limited queries. Hence, I appeal that either refund my amount or increase queries at the same package.

      On 7th Nov. 2020, I have paid Rs. 28, 320/- to provide my TRANSLATION SERVICES in 3 states (Andhra, Karnataka and
      Telangana - 204 cities). As per Justdial representative, there is not a single paid customer in Andhra and Karnataka.

      To my shock, whenever there is an enquiry for translation / transcription services in the above mentioned cities, justdial is first providing the non paid listers name and contact details due to which, the callers / customers are making calls first to the free listers.

      Shockingly, a fertilizer / agro / seeds seller is also getting priority call as TRANSLATOR.

      I want the above information should reach to the general public who ever is planning to put money into justdial for promoting their business and also Shri Amitabh Bachhan Ji who is aggressively promoting this company should be alerted what is going on in this company.

        I had provided a negative rating to a business listed on JustDial because that business cheated me by taking full payment from me and did not complete the work. I faced a loss of Rs 20000/-

        So, I submitted a negative rating for this business. After around 8 months, a lady from JustDial called me today and informed me to either speak to the owner of the business or else she will remove my negative rating from the website.

        I asked her, how is it going to help me if I speak to the business owner, will he pay me my lost money back. She said there is no such thing, just I need to speak to the business owner and she will take him in conference. I refused informing why should I take out time from my schedule to speak to a business owner who cheated me. Why does the business owner deserve my time when I have lost my money and was cheated by his business.

        She threatened that if I don't speak to him, she will forcefully remove my negative rating from JustDial. I refused to speak to the owner, she then forcefully removed my rating from JustDial. Before removing my rating, the business had a rating of 2.4 out of 5. After they have removed by rating, the business now shows as 4.4 out of 5. The name of the Business is Blossom Awnings, Viman Nagar, Pune.

        The reason for this complaint is that JustDial as an organization are only following corrupt practices like this. They take extra money from these low rated businesses and remove their negative ratings given by genuine customers and this causes innocent future customers to get cheated, like how I was cheated.

        Please take action against JustDial for running such a corrupt advertising business so that more and more innocent customers are protected from their false tactics.

        This is a very serious concern because by allowing JustDial to function like this, many businesses listed under JustDial have the freedom to provide underrated customer service and whenever they receive negative ratings, they can just erase them by bribing JustDIal with more money.

              This is to inform you that I've posted an ad for electrical contractor (Ideal Electrical)in the Panskura area, Pin: 721152, Dist.: Midnapore (east). I wanted the ad for my company to be displayed in the search option for the area Midnapur, but when I made the ad search it was no where displayed in Midnapur area. I called the customer care of JD (Palash Malik & Mili Sant) but they replied that the ad was for Panskura area only. I tried to explain them about the problem & suggested that Panskura falls in Midnapore district.
              They told to resolve the problem within a month. But till date there has been no response from the JD team. Neither they receive the call nor they are refunding me with the paid money for the ad.
              This kind of poor service is not at all tolerable.
              It is a kind of fraud service being provided by the JD representative.
              I want my refund for the service that I expected from JD.

                We are registered as a paid subscriber to JD. Though we communicated to their sales executive in April 2020 for suspending the subscription, still they deducted the ECS in the lockdown period. After much follow up now in November 2020, they stopped ECS. When we asked for a refund of the earlier ECS deducted in the suspension period, they stopped taking phone calls, replying to WhatsApp, and emails. Deliberately they are avoiding. On the phone call, they said they will not refund but not willing to give in writing. Worst experience with this company. Just looting the money from small shops. They do not have a customer complaint officer or any top authority who can take care of customer grievances. I have not see any company staff such ruthless and money-minded in the retail sector so far.

                  I have registered with Justdial for paid online listing in 2017 with the confirmation from the salesperson that it can be stopped after 1 year if we were not happy with the service. They have been taking ECS amount of Rs.1050/- every month and refused to stop the services even after multiples requests to do so. Everytime we contact Justdial, they send their staff to our shop and then do not stop the services and promised. They have made it very hard to reach them as no one is taking responsibility.

                  During these Covid times, our business was closed and our bank account of not operational, Justdial continued to take the ECS and this caused many bounce charges to pile up and a large amount was deducted. I'm afraid that this has affected my CIBIL score.

                  I want Justdial to stop the services and stop deducting ECS amount from my bank account.

                        12th Nov - The guy contacted saying Sai/Shiv Transport. He has 3-4 different names - Swapnil Jadhav/Joshi/Dhukate. He quoted 2500 as his charges and promise door-to-door service for my bike from Pune to Aurangabad.

                        13th Nov - Then after collecting bike he asked for 2500 before even giving any guarantee like receipt.

                        15th Nov - He asked for a larger amount as 'deposit' and refused to give the bike until I payed it. He has taken a total of 8500 from me for a service that usually costs 2000.

                        15th to 21st Nov - He kept saying your bike will come in 1 hour, 2 hours.

                        21st Nov - Finally got my bike from a third company. My helmet (worth Rs. 1000) and keys are missing and he emptied the fuel tank. He has stopped answering calls. He said 'jo karna hai kar lo, mujhe sab police pehchante hai'.
                        There are a lot of complaints against him online. He is a thief, and is living his life on stolen money. I am surprised such frauds are operating from your platform JustDial. Shame on you!! After so many complaints he still has multiple pages of the same business on your website where he has given himself 5 stars.

                        In total, he has to return my deposit of 6000 and cost of helmet of 1000. Total 7000.

                          Without any communication just dial made lot of attempts to pay my ECS. this made me to pay Rs 5600 as due amount to my bank. without any communication they made the ECS attempts again and again. Why just dial did not call me regarding the ECS after 2 failure attempts?
                          On[protected] I went to my bank to ask them why they are holding the money? and after that only I have realized that because of just dial I have lost my money. Without knowing the financial status of the client why they did not inform me about ECS. Is that collecting money from the client is the only job that justdial is doing? highly disappointed with just dial and lead me to pay the bills. they are asking 4300Rs to continue the notice period with just dial that is the only way to end the service with just dial. Which I did not need any of the services from just dial and i'm not ready to pay a single rupee to just dial.

                            One of the sales executive mr bhawani singh charan visited in my office trip maker jodhpur the benifits he explained me not given any one of these and after that he is not pick up my call even not visited at my office and i also bear ecs bounce changes approx 12 to 15k from my bank i send mail for stop this service even he gave me commited that if i am not satisfied just dial services i can stop that after 2 months and i am trying regulary for stop this service every time and customer care i got same response that i will get call back but i never get ... i am too much stuck with service ...and response.

                                  As i have called 6 to 7 times just dail just to remove a number a to update a new number
                                  I have not got any proper response from their end and not helping me to remove and update mobile number

                                    This is Maharshi Maganti from 24 Elevators, Hyderabad. I have signed a annual contract in 2018 where Rs.4720/- is deducted from bank account. As per rules I am requesting to stop the services and cancel the contract and return my cheque since last six months. Every time I call your tele calling executive they say we have initiated your request but they again send the cheque to my bank.

                                    Because of this fraudulent activity I lost thousands of rupees as cheque bounce charges. Seems you people have no business ethics or shame.

                                    I have left with no option but to file a cease in consumer redressal forum for this fleecing me.

                                    Seems you people will not stop my ECS till I file a complaint against your company.

                                        To stop ecs service.
                                        Justdial has not stopped the ecs service and has been charging us since then.
                                        They are sending return cheques and did fraud of 55000 INR.
                                        Have called [protected] million times to ask ecs department to call back no response no call back.
                                        Please take strict action against these fraud agents and fraud company justdial.
