After enquiry to doctor appointment by just dial website, after some time I'm getting a call they are hacked my personal details also debit big amount to my bank account,
Now I want to know that doctor appointment details how can send to cyber crime person, I need clarification other wise I'm going to make legal action with just dial

Hi Sir/Mam,

I have taken one contact of SRS Packers and Movers from Just Dial. Phone number of the vendor is : [protected] (Name - Rohit). He picked up my house hold item on 23rd of OCT from Gandhinagar (Gujarat) for Muzaffarpur (Bihar) and promised that he will provide me the tracking number and Driver number asap. Now after 15-16 days he is continuous disconnecting my phone and not answering of my phone. Even I asked to do the isurance of 70k and he took the money of 2100 as insurance amount and given false insurance (ICICI LOMBARD) I personally verified that insurance/policy number with ICICI and they confirmed that policy is forgery.
Now not sure what to do. I have asked my friend to visit the office which is mentioned in the receipt which he gave me but there are no office was there . Even Nabors are confirmed that Police has visited that placed multiple time. How come Just dial so irresponsible and without authentication just dial can verify this type of compony ??? I gave the all money and house hold item because i found that that company is verified in Justdial .

Now its your responsibility to do anything and provide me the parcel and all the details which I needed.

I opened my account with plan of 3000+GST ECS based. Every month my ECS is deducted from my account. Now I ask them to deactivate my services as I not required. There customer support only ask like forwarding call or arranging call back but till 20 days no communication with concern person.

I mailed them as well in there mail - [protected]@justdial.com. Now again while sending mail it’s bounce back. Seems this mail id I s not working...

I booked my house hold goods through pana packers on 19/09/2020 and I received my goods on 21/10/2020, during unloading it was observed that my LED TV(55 inch), bhagavan mandir missed& bike damaged partially and I informed same to them but they didnt replied till now, total worth 90000, now he is not attending my call

I searched marriage Brokers in justdial.. seen samudhrikha matrimony in that.. so called they said everything in good way. So I paid money through googlepay.. after that they didn't even send me profile and not even responding my call.. sariyana fraud ppl .. pls no one trust that services .. cheated ppl

Myself, Megha Daga approached JustDial Services to get a courier services on 23rd October, 2020. After that, I got a call from Arctic International Courier Services . The name of the person that contacted me was AAKASH VISHWAKARMA. He offered me a Rate of Rs.450/per kg for delivering a parcel to USA. I told them to collect the parcel from my residence.
On 26th October, they send 2 persons to collect the parcel. They asked my aadhar card, pan card for KYC which I send them on Whatsapp.
I made the first payment of Rs. 4000/- to [protected]@ybl through UPI. Somehow, I was facing issue for the pending amount. So, I asked him to send Account Details which he send me after several request.

This means there is something wrong in the system operation. Client data from just daily is been leaked out to frauds for minting money.
I would publish this news about just daily on all social platforms. How ridiculous and irresponsible JD could be.

I want the necessary action to be taken against the company who is listing fraud company without any verification and I need the refunded payment of Rs. 13500 and Rs. 14500 Parcel Items which I can provide as a proof if needed.

This is Ravi Karanje on behalf of Maitri equipment, Owner and Director. This is to inform you my Registration with Just Dial from past 8-9 years. I am much satisfied with service no doubt. But due to lack of Manpower and assets we wind up my business on July 2019. I called and telephonic conversation with just dial executive that kindly Deactivate my registration. In the month of November again i called the executive. and he confirmed that your service will be Deactivate from 31st March 2020 and ECS will not present in your bank. executive supposed to generate log for my request. That might he failed. so in the month of April just dial again present ECS in my account. From April to August just dial presented ECS about 22 times and Bank charged me panelty of rs 13200+GST. I had wind up my business on July 19. From July19 to March2020 I paid 9000x9 is about 81000/- ECS amount unnecessarily. That's not an issue for me but in lockdown period Just Dial hit the ECS 22times?? Even you people don't have basic sense that my catagory was Event and government banned any event function from Feb2020. That was courtesy expected from just dial. Kindly request to Just dial refund my 13200+GST amount or else I will definitely file legal action against Just Dial. Even after many calls in lockdown your executive (Name:- pradgya) not arranged any single call since april. I recorded all the calls and saved for future action.

April 23 I paid amount for just dial banner . That amount debited two times in my account. Already I complaint about it. 7 months delay... Please refund my amount

I told many times to cancel my ecs with justdial today again my amount debited, this happened thrice for me.justdial agents said we can cancel after two months anytime.i said many times still happening the same, u had nearly 10 people known to me has suffered same .

I have been contacted by Just dial employee Mrs Afreen Shaikh to do a paid registration for my proprietor company IT Care.
I paid them Rs 4750/ for the product PACKAGE, when i further checked my profile it was listed under BANNER.

On complaining Just dial thousands of time on emails, phone i am not getting any response and they are not responding to my phone calls, messages, emails or any other medium.

I tried contacting Mrs Afreen Shaikh, Mrs Jayshree Yadav, Mr Sachin Naik, Mr Nadeem Khan, Mr khaja Moinuddin...none of responsible person is replying...

This is fraud and cheat done to me...kindly help at your best possible way...also there should be legal monitoring body by goverment how these organizations works...just dial is playing with many small people hard earned money...

On October 2020 I had already informed by mailed to juststial for stop my ecs payment and discontinue the contract due unfruitfull service as promiced by Just Dial and also loss of tourism bussiness due to COVID 19 income source is zero. once the ESC is has bounced they discontinue the benifits of contarct, But they are denieying to stop ESC and also for discontinueing the contract, they told me on telephonic conversion that the contarct period is of 365 days and you can not discontinue. If you want to cancel the contract you need to pay all outstanding of future ESC.They didnt stopeed my ESC, I paid a October ESC 0f RS 1375 via payment linked share by JD executive, till the ESC hitting at my bank and fine of RS 1500 is on account for already paid ESC. you have not stop my ecs payment. Really very disappointed. Please look this matter on top priority basic. Details: Campaign Budget is Rs.13988 for 365 days Paid Amount is Rs. 14221 for FEB to OCTOBER Awaiting for your urgent response.

On 21 Oct 2020 I am ordered one cake from Merwans. Merwans not getting payment of Rs. 410 from Justdail. So refund Rs. 410 back to my account as soon as possible.

Having tendency to make fool and suck people. Be aware before visit. Will change more than actual...

When we ask for packers and movers. There comes a number with name Prabhakar Reddy. One of the worst guy I have ever seen. He calls immediately to find the details and never sends the vehicle for the client. I ask u to immediately take an action on that ### who made us to wait for a day to get the vehicle and finally he haven’t turned up. I request just dial to please accept the company s who are GENUINE in their work but not the waste people like Prabhakar Reddy which actually makes to lose faith in the GENUINE people. Thanku .

When will you stop ECS. Which is supposed to stop by May 2020. Still you are presenting the ECS. Everytime we call your representatives taking time to resolve the issue. We are losing money.
Every thing is clear from bank side.
Today i.e, 28oct2020, called to JD ECS department, they are asking time to confirm this. Not getting proper answers from the representative.

Not getting leads and tried alot to get solution but no one is ready to give solution.. Also sales manager(Sunil Dube) not receiving call..very bad service I'm suggesting to all don't invest money on justdail.

I have registered my business with JD in Aug till september it was going well but after that on 15th Sep when my ECS date came the amount was not deducted from my account and i got message that ECS has bounced.

I got in touch with customer support regarding my query they told me to wait for next ECS date, because i was not getting leads. On 15th Oct ECS deducted from my account and again i got connect with CS they told me to wait for clearance. On saturday i got 3 leads and after that till now i didn't get any lead. SInce Sunday I'm continuously calling in JD to get solution for this problem but no one ready to provide the solution.

JD has worst customer service, when i call in JD and ask to transfer my call in leads department my call gets disconnected in 3-4 sec then i have to make call again it repeats for 5-6 times then i'm able to talk with CSE.

Today is 5th day when I'm trying to call them continuously. Same thing happening every time.

I'm frustrated because of that.

After connecting my call with leads department I talked with Avdish and told him concern, he said he would clear the concern with seniors and give me a call. Now its 24 hrs has passed and i didn't get any call from his side. Today i talked with Himani also and she said same thing thet she would call me in 30 mins. but she didn't.

Now is there any responsible person who will solve my problem. Or JD has liers in its department.

Worst service from JD. I won't suggest any one to register their business on JD.

Now further i don't want to continue my relation with JD, I want to end up and also want my money back which JD has steal from my account on the name of business.
