I need to delete that rating from the that company site so help. Me to how can. I delete it. Or give me steps to do it by myself.

This is mansi thakkar from provita dietcare center. I have registered with you but i don't want to continue the subscription but there is always an auto generated ecs which will deduct certain amount from my account. I have complained about it ample of times but just dial is somehow not listening and not discontinuing the subscription.
Please discontinue the subscription n stop taking amount from my account....

Your representative give number on that number i contact they ask for registration fees via they send a link by click the link i paid 10 rs for registration
After that amount of 5000, 20000, 15000 are debited without any permission or password.
Just dial give me unchecked & un verified numbers to me & because of that i lost 40000 thousand rupees...

I've raised a complaint with justdial on 4th dec and they closed it without resolving the issue.
The issue is:
Ive registered my catering business with justdial. They've assigned a virtual number - [protected]. When customers call to that number its getting connected to "sudheer enterprises dondapathy" which is also listed in justdial, who is not related to my business and that guy is scolding like anything.
