Hi all,

I am dipen nawani and i am adding this complain on behalf of my cook.

He registered his business (Samir kumar cook) on just dial in mid september 2019. He gave the cheque of 7060/- and canceled cheque too for ecs payments. But then he decided not to go ahead with justdial and asked the customer care to cancel his subscription. The subscription was not started then and so customer care should have stopped his subscription but they are not doing and every time he adds money in his bank account, money gets transferred through ecs to them. They also have started ecs payment which he was never told and they are deducting money every month.

He went to his bank to stop the ecs service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got his signature on the ecs form telling me that it will be an emi for 3 months and the amount will deduct from 7060/- that he is paying just dial and if he wants then he can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ecs cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ecs charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got the similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ecs service provided by just dial. He has already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

I magician ramesh of magician ramesh & party, thane, am customer of just dial (Jd) since 2010. Now i would like to discontinue my business and have requested just dial to stop my ecs on 1st oct 19 as 3 months is the noticed period. I have been following up on the same my sending follwoup email on my initial request. I received return email asking for certain details which have already been provided but my request has not yet been closed.
I logged in their site and noticed that complaint id is 1783919, 1788353 and 1816783 dated 07.10.19, 18.10.18, 26.12.19 and in all complaints standard remark is mentioned 'transferred to retention' and status is mentioned as closed. But even after more than 3 months they still have not confirmed stopping of ecs. I tried to lodge it on their site but below link is not working even after trying multiple times.

I am a senior citizen aged 75 years. It is very unfortunate that this is the kind of treatment being offered at this stage by dj to its long associated customer.

You had sent a man ajay verma to repair my treadmill he came and took out parts from my treadmill and took with him. He has taken the payment but has not repaired the treadmill properly and did not return the treadmill parts. He is not picking up the phone. What kind of people do u join with. What kind of people you allow to do register their business with you. He has ruined such an expensive machine of mine. I want immediate reply and call back.such a big company but such a bad and fake service

I am chandra shekhar from new delhi. I have a paid listing by name of "hello driver" running on justdial.com for last 3 years. It was all going well but for last 4-5 months my business has gone under severe crisis. There is no work in market so i decided to shut my business down for 6 months or 1 year. I requested justdial to stop my contract with them as i am unable to pay them rs. 5900 per month as my ecs. I have shut down my business but still justdial is charging me rs. 5900 per month for my paid listing.
This is the way justdial treat customers when they want to stop working with justdial. One of the official from justdial customer support said that my contract is just 6 months old thats why i have to give justdial a notice to stop my contract 3 months before and i have to pay them for 3 months for nothing. But kind attention please my contract is 3 years old and i have paid more than rs. 200000/- already to justdial.
And now when i dont want a paid listing on justdial they are showing their real face by treating as extortionists.

This is ozili nani from nellore today i got appointment from premanand allergy and chest specialist hospital through this justdial online registration and this was given appointment id:#drh3d3y3 after i went to this hospital they said here no online appointment request process but this justdial given fake appointment and also they didn't concern with this premanand allergy and chest specialist hospital to take appointment due to this fake appointment i suffered and i did not get appointment and also i was being severely suffered with my sickness so please take severe actions on this justdial

I had requested for decativation of account several times as i was not getting genuine enquires and from past few months non of them were getting converted.

Despite informing several times the subcription was not deactivated, as monthly ecs was getting deducted from my account

I want all the amount refunded, from the date of mail i have sent for deactivation.

I have inquired for tour operator for my kochi tour.
Using Just dial one tour operator named Orbis holidays contacted.

They have given a plan and taken my 50% advance (23000) They have not even given booking and not refunding my money.

now i am following up from last 2 months but they are not responding nor returned a my money.

I took a yearly plan for marketing of my dental clinic. Paid 9000/- for it. But they kept it active only for 3 months and after 3 months they deactivated it and now they are saying to pay more and the marketing head is saying that there is some technical issue and will be resolved within 48 hours. But it's been more than 2 months now and they haven't activated my plan yet. The response from the company is very bad.
Just dial is a big fraud company.

My wife parvathi kashyap is a psychologist counselor from vizag and i have remitted rs twelve thousand four hundred fifty towards renewal of her display with credentials on jd on 27th, december'2019, but to till date, no effort is paid to comply the display in spite of her several requests to your customer care executive. I request your immediate intervention and restoration of the display immediately.

This is madhuraj, i had registered my sisters business on just dial and i am being paying their emi every month of rs 1770/-. Still the just dial is cutting almost[protected] rs every month by ecs charges. And i was not informed about this at all. What type of ecs is charging just dial. Every month they almost take cut my 1000rs by ecs charges. Can anyone help me with this...

This is regarding rihan repairing, noida, whose details was given to me on 17th november and since it was just dial, so i called rihan repairing ([protected]) and they charge 1650 for the service and denied to give any bill for that. Now when i called on 2nd jan that my microwave is not working, they refused to get this correct.. Even i tried many times with the just dial, i was never supported, and seems if you were also involve in this fraud.. If this is not resolved will highlight everywhere, how you are making fool to your customers, to get money from this kind of incident.

I have paid their charges for one month they said you will get 5 to 6 genuine customers contact who need modular kitchen & interior works related inquiry.. But after 20days also not received any single customer contact...& there marketing person prvesh pathak also not... Replied... Not satisfied.. Very bad experienced..

I am himani samarwal from pune. I called a rental bike agency named rides on rent (Koregaon park pune) to book an avenger cruze from 28th dec 2019 to 1st jan 2020. The contacted person (Masab) asked me to make a full payment via google pay (Number - [protected]; upi transaction id[protected]. Later, on 28th fec when i asked the same person to share the bike pick up location, i found that he booked the bike in mumbai instead of pune. So i asked for refund. He even agreed to pay complete refund but i have still not got my refund.
I am trying from past 8days and everytime he is saying that he is just transferring the amount but till now i have not got the money.
And now he is not even receiving the calls.
Could you please assist me with the same asap.

Local team is very irresponsible, once they sold there product to reach there targets than they became unapproachable, they visited 4-5 times for selling there product but when i needed help they ask me to visit their office, mr. Rohit spoke with me very inappropriate manner when i tried to discuss my problem with him.
Please provide me contact of any responsible person. I want my refund but they are not agree i had bought plan for 1 year when it's unfruitful why i have to stick with it

We had called mobile no.[protected]Ideal electricals) from just dial as we had emergency related to electricity issue.
When the electrician turned up he inspected and we had to replace wires from main meter at ground floor to our apartment.
They had replacement of 3 wires from meter to apartment. Our apartment is at 10th floor which measures to be 165 feet from meter at ground floor.
The cost mentioned was 65 rupees per feet.
According to electrician as he had replaced 3 wires he charged 65*165*3 = rs.32175.
After taking back old wires he reduced 2760 and final bill was rs.29415.

According to me it should have been 65*165 = rs.10725.
The replacement was for 3 wires hence i assume the cost of additional two wires would be rs.10 per feet, costing rs.3300.
The total cost should have been 10725+3300 = 14025.

They have overcharged around rs.15390/- which is incorrect and they refuse to return back the money.
After work i also got quote for the same job from nice electicals and he quoted 12500+3000 (Labor) = rs.15500.

The time was 2.00 am, there are 4 girls staying in the apartment, electricians were 5 men who refused to leave until the payment was done. They forced to make the payment, its clear case of money extortion.
Not sure if its possible to get refund from them.

Request you to black list[protected] so others are not cheated.

We got [protected] prasad cresent technolgies details and refernce from just dial bangalore and after 9 lakhs from last jan 2019 out lift work. Is not completed and vendor doesnt have decency to take calls and updates.

We need our work completion on full money refund with interest.
How just dial registers any vendor.

We have registered enquiry for kerala tourism packages in just dial, many agencies contacted us. Among those, one of the registered agency contacted us and we paid 20, 000 as initial amount for the trip. After paid the money, they dint respond us. Agency has contacted us from the number [protected] as green tourism. Kindly help us to get the amount. We have the all the call recordings as proof and the bank account transaction details.

I have paid more than 60000 rupees and also taking monthly 7100/- from my Bank account through ECS. without giving any services and disturbing me with harmful guys of justdial ltd. I have requested to refund the money and delete my datas from Justdial website etc.

I went directly to their office but no one is allowing me to see the concern person who is responsible for my business and taken money. I was struggling lot to get the money back from just dial. One person named Chethan from ECS and Nandini and Poornima from Telecaling section have convinced me and cheated. But they are blocked my phone number and unable to contact [protected] number.

We have not yet received any services as you have stated. Your are promised several times but no action was taken. So, We dont want any services from you
1. Please refund the amount Rs. 17700 /- we paid through by online banking to your account.
2. Please return the cheque received from me by your executive Mithun (mob:[protected]).
3. Please rerurn the Control Panel of the website domain bookmedia.in.
Take action on the above mentioned 3 demands immediately
