I magician ramesh of magician ramesh & party, thane, am customer of just dial (Jd) since 2010. Now i would like to discontinue my business and have requested just dial to stop my ecs on 1st oct 19 as 3 months is the noticed period. I have been following up on the same my sending follwoup email on my initial request. I received return email asking for certain details which have already been provided but my request has not yet been closed.
I logged in their site and noticed that complaint id is 1783919, 1788353 and 1816783 dated 07.10.19, 18.10.18, 26.12.19 and in all complaints standard remark is mentioned 'transferred to retention' and status is mentioned as closed. But even after more than 3 months they still have not confirmed stopping of ecs. I tried to lodge it on their site but below link is not working even after trying multiple times.

I am a senior citizen aged 75 years. It is very unfortunate that this is the kind of treatment being offered at this stage by dj to its long associated customer.

What kind of people you allow to do register their business with you. He has ruined such an expensive machine of mine. I want immediate reply and call back.such a big company but such a bad and fake service

Hello,
I am chandra shekhar from new delhi. I have a paid listing by name of "hello driver" running on justdial.com for last 3 years. It was all going well but for last 4-5 months my business has gone under severe crisis. There is no work in market so i decided to shut my business down for 6 months or 1 year. I requested justdial to stop my contract with them as i am unable to pay them rs. 5900 per month as my ecs. I have shut down my business but still justdial is charging me rs. 5900 per month for my paid listing.
This is the way justdial treat customers when they want to stop working with justdial. One of the official from justdial customer support said that my contract is just 6 months old thats why i have to give justdial a notice to stop my contract 3 months before and i have to pay them for 3 months for nothing. But kind attention please my contract is 3 years old and i have paid more than rs. 200000/- already to justdial.
And now when i dont want a paid listing on justdial they are showing their real face by treating as extortionists.

I have discussed for my trip and finalized with all my demands and tour operator confirmed on it. For finalisation, Tour Operator demands 50% advance which I have transferred.

As I demanded tour operator has not given booking after taking 50% (Rs. 23000) advance. After so many trouble operators given only one booking. I have continued fall up for to send hotel bookings but operator has not given and started to give fraud booking which I have confirmed with hotel.

As tour date come close tour operator stop receiving calls and stop giving answer hence i have mailed to cancel the tour and return the money.

I have told to complain to police for such case at that time operator told to return back my money but Till date tour operator has not refunded my money. Request you to please help to get back my money and not answering call or messages.

I have attached all proof of conversation with tour operator Mr.Joji George for your reference.

I have complained to Kochi police from online portal also.

I took a yearly plan for marketing of my dental clinic. Paid 9000/- for it. But they kept it active only for 3 months and after 3 months they deactivated it and now they are saying to pay more and the marketing head is saying that there is some technical issue and will be resolved within 48 hours. But it's been more than 2 months now and they haven't activated my plan yet. The response from the company is very bad.

This is regarding rihan repairing, noida, whose details was given to me on 17th november and since it was just dial, so i called rihan repairing ([protected]) and they charge 1650 for the service and denied to give any bill for that. Now when i called on 2nd jan that my microwave is not working, they refused to get this correct.. Even i tried many times with the just dial, i was never supported, and seems if you were also involve in this fraud.. If this is not resolved will highlight everywhere, how you are making fool to your customers, to get money from this kind of incident.

I am himani samarwal from pune. I called a rental bike agency named rides on rent (Koregaon park pune) to book an avenger cruze from 28th dec 2019 to 1st jan 2020. The contacted person (Masab) asked me to make a full payment via google pay (Number - [protected]; upi transaction id[protected]. Later, on 28th fec when i asked the same person to share the bike pick up location, i found that he booked the bike in mumbai instead of pune. So i asked for refund. He even agreed to pay complete refund but i have still not got my refund.
I am trying from past 8days and everytime he is saying that he is just transferring the amount but till now i have not got the money.
And now he is not even receiving the calls.
Could you please assist me with the same asap.

We had called mobile no.[protected]Ideal electricals) from just dial as we had emergency related to electricity issue.
When the electrician turned up he inspected and we had to replace wires from main meter at ground floor to our apartment.
They had replacement of 3 wires from meter to apartment. Our apartment is at 10th floor which measures to be 165 feet from meter at ground floor.
The cost mentioned was 65 rupees per feet.
According to electrician as he had replaced 3 wires he charged 65*165*3 = rs.32175.
After taking back old wires he reduced 2760 and final bill was rs.29415.

According to me it should have been 65*165 = rs.10725.
The replacement was for 3 wires hence i assume the cost of additional two wires would be rs.10 per feet, costing rs.3300.
The total cost should have been 10725+3300 = 14025.

They have overcharged around rs.15390/- which is incorrect and they refuse to return back the money.
After work i also got quote for the same job from nice electicals and he quoted 12500+3000 (Labor) = rs.15500.

The time was 2.00 am, there are 4 girls staying in the apartment, electricians were 5 men who refused to leave until the payment was done. They forced to make the payment, its clear case of money extortion.
