Dear sir,

This is mr. Prasad taru owner of golden travels registered at viman nagar pune.

Sir due to some financial and handling issues my office @ viman nagar pune is shut down i have closed all buissness from pune as.

1. I couldn't handle it by staying in panvel.
2. Due to high rent of office and low response rate.
3. My panvel buissness is going good.
4. I cannot bear staff expenses in pune
5. Not inough manpower to support buissness.

Sir so as because of these reasons i have closed the buissness from pune.

Sir this is genuine request to stop ecs. Because it's effecting on credit score and the bank has charged more than 2500/- rs

Sending me this email again because your executive said conversation will continue and she will call me back, but now just i come to know she had closed my issue without solving it. And this is not helpful or satisfying...

My issue remains constant...

I request you to stop my campaign and settle down all accounts for my pune businesse of golden travels.

I am happy with my current membership from panvel let it be continue.

Hi my name is ramesh orsu i have singed the ecs and given cheque as due to changed i have said them to stop the cheque but thet deposited the cheque and as im aware of it i have stopped the cheque and said to the just dail office but no one responded ans cleared the ecs of rs 3539 and invoice no. My invoice noi. Ts0220sn60056911. When i went and asked them they are saying why did u signed the document

This is to inform you that no company called neat, india is existing in mobile no. [protected]. I am getting daily calls which has made my life miserable. Please erase the details of this no., otherwise i am compelled to take legal action as i am a senior citizen with my illness.

Im from Chandigarh and paid 14000 to JustDial field executive after confirmation a telemarketing team that we will provide you business lead .
But we don't receive any lead even i called to executive but he is not picking our call and customer care saying it will resolve its going from last 40 days
If JustDial team not able to complete this plz refund my money .

I have registered my business in just dial to get business inquiries.
While registering, the executive came and told me that, whenever i want to stop the service, that time, i can inform them and they will help me to stop it and the ecs amount will not be deducted from that month.

But now, after activating the ecs, i am not getting any proper inquiries. As i feel this is no use to me, i asked just dial to close that ecs, and don't deduct the amount again.

Just dial customer care is disconnecting my call if a call from my registered number and they are not stopping the ecs.

Just dial is a fraud company. Who is taking money from people, without doing any work? This is full of cheating. They don't even pick up the call.

Please don't go and registers with them, you will be losing your money, they will take your money without doing any work. Instead, you can give this money to any roadside beggar, who is asking for money.

I am Manjunath Khavatagi from Bangalore. On 24 January 2020. I have Inquired at your service (Just dial) +[protected] for cab service.
You have provided me contact details of Travel agency named - Jai Maruti Travel.
The Agency person called me from +[protected] and ask me to transfer Rs.9, 000 for providing cab service.
He has given his PhonePe Bar code to send money and he can book cab for me. I have transferred the money on 24th through PhonePe.
After that, the person did not provided me any cab and he is not returning my money at all.
I called several time to that person and he is not responding and not returning my money at all.
I called Justdial customer care several time and raise an escalate this issue but JustDial customer care service is not resolving my issue
and they are not providing any solution. If you are providing fraud contact peoples or Agencies like Jai Maruti Travel +[protected]
people will lose trust on you people and you will suffer legal consequence. Please make this an escalation and get it resolved at the earliest possible.
I am fed up with calling to Just Dial Customer care and they are not providing any solution since January. Now this is March 2020.
Please help me to get it resolved and help me to get me money back.

We have been promised on 3 leads per day but that facts was no where it was near to reality after the contract being done with payment. And now they are only delaying & providing us excuses for non fulfillment of their promises & our fund has been lost.

I am vikramjit singh from jalandhar, punjab and i registered my business on just dial in june 2019. As per the executive that visited me (Named vishnu), i can avail the facility (Get leads) for 3 month on a payment of 1180/- per month. I took the risk as i was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in june 2019 end. I started getting leads.

I luv maggo proprietor fair deal associates, i am already using your paid services since couple of years and using some supreme packages and fixed position packages, in this march my one package of fixed position is going to expire, i have received a call from your tele marketing department her name is jyoti she told me for renewal of package and fixed a meeting with marketing executive prakshit som, he came to my office and suggest me some new keywords and gives me a quotation (I enclosed with this mail), after that i agree to purchase a new package and renewal of older one and simultaneously i run my another company for architecture and interiors work and i am also looking for new startup package with just dial and i also asked with prakshit to suggest me a package for interiors, but firstly i want to close the fair deal associates package deal, after the multiple time meeting with prakshit and his manager gagan with long duration of meetings in our important busy schedule, prakshit gives me a final price rs. 1, 18, 000/- including gst. And i handover the cheque to prakshit to finalise the deal for fair deal associates and simultaneously we are ready to take a new package from just dial for interiors and architecture. But after 5 days i receive a call from unknown person and she told me she is calling from just dial and she told me just dial is not agree to give you this package in this price. And i don’t know who is that lady because from last 2 years prakshit and jyoti is only call me for any assistance or any kind of communication but this time new person is call me and give this statement this is very unprofessionalism by just dial, i am not expecting this kind of behaviour from just dial executives and simultaneously how prakshit give me a false commitment and take a cheque from my office and after that they deny to give this package. This is very unprofessional and immature behaviour for small amount, we don’t expect from just dial this kind of things, after that we are discuss with our another channel partners about this behaviour and other people belongs from same industry and discuss with other just dial users they are totally shocked, how can do this by a big brand just dial this is very _ i have no words for just dial. But i have only one advice for you if you want to stand in market so be professional and don’t give any false commitment.

I had enquiery for movers and packers with just dial. I got one comnection from you.

Then i contacted with them and start service by sending money online.
But now he is not picking call. Denied to refund my amount.

Service could not happened. I want money back from just dial.

As we truston just dial and you give us fraud service providers.

Such bad incident. Please help me in this regards.

Dear just dial last year i registered my institute name gemstech international institute in meerut with just dial and paid for an agreement of ten years to promote my business but after one year company sudden removed my vertual number from my page and i am trying to complain regular but nobody is solving my issue and the agent who came to me has already left his job so i am helpless and dont know what to do because this is not a way to deal with customers if just dial give any pack so just dial has to full fill his full promise till finish agreement tenure.

Someone saw my number in just dail and called me and asked if I want a room in pg...he told if I won't book then the room will be given to someone else..and he took 2000 as deposit..but later when I want to cancel it just after 2 hours I paid him he refused to give my money back... please do something about him ...his number is...+[protected].
He is a complete scammer. Please take strict actions against him...I have a screen shot of payment made to him...If the issue is not solved I am determined to go to police .

I have signed the contract with just dial last month in the promotional scheme of rs.3000 in which i have being told that i will get leads for 1 month and if i am happy with the services than i can continue this and i have to do ecs by giving cancel cheque and ecs authorisation, while signing the contract i have paid rs.3000 in on online link and the sales person told me that if you are happy with the services then you will have to provide cancel cheque for ecs, but at the time of ecs i denied for ecs and said i can’t give cancel cheque and than he said it’s ok you just give us screen shot of your pass book than i give him. And they said you will get every day 4-5 lead and i just got 4 lead per day only for approx. 5-6 day after that they did not send any lead and now second month start and before the month starting they deducted money from my account and than i called him to close ecs now they are saying we can not close ecs before 1 year it is minimum for 1 month i have not provided any cancel cheque copy then also they have deducted amount from my account without intimating me. I have sent mail to justdial regarding the same but they have not replied for this, now, i want my money back with charges. Can you help me for this???

I have requested for the broadband service near crossing republik. After that so many calls came regarding that and i have said one person to come on the next day and do the connection but he is fraud he take the money but didnt do any connection. I am amar bhalkar, from kolhapur. I am having a laundry business in the name of students laundry, i am also facing the same problem. Twice i have complained in your pune office that i don't want to continue your service as it is not helpful for me.

Still, the amount is debited on a regular basis. So first stop all my payments and refund my money which you have deducted from my account.

Cat cafe studio that has discontinued listing with your company for a while (Your incapable staff has not even done that), you are listing my personal number which is causing me harassment forever now. After multiple calls and even going and editing it personally it does not work. I am going to wait for 7 days exactly before i got to the police and file an official complaint.
On top of that your company gives innumerable calls to renew! Joke!

A guy rajat rawat made my firm live and he charged me 15, 500/- cash and he himself made the payment of 14, 160/- in the company and put the remaining amount in his pocket. When i get to know about this i talked to your manager mr. Anshul mathur and he also took his side and supported him in wrong and when those guys commited to visit me so they wont arrived.

Fraud alert :
I lost 1500/- while paying him an advance amount.
First he asked me to pay 500/- and the day before an event, he again asked me to pay 1000/- more for booking.
I transferred through paytm, just after paying 1000/- he did not receive my phone call.
Name of person is vipin malik.

I also connected to the user experience department of justdial and they arranged a call with the owner of the taxi service, owner agreed to repay amount but still he did not pay.
After sometime i again received call from justdial and they asked me if the query resolved, i said "no". But after that justdial person not called me again.
I need help to take strict action against it.

This is in reference with my justdial invoice no - WB0120RC20025332, i got a call from one of the representative of justdial Kolkata, telling me about how there is a special package offer for anyone who opts for their justdial package on 28th January, 2020. On 30th January, 2020 she sent a relationship manager Mr. Sudip Dey at my place in kolkata on the pretext of clearing my doubts regarding justdial services. When Sudip started forcing me to subscribe and pay for the package, i told him clearly that i have yet to register my business as there is some problem with ROC. Regarding company registration and there are chances of business not running at all. He assured me that everything will be taken care off and justdial will return all my money if i am unable to start my business or if i will not get the service. I paid justdial for the 'Supreme Pack ‘for 5 years contract with 'JD verified' features. But they were completely Silence instead to give the service after the payment since 31st January, 2020 to 10th February, 2020. In those days several times I contacted to their customer care asking for the refund but they were telling that they forwarded the request to the concern department. However, the concern department never contacted me.
Suddenly they send another invoice (WB0220SN[protected] to me on 10th February, 2020 and started the service on 11th February, 2020 but it has been stopped again on 17th February, 2020. In between when I came to know that I won’t be able to start my production because of my partner backing off, i called justdial for full refund. Now they are asking for the document of ROC and not saying anything about refund.
Please note that on 3rd March 2020, the justdial services were not yet activated. I have send them 14 emails to [protected]@justdial.com and one of their manager (Kolkata) Mr.Fahim Javed. He had assured me of refund by mail if I not get the service. Now i am running out of patience as its already more than One month of my complaint and yet there is no word from justdial about my money. I am in dire need of money.
I am shocked that justdial has no mechanism to inform its customer about what is the status of current requests and complaints. I have called them many times and their call executives behave like novices and are not willing to share any details. Justdial has acted like a true conmen and scammed me off my money. This is plain and pure harassment. Kindly get me my refund of Rs 37741 as i have not availed any of your services.
