Hello i am gyanendra kumar from gyan tour and travels, i was tricked into signing ecs form and subsequently 887 rs were deducting from my bank account every month. I asked them to shut my account on just dial, but they aren't shutting my account despite requesting so much. If the account is not closed immediately then i will take legal action against this fraud....

They are collecting the money through online and they are not providing any confirmation and receipt... They are telling after booking and paying money only will provide the details like that.. After online trancefering money they are not responding and pickking the phone...

I paid gas twice once online through just dial and when he came to deliver the cylinder he took cash again saying that it is not adjusted. Now bpcl is not giving refund. It's giving all sort of excuses. Sending sms that it's resolved & i'm not getting refund. My transaction id as sent by just dial is bpx4g3k4. I hope this will be resolved soon. It's more that a month and bpcl is just playing games and not refunding the amount....

I had taken service from just dial but from last 5 months i am continuing tapping on emails and phone to stop my ecs as we are no longer associate with that business, but when it comes to earning money they won't listen to anyone every month on 15th ecs got debited. After taking money justdial not responding only taking money from customers not resolve their problems. Everytime giving only excuses from 6 to 7 month i losted my money without getting single profit from just dial..

We skylinks consultancy (Registered with [protected]@gmail.com) suffering a lot by just dial company. They make all kinds of false promises to sign you up and they ignore completely. We were completely pissed of their services, one guy called sharath came from just dial company and literally followed up many times to take their services. We finally agreed and we signed for domain + website for 60, 000 inr.

I got duped by a fraudster called salman enterprises, begumpet hyderabad whose number i got from justdial (Top rated). Requested justdial to intervene since there was review manipulation. Company named "cupids arrow events organiser" registered in justdial just cheaters. Got money and simply telling all fake reason. Claiming they have 7 offices and 40 lakh turnover. Went and visit the place and it a person home with not even a name board.

They are cheating customers with help of just dial. Jd should verify before posting or approving such company.

I had got my fridge repaired from om sai service centre which i found on just dial. The serviceman overcharged (Rs 2200 for a ptc relay) and gave warranty of 6 months. Now the same problem has resurfaced after 3 months.

Contacted them on phone. They asked to send bill copy on whatsapp, but m/s om sai is not responding since then (For the past one week) to phone calls, msg and whatsapp.

Before 2 month jd sales person deduct 13600 amount for a package of manesar and the package information which tell me is not match actual and i said many times sales person but he not respond me after many time he comes and show me some new package and charge again 17700 from me and after 15 days my package situation is not clear so the sales person fraud 2 times and now my money is not refund by him and i bear loss on daily...

On placing request to book a taxi.. I received a cal from just dial vendor.. He sent me details on watsapp and gave another number for paytm. We believed him and did transfer of 5000.
