I applied data entry job online on google. And i got a mail from home solution. They told me that i have to copy the pdf which they will send me and i have to pay rs. 970 as registration fees by saying that then there will be no charge taken from u. But after that they asked me for an amount of rs. 1850 for providing me that pdf and said that the amount is refundable.
I told i cant pay the 1850 they told me 1850 you need to pay it document fees.
I have paid that document fee also. Now i have completed the work also and again they ask me to pay rs.3650 as work checking charges. I have paid also. Then they replied your accuracy is 87% correct and need to pay rs.6430 as account update charges which i have not paid since i have paid much money. They said to me your money will be refunded. But not a single money they have refunded. I want to take legal action such company.

Yes I can hear this customer ... same happened with me as well. They first asked to pay plan charges 1450 after that asking for documentation charges at that time i was quite skeptical.
New person is involved now says Meher is her name based in delhi ! People please dont fall for this trap they are just out there for stealing hardearned money ! She first told me pay 1850 for documentation charges i told her first place only you should have told me about this why are you telling me now after arguing a lot she said send 950 only. Wow instant discount of 50%. What luck i saw this post of fraud ! Pls olx google etc report this company and page dont let more people get fooled by this !!! Lets help more people not to get trapped by this!

Compain against pragati movers and packers---
There is a guy called radhey shayam(+[protected] in pragati movers and packers in banagore hosur branch. He has a team with rude, unprofessional, fraud and scamester.. he came on 2nd of niv 2020 and we discussed all the details and finally agreed 30k with gst for the complete payments for transporting my luggage fron bangalore to patna. He agrèed and i piad him 1k as token amount. He sent the vehicle to collect the goods. They had collected my goods and now the following problem started -
1. I got a call from praveen one of his team member may be handling the finance.. he was so rude asked me to pay for gst (5k and vehicle sanitization charges (3k). I told him that you speak with radhey he has already given invoice of 30k including everything.. he said you call to him, i need gst and other charges otherwise your goods will not be delivered.
2. After calling many time and doing sms finally radhey picked up the phone on 3rd of nov. He said sirji you dont worry he is a new guy who just want to prove superior to my boss. He said he will send me the tracking id tomorrow and he asked me to do the payment of 29k after i get the tracking id of the vehicle. We disconnected the call agreeing that mr Radeyshyam will give me the call tomorrow .
3. I waited whole day on 4th and i lost my patience.. i started messaging him but no response, called many time but no response at all. Atlast he picked the phone and told me that today is holiday so i cannot do it.
I told him that i will file complaint agaist you.
54 The next very day i called again to Radhey now he has changed his decision .. he is saying that you need to pay the gst charges. I was astonished to hear that.. he said that if you dont want then take your luggage, the vehicle is already moved out from banglore but we will ask driver to come to banagore. He said you need to pay the labor and packing cahrges which is around 16k.
5. I talked to bangalore head of pragati( named suresh rathore) he is also one of the fraud .. he said my vehicle is here, you can come and collect your luggage by paying 16k.
I am mentally disturbed and frustrated for last 3 days.
I will see if there is any leagal advice or any police complaint that we can do so these scamester or mafias are behind bars or there buiness go to the bottom.

Marketing ladies karishma and neha sethi mis sell there package. They told me package of 6000 +gst for whole year which include banner and leads for listing. My number will be shared to customer who do searches in location which i chose. I call to customer care and then i realsied that package i took is for only banner.
Plus i also made complaint to them that my cusotmer who are clicking to my link which i shared to them for review are going to other company and they have started getting calls from my competitors.
Reviews which my client has given to me is not visible to my account.
I called to cusotmer care 3 times and they giev deadline of 48 hours and i di not get any call. I am still waiting since last ten days for help no one is picking up phone.

kindly solve my issue, instead of asking me to call or send mail to 100 of people and IDs from where either i am not getting response or fake mail ids.
i have been calling customer care, where they ask me to call marketing executives. marketing executives are not entertaining supporting at all.

We would like to express our concern regarding the below issue:

To register our firm in just dial, we spoke to the just dial relationship manager kiran rawat, she informed us that we have to pay around rs[protected]*3) for the trial pack of 3 months.

Next day on 09.12.2019 just dial representative yogesh visited our office in nawada and we paid rs 10, 620 (Inclusive of gst) attached is the payment transactions details and chats for your reference.

After the online transaction, he gave us nach form and in that it is clearly mentioned that, every month rs 3500 will be auto deducted from our account every month from january'2020 which was never informed earlier.

However, it was informed earlier by kiran that we will get a trial package for 3 months after paying rs 9000+gst i. E rs 10, 620, which we have already paid.

Therefore, we are really dissatisfied with the just dial services, either start our trial package for 3 months or refund our money to us.
Please refund the amount if you are not to your words

And also their employees cheat customers to change plan and grab otp from us to complete their sales target. If we complaint regarding about this, the executive will promise you to resolve. But it will not clear untill you use abusive words while talk to executive.

At most times some of the users decide to come off from justdial service. But they could not come-off, due to heavy competitive market. By utilizing this, justdial makes sudden changes in contract without prior notice to customers.

That, virtual number is very dangerous to who holds this facility in justdial. This facility will works fine until your contract expires, after that number will blocked by justdial and demanding to avail paid service for the virtual number. It leads to loss of business and may very dangerous to loss of your old customers too.

Now justdial is trying to make mandatory the virtual number to selected business keywords in the sector. This is really not acceptable to the business owners and it will make market very tuff to the vendors.

Note:
Virtual number will unblock automatically even even block several times from user side.

We registered siddhi vinayaka ent & ortho polyclinic, bengaluru for just dial listing in feb 2018. At the time of registration the person from jd mr. Santosh told us that we can see for 3 months and cancel ecs whenever we want. We closed down our bussiness 3 months back and approached jd for ecs closure. But they are refusing saying that we cant close prior to 1 year. This is absolute fraud as their agents misguded us at the time of enrollment and now their support team is saying its mandatory to give 3 months notice after completing minimum period of 9 months - this clause itself is flawed and misguides the clients and cheats them into a contract of 1 year.
Please guide us as to how to deal with this and close ecs with immediate effect. Thank you

I have two shop named "trendy" in calicut district (Kaloorroad) as well as in malappuram district (Vellimukku). I had taken the just dial plan for both shops. I closed my shop at malappuram. I contacted your executives and customer care staff for many times for requesting that to close the plan for malappuram shop. Its two months over but you never stop the services for the malappuram shop. You took the money of 1month services. As i called your executives they are not treating well. I want to aware you that they are irresponsible. As a company you want to show atleast a minimum responsibility. So am requesting you that please close my just dial plan for the malappuram shop only...
