Please provide me the updated bill of the month apr 2018, because i had already paid bill of the month apr 2018 i. E rs. 420/- on 4th may 2018, but its not updated and again its showing in bill of the month may 2018 i. E rs. 567.83 + rs. 436 of previous month.
So kindly updated bill of the month may 2018 in your data base and will pay accordingly.

I live in dhapi marbal area next to saran nagar on ajmer jaipur highway. We have frequent powercuts and they are of not 1 or 2 hours but of minimum 5 to 6 hours. And today at night 2 am light get dims so my cooler motor get distroyed and light still not comes. I kindly say to the people who are responsible for this that its not easy for us to stay in such condition we don't get enough sleep and couldn't as efficiently next day. So kindly see the situation why there is no light at night 2 am? Why? We pay so much for electricity still we dont get opportunity to enjoy it.

We are living near ramzan ka hatha ajmer Jaipur highway road saran nagar Jodhpur. I’m pregnant women and have old parents at home. Despite of paying for every bill and facility jus due to some irresponsible lineman and illiterate people we are suffering from cut off of electricity each and every day and every hours.
I therefore request you to please look into the matter seriously and help us.
Its my duty as an citizen of Jodhpur to inform that people who work for us here doesn’t even bother to pick up call or register complain also no lineman takes care on this route.
Please help us.

Hi plz provide my latest light bill.
It's very urgent need for me

Connection number[protected]. Excess bill details given as below-
For month of Sept'17= 9682 units
For the month of Nov'17= 2178 units

Average reading in summer is also given below-
May'17= 1175 units

July'17= 817 Units.

Kindly look into the matter and kindly consider the abnormal ready for the month of Nov'17 & Sept'17 as previous average reading and kindly solve this matter please.
As Suratgarh Electricity office was not solved this they are asked to deposit the amount against the abnormal bill. So, Kindly solve the problem as early as possible please.

I reside in Mansarovar, Jaipur. On April 04, 2018, I made following two payments using Mobile App of Axis Bank:
K No. [protected] Rs.3, 598/-
K No. [protected] Rs.3, 764/-
These payments were made using mobile app of Axis Bank. While the amounts were debited from my account, later on, I received SMSes from Axis Bank that these payments were rejected by biller. I believed that the amount will be refunded in my account in a couple of days and again made online payments, (this time thru internet banking) of similar amounts on April 08, 2018.
When the amounts were not refunded to my account for considerable time, I took up the matter with Axis Bank and came to know that by oversight, on April 04, 2018 the payments were made to Ajmer Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (AVVNL) instead of correct service provider i.e. Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL).
The response received from Axis Bank is appended. Please advise whether the amounts have been received and adjusted against June 2018 bills

Sir, i am moinuddin from aamli ki dhani shekhnagar malar tehasil pipar city. I applied domestic new connection at jodhpur vidhut vitran nigam limited pipar city on 06/03/2018. And pay demand amount rs. 1800 on 04/04/2018. Request id cp[protected], demand id. Dn/nc/278908 and sco id 62124. After this there are no taken action by jvvnl pipar city. So i request to please issue me domestic new connection.

Sir, in my street there is less than 90v but if we talk about next street, gets full voltage about 200v so sir why in my street i get this problem and transformer is blowing in every hour but no one to look after there, one day i gone to power house office and complained about this problem and even after somany days this problem is not solved and public is now facing more problems even workers cannot work because of long power cut and they are getting low wage according to their work.

Number-[protected] but any msg about bill payment is not coming at my mobile number because wrong mobile number ([protected]) resitered in my account. So please make correction of mobile number in my account.

We have several time complaint via telephone and personally to the representative of jvvnl. But no response from last 3 days. We don't have electricity connection.
Why these people are not serious about customers problem, in case we didn't pay the bill they will immediately came and disconnect the connection but while we are complaining for their services they don't bother to solve for long time.

Sir, most of the time my meter is being showed out of order and charges for the same added in bill. Several time reading person was informed in this regard but he deliberately do this for the reasons best known to him. My bill is highest in locality due to absence of proper reading. My family consist of only two persons. Meter is placed outside the house. No faults in meter till date. I urge that all charges taken from me in various bills by showing meter off should be reimbursed to me and send me proper bill on the basis of actual reading. I have made written complaints previosly and my bill was reduced to rs 520 from 1400 something but the reduced amount is again added in present bill. Pls rectify the problem. My k no is[protected].

Hmare yaha night ko 10pm se 2-3 am tk unlimited bijli ki katoti hoti h jinse bache, bimar patients, or aamjan sbhi paresan h. Din bhar kaam krke raat ko sone ke time light kaat li jati h. Es garmi ke time me bina light ke raat gujarna possible nhi h, sabhi log paresan h,, yaha ke incharge se baat krne par koi satoshjnk jawab nhi diya jata h. Aamjan ka jina durbhar ho rakha h. So plz jldi hi koi solutions niklale.

We are not getting electricity bill for k. No.[protected].

Thereafter the disconnection team comes and disconnect the electric connection without any prior information. By this way we have to pay the electric bill as well as re-connection charges.

Why not bills are delivered against receipt from consumer.

Hope jdvvnl shall look in to the matter and resolve the complaint once for all.

Sir - gisulal s/o aslaramji name ke meter ki ridding bhut hi adik aa rhi he. Ye problem pisle 2 mhine se ho rhi he jiski vjah se hme bhut presani hoti he or hum kishan he or din bhar khet ka kam krte he or jb hme bill aata he to hum us bill ke liye pese bdi presani se late he krpya krke hmari is smasiya ka smadan de or hme nye meter ka connection de.

I just wish to lodge complaint regarding disconnection of my electricity connection without ant intimation even you people jest communicate there is no need to disconnect my k no is[protected] as p3er my records last bill amount deposited date is 27 feb 2017 and after that our house is closed so there is possibilities of wrong billing please check and confirm

Your disgraceful attitude may change your departments good image among all jodhpur people

Sir in budhvihar budhsingh pura airport road sanganer pratapnagar powerhouse.. No electricity from 9.45 pm to till 11.40 (Still not...) 11 april 2018 no one picking phone "x en" sab switch off his mobile as well as "a en" is not picking phone... At customercare no buddy picking phone... It always happen here... So sir its my humble request to bhashkar plz go through abt my problem... Still electricity is no where... If it happens in capital of rajasthan than what happens in villages...

Please makes owners strict ha not be lazy in night duty. It makes many harms on the public they are not attends the phones. I am waiting of electricity coming.
