I have visited today Kalyan jewellers with my wife for purchase some Jwellery at Ghumar Mandi store Ludhiana on approximate time today 9:15 PM dated 23.10.2022 but surprisingly no one attended us after my repeated request. And there was no rush in the store at that time you can check Camara’s also. If you will check then you found sales person counting is 15-20 and total customers was 3-4 at that time. And I spent 10-15 minutes on ground floor but when no one attended we leave the store.
Very disappointed with the services like a brand of Kalyan jewellers although I am regular customer of yours store you can check with my contact no. But this time I feel ashamed and humiliation at your store because I weared a very normal type night wear clothes, I will posted all this on social media also.

    This complaint is regarding employee Kiran from South-Ex.
    We were first asked to come anytime in October as our scheme's last payment was in the same month, however upon visit on 16th October, 2022 she denied upfront that she didn't ask the same. Instead of assisting she said - "Aapka itna bada bhi amount nhi hai"... What kind of language is this???? NOT AT ACCEPTABLE.

        My name is seema .I took dhan samriddhi scheme last year October while i opted for the scheme it was advised kalyan will provide bonus n can purchase gold at zero making charges at 22%, above 22% i will be charged 25% making charges. This month i went to purchase gold, 2 executives from mysore branch advised as per the scheme i am not eligible for 0 making charges and they did not show full gold necklace, said they dont have designs in gold and showed necklace with stones only finally they made us to select stone necklace, in that also they lied that ruby stones in necklace hold 1 gram but as per the invoice ruby stone is only 0.620. Executive said we will get 75% resale value on stones but on invoice mentioned if we take diamond then 75% value, if we take gold then 70%. This was not informed to us. There are many concerns i spoke with executive about the making charges, bonus amount. He said the person gave the scheme to me is no longer working in kalyan so we cant help it. Employees represent kalyan brand n they are avoiding customer request n queries n they stand behind us to sale product as per their wish. Invoice has also lot of concerns. I have not received any benefit from kalyan . Whats the point me taking scheme n paying amount to you n getting nothing out of it . My relative suggested me to take scheme from kalyan because they have taken schemes n purchase gold with no making charges. I beleived in word of mouth n trusted kalyan but i was cheated by you.I request this need to be addressed urgently.

          I Purchased the bracelet a week ago, When i bought it the employees said the diamond stone don't fell off because it is laser cut you can use it for daily wear. When i wore it, the same day i lost 2 diamond stones, a stone price is Rs.850/stone. I spent Rs.20400 only for the diamond bangle stones. I'm scared to wear i might lose all the diamond stones. Finally i'm not happy with the product. I felt like they cheated the customer.

            I bought a gold chain of 110000₹ approx, after purchase I didn't used it for 3 week but soon after when I started using it starts chipping off and scratching neck. I went to Kalyan jewellers but they rejected to replace or exchange it rather they started advising me to get new chain or they can give back gold rate only which was costing me loss of 13000₹ approx for chain which I bought 45 days back, I m really unhappy with service . Not even today I m able to use the chain for long hours.

              I bought a bracelet for my wife from Kalyan Jewellers. It broke within few months and fell on floor in her class, luckily one of the student spotted and returned the bracelet. We went to kalyan and they repaired the product. But it again broke within few months, we went again and this time they promised they will get it throughly checked.

              We thought problem had resolved, but the bracelet broke again third time.

              It was by God's grace that we were lucky and found the bracelet at all three instances. But we have lost trust in this product and are apprehensive that even if kalyan repairs it again, it will break again and we may not find it this time. So we want it to be replaced.

              But Kalyan is asking for making charges again. Our point is that we are ready to take some hit by paying the gst on replaced product. Afterall, it is not our fault that kalyan gave us defected product. All we wanted was one bracelet, but kalyan wants to fleece us by taking making charges twice. First on defective product and then on making chsrges on its replacement.

                    It was the worst experience ever I had...which is associated with such personality and called them as brand itself. I ordered pair of bangles for my mother and the payment was done through cheque. They were offering some discount in the making charges and it was supposed to be over on 28th march, 2022. On Sunday evening 27th march I got a call from the sales person stating that they have not encashed the cheque and I need to do the payment in that day itself to avail the offer. So I visited the shop and I was made to do the payment as per the gold rate that was there on 27th march which was high. And what worst was that next day I got to know they have extended the offer for more days. Is this the bigger brand does who have zero planning and worst management system. Even the sales person was not having the basic etiquette to talk to the customers if they were at the fault and they were very okay with whatever has happened...

                        I opted for Kalyan Jewellers Gift voucher as part of our corporate reward program. After submitted the vouchers and ID proof, and paying the remaining amount for the product, they claim that the vouchers are not getting redeemed/activated due to technical glitch.
                        Now I don’t have the product with me until it’s redeemed.
                        Very disappointing experience.
                        Please help check this on priority.

                          I have placed multiple order from candere by kalyan jewellers and, I received proper payment confirmation with invoice, but still they have canceled my order, and now it's 25 days still they are not ready to deliver the product and not ready to initiate the refund.

                              Sir,
                              Myself Dr. Rashi Jain visited kalyan jewellers store in Jaipur at Sen Complex on 10.07.2022 to purchase a gold chain and exchange it with my old gold.
                              My old Gold consisted of a gold ring weighing 4.77 gm with 98.04% purity and broken gold pieces of a ear ring which weighed 1.93gm with 97.62% purity. The weight and purity was measured at your store only before melting.

                              Though I came with my parents and we were following process but missed to see the gold before staff put it for melting inside. Since, we didn't calculate the total weight (6.70gm), we couldn't know about the weight discrepancy at the time of purchase at store.
                              After coming home, we calculated and realised that after melting the weight reduced to 6.02 gm from 6.70 gm, i.e. around 11% weight (0.68gm) reduced and purity fell down to 89%.
                              Reduction in purity is understandable but so much reduction in weight is impossible.
                              Also, would like to tell you that my father got our old gold burnt under a flame at local jewellers to have an idea of price evaluation so in that process the ear ring got broken and this is a proof that my gold could not have 11% dust weight. Also, your X ray detector telling the high purity of my gold before melting is again a proof that so much dust is not possible.
                              I am also a science student and in my understanding, gold being a inert metal with low surface tension can never loose so much weight during melting.
                              I talked about this very next day (11.07.2022) at your customer care center and my father received a call from the seller we purchased (Neetu Bhavani) and the first response to our concern was same that weight can't reduce to this extent so she asked for some time and ensured that she would call back gher 15 min. Later on that day, neither they called back nor received our calls. Next day (12.07.1997), I again called at customer care center and they again told that my father will receive a call from store and he did but this time, they told that it was all because of dust. Today (13.07.2022), my father visited the store and they simply didn't pay any heed to my father's request of showing cctv footage and told that nothing can be done.
                              I am really disappointed by all this sequence of events which happened to us. A middle class family visits these stores just because of trust and strict guidelines which they apparently follow.
                              Another matter about the gold exchange is about the policy they follow. After melting, gold weight left to 6.02 gm which was tested with x ray detector and it showed to have 89% purity so they calculated the weight of 24K gold present in that which came out to be 5.358gm but they paid us with the price of 22K gold only even after they considered the pure gold i.e. 5.358gm.
                              Also, due to different purity levels of our gold, they should have done the melting process separately but they didn't so so but did the combined process.
                              No information about any weight reduction was given to us.
                              Though it's impossible to justify such weight reduction but they have no interest in satisfying their customer.
                              Lost my money, mental peace and time.
                              In the hope of getting justice, in the hope of a support to fight against such giants, writing this complaint here.

                                    I ordered a ring on 8th of June 2022, agreed to have a natural gemstone gold ring with certification as mentioned below;
                                    Gemstone to be certified where its needs to be natural, its should not be glass filled & untreated stone for astrological purpose. Where the official labs can get that done.

                                    While I was tracking the order through the manufacturing process till its certification, candere kalyan jewellers site is down for week now, I am trying to contact the salesperson through the whatsapp chat as the order discussed on the same, they are not replying AT ALL. I am trying to reach through the phone - call gets connected but no one talks, tried chatting on website option - the representatives do not know the head or tail of what I am talking about. Spoke to supervisor there name called VARUN/VINAY- he mentioned "dont keep calling from all different channels" - Seriously do not know how to answer on this. I feel sorry on myself to deal with such people in life.

                                    I have already paid an amount of almost 1 lac rupees to this company to get my customized order. There is not communication neither I am able to reach out to anyone to have this resolved on priority. It is SAD to see that a jeweler companies dealing in lakhs and crores of rupees are serving such a distressing/appalling.

                                    Previously as well they did the same thing when they delivered a wrong gold chain weight less than what was ordered. I should have highlighted this already but let go for it once.

                                    THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS/TIME/MONEY. They do not have a right to do business if the standards are like this towards the society with their unethical behavior.
