I have paid monthly subscriptions of 30, 000 INR for 30 months chit with out any single-time delay.

Have auctioned the chit on 30th month with the reduction of 2.35 lakh, so I suppose to get 15-2.35=12.65 lakhs to my account but

I got an offer from manager that I will get only 5.5 lakhs( They have deducted rest of the 20 subscriptions of 30 000 of every month and total of 6 lakhs and also reduced other chit one lakh rest of the subscriptions from 12.65 Lakhs) that also not giving at a time but offering with 25 checks with monthly installments of 22000.

any reductions from every month subscriptions will be paid to me only after 20 months with out any interest.

I have net net loss of 3.5 lakhs from what I have paid already which is 9 lakhs worth and also loosing the interest for rest of all 20 subscriptions amount interest for 6+1 lakhs for 20 months 2.8 lakhs

and also reduced amount they are going to give me after 20 moths again the loss of interest on the reduced amount on every month, amount so close to 7 lakhs is the net loss

I have been using Kapil chit fund form last 10 years and have been very loyal customer for Kapil, but now what ever is happening is ob[censored]ely very disappointing and I'm undergoing with tremendous financial pressure due to this, Have total debts of 15 lakhs from our side for the rate of interest so I do not have any other income sources to pay those debts, This is only the source of income to pay my debts.

If you are not going to pay me 12.65 lakhs at a time, do not know what is the other way.

You guys are cheating me in big way and this is not the way you guys need to treat your valuable customer. I'm really going thru ultimate pressure from my family members and my debtors so Do not know how to over come this situation.

You guys only can help to take out from this situation otherwise it is like do or die situation for me.

I hope you guy do the needful and make me to overcome this situation

Our chit auction in the month of dec 2020 but we received a cheque on 11.03.2021.
It is too late of payment to customers in Tandur Branch, Vikarabad Dist.

This is md Anwar from kothagudem branch.we have 5lakh chit in your branch and it is supposed to be end in June-2021.. due to covid and other issues every time we pay 3 months once but we never cheated to pay on time.this chit is about to end in June.and we need to pay Jan & Feb month due amount and we today went to office to pay the amount but the manager of kothagudem not taking amount and demanding to pay for march month.if not he will not take the amount and he will send notice to our guarantee.This is completely ashamed before auction how he is demanding and making argue in the office with his executives..my humble request to appoint some sence person In this branch and try to resolve our issue..we told him auction date is 28th so we will pay by 29th of this month.but as usual manager arrogance making us in trouble..plz try to resolve issue on high priority.

I have claimed my chit value of Rs. 4, 35, 000/- on 31.12.2019 but I a have received a cheque on 10.07.2020 for Rs. 2, 00, 000/-(PO NO. 211 177 KVB) and Rs. 1, 85, 345/- on 29.08.2020(PO.NO.211354 KVB) remaining balance amount and details not received. Number of times I had phone call to concerned persons but they will not respond to me. So I request you please send the balance amount details and pay the interest for the period of delay.

I have raised complaint towards my bank side they said transaction is successful please check beneficiary side.

Kapil chit medak branch agent mis use my every month chit amount upto 7 months.He generated fake due slips for every month. It is the most silent & dangerous fraud in kapil chits. Why didn't ask for customer's feedback. Agent fraud amount is 312000. Please enquire the issue, give me solution.

Agent is not lifting the phone calls after seeing the messages also to talk about my chits. He taking leniance when chits starting without knowing me started two chits in karmanghat branch and right know he is not responding to talk about those both chits want to take action on him such kind of behaviour

I won the auction on 27th of September - 2020.

The verification activity was completed on November 1st week.

The Branch committed that the cheque will be given before 25th December.

They given a cheque for partial amount on 5th January, that too with post date.

And they committed that the remaining amount 45% by January 25th.
Till date amount not credited amount.

and also the info shared by manager & the Kapil Employee is contradictory.

So please resolve the issue at the earliest.

A call back is expected at the earliest.

4 months late chit money

I finished my chit last month Jan 2021 FKKT08H-11. This month I was suppose to be getting my cheque, but now I am getting back stories of low funds and delays in payment without any clear duration. And on that they want to pay the amount in parts. I need this to be resolved. Branch manger LovaRajesh is not picking up the phone.

I am venugopal reddy. I started chit paying in kapil chit fund from 2017 now i want to quit my chit and take back my amount. I have gave them all the documents and clear my side formalities. Those people sent me a confirmation letter also. But a lmost 1 month completed my money was not credited in my account and they even dont pickup my call. Every time those people telling due to bank server problem my cheque takes some time. How many days problem in bank.i dont understand. Please look forward to my problem as soon as possible.

Shame on kapil worst service nalgonda

I Thadicharla Padma, Chit No.FKRT19P-46 in Karimnagar-1 branch.I lLift the mentioned chit in the month of Nov2020, but till I have not received cheque from your branch.I regularly follow up with your agents and Manager Mr.Kishan Reddy cell No.[protected].There is response from your team.Today I.e 14.02.2021 Manager told that I will give your cheque after 10th March 2021 and There is no chance of paymentbefore that day.As per chit policy norms maximum period is 30days after completion of enquiry.Already all formalities are completed on 10.01.2021.
I request to arrange for cheque payment before 20.02.2021 to arrive my outside obligations.

Otherwise I will lodge complian in Registrar of chit funds.
