Regarding chit flxt16j-44, its been 4 months now, we lifted the chit, we did not get the payment. Please take some action on this luxettipet branch.
All are our hard-earned money invested in the kapil chits and they are not paying back. We paid all the savings 50 months on time.
Even chit is also closed 2 months back.
Branch manager:satish makes all false promises of doing the repayment but will never do the payments on time.
Avm:gopal rao never takes action and respond on time.

Dear sir i have been kapil chit fund customer since last 11years. I have deposited some money with kapil chit fund narayanpet branch now which accumulates to nearly 10lakhs. Now i need money for my house construction. I want to withdraw the deposit same thing i asked manager narayanpet but he suggested as it will mature in coming year if you withdraw you will lose huge amount. So he adviced me do to start new chit and i will lift the chit in first month on this assurance i paid rs.20000 in the month of september 2019.. But till now there is no answer received either from manager narayanpet branch nor collection boy even they are not ready to lift my phone. For my home completion i borrow money from finance companies with rs.2/- interest per month. Eventhough i have my money deposit with your kapilchit narayanpet branch why should i borrow money from private finance?. Iam going to consumer forum if not settle this issue.

Its been 4 months now we lifted the chit flxt16j (Luxettipet branch) still we are not paid back our amount. Manager satish and agm gopal rao are not responding to the calls or not making any payments. We made timely payments every month without any failure all these years. Chit is also closed now. Please help in getting back our amount. Can you please probe into the issue looks like they are doing some kind misuse of funds paid by the cutomers. Please provide the escalation matrix contacts, so that it will be helpfull for the customers to escalate the issue. Thank you.

I signed as a surity for a person, he didn't paid the due for a month. The agent called me and abused me as I am the guarantee.
I said this is not the way to speak and you can proceed legally, but he abused me with bad words, I complained to higher authority they said we will be abusing in the same way, do whatever you want. Please take action on them.

I prized chit on 28.06.19 chit amount 15 lakhs less amount 199500 rest amount didn't pay till now completely. Cheated company.

Please take some action and release our money at the earliest. Why the company is playing games with the hard-enarned money of the customers.

This is complaint about irresponsible act from kapil chit funds. There are lots of people like us unable to get funds after bidding in kapil chit funds.
Mr. Mhender rao (Manager at anantapur branch) is not responding to our words. And didn't received fund since 6 months. Bidding amount was pending. He is telling everytime a story. My father is struggling a lot. My sel[censored]nable to reach anantapur branch as i am in abrod.

I have auctioned my chit 3 mon ago.in the first one month i could not provide surety particulars as i was busy in some personal work. I forwarded all necessary documents last month 14th.in this regard, the manager there not reacting whenever we call him to know the status. Is this the way you treat a customer? Reuest a refund at the earliest. Make the manager to respond me when called and responsible. I am a doctor, working in govt medical college in tirupati. Recently transferred to this place. I am an existing customer oy kapil, recently on 30 september i gave a letter at vanasthali puram branch to cancel my 5 lakh chit bearing no fdvt30j-16, but still i have not received any cheques or money, i paid for 29 months,, the coserned manager and staff are not responding properly,, so arrange my money immediately or i have to go to consumer forum

Agent ravi goud is fraud and cheater he has assured that to give money for us by paying monthly but he was no responding and talking rubbish and rude with us when we asked money to give. He is taking monthly 12000 from us but not responding for our call so please solve our complaint. He is cheating since 6 months so please do help

One of executive m r seinivas he infome me that he will give chitti amount with the 5 to 6 months and he took my father siganturs we have paide almost 40000 approx and i have submitted my frda withness details also but he not accepted and not provided my chitti details. Hi my srikanth reddy form nizamabad, one of person who is know to me has taken a chit of rs 60k from kapil chits, so at that point of time i will be the guarantor for the loan and other 2 persons as well

So that person has been defaulted to pay the same and recovery people came to me my house and used abused language and harresed my mother and taken her bangles.

Hence since from 2 days she is not well and pspcylogically she took to her heart and mind.

One thing i want to say that.. I am going to have serious action aganist you and... Since u people had left the main party and harrising my family. What about person who has taken the chit and other two guarantors... How can u collect entire money from side... This is not clear on company part... Entire reputation will be damaged to the company

I have total of three 3 lakhs chits in machilipatnam kapil chits. My name is Leena Arepalli. I had lifted one chit in jan 2019. But yet now i have not received the chit amount and your branch manager is Saying that they will pay my amount today daily from past 4 months. I’m coming to the office daily and has been hearing the same. Also my chit amount is being adjusting against the monthly installments from past 4 months without my acknowledgement and hey have adjusted total of 60000 to till now. I don’t require to lift the chit and keep with you to adjust your monthly installments.how many days should I wait. Now I’m worried about my 2 remaining chits. I lost my trust on kapil. we people lift the chit or save amount for an emergency purpose or for some purpose . you people are least bothered about that.

Sir i had a 5 lakhs chit in gadwal kapil chits.in 17j by the name k narasimhulu. I had lifted the chit in 49 month in a total of 50 months, i. E., in june 2019. But yet now i have not received the chit amount and your branch manager is not at all responding to me. Still how many days i should wait. Kindly resume my issue as early as possible. We people lift the chit or save amount for an emergency purpose or for some purpose. You people are least bothered about that.

My name is shaik nazma (Kandukur brach) chit number16j24. Past 5 months back my chit fl closed due to financial need. They had given wrong commitments 10 times to pay money, even md mr. Vara prasad also given complaint about payment issue. Still they are postponing. Branch manager mr. Venugopal and rm mr, mahendra not at all responding.

This type of worst service which i have never seen.

Please do the needful on priority.

As per your agent confirmation i had paid an amount of rs.5, 350 for new chit in the month of jan'19, but due to delay in start i had requested and submitted a letter to cancel that new chit and adjust that amount in my existing chit.
When i had informed your agent to bid my existing chit and release the auction than they intimated that i supposed to pay the new chit balance amount due to my request letter was not considered by your process team, which was not intimated to me even after 8 months even though i am frequently contacting with your agent and monthly i am paying my current chit payment.
They are forcing me that they will adjust the new chit pending amount from my current chit bid value.

Because of his rude behavior we all our family members are going to end our chits and not continuing in future.
I request you, how you people are keeping such persons with you. Slowly you will loose the business. My father gave a good business by making join his friends in kapil chilt. Now he also got frustrated and not supporting kapil chits.

I too have a chit in your chit company because of my father.
