I would like to bring in your kind notice that, I Siripurapu Kumari and i am the costume of Chit fund group from the Branch at Rajahmundry under the Chit account Number is FRJT06P-31 for an amount of 10 Lakshs. On[protected], i participated in Chit Bidding and i was the successful bidder for an amount Rs.1, 20, 000/- on 45th installment. As per the term and condition the amount has to refund on or before[protected]. But today is the[protected], Till Now my amount is not credited in Account.
It is further submitted that, several time i have been visited to the above said branch and one else responding from your officer Side. Hence I request your pls refund my amount immediately.

Sir my chit no is FHIT5F-30 few years back we take a chit amount of 100000 in eluru due to some family reasons we went to kakinada eventhough we went kakinada we are paid correctly instalment and trafered instalment monthly to employee of eluru branch called name of ramesh bank account.he made fraud and doest make payment to branch .after knowing thus he we are paying in chit instalment in kakinada but eluru branch people stop the kakinada branch as not to take instalment amount from us and we issued lawyer notices also for this.and we went to eluru paid full amount in eluru and the person who make fraud he signed on white paper as due amount cleared and said that we send clearance certificate within two days but they didn't send to us and after two yrs now there are are calling and tortured us as not paid the instalment amount and we file case against you and that fraud person tortured us and our relatives who signed as security signature please make sure to solve this problem.

I have joined in a 2 lakh rupees chit and even paid all the amount what they have said to me and also required proofs. Today a person called me and abusing me in a vulgar language and threatening me that he is going to kill me and entire family with local rowdy sheeters if he is not satisfied with the amount given to him...Kapil chits is using local gundas and roedy sheeters and trying to threaten the people.KAPIL CHITS is only responsible if ány thing happens to innocent people...

(FGWT08P-42) of 10 lakh chit in kapil chits(Hyderabad) pvt. Limited, Gadwal branch, Jogulamba Gadwal, Telangana and i have won the auction on[protected]. I have submitted all necessary Documents before 28.02.2019. From my joining date to May 2019 i have paid chit amount regularly. I have not received the prized amount till today... Delay in giving chit amount.

Sir, I have 26 th membership of FNDT04F1 in nandyal branch. I lifted chit in[protected].I submitted surities in second week of March 2019.but, they came for verification very lately on[protected].manager, promised amount will be paid to me on[protected]I.e.after 45 days of documentation completion).
But, he is on leave on that date.then their branch staff told us that amount will be paid paid by[protected].
and after that manager told us that cheque not yet came.
Then, we asked him about his promises to us.then, he replied that he is not satyaharichandra.and also he told us that collect that group money also.we unable to understand these type of words.
Then, he again told us amount Will be paid by[protected] with 9% interest.
When amount needed by us it not came..then what is the use of that bloody interest.
We are unable to understand on[protected], again if he told us that he is not again satyaharichandra.what we need to do.
Please kindly solve my issue.

We have joined the chit no; ftt 18j ticket no: 4 (5 lakhs chits) on the name of k. Akansha jaiswal in secunderabad marredpally branch, now the chit was completed 2 months back and when i approached the branch for cheque the manager not responding and openly telling that it will take 3 more months to issue a cheque because you have paid all your subscriptions online.
Kinkily clarify by return mail whether paying online is a crime and moreover you have collected interest on late payments, now already 1 month is over and we are not going to wait for 2 more months, you kindly clear our payments immediately, along with interest for the delay or else i have to file a legal case against your branch

I am subscriber in kapil chit funds in brundavanam branch, nellore district, andhra pradesh with subscriber id fnet06h-24, i have finished my term of payment to chit in feb 2019, till today 31/05/2019 not received prize money, continuously followup to abm, manager, zonal manger, but nothng happened. As i am out of station due to work i am not able to meet them personally, no response from there, as per they mentioned i have signed on empty forms and courier the documents in march 2019. Even last year collection agent run away with my money, no action on him, no recovery of my amount.

We have auctioned chit for our daughter's marriage in october 2018 for the 10 lacs & 5 lacs chit and submitted all the required doc's and 3 govt officials surity. Kapil chits has promised that they will pay in 2-3 months. Its been 7 months and yet they have not paid the full amount. The managers and offices doesn't respond and they started saying "do what you want".

2 chits of srv creations i have lifted and 3 chit for lavish creation also i have lifted and and have made the fixed deposit of rs. 900000/- in the month of april' 2017 for which i have asked them to close in the month of october' 18 in which they have paid me rs. 895000/- no interest and nothing saying that everything is debited in charges as i have preclosed the fd which they have not informed me and its just cheating

This people are charging huge charges around 35 to 45 % per month on the late payment and when we im asking for my interest they are just saying its debited in charges

This people are just fraude and cheaters and harassing us too much send people who does not even know how to talk

Though the amount of above chits was due from kapil chits for over 3 months, no amount has been received till date. I have personally approached mr venkataramana the manager of lb nagar branch but to no avail.
Request action from the branch immediately otherwise i will have no alternative than to approach registrar of chits/court/police/media

Hello, my name is siddartha maintaining 5lakshs chit in your toopran branch. I have paid all the instalments till date but you people are sending notice to surity people, when i enquired about it toopran branch people used my amount and they didn't made payment of mine officially from january to till date. They are not responding to calls, from last 4 months i didn't receive any receipts. If it's not cleared in one day i will take legal action on kapil chit funds and will drag you people to court.

I was supposed to receive the amount of rs 4.00 lakhs after deducting your branch commission and holding seven installments amount of rs 70000 on 06th march 2019.
Till date i did not receive the amount. The branch head mr b arvind reddy and st aff are not responding to my calls and my presence. We plan and invest in chits and if such is the situation what will be our feed back.

Behaving rudely, i'm last customer of the chit, all chit members were withdrawn their amount but my account was not settled, previous chit interest amount also not given till now. I took subscription in chit no FSSRT01J-25 in november 2018. It is a vacant one. I paid all previous dues and got prize in the subsequent month. I submitted all necessary sureties in jan 2019 but till now i dint recieve prized money. Even, till now nobody came for verification of sureties. The branch manager, (Mr. swamy, Sircilla2 branch) is very irresponsible. He always says tomorrow when i call him. normally, i dint attend my call, whenever I do call from other number he lifts the call and says the same word "tommorrow". As per the toll in this site the worst chit fund company award goes to kapil chit fund company. plz resolve my query as early as possible. since 6 months passed away i wexed up with this guys. Plz let me know shall I lodge a complaint in consumer court?

My mother has been told that she will be given 3 bonds (Bvm energy & residency pvt ltd)@ rs 1.25 lakhs each for the chit amount related to fgut13j-31auctioned in the month of may, 2018 from kapil chit funds, gudivada branch. But only 2 bonds are given in the month of february. As the 3rd bond details are not sent to central office at hyderabad, the branch manager has been requested to return the amount of rs 1.25 lakhs. But till now the amount is not given to my mother. Plz do the needful and return the amount at the earliest

-my mother smt neelam vijaya bharathi is having chit no fguto2h-34 for rs 3, 00, 000/-at gudivada branch of krishna dt. The maturity period is completed in the month of november, 2018 and she was not been given the amount so far. Though cheque was sent from zonal office to pay the amount to my mother (As informed in the zonal office).. The concerned branch manager has failed to do so till now. It is requested several times to both branch manager & zonal branch manager but no response.. Hence requested to kindly do the needful in clearing the chit amount to my mother

I have chit in kapil chits rajahmundry branch for rs 500000/- i was submitted all required documents in december 2018 but i didn't receive my bid amount till know. Branch manager was very irresponsible person. He didn't have minimum concern about customers. And the regional manager also didn't respond. I don't know how to recover my amount. Kapil chits was cheating customers

This is in regards to the chit # fkltt06p-16 in the name of vanaparthy nagesh was promised to give the lifted chit amount in the month of march basis on which i have prepared my son college fees.
I have provided all the requested documents however, the agent at lb nagar branch anil at lb nagar branch ([protected]) is making us go round and round and till date we did not get any amount.
So many people told about this harassment before starting the chit with kapil thinking that it is a good organisation but the peoples opinion is correct.
Need your help to co ordinate with kapil chits and get my lifted chit amount paid on priority or advise further action to be taken. Vanaparthy nagesh[protected].

This is to inform that your customer (Mr. V. Joginath)- customer jeedimetla branch with 500000 chit, had met with an accident on 19 th of march 2019 and is currently not in a state to pay the instalment of remaining said 50000 rs, as of now. But once he recovers (In a couple of months) we assure u that he will make the payment and close the chit. Hope u will consider it.
Please do not proceed for legal procedure as it would be very shameful on your part that u are not considering the above said case on humanitarian grounds.

I have picked my 30000 rs chit in january till not i did not got payment i have spoke to manager, asst manager all others i hve went to my branch officer, regional office all are irresponsible i have took chit last auction not in between i have paid regularly even though they are playing with us

2. I have got another chit of 10000 till now same i did not got payment i have submitted all papers related

3. Recently in the month of march also i took chit of 10000 till now they did not took signature also
